Welcome to today's podcast. Today, I want to share something super special with you. If you didn't know, I have a Becoming, unstoppable Sisterhood where women in business come together, they get business coaching, they get energetics, they get activations, and this month I held an activation with those ladies and it was all around the solstice energy and this month, especially this week, we have had some powerful energies coming through. We've had the summer solstice and it was a time to release and reset and get back into what is it you want to achieve? Who do you want to be by the end of 2025? What energy do you want to bring into this next half of the year? That was a powerful shift, but then it was accompanied by the new moon in Cancer that we had yesterday, and this was one of the most powerful intention setting new moons as it come after the Jupiter Kazemi. That happened on the 24th as well. So there's been this big energy this week around how you set your intention of what you want moving forward and how much you want to allow in, how much abundance can you receive. So I really wanted to celebrate this week and I wanted to share with you the activation that we did inside the sisterhood. Now, in these monthly calls that are doing the sisterhood, we cover off business energetics, we do activations, we talk through things that are vital at the moment in your business to expand and grow. So this time is about coming together, learning, integrating and elevating, and this activation was one of the things that we did to do this. So I just want to share it with you this month so that you can really recalibrate and use this energy that we've been through, and also share this power so that you can reset and get your goals back on track for 2025. And remember whatever you wanted this year, you can achieve, but as well, go big. Use this energy to go right. What do I really want to go for now? And it doesn't matter whether you haven't got the results that you hope for yet. You can dream anything into being. So allow yourself to dream big. Maybe that's why the results haven't showed up, because you haven't allowed yourself to go to as big as you were meant to go. Do a reset and allow that energy to really come through. I'm going to share with you the meditation now and I'll catch up with you at the end and we'll do the Becoming Unstoppable card for this week.
Speaker 1:Sit nice and comfortable in your chair and gently allow your eyes to roll back, closing them and looking up inside your head. And looking up inside your head as they roll back, they're just connecting with that power from above, that divine energy, and it's just pouring in, connecting with your vision, connecting with your crown. That divine loving energy is just flowing down in a portal of light just for you. It's dropping down into your third eye, sinking through your cheeks and your jaw, relaxing all the tension, dropping down into your shoulders, cleansing your throat, just dropping off all that weight that you might have been carrying from this lifetime and previous lifetimes. It's all dropping away now and allow yourself to enjoy that relaxing energy, allow it to smooth over your body, sinking deep into your heart, opening up your heart chakra, opening up that portal of love. And now allow it to flow down into your solar plexus, sinking deep down into your sacral chakra, swirling round your hips and then sinking down your legs and out into the ground. And as you do that, your angels and your guides wrap all their loving energy around your body, cocooning you in their energy, activating your soul, building that connection between you and the divine, and that loving energy starts to take you down a portal of light. It takes you through this energy and this portal of light until you're deep inside a forest, and in this forest you feel all the magic that's available to you. This sacred forest has all the energy that can create anything you desire, and your angels and guides walk you through this forest and bring you to the most beautiful clearing full of flowers and animals. Everything's alive, everything's magical. You feel the wisdom all around you and as you walk through this meadow, you start to see orbs of light floating in front of you. Orbs of light floating in front of you, and your guides encourage you to catch one of the orbs.
Speaker 1:This orb contains all the wisdom of you, all the things that you've done, all the things you should celebrate, all the things that your guides are proud of, and they want you to take that orb of light and just place it into your heart. And just place it into your heart. Allow that orb to flood your whole body, making you feel so proud of yourself. You've done so much and this is just the beginning. Just allow it to take over your body. That feeling of confidence, that feeling of just being so proud of everything. You've put your mind to Everything you've overcome, everything you've built your mind, to Everything you've overcome Everything you've built up along the way. Just let it all sink in and then the walk you forward To the next orb of light, and this is your orb of truth. This orb knows exactly who you are, the version of you that come to this lifetime. It knows everything about her, it knows everything you're yet to discover and it knows exactly who the woman is who's holding that orb. Allow that orb to sink into your third eye, allow it to fill your mind with all that knowing, all that truth, and allow it to flow down through your throat chakra into your heart and let it connect with all your chakras in your body, till you feel completely aligned with the truth of you and that energy is going to guide you forward.
Speaker 1:That true version of you is going to pick up the next orb and show you what you were born for, show you what's available to you next, knowing that, knowing that this is just the beginning. So, as you pick up the next orb, this is a glimpse into what you're here for, what your power really is, and a glimpse into your next step that you're meant to take. So allow that orb to sink into your solar plexus. Allow it to activate all the creative energy within you, from your true being. And as it activates your solar plexus, a beam of light shoots out of you and connects with the energy of the timeline that you're about to walk. Allow that activation to happen, allow yourself to feel the pull towards it. And as you let your energy pull towards that timeline, your guides and your angels are going to give you a gift, and this gift is going to symbolise the sign for you being completely on track. So, whatever that is, you're going to see that whenever you need it, that gift is going to drop into your heart. It's going to be shown to you whenever you just need that confirmation that you're on track and you're still on the timeline you're meant to be on and everything is unfolding perfectly. I'm going to call in your angels and guides to give you a piece of advice On this new timeline.
Speaker 1:What is your part in this? And just allow your angels and guides to gather around you and that beam of light activating that timeline is still present and just allow them to move you fully Into that beam of light and, as you do, all the old identities, all the old stories, all the old habits and the old versions of you. You just start to crumble away and as you do that, you walk down that beam of light. Beam of light. The meadow and the wood just drops away with all those old versions of you and as you walk down into that beam of light, they take you to another meadow, but this one's amplified. Everything's bigger, brighter, more lively. This is the next level version and you feel the expansive energy as you step into that meadow. Step into that meadow and, if you're ready to choose this timeline fully, take that leap into that meadow now. Embrace that power and know it is done. Everything's activated and you will know exactly what to do and exactly who to be, because you are that woman. Just let yourself engage with that energy around you and take a nice deep breath in, and when you're ready, you can exit the meadow and open your eyes.

So drink lots of water, go out in nature, get your energy grounded so that you can really absorb whatever wants to come through you and know that feeling tired or feeling like an energy shift has happened is completely normal. So please just be kind to yourself and let whatever needs to come through come through, but let's get a becoming unstoppable card for today.
Speaker 1:What is the message that wants to accompany that activation for you? I trust my intuition, for it leads me to my highest potential. I trust my intuition, for it leads me to my highest potential. Now you'll have got some intuitive downloads or they'll be starting to come through after that activation. So I really want you to hear these words I trust my intuition, for it leads me to my highest potential. Now, potential is something that we often doubt and the universe knows exactly what you are capable for.
Speaker 1:So when I was wild swimming this weekend for the solstice, I went out. I had the whole lake to myself. It was so amazing and I lay back in the water. I totally floated and surrendered and asked my guides for information. Asked my guides, for what did they want me to know? And the word was surrender and release. Release the expectation of what you want. And the message I got was the dream I'm hoping for is only a small version of what I'm capable of. And by holding on to that idea of the dream, by holding on to that outcome, I was actually keeping myself smaller than I needed to be. Take this message in this card and that message I received there to know that your potential is so much bigger. So it's about releasing the expectation, releasing the outcome and allowing something bigger and better to come through you, because once you do that, that's when the magic really does unfold.
