When most women come across feminine energy work, they mistakenly think that feminine energy is something that you turn on all at once. The reality is that it's not feminine energy is actually a journey that you go through. For me, it's taken years for me to get to where I am right now, and it's through a series of. Small practices, micro habits, if you will, especially at first when you're new to this kind of a conversation, because your energy, your feminine energy, isn't necessarily built on big, massive aha moments. It's built in micro moments that you repeat over and over and over again until it becomes habit and until you embody it. And a big part of feminine energy is actually embodying the concepts rather than just performing. The concepts. So in this video we're gonna be focusing on simple habits that you can use to increase your feminine energy on a daily basis. We're gonna be talking about regulating your nervous system, softening your body, and bringing you back into your feminine presence because when you do that. Life starts to open up to you and you start becoming magnetic to what it is that you want. Whether that's a provider, man, whether you want your husband to step up, whether you wanna make more money in a way that doesn't burn you out, or whether like me, you wanna regulate your hormones or all of the above, which is what happened to me. So take a deep breath before we begin. Let your shoulders drop. And for those of you who dunno who I am, my name is Amanda. Welcome to this channel where we talk about how to manifest what you want in life without all the extra stress, chaos, and drama that most people are accustomed to. Let's talk about these tiny micro habits that you can use every single day to start increasing your feminine energy and start living from a more feminine place, a place of more ease and flow in your life. And remember that you don't have to be perfect with any of these things. If you start becoming a perfectionist, you're going way too far into masculine energy because you're trying to get a result. This is meant to to be something that you flow into over time. So number one. So important, especially for women in the Western world. I grew up in the United States. I currently live in Mexico, but I grew up in the United States, and this is something that we definitely have to work on, which is slowing down your body. The first habit that I want you to start taking into your life is to start slowing down literally your physical movements. A lot of women are out here living in constant. Urgency. Everything is an emergency. Everything is urgent. Everything is a problem that needs to get solved. Everything is something that needs to be controlled. They're walking fast, talking fast, and doing everything very quickly. In fact, we have a joke here, uh, in Mexico. I live in Lake Chip, Paul, Mexico, which is very popular, uh, with Mexicans and also foreigners. So, um, it's actually the largest. Community of Americans and Canadians, uh, living outside of the United States and Canada in the entire world. And there's a town called Ahi a around the lake, and that's where they live. And a lot of Mexicans actually have a joke. And my husband and I also have this joke because, um, my husband's business, he helps a lot of those Americans and Canadians move to Mexico and or invest and so on and so forth. And our joke is that you can always tell who the American is because they're walking so fast. That's the joke, right? Like, oh, they're walking like they got somewhere to go. They got a problem to solve. They're walking super fast. Like you can always tell who the Americans and Canadians are because of how quickly they walk. That is the joke. A lot of times, uh, women will also be talking fast or just doing everything very quickly. I know I'm guilty of this. Sometimes I try and do everything very quickly and very efficiently, and then I just end up bungling it. Right. I know you've probably been there as well. And that pace is rooted in masculine survival based energy. And if you're from Western countries, then a lot of what is, um. Prioritized in terms of like, this is how we function, comes from a very masculine place. I did a livestream last week where I think it was last week, where I said something along the lines of like American women in particular Western women, all the energy is neck up, but from the neck down their dead, they feel nothing in their bodies. And many of you in the livestream were pointing out how that this resonates for you because you've been trained since you were very young to just, um. Put all the emphasis on your mind and on your intellect and in your head, right? And you've been trained into that since you were a very young girl. So a lot of this pace is just, again, based in that survival mentality. So instead, what you wanna start doing is you wanna start practicing in intentional slowness. Being slow, intentionally not moving as fast. In fact, sometimes my, my husband and I, we joke about this because he tends to move very fast. He's a very masculine man, and I've intentionally. Learn to slow things down and he'll be like, um, like he's already solved a problem, like within 30 seconds or he, he asked me to do something or come over and because I'm moving more slowly. He's like, where is she? Where is she? I'm like, I'm coming. I just don't move as fast. Um. As you do, and obviously he has learned to, uh, appreciate the fact that I slow down because it actually allows him to slow down as well. So I've learned to walk a little bit slower, move my hands a bit more gently, and just giving myself an extra second before transitioning in between. Um. Tasks, and this is not about being lazy. It's about signaling safety to your body. It's just about being present and mindful in the moment. Because when your body starts to feel safe and you start to feel present and mindful, your feminine energy as a woman naturally starts to come online. So micro habit number two is regulating yourself through your breath. Most of y'all are out here not breathing. You're not breathing at all, and I know because, um, some of you will send in emails or some of you, I've had the privilege of doing one-on-one calls with either because you purchased one of our programs and it was a bonus, or back when I was doing like one-off coaching sessions and I would get to know many of you and I could tell that you weren't breathing. It was like, like that really fast pace and no breath. Whatsoever. And most people, not just women but just in general, are breathing very shallow all day long. And what that does is that it'll always keep your body slightly activated, even if nothing is wrong. So throughout the day, learn to pause and take deeper. Breath. Sometimes if I find myself a little bit agitated, I will remind myself, oh girl, you just gotta breathe. You just gotta breathe, and you gotta breathe deeply. So all you gotta do is inhale slowly through your nose and then exhale fully through your mouth. And even doing this for 30 seconds can already begin to change your entire state, and you start to become more present. It does not take a long time. It does not take a lot of effort in order to start regulating your energy. Number three. Softening your voice. So the third habit is all about how you use your voice. Now I wanna be very clear about something. If you've seen my previous trainings on the different stages I have of divine feminine energy, I currently have four. I think there's a fifth coming. I'm still developing that. So make sure to subscribe and hit the notification bell. Um, there's a lot when it comes to women and their voice. So I talk about the wounded maiden energy, which is the first phase, which is where a lot of women start and unfortunately stay. Now those women tend to have a very soft and meek voice and be little wall flowers and not really, um, I. Voice anything and just let people walk all over them. That's like the wounded maiden energy. She's the perpetual victim too. That's the wounded maiden energy. Those women actually need to learn how to activate their throat chakra and actually speak their truth However. Most women or a lot of women who find this channel are actually in that next evolution, which is what I call the Awakening Warrior. The Awakening warrior is the woman who's taken on way too much masculine energy, and a lot of those women sound very sharp, and a lot of those women sound very fast, and a lot of those women sound very cutthroat and very logical in how they speak, which is great. You need that for your work, but it doesn't really work. In romantic relationships. And I have another video coming up on how you know you're in masculine energy with your man. So again, make sure to subscribe'cause this is actually a big part of that. Now, the women who are in the Awakening Warrior Energy, y'all are used to fighting, okay? You're the hyper independent ones, the perfectionist ones, or the overly responsible ones. You actually need to learn how to. Soften your voice a little bit. And again, it's not about being quieter or submissive because then we're going into wounded maiden energy. It's just about being intentional with how you're using your voice. So instead of rushing your words, let them actually land.
Speaker 2Now, this one's actually near and dear to me because if I go back to my previous YouTube channels of my previous businesses or previous podcasts, I was in the ticky, ticky ticky, ticky ticky energy because my, I mean, my nervous system was shock. I was constantly in fight or flight, and I was in that way for many years and I didn't even know. With this YouTube channel, I've actually been very conscious to slow down my speech, just slightly, allowing space in between sentences, uh, feeling my voice. In my body before I speak because I understand that now there's like a grounded softness that comes from embodiment, and that embodiment is very powerful and very attractive. And another little trick that you can use here is to start learning how to participate in active listening, especially when you're talking to men. Because when you're an active listening, meaning you're letting other people speak without interrupting them, men hate being interrupted. Uh, when you're letting them speak without being interrupted, you're already in that space where instead of jumping in constantly or trying to fill the space or all those, or trying to solve a problem or manipulate the situation, you're just leaned back and you're observing and then you're. Responding to what it is that you are receiving. Another way in which this shows up for those of you who are dating but also married this applies is, um, sometimes, especially when you're like in first dates and things like that, sometimes there's a bit of like awkward silence. And a lot of women who have a lot of masculine energy, um, in their heads or a lot of anxiety, immediately wanna go feel the silence. They're like, I, I gotta go feel it. I gotta go do something. I gotta blah, blah, blah. And they start talking and talking and talking and before you know it, you know, they've, the other guy's like, whoa. There's like. Verbal diarrhea coming at me, I can't even keep up. Like that's what goes on. Um. So you have to learn to really slow down and even allow for those awkward pauses and those moments of silence that will really help you in softening your voice as well. And also turning on your presence, which in turn turns on your feminine energy. Number four is engaging your. Senses because feminine energy is deeply connected to the senses. So a simple habit might look like adding small moments of beauty into your day that engage all the different senses. So you might light a candle while you work. That's something that I tend to do. I've got Jasmine. On right now, you might put on music that shifts your mood. I know that if I'm in the kitchen doing something, I love to play music because it'll shift the mood and turn it into a bit of a ritual and I'll have more presence. It might look like wearing something that feels really good on your skin, like this dress does to me right now. These are tiny little things, but. They anchor you and bring you back into your body. And again, feminine energy is all about the body and many of you have so much mental energy going on that we gotta learn how to bring that energy back down below the neck so you can actually feel your body again instead of being numb. And the, when you do this and you start engaging your senses, you no longer are just thinking your way through life or analyzing your way through life. You're actually beginning to. Experience life and be present in that moment. Number five is tough, and I've got another video coming out just on this one. So again, make sure to subscribe and hit the notification bell. And this is about practicing. Receiving this one is super important because most women. We've been taught to over function, overgive, over nurture, overdue, and manipulate outcomes. That's what many of us have been taught to do as, and it's a safety, survival mechanism that many of us have had to take on, but a lot of women struggle with receiving. In fact, the struggle is so deep and so big. That. Like I said, I'm doing another video just on this one so we can dive in deeper. So you wanna start noticing your automatic reactions when people are giving to you. When someone compliments you, do you deflect it? When someone tries to help you, do you immediately try to repay it because you feel so guilty that somebody helped you. And instead of doing your immediate reactions, just notice what the reaction is and pause, and then let yourself. Fully receive before responding, and this actually builds your capacity, not just to hold more and receive more, but women who are really good at receiving the world just wants to keep giving to them. Women who are very good, um, at gratitude and receiving and really enjoying not just what men are giving to her, but what the universe is giving to her. Well, men in the universe wanna keep giving it to that woman. So you have to get very good, um, at receiving. And again, whether it's love, support, or even money. You start expanding your container to receive more and more, the better that you get at noticing your automatic reactions, pausing, and then choosing something different, choosing to expand into the receivership. Number six is using touch to self-regulate. So another simple habit, a micro habit that you can use. To start calming your body down and again, get all the energy from outta your head and start feeling yourself. From the neck Down again is when you feel overwhelmed, for whatever reason, to put your hand on your chest or your stomach and just breathe. This actually brings attention out of your mind and back into your body, and it creates a sense of grounding and safety in real time. And that's what we wanna start learning how to do. We wanna start learning how to start catching these things in real time until eventually it just becomes a natural way of being for us. Number seven is releasing the need to over explain. Now, a lot of women have a tendency of over. Blaming themselves. Hey, hi me. I've done this. And again, because this is an evolution, most of us start in Wounded Maiden energy. Some of us go into the Awakening Warrior when we realize that we have to take responsibility for our own lives, which is great. But then we go into over responsibility and too much masculine energy and too much masculine drive and. Here we again, as I've said, we find the perfectionist, the overly responsible one, and the hyper independent one. All three of those have a tendency of overexplaining themselves and their decisions. They justify their decisions, they soften their boundaries with too many words. So a powerful micro habit could literally be. To just say less. I have been around women in my family and also out of my family when I'm just out and about that they talk so freaking much and explain so much that I just get lost. I get completely lost in the story and what it is that they were trying to tell me. And after 20 minutes I realize that they basically said nothing meaningful and said. Really, they didn't say anything about anything. So we wanna be really mindful about how we are using our words and avoid the need to overexplain or fill up the space, as I was mentioning before. So learn to speak clearly. Say what you mean, be intentional, and then stop. You wanna learn how to have integrity with your word, and you have to let your words be enough, because that's what grounded feminine confidence actually looks like. Number eight is creating a pause before reacting to anything. So a lot of people out here are constantly triggered, especially in the age of the internet. I mean, I can tell from my shorts and some of my videos how easily triggered, uh, people get just because somebody tells them the truth. All I trigger is, is that some emotional wound was activated within you. That's all it is. And it may look like it's the other person's fault that they triggered the wound or activated the wound, but most times people don't even know. They don't know anything about you. So it's not really about them, it's about you and how you are responding to things and what you need to peel. So this habit alone will change. The word life could entirely if you just practice it consistently before responding to anything. Pause. Before replying to a message, before saying yes to something, before just reacting emotionally to something that you saw on the internet, give yourself one breath because that space allows you to respond from alignment. Instead of conditioning. And that space also allows you to see, oh, why am I being triggered here? Oh, that's so interesting. Why did this get such an emotional reaction out of me? Maybe I should explore that a little bit and see what's going on within me and see what's happening. And then you can use that to alchemize any wounds into power. Number nine is daily stillness. So this is the last habit that I'm gonna mention. I could probably write a hundred of these, so make sure to get that free. Enhance your feminine energy guide below, because I will go deeper into more habits and rituals that you can use over the next seven days. So daily stillness is so important because most people are just running around constantly and constantly trying to fill their day with more stuff. It's perpetual business, so even if it's just a few minutes a day. No phone, no distractions, no input. In fact, I've been very careful about not trying to fill space with more input, more podcast. S more opinions, more this, more that, and maybe just spending more time outside birdwatching or enjoying the mountains or enjoying the clouds. I've been very intentional about this lately, and you know what? It does allow me to activate more of that feminine energy. Just learning to sit with yourself in stillness. Now, many of you, because you've been an awakening warrior for a very long time, may find this to be a very difficult thing to do. So maybe you can just sit in stillness for 30 seconds. Then maybe you move it up to a minute and then eventually you can sit outside for an hour and just stare at birds and feel like you have the time of your life like I do. So again, at first it might feel very uncomfortable and that'll be normal. If you've been on survival mode for a very long time, or you've been in fight or flight for a very long time, sitting in stillness is gonna be very uncomfortable. But I'm gonna tell you something very, very interesting. This. Is when you really start to learn how to become the Oracle. How do you plug in to universal consciousness, which is where you get the downloads, you get the answers, you know what move to do next, you know what next action to take, you know what next step to take? Well, a lot of it just requires you to slow down and be in. Stillness. So that's what I call becoming the oracle. And this is a huge part of that because this is when your intuition can start coming back online. And intuition is a massive part of feminine energy. And provider men, by the way, like a healthy masculine men, they know this, they know that a healthy feminine woman, her intuition is turned all the way on and she becomes his muse and his oracle. So you have to learn to slow down to start bringing that back online. Small, but they do rewire your nervous system and they do bring your feminine energy back online over time, and they allow you to actually embody feminine energy and take on a new identity without frying your nervous system and without going too hard, this is not about going too hard. The Awakening Warriors, I need you to understand this. This is not about going hard at all. It's literally the exact opposite. Because when your body feels safe, when your nervous system feels safe, when your energy comes back online, your softness, your magnetism, and your presence, it all starts to return to you naturally. You don't even have to go do a bunch of stuff. All these micro habits just naturally start bringing your feminine energy back online, and you're gonna notice.
