Dr. Candice Carter-Oliver

Dr. Candice Carter-Oliver has served as Chief Executive Officer of Confluence Academies since January 1, 2017. She was selected as the network’s first permanent CEO by the Board of Directors, taking the helm of the largest public charter school network in the city of St. Louis. In her role, she oversees all operations of Confluence Academies, from hiring leadership staff to executing the district’s strategic plan focused on teacher recruitment and retention, enrollment stability, student success, and fund development.
