Hey Queens, welcome back to another episode of the Daily Buzz. So today we have an Instagram question that has come in and Grace, if you will start us off with this one, it is groomsmen gifts. We are struggling, girl, I feel you on that. It is hard to get guys something.
Speaker 2:In general, yes, it's so hard. And for me, when we were doing our gifts for our bridal party, I just no-transcript knives, cause I mean every guy loves a pocket knife too. But you know, it was cool Cause it has their name on it and it said you know, groomsmen? And then we did, of course, like best man, we had that custom written and I think we did, just did like some shooters.
Speaker 2:And then for the girls, the day of I did the custom handkerchiefs for everyone, and then, um, I bought everyone pajama sets, so that way they didn't have to buy that or worry about what to dress for for pictures, and so I kind of took care of that, which I think is smart, because then you have your vision and it's like, okay, everyone wear this. That way we're all matching, and then they don't have to worry about cost either. And it's, you know, and I do. One thing I do think you should spend money on is, you know, gifts for parents, bridal party, just to say thank you, and it doesn't have to be something that's like a million dollars, you know, but just take time to find something that's meaningful, just to appreciate them for everything they've done, because being in a bridal party is a lot.
Speaker 1:Yes, I agree with you. So my husband was in a wedding this past year and him and all of the guys got really nice cowboy boots and cowboy hats. It's actually funny because the groom was very adamant. He wanted to wear his cowboy hat and boots and bride said absolutely not.
Speaker 2:John tried to do that in the beginning. I said hell no.
Speaker 1:She said this is a black tie wedding. We are absolutely opposite. Yes, and he was like what about like cma award show type black tie? So that's what green was trying to pull didn't happen. So the guys were gifted very nice cowboy boots and, uh, black like expensive hats. I don't even know, but my husband loves his boots and hat. But some other fun ideas um custom beer mugs or pint glasses, mini bar sets, bottle openers, cigar and cutting set, some fun party survival skills, advil mints, mini liquor bottles, sunglasses. If you are creative and want to go the more custom route, you can do custom hats or beanies, branded t-shirts, maybe inside jokes or with their names on them. That might actually be more fun for, like the bachelor party with yes, the just, I don't know. Make it fun. If I go missing, call x, y and z, or if I go missing, don't tell my sticker yeah yes, uh, portable bluetooth speaker pocket knife.
Speaker 1:You already said that one, which is great. A few other ideas would be custom engraved flask set, personalized leather wallet custom it's your best friend.
Speaker 2:Oh, absolutely, during wedding like process and if you're trying to find custom stuff for like good quality, I, everything I did for my bridal party and the bachelorette party was all Etsy.
Speaker 1:Yes, I agree. Monogrammed whiskey glasses or decanters, a nice watch or, like watch, a box with it you can put some initials on watches that look really nice. So see if there's any way that you can loop those groomsmen gifts into their aesthetics of the day, that will, you know, give them a good gift as well as be shown off on wedding day. So that is your daily buzz.
