Hi everyone. Today's podcast episode is an exciting one that I want to share with you, because it is all about that next step in your business, that elevation, that point where you are looking to elevate into an empire. And if you have come across this episode, that is exactly where you are currently in your business. There is no mistakes, there is no coincidences. But to create that empire, it takes an energy shift and an identity switch to happen, and the good thing is, because you've come across this, this means that you are ready to hear this, you are ready to take that identity shift, and today we're going to talk about four mindset shifts that get you into the state of the identity you need to be that empire builder. Are you ready? Let's dive in. Firstly, there is a big shift it takes to build an empire, and what we tend to do is start from our logical space and start from where we are today. But where you are today is a different identity to where you are going. That empire builder has a different energy about her. She is unstoppable, she is fierce, and that energy is something to adopt and bring into your lifestyle today to make that happen.
Speaker 1:Often, when we're looking at ways to move our business forward. We look at where we are and where we want to be and we try and map it out. We try and plan a strategy, we try to think of all the things that's going to get us from A to B. But actually, what our energy does from that point is start to tell us we're not ready, start to tell us how are we going to do that? We've never done it before. Or start to tell us we're not ready, start to tell us how are we going to do that? We've never done it before. Or start to bring up all the problems that we see or we think we're going to have to overcome in order to get to that place where we want to be, having that empire. Because that is how your brain works, that's how your mindset works, that's how your energy works. It brings up every belief or fear or identity that you have about yourself, that you are in now, the current state of your identity. That is what it'll work with now, unless you do a leap and leap into the identity of the version of you that you want to be Now. That version already exists. She's already in you. You are just allowing yourself to think, feel and act as the one that you are currently in. Now you get the choice to move at any point. And let's try this out.
Speaker 1:Imagine yourself, take a minute, take a nice deep breath in and imagine you are in that space where everything is working out for you. You have that big empire. You have all the accolades that you have been searching for, all the dream clients that you want to work with. Everything has fell into place. You're making the millions, if not the billions, of dollars. You're having multiple streams of income. Everything is just feeling exactly as you imagined and better than you could believe. Just step into that identity.
Speaker 1:Now that woman who has that empire, now that woman who has that empire, allow that energy to take over your body. How good does it feel to be in that space? Does she feel confident? Does she feel powerful? Does she feel sure of herself? Does she know that she makes money every single day? Imagine that energy just washing over you, and that energy is yours. That energy is in there.
Speaker 1:I haven't put any words in your head. I haven't told you how to feel. I haven't told you how to feel confident. I haven't told you how to feel powerful. You have brought those emotions up in yourself, because they are already there.
Speaker 1:The problem is we don't choose that identity every day. We don't put it on like a coat. We often choose the identity that we've been told to feel or we're in the habit of feeling. And this is where we get to shift it. We get to step into that new identity and we get to do it fast, and that allows your energy and your life to quantum leap. And here's how to do it. So I'm going to run through four mindset shifts that you can adopt and start to put on today, so that your energy shifts not from just the successful business owner but to that empire builder. And that empire builder who is successful, that empire builder who's making a change in the world, who's setting up a legacy for lifetimes to come, that empire builder. Now, how do you do this?
Speaker 1:So the first step is act as if. Now, I know you'll have heard this before, but have you heard it in this way? So when I say, act as if you have just stepped into the energy of that person that you want to become, you have just felt that energy. So when I'm saying, act as if you go to that space and you say what would she do you start to get advice from your future self, from yourself, your energy, energetic body that has already created that lifetime? Because remember that energy is already created. You just need to align yourself to the frequency. You don't need to start creating new things, you just need to align and let that energy unfold and draw you forward, because it already is mapped out. So the question is get into the energy of the woman who already has it all and ask what would she do?
Speaker 1:So if you're ever in a dilemma on your business or you're thinking do I launch this program or this program? Do I set this amount for my pricing? Do I set that amount for my pricing? All you need to do is take that deep breath, let that confidence wash over you and go. What would I do if I was already there? What price would I be charging if I was already there? What offer would I be putting out if I was already there? And start to take that action. Start to allow yourself to act from that space, because as soon as you do that, everything changes and the right people align to you. Soon as you do that, everything changes and the right people align to you and as well you shorten the journey time. If you think you need to work up to that point. You are planning in a timeline of working up. It's a slow build, it's a shift and small incremental shifts at every point, whereas you can take that leap today and start acting from that space. So what is it you would change if you're in your business, if you start acting as if today, if you start saying what would she do? What would she do? Take that leap and see what changes you want to make in your business, because I'm sure there will be some, because you will have been holding back from thinking you need to get to a certain point first, and that is natural. But that's what leads us into our second step.
Speaker 1:You never need to be ready, and I know all you perfectionists out there and all you people who have already planned all your strategy and thought. I need to get comfortable with this and I need to have a plan and I need to have a structure. You are not meant to be ready ever, ever, because when you are ready, that means that you have become comfortable at something and if you are comfortable at it, you are in your comfort zone and you are not stretching energetically to the space that you need to be. So the fact that you are feeling ready probably means that your energy has actually bypassed the idea that you wanted to put out there in the first place. If you feel ready, you're comfortable. If you're comfortable, you're in your comfort zone. If you're in your comfort zone, you're not stretching into an empire builder. So I'm sorry, you've got to get really okay with being uncomfortable and doing things before you feel ready, because you never, ever need to feel ready.
Speaker 1:If you feel ready, that is when your ego is settled. Your ego is saying, yeah, we are firmly in our comfort zone, we can do this now. But if you're in your comfort zone and you're in your ego, you're in a lower potential state. So you are acting from a state of being that is less than your current potential, less than the person that's inside of you clawing to get out. That empire builder within you can't operate from the space of your ego. She needs to operate from a place that scares her, excites her, fills her with a little bit of oh, should I do this? Yeah, of course I will. That energy is your empire builder energy, and she is always acting from a space that is not ready. So please get comfortable with not being ready and doing things anyway.
Speaker 1:Follow the fear. It will never steer you wrong. If you follow the fear, you actually end up where you want to be, which is contradictory to what your ego and your nervous system might be telling you. But it gets you to where you want to be, because the fear is the aftermath of you getting the intuitive hit of where you need to go. Your intuition kicks in. It feels scary, so the fear kicks in, but actually your intuition is going. Come this way. I know the way we need to go. I know what we need to do. You can trust me. So follow the fear. It's often your intuition in disguise, so please trust that and go before you are ready.
Speaker 1:The next one, the third step, is all about the old habits that we've been taught. I've been talking to a lot of clients lately and they've been feeling like I need to get really good at this before I move on to this bigger idea, or I need to really really good at this before I move on to this bigger idea, or I need to really fixate on this part of my business before I branch out into other spaces. And that is good if you are just starting a small business. If you are going after a small business and you want to focus on one product line, one offering one way of doing business, brilliant, stick to that lane. But if you are looking to build an empire and you are wanting to do something with your multi-passionate energy, do not be afraid of starting multiple things at once, as long as you are getting them out there and allowing them to be successful in their own right and you're not using it as a procrastination tool.
Speaker 1:Why not have multiple channels of income? When you have an empire, you are going to have multiple channels of income. I have multiple channels of income. I have my book, I have the podcast, I have my cards, I have my coaching business. It's okay to have multiple channels of income, but what do they all have in common? You, your energy, your passion, what you're driving forward. You do not need to have just one type of business. Look at Virgin. Virgin is a travel company. Virgin did makeup. Virgin started out as a music company. Virgin has Virgin TV. Does it matter that they're all different? No, they're all under the same branding as Virgin. So these are multi-passionate parts of his business, which are only the ones that you see, on the surface there will be other businesses that Richard Branson has invested in that we don't even know about under that branding.
Speaker 1:So why would you stop yourself being multi-passionate Because somebody's told you to stay in your lane. Concentrate on one thing, get good at this before you move on to the next thing. It was exactly the same with me when I first started my coaching business. Everybody was telling me get really good, get your clients in one-to-one, build that up and then move on to group coaching and mastermind. And there was something in me going well, no, I want to do group coaching now. I want to start that off even before I really took off the one-to-one coaching and that was what moved me forward. That was my leap and I knew that was the right direction for me. So it wasn't about getting really good at something, getting comfortable and then branching out. It was like now I want to do both and I'm going to do both from day one, and that was how my business actually grew and grew arms and legs.
Speaker 1:So please do not put yourself in a box or stop yourself being multi-passionate. Bring that in. You are building an empire, you are not building a small business. Bring it all in all the ideas. Get them off the ground, get them moving. You are capable of doing so much more than you think, so you don't have to do everything perfect. Get stuff out there, get stuff moving. Trial and error, see what works, see what doesn, see what doesn't, see what you enjoy. And you can only do that by setting up multiple channels. So allow multiple channels of income. You are not replacing your business with a job. You do not want to have that one way of people paying you, so all you are doing is creating another job. You want it to be multi purpose. You want multiple streams coming in at multiple times. So allow your energy to bring that in. Allow yourself to think if I could have multiple channels, what would I do? I'm multi-passionate, so how do I monetize all of these things? How do I bring them all to life? How do I monetize all of these things? How do I bring them all to life? And you don't have to bring them all to life. But asking these questions allows your energy to expand and allows you to be seen under different hats.
Speaker 1:I was very strict when I first started because I was thinking, if I brought my tarot into my business, then people might see me as a tarot reader. They wouldn't see me as a coach, and I was really nervous about these two things because I had my leadership coaching and I had my tarot. So I didn't really want to bring the spirituality and business side together, which only hindered what I do. Once I brought the two together, it was magnetic and why wouldn't that? I've got the two sides to me. Yes, I'm a leadership and mindset coach, but I'm also an intuitive success coach. So why not bring the two together and help my clients in the best way possible? That then opened up multiple streams of income that didn't need to be something separate. So allow yourself to bring those passions together and see what you can create, because there's so much more to you. You're not just a one-dimensional being and you don't want a one-dimensional business, because you will get bored. You're an empire builder. You're not here just to have a simple, streamlined business. You want mega impact, lasting wealth and multiple streams of income. So let's claim it.
Speaker 1:The last one use energy over logic. Now, like I said, we've jumped into that energy state, that identity of the person you are in the future, that future self that's already created that life. So you've got to start using her energy. Not the logic of you in your current identity. The logic of you in your current identity can't see many steps ahead. They can't see the best way forward to build an empire. They can only see what you can logically make out at the moment.
Speaker 1:So this is where you've got to scrap any logic and move into energy. Does it feel good? Does it feel right? Does this feel exciting? That is where your energy lights up. And once your energy lights up, you know you are in tune with the higher vibrational frequency. So whether it makes absolutely no sense, it doesn't matter. If it feels exciting and it feels vibrant and your energy goes alight, that is when you know you are in tune with that empire builder frequency. That is when you know you are in tune with that higher vibrational timeline.
Speaker 1:So allow yourself to go with energy over logic. And I know if you've built your life on logic, that can feel scary. But if you're moving into the energetic world and success at this level, you can get there quicker. You can also get there easier and you can be happier whilst you're doing it, whilst you're tuning into energy over logic. Believe me, this works. I've built my whole business this way. I teach my clients this way and the amount of success that they have is unreal, just as soon as they let go of the energy of thinking they've got to figure it all out, because they don't have to figure anything out, they just have to follow the next step, the next thing that lights them up and that's what gets them there. Allow yourself to do the same. So let's recap the four things I've said.
Speaker 1:To change this identity, shift from just a successful business owner to a successful empire owner, you start with act as if. What would she do? What would your future self do? You never need to feel ready. Step number two allow yourself to not feel ready. We do not want to feel ready. We're scrapping that word like get that out of your dictionary. You do not need to feel ready, you just need to feel excited.
Speaker 1:Number three you are multi-passionate, so bring multi-passionate streams into your business. Do not feel like you've got to get perfect at one thing before you start something else. That is an old mentality. It comes from school, it comes from growing up. You do not need to bring it into your empire, you just need to know that if something excites you, give it a try, open a stream of business and go for it. And lastly, energy over logic. All the time, logic will not get you there and actually logic is a form of your ego showing up as your logician mindset. So please ignore that logician step into the energy of the person you want to become and allow her to show you the way. It is magic and it works every single time. So trust it.
