'cause it's just gonna be a Q&A
Justin KeltnerDo your thing
Amanda AbellaDo my thing?
Justin KeltnerThat make you nervous?
Amanda AbellaYeah.
Justin KeltnerWhy?
Amanda AbellaUm, okay. Um, we're doing things a little bit different in this video because I have my husband, Justin, because so many of you have been requesting Justin in the comments and have so many kinds of questions for Justin, everything from what do I need to know about healthy men to, uh, how did you change from being like a 50/50 guy to a provider guy to AI agents. They wanna know about AI agents because they heard me mention it in a live stream. So in this, uh, video, we're gonna be... I'm just gonna be asking Justin all the questions y'all have been asking him, uh, in the comments to help you-
Justin KeltnerUntil the cat asks for her dinner. She's gonna start
Amanda Abellameowing. Until the cat asks for dinner. Yes, we're gonna do that.
Justin KeltnerShe's- it's about that time.
Amanda AbellaYeah. We, we got maybe 30 minutes before that happens. Um, so if you're new here, my name is Amanda, and on this channel we talk about how to manifest what you want in life without all the extra stress, chaos, and drama that most people are accustomed to. If that's something that you're interested in, make sure to subscribe, hit the notification bell, do all those fun things, share it with a girlfriend. I know a lot of y'all are struggling with the men out here these days, so make sure to share this channel with a girlfriend. And you might hear us talking about certain archetypes like wounded maiden, conscious queen, magnetic empress, or you might hear us making references to things like that, um, And it would help you not get lost if you took our free quiz on the divine feminine archetypes. You can just go to mindfulsuccesspath.com/quiz. It will let you know which of the archetypes that I teach are most dominant for you and how it's showing up in your life, and that's a really good segue because you built all the tech.
Justin KeltnerOh yeah, b- I was gonna say, I built that for you. Yeah. For- Sounds very, it sounds very familiar. It
Amanda Abellasounds very familiar-
Justin KeltnerMm-hmm
Amanda Abellabecause, uh, I came to you with the idea, and then you built it. But we'll, we'll-
Justin KeltnerActually, the AI agents mostly built it.
Amanda AbellaThe AI agents at this point. Yeah. The
Justin KeltnerAI agents did most of the work.
Amanda AbellaWe'll get there. We'll get there. I, I have a series of questions- that the ladies have been asking. And by the way, if you would like more access to Justin's brain as a healthy masculine man, when you join us in the temple, which is our monthly membership where you get access to all our classes and also group coaching, uh, but when you join us at the sanctuary level of the temple, you get two retreats in Mexico, and you also get Justin as a part of it. So you get the both of us at the sanctuary level.
Justin KeltnerWell, they don't get me.
Amanda AbellaWell, you know what I meant.
Justin KeltnerThey might get a, a call.
Amanda AbellaThey'll get... Yeah. They'll get a call. They don't get you, my husband. They get, like, a call.
Justin KeltnerI'm not for sale. To be clear.
Amanda AbellaThey get a call. Um, okay. So let's get into just what they've been asking-
Justin KeltnerMm-hmm
Amanda Abellain the comments. These ladies are very astute. They notice a lot of things. Yeah. They're very smart Uh, a lot of them have gotten conscious queen. They're very smart. And the first thing that they noticed, I think we did a video a couple months ago where we were talking about business and how to make money in a way where you don't burn out- Mm and how women can make money in a more feminine way. Um, and one of the girls noticed that you had said something along the lines of you did not always think the way that you do now- Sure about being a provider and a leader and all those kinds of things, and they immediately noticed, and they're like, "Wait a minute. He wasn't always like this? What happened?"
Justin KeltnerOh, no, definitely not always like this.
Amanda AbellaUm, and I think part of the reason why they're interested in hearing the, the transformation-
Justin KeltnerYeah
Amanda Abellafrom who you were as a man to who you are now as a man, a lot of them see us as like a, an example of what's possible. Uh, but- I've
Justin Keltnerheard that in the emails too when I'm helping you- In the email with, with your customer service. Yeah. You know, when trying to get tech stuff figured, you're like-- They're like, "Oh, wow, you know, I, I really love how you guys are an example and I wanna, you know, have that kind of energy in a relationships," you know-
Amanda AbellaYeah
Justin Keltnersoon too. And I go, "Oh."
Amanda AbellaSo I think- Yeah when they hear something like that, like, "Oh, Justin didn't always think like that," then obviously it piques their interest. Yeah. And I think the other reason why they're interested in it is because I think a lot of these women, the ones who are already partnered, they have good men, but there's a rub- Yeah around the whole being a provider thing where he'll tell her, "Oh, but you're capable. Why should I have to pay all the bills?" And-
Justin KeltnerMm
Amanda Abellaso on and so forth. So what, what w- what was that transition like for you? Because they were very shocked to hear that you did not always think this way.
Justin KeltnerSure. I mean, I was, I was, as we say here in Mexico where we live, un, un perro. A little bit of maybe a, I don't wanna say a dog- before, but I mean, you know, I, I, I was dating multiple women at a time. Uh, I was involved in kinda like the, the pickup culture. I didn't... I, I think the main thing that I lacked was I didn't quite understand maybe what a woman's intrinsic value was to, to a big extent. Because you're, you know, like kinda the witchy, intuitive side of this relationship, and you help me. Just because you're not responsible for paying the bills or making money, um, you, you still help me think of a lot of good ideas, understand people better, uh, look at... I mean, you know, there, there's a lot of people who are... I'm, I'm, I'm sure I'll get a lot of shit for this, but, like, even the things like with the tarot and the astrology and, like, just a lot of the energetic perception of things that I kind of maybe do not have myself. Like, you've given me a lot of perspective that easily has made me hundreds of thousands of dollars, right? Uh, you can't really put a price tag on that.
Amanda AbellaSuccessful men love witchy women.
Justin KeltnerYeah. I've
Amanda Abellatold them. Yeah.
Justin KeltnerAnd that's, but that's probably, I mean, just very binary. Like, that's, that's one of the main switches that flipped for me was, like, understanding I, I think I came from a background of maybe being s- you know, seeing men get taken, taken advantage of by women, and I think that might be why a lot of men, you know, feel the way they do because whether they're in pickup or whether they're just kind of this, you know, uh, in alignment with like sort of the, the fourth or whatever wave of feminism we're on now that says, you know, you have to be 50/50 and women should, you know, pay their own way and like all this nonsense. Um, I think that that comes from a place of like, at least it was for me, of being very afraid of being taken advantage of.
Amanda AbellaYeah. And a lot of men are afraid of that. Yeah. It's valid.
Justin KeltnerYeah. It's not even because, oh, like I'm not making enough money to cover it. To, to your point, a lot, a lot of women on your, on your channel and like in emails and stuff said that with the, the men in their lives said, "Well, you're capable of making money. Why don't you pay half?" Or something, right? Like-
Amanda AbellaYeah
Justin Keltnerbut it's not about that. Uh, so, and I'll get into that in a sec, but for me it was, it was that fear of like being taken advantage of or the fear of feeling like I'm, I'm holding all the weight here, not realizing that there were so many other things that were maybe the non-tangibles that you were contributing. And forget about non-tangibles. I mean, that's, that's part and that's also a lot that's uniquely you, 'cause not all the women are like witchy as you and, and as intuitive as you, although int- intuition is definitely... It tends to be a stronger feminine quality than a masculine quality. But even the tangibles, like who takes care of m- for the most part, of the pets? Who takes care of the house? Who's, who's, you know, doing a lot of the, the things with, with the, the kitchen and managing things while I'm at the office or whatever? Neighbors,
Amanda Abellarelationships.
Justin KeltnerYeah. Right, like relationships with people and keeping track of things like that. Like, those are also tangibles Yeah not just intangibles-
Amanda AbellaYeah
Justin Keltnerum, that are super valuable. I think it's crazy, honestly, that men expect women to pay 50/50, right? Like that would be one thing. Okay, you both have jobs. Like, there are ways in which maybe that works. The challenge becomes the polarity, which I think you can speak to more than I can, but there are ways in which that works. Let, let's, let's say that it is like 50/50, but it, it's not actually 50/50 most of the time if the woman is working because she's also, guess what? Getting pregnant, raising the kids, having to take time off from her work, breastfeeding, uh, taking them to school, uh, handling all the stuff around the house, cooking, cleaning. Like, that's already a full-time job there- Yeah or more.
Amanda AbellaSo does that still apply, for example, you have help? Because we have help in the house. I have help cleaning. Um, I do most of the cooking because I'm, like, on a health nut thing right now where I want to, but for a long time I wasn't cooking either. So does that still apply, or how would that still apply?
Justin KeltnerIt doesn't matter because you, you don't-- You aren't functioning at your best when you have to think about things like what bills need to get paid. And, and it's also not-- That's not what's best for you or for this relationship.
Amanda AbellaRight.
Justin KeltnerRight? You, you, you don't have your best ideas, your best creative insights. You're, you're, you're not in your feminine energy when you have to worry about those things. So it doesn't matter if, okay, we're getting a little extra help there. Like, you're also working. You're doing what you're doing mostly for fun, but you help me in my business for sure, again, both in the tangibles and the intangibles. Yeah. Now it's more of the intangibles and, you know, you're kind of a sage, right? You, you give me a lot of, a lot of wisdom, a lot of ideas, a lot of insights that I didn't see. Yeah. That's really valuable. But even if it wasn't, like, I'm taking care of you because I love you, because I want you to feel good. I want you to feel honored. I want you to be in your feminine. I want there to be polarity in our relationship. What a thought.
Amanda AbellaDo you think most men just don't know-
Justin KeltnerNo, most- how that, how that works? Most people are just clueless. Yeah. And not just men, men and women. They don't, they don't even understand-- Even women don't understand what necessarily they want or why they want it because they're so poisoned by feminism and by society at large that has vested interests that are not their interests.
Amanda AbellaYeah. I mean, but
Justin Keltneron- Even the women don't know necessarily exactly what they want.
Amanda AbellaYeah, I've said that. Even women don't know. So they think that, like, by them going 50/50 they have control. Yeah. Like, "Oh, I have some sort of financial control." And I'm like, "But, um, if you're married, uh, y'all should be talking about the money anyway if you're a healthy couple, and all you've done is emasculate him and stop his ability from making more money and exhaust yourself when you coulda just kept all your money."
Justin KeltnerYeah.
Amanda AbellaSo like it's a, it's a bad deal And then on the flip side- Like I- It
Justin Keltneris,
Amanda Abellayeah like, uh, like I learned from you to l- like never negotiate against yourself, like in- Right business situations, and I feel like women going 50/50 is negotiating against
Justin Keltnerthemselves. 100%. And for the men, the men are also confused I think, because, uh, now Rocky's here biting at- I think we need to feed him biting at her dress.
Amanda AbellaI think we need to... Yeah. Rocky, come here.
Justin KeltnerCome here, bud. Come here, bud. You wanna be in the video? All right, we're gonna, we're gonna hang out over here so you don't bite mama's dress. All right, buddy? So I, I think even for the men, they're, they're conditioned to think certain things because of, you know, their, their parents and seeing them, um, you know, with like two-income households, and even with that, people struggling, and like the, the sort of examples they got. And also by society and by, by the red pill culture, by the pickup culture, also by feminism. Uh, and, and by, of course, the government that wants multi, uh, family households, right? That's part of the reason that inflation is so high. Like, it's gotten to the point where, where you have to honestly have a, a man that's, that's wealthy, or live in another country like we do, or both, right? Yeah. Uh, in order to, to afford to raise a family, right? Yeah. So get, get a wealthy man. Like, don't, don't be settling for no dusty. Right? I mean, sure. Um, but the point is- Yeah the point is that, that even, even men have had that kinda tainted view on things that isn't based on anything that's gonna help the woman or them have a better life or a better relationship.
Amanda AbellaSo what helped you start seeing it differently? What helped you start kinda like changing that chip in your brain?
Justin KeltnerUh, just listening to you and understanding how you think, and understanding why those things are important. I never understood that before, because I think also I didn't get quite as close emotionally as I did with you, where I was like really trying to understand and, and trying to listen, and like- With the
Amanda Abellaother women.
Justin KeltnerYeah. A- a- and with you, like I was like, "Okay, I'm actually open here. I'm receptive. Like, what's, what's, you know, what, what, what is it that you really need to be happy?"
Amanda AbellaSo I know the ladies are gonna wonder this. What was the difference between me, for example, and all those other women? Because now their brains are churning like, "Wait a minute, what did she do? What did she do? What did she do?"
Justin KeltnerYou just valued yourself. You valued yourself. You also just are generally a valuable person. Like, you're smart, you're educated, you've had your own success in life. Um, I didn't feel like I had to hold the weight of you, whether it was financially or emotionally or mentally. Like, I knew that you didn't actually need me, right? 'Cause you have, you know, women that will, that will go and, and, uh, be with men just for their money. That's very different than wanting to be provided for and wanting provision.
Amanda AbellaHow is that different?
Justin KeltnerBecause if you're with a man for his money, then that's transactional. You don't... There's no love there. If you, if you want to be with a man because you love that man, y- you also need to make sure that your needs are met and that you can be in your feminine and you can be comfortable, and that involves money. That inv- not just money, but provision in other ways as well. Like, what are some of the ways I provide for you that aren't just financial?
Amanda AbellaOh my God, fixing all my tech problems, building systems, and all that stuff for Mindful Success Lab. So you don't
Justin Keltnerhave to stress. You don't have to-
Amanda AbellaYeah hire yourself. Yeah Because all that stuff is super stressful for me. And every time we even have a tech issue, like we had a tech issue with someone who bought one of the, one of our guides a couple days ago, and, uh, she brought up something that I n- like-
Justin KeltnerHmm
Amanda AbellaI'm like, "Well, we gotta use Justin's brain for this because, I mean, this is beyond what I can do."
Justin KeltnerYou still have to send me those videos.
Amanda AbellaOh yeah, I have to send you the videos. Yeah. Um, and then she was like, "See, that's why I buy your courses, because I need to figure out how to get Justin 'cause I hate this stuff too."
Justin KeltnerMm-hmm.
Amanda AbellaYou know? And I'm like, "Yeah," 'cause it's like brain numbing to, to a lot of us. So I think those are ways that you provide. Training Rocky is another way that you provided- 'cause I didn't know how to train dogs. 'Cause when I met you- uh, the dog that you had, she, she was already a, a old girl. Um, you know, it's just, just little things like helping me around the house sometimes, or just even, like, for example, you just set up the whole security system for our condo. Things like that is provision. Well, it's protection, but that's also, like, provision. You know what I mean? Mm-hmm. You're, you're just constantly, like, problem-solving, I think to take mental load off of me. You also really just like to solve problems.
Justin KeltnerMm-hmm.
Amanda AbellaBut as I've often described to the ladies, like, the way that men gain confidence is by solving problems.
Justin KeltnerYeah.
Amanda AbellaSo have you found that to be true?
Justin Keltner100%.
Amanda AbellaYeah.
Justin KeltnerYou know, you give me a lot of problems to solve. So it's, it's kind of a, it's kind of a good deal. Yeah.
Amanda AbellaUm-
Justin KeltnerI didn't have as many problems before. Now I have a lot of, a lot of things to keep me busy. It's great. Yeah. But really, it's, it's a lot of fun. Like, a- and I also, I also have... Just get a lot of joy from, you know, from solving your problems, from seeing you happy, from seeing you not stressed. So I feel like, you know, I can work a little bit of harder, uh, I can work a little bit harder on doing something and bringing in more, more money or creating a new stream of income or whatever, and then you feel more at ease, and then it ends up coming back around anyway because then you, you have more time to think and be in your feminine and meditate. And then all of a sudden, you know, one morning you'll be like, "Oh, let... What about, like, this idea?" Or, or something, and then it'll turn around into, like, a six-figure contract.
Amanda AbellaYeah.
Justin KeltnerYou know, just, there's just little things like that. It's hard to describe, and it's even harder to believe if you're not used to, like-
Amanda AbellaIt's the intangibles
Justin Keltnerbeing in that flow, yeah.
Amanda AbellaYeah. It's the intangibles. It's, it's more energetic. I, I've s- I've had a lot of men comment on this channel where they get very upset where they think I'm teaching women how to manipulate men. They think that in this day and age, um, it's not fair or that the things that I'm telling women not to allow from men, like, they, they just think they're still... Or you're arguing for fairness. Most of them are in Western countries and things like that. What do you have to say to those men? Uh, because what I have noticed is a lot of them are thinking with, like, a very logical brain. Mm-hmm. And I think I said to one of them in the comments, I'm like, "See, here's the difference between you and what I teach. You're thinking about survival. I'm thinking about energetics and thriving." Yeah.
Justin KeltnerWell, if you wanna be with a partner who's completely logical just like you are, just go date a man.
Amanda AbellaExactly. Just go date a man- I mean, if that's- if you're that logical if that's, you know, your mindset, like, hey, you know, it's 2026. It's cool. No judgment. Like- Yeah now, I, I, I'm saying that lovingly. Or
Justin Keltnerif
Amanda Abellayou're a man who wants to be a prize, okay, great. Go date a man.
Justin KeltnerRight.
Amanda AbellaGo, go get with another man if you
Justin Keltnerwanna be
Amanda Abellathe prize.
Justin KeltnerI mean, and, and honestly, I think m- maybe there's some, a few of those men out there that actually aren't clear, let's say, exactly what they want, and maybe they're hiding behind women. I don't know. I'm just saying that's, that's a possibility. That's a thing. That's also something- I mean, it is overcompensation.
Amanda AbellaYeah. That is a thing.
Justin KeltnerThat's also something maybe women should be on the lookout for. On the lookout for.
Amanda AbellaFor
Justin Keltnersure. Yeah. Um, but it's... Yeah, men and women are different. I've said it before, I'll say it again. I, I have, I feel no shame in saying this. I think it's true, you know, energetically, biologically, and, and so many other ways. Um- You can't use your logic as a man to try to understand what a woman is thinking or feeling or needs. You just
Amanda Abellacan't do
Justin Keltnerit. Just
Amanda Abellalike a woman can't understa- use the way that she thinks to try to understand a man- Yep because they're so different.
Justin KeltnerWell, everybody's different, and everybody has their own, like, unique perspective on life, their own point of view. That's why people don't get along. You look at religions, right? You know, I'm, I'm Jewish. Okay, like, are, are we right and Muslims are wrong? I don't know. Maybe, but, like, that's not the point. There's no way for me to ever s- necessarily fully see the perspective... I'm not religious, right? But, but, like, fully, fully see the perspective of somebody on the other side of the fence, on the other side of the aisle, from a different religion, whatever, 'cause I have my own values. I have my own upbringing. I have my own history. I have my own beliefs that I've formed. Conditioning. My own conditioning. Um, so even to just say, well, it's just men and women, and they're different. No, like everybody's different. Everybody has their own perspective. It's just that the, that the gap is even broader there, and if you try to solve... Like Einstein says, like you can never solve a problem with the same, uh, mindset, the same, uh, intelligence, level of intelligence that created the problem. You also can't understand women trying to think of things from a man's perspective or vice versa.
Amanda AbellaRocky is now joining us. He's still, like, eight months old, so he's getting to his rebellious stage where he drags his bowl all over the house, and he wants to jump on us, and requires a lot of attention. So, um, he's now on Justin's lap because Justin's had dogs his whole life, and Justin's a dog whisperer to, to get C- Rocky to, uh, calm down and let us finish. He's like, "Give me all the attention. I want all-"
Justin KeltnerMm-hmm
Amanda Abellaof the attention."
Justin KeltnerChildren.
Amanda AbellaUm, you know, he's a, he's a baby. So some of you may have seen him on a video when we first rescued him, and he still had the cone on his little paw, and he couldn't work w- walk. Well, look at him now. He's turning into a big boy. Anyway. He
Justin Keltnertricked us.
Amanda AbellaHe tricked us. He was so calm. Yeah. He was so, like, chill and peaceful. It's 'cause he was injured when we rescued him. And now it's like, forget it. Now it's like balls to the wall, um, with Rocky. But anyway, we love him. We all love him. He has fans.
Justin KeltnerMm, he does,
Amanda Abellayeah. He has fans in the comment section. So I think what we were just talking about is a good segue, because one of the ways in which you provide, um, is here on Mindful Success Path, you've built all the systems, and all the technology, and all the automations, and that's why-
Justin KeltnerNot just with, like, any SaaS tools too.
Amanda AbellaNo, you built our- your own software.
Justin KeltnerWe've built a lot of it from scratch. Yeah. We've built... You know, we've used some open source stuff. We've used different types of integrations customized to our own businesses. Uh, and we have AI agents managing and running a lot of it now too.
Amanda AbellaYeah. So we'll get into that, right?
Justin KeltnerMm-hmm.
Amanda AbellaBecause that's definitely been one of the ways in which you provide, is you've given a lot of structure over here, because I tend to be more creative. I tend to be more like fairy princess. I tend to be like get crazy ideas and then run with them, and then you provide a lot of structure. So our joke is I'm the water, you're the cup.
Justin KeltnerMm-hmm.
Amanda AbellaI'm the water, I'm the creative, I'm the feminine. But, you know, you need structure, otherwise it just kind of flails and goes around all over the place, which is pretty much what happened in my ba- past businesses, right? Um, so what are some of the ways for the... There, we've been getting a lot of questions about business specifically. Um, what are Let's talk about systems first, and then we'll talk about the AI. Mm-hmm. 'Cause we have gotten questions about AI and how people can start applying them, um, to their businesses. Which by the way, if you have a business, um, like if somebody wants to reach out to you for help with systems or AI or any of that, what can they do?
Justin KeltnerUm, probably the best way is just to email community@entrepreneurexpat.com.
Amanda AbellaOkay.
Justin KeltnerUh, and/or, you know, follow me on the, on those socials there.
Amanda AbellaOkay.
Justin KeltnerCause that's where I talk about business and moving abroad and systems and tech. Um, but yeah, reach out to me, community@entrepreneurexpat.com or through the website there at the contact form.
Amanda AbellaOkay, great.
Justin KeltnerIt's probably the easiest way.
Amanda AbellaSo I'll make sure we have that in the description. So why is it so important, like when you're move... Cause when you're an awakening warrior, which is what I teach, like you're making money on survival mode. You might be making a lot of money. I was making a lot of money when I was an awakening warrior. Tons of money. You saw the tax returns. I was making money. Um, but I was exhausted. I had adrenal fatigue. I had no time for anything else. It, I was making a lot of money, but it was unsustainable. Or like awakening warriors, I find when it comes to money, find themselves not fully supported by team or systems because it's a lot of like survival mode, dopamine hit, I have to do everything myself, or they get dopamine hits from starting new projects all the time- Mm-hmm if they're entrepreneurs. Um, but it's not sustainable. And then once we start moving into conscious queen, make sure to take the quiz so you know which one you are, then now we're talking systems, now we're talking sustainability. Like the conversation gets different.
Justin KeltnerYeah.
Amanda AbellaAnd what I find is when we got together, I understood the concept of systems. Um, I desperately wanted them and needed them, but I didn't, I had no idea how to organize them, put them together, what the order of operations is. Like what's step one, step two, step three, step four. Like no freaking idea whatsoever.
Justin KeltnerOkay.
Amanda AbellaUm, so when, wh- so what would you say to the woman, right, who's, who maybe she has a six-figure business, multi six-figure business. May- I'm not even su- I'm not sure how this would apply to, like, a job. You let me know. Mm-hmm. Um, and she's at that stage where she's starting to realize, whoa, like, I'm conscious queen. I need to start thinking about this differently. I need to start thinking about business and money differently. I need to start thinking about taking the load off of me. I could probably speak from the emotional side, you know, but you can speak to the actual, like, tech, physical plane structure side.
Justin KeltnerThe earth plane side?
Amanda AbellaThe earthy side. Yeah. Yeah. The earthy or the air magic, 'cause it's all tech stuff.
Justin KeltnerI guess. I do a lot of air magic.
Amanda AbellaYeah. That's true. Yeah. 'Cause emotionally, what she has to go through is realizing that she's supported, whether it's by systems or other people. Yeah. Mm-hmm. I know that was a brain breaker for me.
Justin KeltnerYeah.
Amanda AbellaUm, and you helped me get through that because you understood kind of the, the physical... How the physical pieces fit together. So what is it that the conscious queens who are in business and it's unsustainable, like, what is it that they need to know about systems in order for money to become more predictable, more easy, um, and not so much like flying by the seat of your pants or survival mode?
Justin KeltnerYeah. I, I would say it's, it's the thing that I had to learn, which is you don't make more money by working harder. If the people that worked the hardest made the most money, then you would see, you know, these single moms with two, three, four part-time jobs working 15, 16 plus hours a day. They would be billionaires. Why aren't they? Because the amount of effort that you put into work does not correlate to the amount of money that you make. In fact, a lot of the times it's actually an inverse correlation. Sure, you have to work hard in a sense to, to build something real, but- That's just to say, like, you can't be lazy and you can't just say, "You know what? I wanna manifest a million dollars and it's just gonna fall in your lap." Like, you ha- you have to actually do the work, right? You have to put the effort in. But it's not about doing it harder. It's about doing it smarter, and it's about leverage. That's one of the pillars at Entrepreneur Expat that we talk a lot about as well, is this idea of leverage.
Amanda AbellaOne of my favorite words.
Justin KeltnerYeah. And I- I've- So many applications I've gotten you even more en- enthusiastic about leverage.
Amanda AbellaYeah.
Justin KeltnerRight? In fact, one, one of the first things you said to me, and this is, you know, kinda how we started before we were even dating or anything, was you s- you said, "Hey, I w- really wanna build all these systems in my businesses." And I said, "Well, why?" And you said, "Well, I, I'm, I wanna get married." I don't know if you wanna tell them that story.
Amanda AbellaI think we have told them that story.
Justin KeltnerYeah, maybe we have.
Amanda AbellaYeah, where
Justin KeltnerI said- And I said, "Oh, who are you getting married to?" You're like, "Well, nobody yet." Yeah. I'm like, "All right. Well," um
Amanda AbellaI had some cojones, like
Justin Keltnerwe
Amanda Abellasay in Spanish. Yeah. I was just bold with it.
Justin KeltnerYou were. Yeah. But, but like, to your point, you know, if you wanna, if you wanna have the space to consume, you know, content like yours and date and feel a lot more s- free in general, like you've gotta have leverage in your life. You've gotta have
Amanda Abellasystems. Even with, even with families. I remember in my previous business, I talked to a lot of women. I'd help them with phase one of leverage, right? Which is this stop trading time for money, and let's talk about group programs or digital products- Yeah or something like that. And a big part of the reason why they came to me for, to figure that part out is because maybe they were consultants and they were trading time for money-
Justin KeltnerMm-hmm
Amanda Abellabut they wanted to start families.
Justin KeltnerWell, let's, let's take an even simpler example. Yeah. Let's say that you, you are at a job, right? This is an example that would work for somebody even that is in a job, and maybe they wanna start their own business just to have like a little bit more leverage and to eventually move to that. You know, whether that's part of, you know, how they're gonna attract a man because they can focus more on themselves, they're more relaxed, whatever. Or they just don't wanna do what they're doing and, and go to work for all these hours and sit in traffic and whatever. Before you can even ha- have your own business, you gotta buy back some of your time. How do you do that so that you can s- start a business or build something or have a hobby or whatever it is you wanna do? Well, anything that either you hate doing or that's too time-consuming or that you get a, a much better return to have someone else do it, you outsource that thing. Like, as an example, in the concrete world, it's not... And before we get into systems or, or funnels or AI agents or any of that stuff, hire a house cleaner. Even if you're paying 60, 70, $80 an hour, which in many places in the US you might pay for a house cleaner, for them to come, you know, once a week for two hours, it's, it's still worth it versus you having to do all that work yourself, right? 'Cause you're... Here, obviously it's a lot cheaper. You know, we, we might pay $30 per day to have someone come for three, four hours and clean the entire house, do the laundry, do the dishes. Um, but even to, to pay that- It's
Amanda Abellaalso not seen as a luxury-
Justin KeltnerYeah
Amanda Abellain Mexico to have help like that.
Justin KeltnerYeah, and it's like- In the United States it is the, the house- Yeah the, the housekeeper's gonna do the house cleaning job a lot more efficiently than you can anyway.
Amanda AbellaMm-hmm.
Justin KeltnerRight? So they're gonna do it more efficiently, you're gonna save time, and then you're gonna be able to buy your time back to do things that are more leveraged. Work towards, I mean, I wouldn't even say work towards getting a promotion. Why bother doing that in your job if you can make your own money?
Amanda AbellaYeah.
Justin KeltnerUm, but do things that are more leveraged or do things that make you, you know, more evolved or that give you like, you know, uh, like a spiritual foundation. Uh, have, get a hobby, do some art, play guitar. That makes you a more interesting person anyway.
Amanda AbellaYeah, a lot of times when you're moving from awakening warrior to conscious queen, this happened to me, a lot of it, and this was like right before I met you I had started doing these things. I just stopped being so damn disciplined, right? I, I mean, yes, I was trying to figure out the systems obviously when we met, but I remember going back to painting. I was swimming. I was just doing things that were fun for me as a kid, 'cause when you're in awakening warrior phase, you're, you're still in survival mode, and a lot of times you just take on all this over-responsibility. And when we get to conscious queen, what a lot of women... And this is where women and men are a bit different. Mm. Right? For women, a lot of it is coming back to pleasure You know? And for a lot of us, that's like, "Well, what did you do when you were a little girl?" And for me at the time it was, like, painting, and when I was working with this expert in neuroscience to help me through this shitshow of a situation I'd found myself in, uh, she said, "Well, what did you love?" And I'm like, "Well, I loved painting and I loved swimming." She goes, "Go back to do that." And it was so, uh... It was really uncomfortable at first because your brain wants to go like, "But everything around me is gonna fall apart if I'm not working." Mm-hmm. So, like, the awakening warrior wants to come online and tear that down, but over time it was one of the most nourishing, soothing things I could have possibly done, like, for my soul, which then allowed me to, um, move on to the next stage. So it's interesting that you bring up, like, hey, it's not just, like, making more money. It's also, like, hobbies or the things that make you an interesting person, the things that make you a high-value person.
Justin KeltnerYeah.
Amanda AbellaAn interesting person.
Justin KeltnerAnd that's gonna obviously help your dating life, too.
Amanda AbellaYeah. Of- duh. Yeah.
Justin KeltnerBut, but you gotta... That, that's why you get leverage. You have to have your why, right? You wanna, you wanna work less, work less around the house, have more time for yourself, have time for hobbies, be an in- a more interesting person for yourself, and then also because of course it helps attract a partner, right? Men don't wanna date a, a woman that has no hobbies, no interests. All she does is work. Because then it's back to the 50/50. Well, that's the only thing that you're contributing is your financial contribution to the rent, and then you're roommates. Yeah. What's the point?
Amanda AbellaYeah. What's
Justin Keltnerthe point? You have to be interesting. Yeah.
Amanda AbellaYou
Justin Keltnerhave to have a life of your own. You have to have, you know, passions, and you have to have hobbies, and you have to have, like, an opinion on things.
Amanda AbellaWhat else
Justin Keltnerdo you- You definitely always had an opinion on things. That's something for sure.
Amanda AbellaIt's
Justin Keltnertrue, I do. You always did. Yeah.
Amanda AbellaUm, but the way in which I express them is, is the difference. So you bring up a really interesting point, uh, because a lot of the messages that I'll get from women sometimes are like, "I'm so tired of working. I'm so tired of living this life. I want a provider man." Yeah. "I want this." And I think sometimes I have to remind women that sometimes the provision was gonna come through, like, your business fir- like, you have to learn how to... I tell women this all the time. Like, provision comes from God first, first and foremost, right? Yeah. Like, big daddy upstairs or whatever you wanna call him. Sky daddy. Sky daddy, whatever you wanna call him. You know, uh, provision comes from there first. And sometimes it's interesting because a lot of the same issues that they need to work through in order for a man to provide for them are a lot of the same issues that they need to work through in order for a business to be sustainable and take care of them.
Justin KeltnerYeah, so they don't, like, run themselves ragged in a job that they're working, even though they don't actually need to be working at, at a job, period, but they're doing it to try to prove themselves or to prove to a man that they can contribute 50/50, which is the wrong point anyway. Like, they're just on this vicious cycle doing something to try to prove something that doesn't matter to people that they don't care about. It's crazy.
Amanda AbellaOkay, so
Justin Keltnerw- It's, it's kinda like society at large, I think.
Amanda AbellaYeah, it is society at large. Uh, which is why I started Mindful Success Path to try and figure out that issue with society at large. Um, so when it comes to systems, right? Now we're back to the conscious queen. I just talked about the internal stuff that you have to go through, which is, like, the support. Allowing things around you to support you, whether it's the man or the business or God or whatever. It- it's this feeling of I don't have to do it all myself. Yeah. I don't have to carry the burden of everything when you move from awakening warrior to conscious queen. What does that look like when you start applying systems in a business? 'Cause we might have women watching us who already have businesses, or for example, there's real estate agents or doctors or, you know, people with their own practices and things that watch us. You know, so what does that practically look like? 'Cause you built all my systems.
Justin KeltnerYeah. Well, I would say it's first understanding what I said earlier, which is you don't need to run yourself ragged. Uh, y- working harder is not going to make you more money. Those are all these like completely just false sayings that are very common in society. You can make money with leverage. Like, we've probably saved in the last 60 days as I've built out, you know, not just we have obviously the systems, but on top of the systems we've built AI agents and AI systems to manage those systems and to manage a lot of our, you know, lead flow and our websites and be able to do things much more quickly. Like, the time to execution has gone down and the effort to execution has gone down. Uh, we've probably saved what would be at least 80 to 100 man-hours a week easy with the things that we've built in the last two months. And before, I mean, well, before it literally wasn't possible, but I also wouldn't have thought that it was possible because of my own limiting beliefs, even as, as recently as, you know, six months or a year ago. Like, it's something that I'm evolving very much, uh, myself as well. I think it's more important for women because women just don't have that same... It's not drive for work necessarily, but they don't have the same stamina. They, they also don't have the same- We literally
Amanda Abelladon't have as much testosterone as you guys do.
Justin KeltnerYeah.
Amanda AbellaLike,
Justin Keltnerit's just, you know- And your, your cycle is changing, like, e- every few days. Every 28 days. Yeah Right? Like, it's a whole, it's a whole thing. Men can just- You don't
Amanda Abellaeven know.
Justin KeltnerMen can just, just push and push and push. Now, don't do that even if you're a man, because you're gonna have heart issues, knock on wood, later. Uh, you're gonna burn out. Like, there's a lot of things. But men can go a lot harder than women, so it's not as important. But even-
Amanda AbellaOr men can do the same thing consistently- Yeah over and over and over again, whereas women have a harder time doing that- 100% because of our cycles. Yeah.
Justin KeltnerA- and, um, even as a man, like, I, I had to learn, well, I don't need to just be working all the time. I can have more time to spend with my wife. I can have more time to watch Magnificent Century with you, for example. I can have-
Amanda AbellaWe do have Magnificent Century fans who watch.
Justin KeltnerYeah. We're gonna do a whole... I, I helped Amanda, 'cause I was like, "Hmm," we were watching it and my, my kind of creative genius also started. I'm like, "Let me go and put this into AI and have it research all the different archetypes and then, you know, combine that with ours, and then do all this." So, like, I, I pre-built the series for you on that, that I'm looking forward to recording. We
Amanda Abellaare so hooked
Justin Keltneron Magnificent Century. Um, yeah, we, we, we watch. But, like, things like that, like having hobbies. I'm gonna pick up guitar again soon. Once we go to the US I think I'll buy a couple guitars there and bring them back here. Um, reading books. I'm getting back into The Economist and Wall Street Journal and, uh, even, like, some, some foreign newspapers, like from China and India. Uh, I'm also writing a book. I'm about halfway through the Entrepreneur Expat book as well. That's gonna come out, I think, by the end of the year- Yeah is what we're, we're shooting for. Uh, I wouldn't have had time to do any of those things.
Amanda AbellaYeah.
Justin KeltnerA- and so I, I thought, you know, before, "Well, hey, I just have to keep working and push harder and push harder and push harder." That was never the way to make more money. So it's about realizing that the way to be more successful is actually sometimes to work less And focus on the things that you can, can do to gain leverage, and that's where the systems come in. I could talk about systems all day. That's probably a deeper conversation maybe for another day where we can get into, like, what systems we have in business and how, you know, they're applied. But the general-
Amanda AbellaLet us know in the comments if you want that. Yeah. Yeah.
Justin KeltnerThe, the general idea is if you... The, the whole... You have to understand why you want these systems, 'cause a lot of people do the opposite as well. Like, you, you would, you know, say, "Well, I, I need a funnel 'cause somebody told me I needed this, this funnel thing," or whatever, or, "I need a, a CRM," or, "I need a this," or, "I need that." And it's like they're thinking about systems, but they're not actually building the systems because they are trying to find specific points of leverage in their building, in, in their, in their business. They're building it because somebody told them that they had to.
Amanda AbellaMeanwhile, I knew my reason, which was like I'm getting ready to get married and I'm gonna need more time- Mm to be in rela- in a relationship, and date, and be married, and be a wifey, and all that stuff, so I need things working when I'm not working.
Justin KeltnerYeah.
Amanda AbellaAnd that was a business I don't have anymore. I guess it evolved into this one, um, at the end of the day, because then when I started this, I, I went to... You, you were not going to let me burn out like I did before, um- Yeah. I said- in the previous-
Justin KeltnerYou know what? Just take six months off. Just relax. I got this."
Amanda AbellaYeah.
Justin KeltnerEnjoy."
Amanda AbellaAnd then it took maybe three months before I got the idea- Yeah and then-
Justin KeltnerYou can't- Yeah stay still for too long.
Amanda AbellaI can't. Yeah. Because do you wanna know why? Because when a woman starts to relax and she starts to rest, and I'm, I'm doing this other video on like things that happen to you that you know you're healing your nervous system even though it doesn't look like it. One of them is needing more rest. I do need more rest than I feel like I used to because when I was an awakening warrior, I was just pushing and pushing and pushing and pushing. You know? Now I'm like, "Nope, I need rest. I need sleep. I need days off." Yeah. Um, I'm not trying to work the first day of my period, TMI, but you know, I'm not trying to do all that. Um, I need more time to chill and wind down, whereas before I would just like push it. That's actually a sign that a nervous system is healing when you need more rest. Anyway, there's another video coming on that soon 'cause there's other things when your nervous system starts to heal that you think things are getting worse but it actually is a good sign. One of those is needing more rest.
Justin KeltnerMm.
Amanda AbellaUm, so I got all rested up, right? And then I no longer had the pressure of bills and entrepreneur expats doing pretty well, and then suddenly it's like my cr- creative brain just started to fire. Because I remember before I met you, um, and I had a lot of responsibility and I was very much in the awakening warrior, there was a few years there where I felt my creativity had just died.
Justin KeltnerMm-hmm.
Amanda AbellaLike just died. Like it was just sucked out of me. I had no creative spark, no juice, no nothing. And I'm now starting to realize doing the work that I do now with women, um, that it's because if we're in survival mode, like it's all like root chakra stuff- Mm-hmm right? When you're in survival mode. Well, it's the sacral chakra, the womb area, where creativity comes online.
Justin KeltnerYeah.
Amanda AbellaSo if we have like overactive root chakra, here's all our holistic healing certifications coming, right? Then, you know, you can't move up to the sacral. So what happens is, okay, I'm no longer in survival mode. I'm moving into conscious queen, and now my sacral's coming online, and boom, it's like creative idea, creative idea, intuition, creativity, creativity. Now in my case, my creativity oftentimes comes out in business ideas, right? But it's not just that. Sometimes it's like I'm gonna rearrange all the furniture in this house today or, or whatever. You know, I was painting for a while or, or drawing or, or just reading books or- You should start painting
Justin Keltneragain or writing or,
Amanda Abellaor what-
Justin KeltnerYou li- you like painting.
Amanda AbellaI do like painting. Yeah. Right? Or, or writing or whatever. It's just my creativity oftentimes also leads to money, which is not uncommon. Same chakra. You know? Not, you know- Yeah I, I always tell people the same energy that makes babies makes businesses, makes money. It's the same energy at the end of the day. Um, so be- when I got that time to like not be stressed about all of those things and let my nervous system reset because I needed it so bad, a nervous system reset, like it, it, my, the creativity just started a fire. I mean, I couldn't even stop it after many, many years where I had felt like it had just died. So maybe that's why.
Justin KeltnerHmm.
Amanda AbellaMaybe that's why I can't sit still because, I mean, I rest a lot more now, but maybe it's because I'm getting the rest and I'm more regulated that all these ideas start to fire.
Justin KeltnerMm-hmm.
Amanda AbellaBecause there was a long time where there were no ideas firing up in there, you know?
Justin KeltnerYeah. I, I agree 100%.
Amanda AbellaSo now let's talk about the AI agents. We'll end it there because we did get a specific question about the AI and how you're using AI, and then you were like, "Well, I can talk about how AI helps you like stay in your feminine."
Justin KeltnerYeah.
Amanda AbellaRight? So talk a little bit about that because I mentioned that you, uh, on a live stream that you'd built like, I don't know, I don't even know how many AI agents- I don't
Justin Keltnereven know how many either
Amanda Abellain the last two months or something, and now basically everything's either automated or delegated. Um, not- Not
Justin Keltnereverything
Amanda Abellanot everything, but like-
Justin KeltnerBut like 90%
Amanda Abella90%. Like- Yeah 90% of your business is now automated or delegated, and then you use a lot of the same things over here-
Justin KeltnerYeah
Amanda Abellato help me. So how does AI play into this? Because for a lot of people, they may have started the online business. A lot of women are in their 30s and 40s, right, who follow this channel, maybe even older than that, and a lot of them, maybe if you're on the younger side of that, to you, like using technology to make money was what you said funnels.
Justin KeltnerMm-hmm.
Amanda AbellaAnd all that kind of stuff. They've probably heard that. But now we've got AI coming into play, and that's just like ex- that's just like changing everything. I mean, that, I- Yeah that's such a brain breaker in a lot of ways for those of us who are used to working hard. Um- Mm-hmm because it's kind of like, wait a minute, like what's going on here? Like on the one hand, yeah, could we go into a dystopian future where like people lose their jobs and resources and all that stuff, and can people take advantage of it? 1,000%, all the, though the astrology shows it's not gonna get away with it.
Justin KeltnerMm-hmm.
Amanda AbellaFor those of you who are worried about that. Um, but on the other hand, it's such a massive opportunity for people who know how to use it well-
Justin KeltnerYeah
Amanda Abellaand actually understand it. So can you speak more to that? Because they've asked.
Justin KeltnerOf course. So I'll give three examples. One is how we use it to take our speed to market and, and increase that a lot while also taking less effort. So that specifically is the funnels. Uh, there's a second example which is how we can, or how we are using it now to communicate a lot faster, like with our PR system. And then the third example is how we've used it to build systems that make our data b-bo-both make our data more sovereign, uh, and not, you know Have us be locked into vendors like with SaaS, but also save hundreds of do- I mean, thousands at this point of dollars a month. Mm-hmm. Because we're using, we're building our own tools, right? So first one is the, just the funnels and the marketing and, like, time to market on that. It used to be- Or getting products out. Yeah. Well ex- that's part of the same thing. It used to be that let's say that you wanted to launch a new product or I wanted to launch a new product, I had to go and have like a brainstorming session. There wasn't anything like Otter where you could talk into the computer and it would like just transcribe it- Yeah and then give you a summary. Like even that, that, that's been around for a few years, but even that like is relatively new. Mm-hmm. Even in the, you know, 15-ish years I've been seriously in business. Um, but b- before, you know, you wouldn't even be able to do that to ideate. Now it's like I can... I still start with my own ideas. Like oftentimes we'll have a conversation, whether it's for your business or mine, or I'll be talking to a client, interview them. I'll take that and then, you know, I take the market research that are like call recordings and I'll put that into AI and I'll have it kind of synthesize different bullet points. In fact, now it's, it's even easier. It used to be like you had to do sort of this multi-step thing. Now you can build funnels that are kind of like predetermined and say, "I want you to do A, B, and C," and like give it access to your computer, like with a Claude Cowork or more sovereign tools that we're building that act similar to that. Um, so what, what used to before take ideating, writing notes by hand on a computer or at least typing them, doing manual research like looking potentially at dozens of competitors, their websites, articles, doing research, uh, looking at legal contracts for, for a given type of program, writing sales copy.
Amanda AbellaOh yeah.
Justin KeltnerDesigning a page. It used to be you would have to pay a copywriter $10,000 to write decent sales copy, you know, marketing copy on a, on a page to sell let's say $1,000 course or a few hundred dollar course. Now AI does it and- Good girl it's done, you know, even if you're using tokens and you're using the top models, maybe you're paying 100 bucks to write and revise that page-
Amanda AbellaYeah
Justin Keltnerand design the thing. You would have to pay a designer easily $1,000 plus for one little sales page.
Amanda AbellaSo if you were someone who's at a job and you wanna start your own business, you'd be able to get from idea to business or products
Justin Keltneror whatever- Yeah a lot faster. Or if you have a business already like we do- Yeah and you're just trying to ideate quicker and, and iterate and get things out there and decrease your time to market, like what used to take me at least 100 hours and thousands of dollars-
Amanda AbellaYeah
Justin Keltnerjust in contractors and things like that that I had to pay Now it's like one course. We can, we can give it like a little summary or speak into it for 5 or 10 minutes into, into like an Otter and then paste that and then say, "Build a course around this." You don't even have to tell it who your avatar is. It already has access- It already knows to the brand documents- Yeah on your computer, and we've structured like our data for... We've got multi- nine, now three brands that we, that we manage. We've got our own, you know, Mindful Success Path, Entrepreneur Expat, Boreal, which is a, a real estate development that we're partnered in here in Mexico. So those, those, um, brands all have their own folder structure. They have their own... We, we use a format called Markdown, which AI agents understand. Definitely look into Markdown. It's very simple, um, but it's a, it's a much better way to give AI agents context than let's say a PDF or a document or an HTML file, right? Because it's, it's much more simple. Um, there isn't all that extra formatting and gobbledygook that they don't understand, right? So you've got brand documents in, in, in, in a hierarchical structure. You've got agents MD files that tell the agents how to interpret those, those structures. They're continuously learning, right? So every single time we write a new sales page and then tweak it, and then, uh, those feedback, uh, those pieces of feedback will then get incorporated into our brand voice, into our guidelines, into the things that get p- passed on to the AI agents in the future whenever... You know, it's not pr- prompt engineering anymore. You're actually engineering the loop. So it's like engineering the sequence from here's the idea, go and scan this directory, look at this, look at that, and most of that now builds itself. Like it's auto- it's semi-autonomous, right?
Amanda AbellaCrazy.
Justin KeltnerIt's wild. So now- It's
Amanda Abellaso crazy
Justin KeltnerI can literally say, "I want a course about A, B, and C." I've already got information from what our clients have said about past courses. I've already got information in there about everything else that we've done, uh, the avatars that we work with, our content pillars Now, it, it took a few months to get that set up and get it working properly, but now it's almost autonomous and you can put something into like a Claude Design or other open source tools that use AI, and it can design the, the sales page for you. I've also built... You know, it used to be we used Thrive Architect a lot. We're probably gonna be moving to more open tools at some point, but that's what we have for now, and it's fairly good. We recommend it a lot. It used to be that even if you were to get a design like that from a designer or from AI, they would give you kind of an HTML page or, or an image file or whatever, and you would have to manually like drag and drop that, or not even drag and drop. You'd have to create something in a drag and drop kind of builder and upload an image, and then make sure it's mobile responsive, and then test it and make sure your images are resized and this, and add the text in and copy it, and it's like a whole process. I built a builder with AI. It cost me a few hundred dollars, you know, over the course of a month or two, but I built a builder that now will take the design file and then put that into Thrive. So you don't just have an HTML file, you have an actual human editable and updatable visual builder, and if we wanted to put that into Elementor, if we wanted to put that into Divi, I created my own, it's called Justin Design System, JDS. I created my own markup language for a specification of a design file in one of those WordPress builders that can easily be converted straight into the builder.
Amanda AbellaSo basically the robots can build your pages?
Justin KeltnerYeah. Well, the robots can even build the robots to build the pages.
Amanda AbellaYeah.
Justin KeltnerSo like now I can go from idea to we have a sales page and a product and everything live on the site in like- hours instead of weeks or months. Right. I mean, it's insane. Right. And it's like $100 of a cost or less in a lot of cases, versus tens of thousands and hundreds of hours.
Amanda AbellaYeah.
Justin KeltnerThat's just one example. The other example is the PR system. I now have a system where instead of me having to take my time and go and read dozens of articles, it'll pre-scan those articles, uh, and it'll give me ideas on not just what content to do videos on, it'll scri- uh, write the scripts, at least the outlines for me, the high-level stuff. Then I put my own story, my own wording, whatever, and then it synthesize that into a, a more final outline. And then I don't use a teleprompter much, but I'll have that outline, including my hook that's been generated, all the things I need to do, and then it'll find the keywords for me. Like, it's a whole Kanban board step by step, and I built that. That's a, um, that's a piece of software that I built, right? And in that software, it'll also go and write drafts to people that wrote articles or podcast hosts or other people that have media-
Amanda AbellaWho are looking for your expertise
Justin Keltnerwho are looking for my expertise- Yeah instead of me having to read hundreds of articles and newspapers and magazines and whatever. That's
Amanda Abellacrazy because I used to, like, in previous businesses- How much
Justin Keltnertime did that take you when you did it?
Amanda Abellaactually pitch the media. I was- Yeah. I even taught that at one point, how to pitch the media. It was a few hours a week- Mm-hmm at least, and you couldn't do the volume that an AI can do.
Justin KeltnerNo.
Amanda AbellaImpossible as a human. And, like, I've read the emails. The emails are good. They sound like they've r- been written by humans.
Justin KeltnerYeah.
Amanda AbellaAnd it's working. I mean, you get responses from media all the time.
Justin KeltnerDaily, yeah. Daily. We're getting probably, like, a 2 to 3% response rate right now on the- Yeah emails. Maybe even higher, 'cause actually on, on, on average, maybe we're sending out 10 a day and I'm getting one or two, so it's actually even better. It's, it might, might be as high as 10%. And
Amanda Abellathat's specifically for- Yeah Entrepreneur Expat because- Right there's just a lot of news going on with global diversification in Mexico-
Justin KeltnerYeah and
Amanda Abellathe
Justin KeltnerUS. And news give... Getting on news gets you credibility. I've already been- Yeah on the, the CGTN, which is the Chinese- Yeah uh, state news.
Amanda AbellaAnd you just got interviewed-
Justin KeltnerLike 'em, like 'em or hate 'em.
Amanda AbellaAnd you just got interviewed by, like, the Council of the Americas or
Justin Keltnersomething like that. Yep. ASCOA. Yeah. We did, we did a, a, a talk with them. Um, we've already been featured in the Guadalajara Reporter. We've been featured in, I believe it was, like, Lakeside News or something like that when we were doing our talk there. América in Guadalajara. América. Ah, okay. Yeah. Maybe one of those. Uh, it's, yeah, we're obviously been on dozens of podcasts. So like, that wouldn't have been possible if I didn't build these systems. And the third thing is building all the tools that we used before, like vidIQ. I mean, we used to recommend that a lot. It's still a great tool, but like why spend $100 a month on something that I can build for a couple hundred dollars of credits or less, and now we own the data, we can integrate it completely into our other systems. We can create MCPs, which are like how the AI agents talk to different tools. Uh, it's fully integrated. We own all the data. We can mine the data later if we need to. We can repurpose it. We can modify it to do things that we want it to do that other tools out of the box couldn't do. And we built tools like that, and then we also built like the Moneta operating system, which does all the media and press and recommendations for me about which videos to film, and I'm gonna set it up for you so that you can also do more newsjacking. You can see like a, like a literal newsroom on your screen that we custom-built with a few hours of my time, right? That would've taken months to build- Yeah, months and a, and a team of developers.
Amanda AbellaMonths.
Justin KeltnerAnd so we built systems for us. Not only that, but we built systems that have saved us at this point over $1,000 a month by replacing all of these legacy SaaS tools that not only were they overpriced and also, uh, didn't have the functionality that we necessarily wanted versus our custom tools do everything that we want, but they also had our data locked in with God knows what kind of privacy policy And we could never get that data out like QuickBooks. We're gonna get off QuickBooks so that I don't, I'm not beholden to Intuit deciding tomorrow that they're gonna change their pricing, their policies, their privacy, uh, whatever else. And I, I can use my AI agents to classify transactions, to export the reports I want. It... They have a completely closed system. I don't wanna be on a closed system. I want my data to be sovereign. So those are some of the reasons why, and the examples of like how we've used the systems in our businesses.
Amanda AbellaThat's so crazy because, I mean, I've been in business 15 years, and it's like this is stuff that maybe I was like, uh, like six years ago, before you and I had even, even met, I was like in the, in the thick of my awakening warrior, in business at least. Um, and just in general, just like the thick of my awakening warrior archetype. I'm like, "Can't it just be where like robots just do work? Like can't robots... Like c- can't we get there?" Because it's just so much weight and responsibility and burden and so many things to manage and so much mental load. And I have found, you know, I don't know how to build any of these AI agents. If you guys want Justin to build AI agents for you or- Um, like what, what stage makes sense for them to start thinking about this and reach out to you? Yeah, I mean- Don't try and build it yourself unless you really want
Justin Keltnerto. It really, it really depends. I mean- Yeah maybe at some point we'll have like coaching programs where I can show the basics just like I did with, you know, some of the people on the Pocket Smith team- Yeah where they were, they were trying to, you know, automate some of these processes. Because there are ways to do it simply without having to know how systems and code work like I do. Yeah, 'cause I don't know
Amanda Abellahow any of this
Justin Keltnerworks. Um- Yeah I think there's different... Like everybody should be using AI in their business. Yeah. 100%. Because even if, even if you can set up one automation, one routine that saves you an hour a day, like that's... I mean, for me, that's $1,000 a day-
Amanda AbellaYeah
Justin Keltnerof, of time, of my time that I'm saving.
Amanda AbellaYeah.
Justin KeltnerUm, but even if your time right now, you're getting paid 50, 100, $150 an hour, like that's still $500 a week that you get back essentially in your pocket-
Amanda AbellaYeah
Justin Keltnerfor almost no money. So at least getting those like quick wins under your belt, and then if you are at the, let's say, 200, $300,000 level, a million dollar a year level, you can implement AI in your business and probably save tens or hundreds of thousands.
Amanda AbellaYeah. So if any of you are listening to this and you're at those levels and you want Justin's help in terms of the AI stuff, 'cause I can just tell you just being on the, I don't know if receiving end is the right word, but like I don't know how to build these things. You built these things. But I can just see how like they're working and I'm, uh, we're here just like we've been filming and having fun all day long 'cause the robots are just
Justin KeltnerThey're monitoring the servers, they're fixing anything that breaks, they're reaching out to people, they're drafting responses to clients, they're analyzing, um, you know, our conversation transcripts, they're planning courses, they're, they're, they're helping to manage leads. I mean, it's, it's absolutely
Amanda Abellacrazy what they do. It's bonkers. Like, this was just unheard of-
Justin KeltnerYeah
Amanda Abellanot that long ago. Um, and I know for me, like, it just feels very regulating to me because I know when I was in my awakening warrior stage, one of my biggest issues was that I felt like I was unsupported. And internally, that's one of the things that women have to, um fix w- not fix, uh, heal, right? When they're going from awakening warrior to conscious queen, it's this feeling of no one supports me and everything's on me. And I never in a million years imagined that AI would help me start feeling like, "Wait a minute," right? "I'm supported." Or even something that regulates the, the nervous system when it comes to money- Mm-hmm is when I wake up to sales, right? And I'm like, "Wait a minute, I was literally sleeping."
Justin KeltnerAnd you had people in Germany, in Austria, in Australia, I think was one of the countries we had recently. Uh, w-where, where else? You had someone, I think, in Indonesia.
Amanda AbellaI have no idea, right? Like, we-
Justin KeltnerLike, like, I mean, we have, we have sales coming in on both brands during the day and also at night because people are all over the world buying this stuff.
Amanda AbellaAnd when you're moving from awakening warrior to conscious queen, to see those... For me personally, right? I guess maybe I'm very, like, heady about these things. Like, seeing these systems working and being like, "This thing is working when I'm not working. This thing is bringing money even if I'm not doing anything." Mm-hmm. At first it was a brain breaker, for sure, um, because I was moving into conscious queen and now magnetic empress. It's like, and now I have magnetic empress problems where I'm like, "It's working, great. Now how do w- I expand this?"
Justin KeltnerYeah.
Amanda AbellaThat's a magnetic empress problem. Um, but it's been very... It's helped me in a, in a strange way, I guess it's helped me, like, literally rewire my nervous system for being like, "I can be supported."
Justin KeltnerMm-hmm.
Amanda AbellaI can be supported. There is support there for me. No matter what is going on, there is support there for me." And it's interesting because a lot of women will be like, "Well, that needs to come from a man." And I'm like, "Well, yes, but also it comes from systems."
Justin KeltnerHmm.
Amanda AbellaIf you run your own business, it comes from now AI changed the game. Like I said, like, there's so many ways for us to be supported so that we as women can be in our feminine energy. Um, you just have to, like, learn how these things work or hire somebody or I'm not sure what your best recommendation would be.
Justin KeltnerYeah, I mean, maybe there's a course in the making there for AI or, or maybe that's something we even talk about in another show.
Amanda Abella'Cause it's a game changer- Yeah completely for, for business. Complete game changer. Now, for those who think, and, and 'cause I know it's gonna come up in the comments, and it has come up in the comments. Yep. For those who think that, like, AI is just gonna destroy people's jobs, what do you... Or, or they think that AI is going to destroy their job, for example, like, what would you say-
Justin KeltnerYou gotta make yourself- to
Amanda Abellathat person?
Justin Keltnerindispensable. Number one, you have to learn how to use it because complaining about it It's, it's kinda like complaining about the printing press if you're a scribe. What are you gonna do?
Amanda AbellaYeah. Nothing
Justin Keltneryou could do. Right. Okay, well, you better h- find another skill because they're coming for- The printing press happened
Amanda AbellaYeah nothing you could do.
Justin KeltnerIt's the same kinda thing. I mean, it's technological evolution. Now, do I believe that there are a lot of people with a lot of power that are using it for evil and not for good? Yeah, 100%, as with any technology. I think this is set to be more disruptive than anything else in history, for sure. Um, but the only way that you can really protect yourself from it, number one, is understanding how to leverage it. Because do you wanna be the person in your company that just is doing what you were doing two or three or five or six years ago, and you're doing something that could easily be outsourced by a computer? By the way, anything almost can, can be replaced now by AI. Yeah. Even factory work. Like right now they have robots.
Amanda AbellaExcept maybe... I, I brought this up in the comments. I'm hearing construction noise right now.
Justin KeltnerYeah.
Amanda AbellaExcept maybe that.
Justin KeltnerNo.
Amanda AbellaOr like we're working-
Justin KeltnerThey're 3D printing houses already
Amanda Abellaor, but like we're working on a land development. Who- like, is AI gonna be driving a tractor to move dirt? Yeah. Are we there yet? We're already- I
Justin Keltnermean, eventually we're already there.
Amanda AbellaWe're already there?
Justin KeltnerWe already have self-driving trailers, tractors, trucks. We have robots in factories that are picking car parts, assembling, uh, identifying boxes, sorting them.
Amanda AbellaOkay, but when they start laying down the electricity down there-
Justin KeltnerMm-hmm
Amanda Abellain our development, right? And the- and building the roads and all that kinda stuff, like even that stuff requires- It
Justin Keltnerhasn't quite come here to that extent Yeah. So it's not about can a, can a computer or AI or robotics do it, right? Right now, and it depends on the market you're in, and, and here maybe some of the-
Amanda AbellaHere as in Mexico.
Justin KeltnerYeah, here in Mexico, like some of the construction work is probably not gonna be disrupted as quickly as it is in the US because it's about how much something actually costs, how much the unit of labor costs by a human doing it versus by a robot doing it, by a machine doing it.
Amanda AbellaYeah.
Justin KeltnerSo the model economically- And labor costs here are lower right, the model is a little bit differently here, and here it's more expensive to import technology- Yeah and they don't have the frontier labs like in the US, and there's, there's a lot of reasons, right?
Amanda AbellaBut Mexico's invested a lot of money into AI.
Justin Keltner100%, yeah.
Amanda AbellaYeah.
Justin KeltnerA- a- and so but ev- everything, everything is ripe for disruption. It's just that certain things are a little bit less ripe for disruption. An HVAC tech, an electrician, a plumber, I don't know if those jobs are safe forever, but they're definitely safe for now. For
Amanda Abellanow.
Justin KeltnerBut the person that's a knowledge worker who- which is most people-
Amanda AbellaYeah
Justin KeltnerI think, you know, at least listening to this, that they're think- thinking, you know, "I'm writing, I'm editing, I'm doing an administrative job, I'm talking to clients," AI's coming for you. So do you wanna be the person in that job that's doing the same thing you were five years ago, or do you wanna be the person that's learning how to embrace AI and teaching it how to replace yourself so that at least then you can help your boss leverage that technology in their business instead of you being the person that they are the first to fire because, you know, they can just get rid of you like that?
Amanda AbellaUgh. I've... Like, just hearing this stuff breaks my brain. I think now I'm getting a little bit used to it, and I think this is a good place to end it because, like yesterday, I don't know, you woke up, you made an app, like an app was made overnight for the whole security system for the condo, uh, that we live in, and, and you built the app For the whole security bit I
Justin Keltnerdidn't even build it. I mean, I know how to code.
Amanda AbellaThat's also true.
Justin KeltnerSo I, I mean, but I, I haven't actually reviewed almost any of the code other than, like, a couple quick gla- glances and running it through other agents that has been built. Um, I was able to build these apps by just conversing with the agent, testing something, and then saying, "Hey, this thing doesn't work," or, "I want this thing to work a little bit differently or look better or fix the way that we're fetching this data or fix the, you know, camera thing. It's actually like this." Or giving it more access to tools, but restricting the access in a way where at least I can audit it and I can approve it.
Amanda AbellaYou know what I think? Yeah. I think when people start-
Justin KeltnerBut I didn't write any of the code. Yeah. Like, AI did all of it. I was just- The robots did I was chatting with the AI- Yeah to build all of it, and then also to deploy all of it. I didn't even deploy it.
Amanda AbellaWell, I was gonna say that, like, a few weeks ago, 'cause you've built a lot of stuff in the last few weeks, um, which is now why you're seeing him here, because now he has the time, um, to be here. Yeah, I've
Justin Keltnerbought myself back easily 10 hours a week just on tech.
Amanda AbellaYeah. Um, but, like, a few weeks ago when you were building stuff, I think it was still like, whoa. Like, it was still, like, breaking my brain
Justin Keltnerwhat was possible. You probably couldn't realize how many things I was keeping track of at once in my head.
Amanda AbellaYeah. Also that. 'Cause
Justin Keltnerthere were a lot. Also that. I mean, there were probably, like, 12 big projects that got done-
Amanda AbellaYeah in the last two months But now when you wake up and you're like, "So this app got created overnight," now I'm like, "Oh yeah, of course. Duh." Like,
Justin Keltnerit's so- What was the biggest surprise you've seen from all that?
Amanda AbellaOh, God. Yeah. I sh- I don't even know. I mean, I just, I
Justin Keltnermean- Tell, tell 'em what we built in the last, in the last, like, six weeks.
Amanda AbellaWe? You and the robots built it. Well,
Justin Keltneryou get credit, too. You're, you're, you're, you're emotional... You're my emotional support.
Amanda AbellaUm, oh my gosh. We replaced our keyword tool for YouTube.
Justin KeltnerThat was $80 a month.
Amanda AbellaWe replaced our email marketing system. Yeah. And we realized-
Justin KeltnerThat was, that was almost 300 a month
Amanda Abellaand we realized that in the old email marketing system we were using, people were just not getting our emails.
Justin KeltnerYep.
Amanda AbellaNot at all. So, so we replaced that because we built our own. Um, we can now see, like, every country people are coming from and all that kind of stuff.
Justin KeltnerMm-hmm.
Amanda AbellaThe quiz. The quiz was built, uh, the Define Feminine Archetypes quiz. Go, go do it. mindfulsuccesspath.com/quiz. And all of
Justin Keltnerthe upsells, all of the temple and sales pages.
Amanda AbellaAll the emails, all of it, all of it. Um, the, the app for the security system for the condo.
Justin KeltnerMm-hmm.
Amanda AbellaUm, gosh, I don't even know. Like, we replaced the phone system for your business. We replaced, um-
Justin KeltnerYeah, 'cause that was tied to the old email marketing system that wasn't sovereign. Oh
Amanda Abellamy gosh. We had to... We were
Justin Keltnerrenting
Amanda Abellait. I can't, I can't even keep track anymore. Like, I
Justin Keltnercan't- The Minetta OS for managing all the PR leads and content. Oh,
Amanda Abellayeah, yeah. You built Penelope. I call her Penelope. Yeah. You built Penelope- Yeah, Penelope the PR robot. Yeah.
Justin KeltnerYep.
Amanda AbellaUm, yeah, and now you've bought back so much time that-
Justin KeltnerI built a system that locally with our... 'Cause we have some servers with memory. Locally, overnight, it analyzes all the conversations that I've had in the last four years with any AI, and it gets the insights from them, and also teaches itself how to learn about my technology stack and my projects based on the analysis of those conversations.
Amanda AbellaBut you know what I think might happen, and this might be a good place to end it? I have a weird feeling that when people... Well, people have so much of their own identity tied to their jobs that I think a part of what's going to happen is people are going to realize that their identity had nothing to do with their job- Mm-hmm because the job may not be there.
Justin KeltnerYeah.
Amanda AbellaCause the robots are doing it, but a lot of people are gonna have a very rude awakening 'cause there's, their, their whole identity
Justin Keltneris- Blood will be spilled in the streets.
Amanda AbellaBlood is gonna be spilled, yeah. Uh, but their whole identity is what they make, what they produce. Most people are, like I said, are like wounded maiden or awakening warriors. Yeah. The awakening warriors a lot of times have an identity around what they produce, and I've seen that in women and men, and I think there's gonna be a little bit of an existential crisis there.
Justin Keltner1,000%, and guess what? We have a, we have multiple businesses that have to do with awakening spiritually-
Amanda AbellaYeah
Justin Keltneruh, personal growth. We're gonna do more retreats, more in-person stuff, 'cause that's what people are looking for. And guess what? You, you don't know how to make an income in the US or you, you're sick of all that rat race anyway, come to Mexico. Where do we help people move? Mexico and Panama and Costa Rica and Portugal and Paraguay and Uruguay- Yeah and probably Ukraine once the war dies down. We'll have our own residency there. Like- Eh, there's a lot of vertical integration here with what we're doing, so make sure you keep an eye on all that too.
Amanda AbellaIt's very exciting.
Justin KeltnerYeah, it is. Yeah. Feels very expansive. We're, we're very uniquely positioned-
Amanda AbellaYeah
Justin Keltnerwith a lot of those things.
Amanda AbellaDefinitely, for sure. All right. Well, thank you for coming on and giving us some of your time and answering- Yeah some of the questions that have been coming in for you in the comments section. Once again, if you join at the temple, at the sanctuary level, you get coaching calls, uh, with Justin. We haven't quite figured out how many or the format of all that yet, but- It's
Justin Keltnernot officially on there on the sales page, but that's something we'll do-
Amanda AbellaYeah
Justin Keltneras a bonus, and you'll get to see me in Mexico as well, and-
Amanda AbellaYep
Justin Keltnerwe're gonna be doing retreats together.
Amanda AbellaYep.
Justin KeltnerAnd, uh, yeah, sharing our perspectives and things like that.
Amanda AbellaYou'll be hearing more about that this next month. Now, that's part of what I have to figure out this next month is, you know, how do we promote that and how do we get it out there and who wants to be in it? I haven't had time, uh- Mm this month, but now that there's all these robots working now it seems like I have the time. So I'm, I'm gonna be figuring that out, uh, this month, so stay tuned for all the information on that. Any parting words, my love?
Justin KeltnerNo. Stay awesome and, uh, stay on this journey and, uh, keep watching Amanda's videos 'cause she knows what she's talking about.
Amanda AbellaAw, thank you.
Justin KeltnerYou do, though.
Amanda AbellaAw. Thank- that means a lot to me. Thank you. All right, everyone. Thank you so much for giving us your time today. If you have any other questions for Justin, leave them in the comments. Maybe we'll do this every once in a while-
Justin KeltnerYeah
Amanda Abellawhere we just answer the questions that come in for you. And make sure to subscribe and hit the notification bell, and we'll catch you on the next one.
Justin KeltnerWhy are you laughing? Why did you start cracking Rocky enough? Why did you just start cracking up?
Amanda AbellaFilming with your spouse is hard.
Justin KeltnerBless you, Rocky. He says, he says amen. Rocky just sneezed. Okay. He says amen.
Amanda AbellaAll right.
Justin KeltnerFilming, I think filming with your spouse isn't the hard part. I think filming with a crazy dog and a cat... Come here. Come here. You're gonna sit on daddy's lap. Okay, we're gonna... All right, close your legs. Don't be- There you go. No, he's not... Okay, you're gonna have to stay in my lap. Rocky's still a baby.
Amanda AbellaSo for a woman who is running a business and she might be finding herself-
Justin KeltnerI'm sorry. I can't with this dog. Will you please sit? Hey, bud, bud, bud. Sit down. Sit down. You wanna be part of the video, that's fine, but you cannot be pacing back and forth and moving our, our tripod around, okay? And making noise and doing all that stuff. All right? I need you to sit here or lay down.
Amanda AbellaMaybe if I pet him, he'll chill.
Justin KeltnerOkay.
Amanda AbellaThat might, that might work if I pet him. He just wants mommy to pet him.
Justin KeltnerHe wants mama's love. Okay.
Amanda AbellaHe wants mama's love. Go ahead. When he gets like this, sometimes he just wants my love. Okay. That'll relax him. It should relax him So We're gonna have so many good bloopers. See, look, he's chilling out. He wanted mama.
