Have you ever had one of those moments when you forget why you're somewhere? It's funny when we forget why we walked into a room, but it's not so funny when we forget who we are. Just like Simba in "The Lion King" or the prodigal son in Luke 15, we can lose sight of our true identity.
In Ephesians 2:10, we are reminded that we are God's masterpiece, created anew in Christ Jesus for good works. Your identity is not defined by your failures, mistakes, or past. It's who God says you are that truly matters.
So, when you've lost your way, remember your true name as a child of God. Forget the false identities the world tries to place on you and embrace the grace of the Father. Remember, return, and rejoice in the love and forgiveness waiting for you.
Today, God is inviting you to come home to Him. He is ready to embrace you, restore you, and welcome you with open arms. Will you come home to your true identity in Christ? Remember who you are, and let the Father's love guide you back home.
