@HailOnThreePod

How would you describe the culture surrounding this football team? You know, the culture is actually damn good. Daniel looking, moving to his left under pressure, stays on his feet. Uh, now he falls the end zone. It is caught for a touchdown by.

josh_1_09-24-2025_124716:

Welcome to another edition of the Hail on Free podcast. I'm Josh. I'm here just with Lee again today. James gallivanting off somewhere. I think a cruise this time, maybe somewhere in international waters so he won't be able to join us live. Um, but this is our look ahead to Sunday's game against the Atlanta Falcons. Uh, Lee, how are you early doors for you this morning. Thanks for joining. So early.

ledders_1_09-24-2025_064715:

Yeah. Good morning sports fans. I am good. Thank you, Josh. Bright and early here in the American Midwest, but yeah, always happy to jump on. Actually, I was saying to James last week, I prefer. I actually preferred before work than during the working day, um, for our recap games because it does feel a little rushed and chaotic. But I listened back to Monday's show and I I was pretty pleased with it. So I think we got, we got some good content out there. Yeah. James is often, uh, has to travel for work, doesn't he? So he is not around this week, but he'll be back soon. So that should be good to all jump on together shortly.

josh_1_09-24-2025_124716:

Yeah. I must admit, I, I prefer doing. The evening slot, my time, um, because as I was getting to my lunch break here at work today, I was a bit all over the place and I, I had to shift from the working mind over to football. Um, but it's all good. You are not yet logged on. I'm sure I doing too much workwise. So you can hold the fort a bit more this morning. Uh, and we'll do our best to get through.

ledders_1_09-24-2025_064715:

exactly. I'll try and I'll try and bring, bring the energy nice and early this morning, but I did feel that on Monday.'cause you, you dive into four hours work and you have to like, of forget everything for

josh_1_09-24-2025_124716:

Yeah,

ledders_1_09-24-2025_064715:

But yeah, we're making it, we're making it work. That's the main thing.

josh_1_09-24-2025_124716:

we are. And we're getting to that a week. Um, and that's good stuff. Um, actually before we talk about football too much, you've got a, an even earlier start this Friday, right?'cause you are off to, I'm very jealous. A bucket list sporting event in the Ryder Cup.

ledders_1_09-24-2025_064715:

Yeah, I've been sicked in the next two weekends on the calendar for, well, all summer, essentially for a long time because. Yeah, this weekend is the ride cup. It was a bit of a, a treat to myself last year when a, a friend of mine, he works for one of those golf simulator companies in California, so he had access to tickets. So they're very expensive still. So just going the one day. But you know what I was like, don't get these opportunities too often. And it is a bit of a bucket list, an incredible sporting, historic tournament and something I used to watch growing up. Uh, even if I'm not, oh, I mean, I'll watch the golf majors, but I wouldn't say I'm a. Diehard golf fan or anything, but the idea of going to the Ryder Cup is, has definitely been on the list for a long time. So yeah, flying to New York pretty early tomorrow morning. Gonna spend, uh, the evening there tomorrow with a mutual friend of ours who luckily is finding a space for me on his sofa because with the Ryder Cup and. Un assembly in town. It's never the cheapest city for hotel rooms

josh_1_09-24-2025_124716:

Yeah.

ledders_1_09-24-2025_064715:

But, uh, I think, put it this way, I think the beers are on me tomorrow night. Um, so yeah, we'll

josh_1_09-24-2025_124716:

Nice.

ledders_1_09-24-2025_064715:

staying with him for a couple of nights and going to the Ryder Cup Friday, which is probably gonna involve a 4:00 AM alarm

josh_1_09-24-2025_124716:

Wow.

ledders_1_09-24-2025_064715:

in staying in Manhattan and trying to make it over Long Island for the first tee, but should be a cracking day, really looking forward to it. So, yeah, last day in the, uh, in the office for me today. And then the following week will be off to the West coast for our Washington commanders. So exciting. Couple of weekends ahead.

josh_1_09-24-2025_124716:

Nice. Absolutely. That's good stuff. I'm, I'm jealous of, um, of both of those. But the Rodder Cup in particular, because golf wise, uh, yeah. I'm not the biggest golf fan like yourself, but Masters and R Cup, I mean R Cup number one and then the masters in both are are great tv. And radio spectacles over here. Um, I'm in Suffolk this weekend. I'm going back home for the weekend watching Ipwich, play Pompe on Saturday, uh, with dad and uh, I'm sure we'll be watching a lot of the Ryder Cup as well, which will be good.

ledders_1_09-24-2025_064715:

Are you staying, uh, throughout the weekend or are you going back Sunday?

josh_1_09-24-2025_124716:

I actually have Monday morning off. Um, weirdly, my, um, annual leave year runs till October, um, in line with the university year. So I had a half day that I had to take and I thought I'd take it Monday morning so I could stay and watch the Falcons game live with dad and then stay over Sunday night. So I'd be driving back to London on Monday, so I got the whole weekend.

ledders_1_09-24-2025_064715:

Fantastic. That's gonna be a great weekend. So you're both going to the football Saturday and

josh_1_09-24-2025_124716:

Mm-hmm.

ledders_1_09-24-2025_064715:

the Ryder Cup, obviously being over here, then that's some really good evening,

josh_1_09-24-2025_124716:

Yeah. Yeah, yeah. Yeah.

ledders_1_09-24-2025_064715:

night and stuff. Right? And then skins on Sundays. That's, that's a great, great

josh_1_09-24-2025_124716:

Exactly, exactly. Just gotta, just gotta go through the rest of the week and, uh, and yeah, I'm excited about, about the weekend, but excited for the game as well that we're gonna talk about today. Um, but before we do, go ahead to Sunday's game against the one and two Falcons, uh, Leah's to for your look back and, um, I was glad not to be on the last pod. Preview show,'cause I couldn't react to your look back live. And that was an old school one. And I, and I was looking forward to that one. Um, but I did enjoy listening and watching some of the highlights actually. But, um, let's, uh, go into your, look back against the Falcons, um, this week before we talk about the game.

ledders_1_09-24-2025_064715:

Okay, we're doing the look back first. Cool. worry though. I will be, I will be going back to that era again this season, so sure, sure we'll be able to dig another one out from that, from those great eighties teams. So what I will start then with the Honorable Mention game, and this is a game I'd love to have been for the look back. But it was a game played in Washington. So as per the rules, I couldn't do it. But the 1991 divisional round, when we blew out the Falcons 56 to 17, the famous seat cushion game, we ran all over Atlanta that day. Uh, Jerry Glanville was the head coach for them. Bit of an eccentric guy. Mc Hammer was on the sideline. Uh, that coach used to leave, uh, tickets for Alvis at Wilco. Kind of just a bit of a weird dude. Um, but yeah, we absolutely battered the Falcons on the way to our Super Bowl championship in 91. So that will be a, a game that lives long in the RFK, the old RFK memory. So for the look back this. Week. I've gone to an era, which probably wasn't my peak fandom actually. So I was looking at the, the road games and tried to pick one, I guess before I start, I should say Washington do have the edge in this series 18, 10 and one tie. Um, but yeah, so this look back, as I said, not it was, it was just as I turned 18, so kind of that in between. Um, age of like six form before you go to uni, that kind of stuff. And it was just before gives two point a, which I know is when you really. Um, probably as a high school kid jumped on and really looked forward to to, to that era. And that was when we drafted obviously a lot of our favorite players, ley, Sean Taylor, et cetera, et cetera. So kind of that weird in-between era, um, early in Snyder's rain and this game is week two. September, 2003, uh, the one and oh, Redskins come into the one and oh Falcons our first ever game, actually at the Georgia Dome, which surprised me considering it was the early two thousands. But that stadium opened in the early nineties, I believe. So I guess just how the schedule worked. Uh, even though it wasn't an era where I was as relentlessly into the team as much, I was obviously still watching it, but. It wasn't until, you know, the nineties, I was always, always watching, uh, on Sky on those Sunday nights, but this was that. Kind of not the best era in, in skins football as Snyder already put his stamp on the team. Um, so until Gibbs came back, this was, probably the, the time when I wasn't as intently watching. But anyway, still some real household names that I remember very well that you'd also remember. I'll go for a couple of them and feel free to jump in anytime if any of them, resonate well with you. So we obviously had Patrick Ramsey as a quarterback. Champ Bailey was the cornerback. players also like Laal bets, Lavenia Coles, LaVar Arrington, rod Gardner Rock, Cartwright, uh, John Jansen on the Aline. So still all household names and some very, very good, good players in the, in the mix. But they were all on the field for us that day.

josh_1_09-24-2025_124716:

Oh, nice. Yeah. I'll, I'll jump in. This is like my gateway year probably, actually. So a really good one to, to pick, um, and make sense, um, as to kind of that era and, and some of the players that I really liked. So, yeah, I mean, I was just trying to work out if that was Ramsey's first year or if that was like his, was that his first year as a starter?'cause he was, he, so he was, we drafted him outta Tulane, I think, didn't we? And um, and I know when Gibbs. Came in, he brought in Mark Brunell, but before that, Ramsey I think had a whole year as a start. Maybe this was his first whole year, actually. That would make sense.

ledders_1_09-24-2025_064715:

I think so. Yeah, because it wasn't too long lasting, was it? It was a bit of a. say it was a weird era as Snyder started doing wild stuff straight away in 99 and 2000, and then this is kind of what we ended up with. So our head coach was Steve Spurrier at the

josh_1_09-24-2025_124716:

Yes.

ledders_1_09-24-2025_064715:

and yeah, by the way, Atlanta's head coach, I just wanted to mention this was Dan Reeves. He is a guy that I felt sorry for because he went to four Super Bowls as a head coach and lost them all. So from, from a personal perspective, almost as you know, as bad as a Buffalo, uh, early nineties team. But yeah, he was the Denver head coach when all the NFC east teams were beating him, including us in the late eighties,

josh_1_09-24-2025_124716:

Right.

ledders_1_09-24-2025_064715:

and then went to Atlanta, took the Falcons to the Super Bowl. But his old quarterback in the Denver Broncos, John Elway beat him in the late nineties. So

josh_1_09-24-2025_124716:

Oh no.

ledders_1_09-24-2025_064715:

he really had it a bit rough. Um, although I did notice he, he did have a ring with Dallas actually as a player. So I

josh_1_09-24-2025_124716:

Okay.

ledders_1_09-24-2025_064715:

he still has that, which I kind of almost, I'm not a little bit pleased with him really,'cause obviously a very good coach to

josh_1_09-24-2025_124716:

Yeah, yeah. Yeah.

ledders_1_09-24-2025_064715:

super Bowl and never win. Um, but I digress. Um. So the first thing I note on this, I hope the atmosphere, I was watching it last night on, on retro skins and which has that great, like 28 minute clips of, of games of y yesteryear. And I thought the atmosphere was really good. Um, so maybe Atlanta were, were favored quite heavily to come in and have a good, good season. So it was only week, week two. nowadays, I know it's a fan base that doesn't have as much juice down there as, as you might, you might come to expect and teams are quite regularly. Take over a lot of that stadium, but again, I digress. So Atlanta actually went up 17 to zilch. They had a very, they came outta the blocks very fast. There's also some players you might recognize, uh, the names on their team. So they, there was just like some big guys getting into the end zone this day. Uh, so they had a tight end called Crumpler, Crumpler.

josh_1_09-24-2025_124716:

Hell yeah.

ledders_1_09-24-2025_064715:

they also had TJ Duckett. so both of those, uh, guys got, got on the score line. So they went up early 17, nothing. And then a Mr. J Feely missed a 40 goal, a field goal under, 50 yards.

josh_1_09-24-2025_124716:

Hmm.

ledders_1_09-24-2025_064715:

Um, who is now in one of the networks, right? He is one of the co sideline correspondence or like, talks about kickers or something for one of the

josh_1_09-24-2025_124716:

Yep. Yep.

ledders_1_09-24-2025_064715:

Can't, can't remember who. anyway, so that. I wouldn't say sparked us into life. It gave us a little momentum. Uh, we scored a touchdown and then there was a pick in deep in Atlanta's territory. Which we were first in goal, but Rock Cartwright got in on a well, design play ran in from a few yards out.

Going in touchdown red. A stunning turn of events here at the Georgia Dome when the Falcons were leading 17. And look.

ledders_1_09-24-2025_064715:

So we scored 14 points very fast, which, which changed the game. And then at the end of the half, we actually booted a long field goal, 54 yarder. Um, John Hall, I believe was the, was the kicker. it was interesting listening to the commentary, and this might just be the NFL nerd in me, but they were like, they couldn't hardly believe that we went for it from 54 yards indoors. So that just shows like

josh_1_09-24-2025_124716:

Wow.

ledders_1_09-24-2025_064715:

just shows the evolution of the game like 22 years ago, like. I guess 64 is a new 54. Right. Because the,

josh_1_09-24-2025_124716:

Yeah.

ledders_1_09-24-2025_064715:

the announcers were like, I, I was surprised they didn't just throw one up in the end zone, but, and that was the Yeah, that was a long kick and it, it just snuck in. So yeah, we got right back in the game. Uh, second half. were the best better team. This was really the Lavenia Coles games. Uh, it's, it's great to mention Coles'cause he was such a good wide receiver.

josh_1_09-24-2025_124716:

Mm.

ledders_1_09-24-2025_064715:

Obviously with the trade to Moss, we always now see Santana Moss as you know, such an amazing player for us, rightly inducted into the R Ring of Fame, had season after season, and just, just a true red skin, great moss

josh_1_09-24-2025_124716:

Yeah.

ledders_1_09-24-2025_064715:

But yeah, culture's actually a really good player and this is his stat line from, from the game. I'll, I'll read that out. So he had 14 targets, 11 receptions, 180 yards, and one touchdown.

josh_1_09-24-2025_124716:

Wow.

ledders_1_09-24-2025_064715:

was just running open all day. Uh, we, we got up, uh, took the lead in the second half and then never relinquished it. We had a safety late and then scored another touchdown. Atlanta came back with a score of their own. But yeah, from 17 to zero down, we win the game. to 31. All right. To

josh_1_09-24-2025_124716:

Wow.

ledders_1_09-24-2025_064715:

two victory. So another barn, burger and a, a great game. And yeah, coming from 17, nothing down on the road is, is no mean feat. So

josh_1_09-24-2025_124716:

No, that's amazing. I, don't remember the game from the time, so look, looking at it now is great and, and some of those names that you mentioned and, I was just looking at the stat line. So Ramsey went 25 of 39 for 356 yards, two touchdowns, no picks. He did lose two fumbles. Yeah. So of kind of, and he was sacked six times. So I mean, that's a game to watch That looks like great fun to watch. I'm gonna definitely give that a go. Um,

ledders_1_09-24-2025_064715:

Yeah. And that, that was actually a game that I don't recall as an individual game. A lot of these games I'm talking about, I, I remember, or I

josh_1_09-24-2025_124716:

Yeah.

ledders_1_09-24-2025_064715:

on tape as a kid, so I thought I'd, I'd dig one out of an era. As I said that, that I don't have as much familiarity with as like a. when the team wasn't, wasn't great. So talking to that 2003 team, we actually went two and oh, because we beat the jets first week. Uh, but we ended up that season five and 11. Not very good.

josh_1_09-24-2025_124716:

To clip that one in.

Hey, we wound up five and 11. Not very good. Um, but there was some worse than us. I guess that's one positive way to look at it. We weren't the worst team in the league.

josh_1_09-24-2025_124716:

Nice. Um, one, one last thing there, a bit of an inside joke. Did you notice the, who the punter was for Washington?

ledders_1_09-24-2025_064715:

Oh my God. I was gonna mention this, but he is not on, but, uh, yeah, Brian Barker.

josh_1_09-24-2025_124716:

I didn't know that there was a punt called Brian Barker, let alone that he played for us, which, uh, which James will enjoy, I'm sure.

ledders_1_09-24-2025_064715:

That is, that is a weird season though, isn't it? Because it was just before we, uh, drafted all those household names and Gibbs came back, so a lot of those players that were. Were out there outside the ones I mentioned, there was a lot of them I wasn't that familiar with, so it was kind of interesting to watch that, watch that game back

josh_1_09-24-2025_124716:

Yeah, definitely.

ledders_1_09-24-2025_064715:

probably not a season that you're gonna talk about too often. So it was nice to find a, an exciting win. And also a September road game in Atlanta,

josh_1_09-24-2025_124716:

Good work on all counts there. And a win, which I'm pleased. Pleased of. 33, 31. I wonder if that would be similar on Sunday. I don't think our predictions would be the same. Um, brilliant. Thanks Lee as always. Fantastic work. Um, let's move forward then to Sunday's game at the Falcons one and two. Washington two and one after our victory against the Raiders. Um, Falcons coming off a 30 to nothing blowout loss Shut out. Against the Panthers, um, which I think was a surprise to many people. Certainly a surprise to me was keeping a kind of, sort of eye on it on Sunday and, and I was like, what is going on, um, over there? Um, and Michael Pennix Jr's worst game as a pro. Um, he was actually benched for Kurt Cousins in the game late on, um, which, you know, made sense given how the game was going, but also the score line obviously. Um, so a kind of. As you mentioned, I think in the, in the recap pod, after the Raiders game, always a scary, uh, opponent, scary, dangerous opponent coming off a, a loss like that. Uh, especially playing at home the next week. Um, a strange, a strange one. Did you see anything of that game? Lee, did you have anything from that game that kind of talked to why it might have been so disastrous for the Falcons last week?

ledders_1_09-24-2025_064715:

I tried to watch the brief, um, so you can't take too much out of a, an eight minute clip, but it was one of those games where it just seemed that everything, anything that could go wrong, did go wrong for Atlanta. It wasn't necessarily a. Beat down as the scoreline suggests. In terms of the actual game flow, it was just mistake after mistake. Pick sixes. I mean, the Falcons outgained them by a hundred yards and lost by 30, um, points. It says the first time that a team has outgained its opponent by a hundred yards or more while losing by 30 or more. Uh. in the shutout since Miami done it to the Baltimore Colts in 1970. So it is one of those just

josh_1_09-24-2025_124716:

Oh, nice.

ledders_1_09-24-2025_064715:

weird, weird games where Atlanta's defense has actually held every opponent to under 250 yards this year. I

josh_1_09-24-2025_124716:

Yep, yep,

ledders_1_09-24-2025_064715:

let's probably take maybe a little bit less out of that, whereas just one of your. You know, a, a callback, starting one of his first 10 or so games in the NFL has a terrible day and everything just goes wrong from, there seemed to

josh_1_09-24-2025_124716:

yep.

ledders_1_09-24-2025_064715:

the narrative of it a little bit, rather than the panthers turning up and just completely dominating in all phases. Um,

josh_1_09-24-2025_124716:

Yeah. Yeah.

ledders_1_09-24-2025_064715:

they were obviously very good on defense, so.

josh_1_09-24-2025_124716:

Yeah. And, and look, I know some people were talking about, you know, just saw the score line and said, oh, I wonder if they we're gonna get Kirk on Sunday. They're gonna get to Kirk and we're gonna play him. That's not the case. Like, there's no chance they're going to Kirk to start the game on Sunday. Be absolutely shocked if they did. I think, you know, they, they believe in in MicroPen Jr. And, and the way you've talked about how that game, how that game happened, it might be more of a kind of move on, burn the game tape. We got unlucky and, and we didn't play well, but he, he's fully. Their starter moving forwards. So I don't, I don't think we'll see Kirk certainly not starting, if we see Kirk during the game, then something weird has happened. He either got hurt, we are losing, we are winning up by lows, who knows? So, um, yeah, the likelihood is is that we don't see a change. Um, and people getting excited about seeing Kirk Cousins is, is unlikely on Sunday. Um, okay. Thanks for that, Lee. That was really useful to kind of, um, put into context ahead of the game.

ledders_1_09-24-2025_064715:

There are, there are problems there though, I believe. I mean, they did fire, uh, Zach Robinson,

josh_1_09-24-2025_124716:

I.

ledders_1_09-24-2025_064715:

receivers coach. And they, they haven't had a ton of production, um, from catching the ball this season. So are certainly elements of the Falcons that we can hopefully take, take good advantage of. But I did watch the second half of their Sunday night game against Minnesota the other week, so week two, and they looked really good, I thought, albeit against a, a struggling gr um, Minnesota Vikings offense that night. But yeah, just a very weird, uh, game and starts of the season for them.

josh_1_09-24-2025_124716:

Yeah. Um, we were hoping to have, uh, have miles on to talk about the game in, in, in a bit of detail, but he's, uh, he's actually on a tour of the UK for the week, uh, back from Dubai. So he's, he's uh, he's not around'cause he is, I think every night and every day, either driving around the country or out somewhere, uh, seeing people and imbibing and having fun. So, um, um, maybe we get him on for a, for a recap If, uh, if things go well for us, we can, we can all laugh at him next week, but, uh.

ledders_1_09-24-2025_064715:

say, he can't just survive. The show and turn up for the recap if they win. So.

josh_1_09-24-2025_124716:

Oh no, we won't have him on. If they win, we won't have him on ever again. Uh, no, we wouldn't, we wouldn't do that. Um, we, we should talk about injuries. Um, we're recording this on Wednesday, lunchtime UK time early, as we said, Lee's time. Um, so we are a bit ahead of the game on, on it. Um, for, for this bit of the conversation I might clip in. Um. Before it goes live, an update, um, if things come out today. So that might, uh, be how we end up, um, closing out the podcast, um, because we are likely to publish this tomorrow, which is Thursday. Um, but as of now there's a long list of injuries and unknowns at positions that are very important. So I'm gonna quickly run through it as I saw it yesterday. Um. As we know on IR now, Jonathan Jones Cornerback Will Harris from last week fractured fibula and wise and Ecla from the Packers game. Uh, Sam Cosme still on the physically unable to perform list, but out of Sunday. Um, some really unlucky and annoying and frustrating news. So as we know Jane Daniels still status uncertainty, McCluen. Quad. So a new one, getting a second opinion. We'll talk about that in a second. So, McCluen, uh, unknown status. Noah Brown as well. So, groin and knee, still unknown whether we're gonna get brown back. Still unknown whether we're gonna get John Bates back at tight end. Benson did a pretty good job on Sunday, but as we know, Bates is an exceptional blocker. Um, also Percy Butler hip, so another safety potentially an issue. We did sign Darnell Savage, someone I mentioned on the recap. Uh, pod. Um, but, but Butler is also uncertain at the moment and Tre Amos a calf injury, uncertain. So kind of litany of annoying injuries coming out of the first, uh, three weeks of the season, Lee, and a bit of a concern moving forward. Uh.

ledders_1_09-24-2025_064715:

Yeah, should we get the call? Quarterback situation done first and we can kind of run through the rest of them. So with Jaden Daniels, it, I get what the team are doing and it's probably smart because you don't want to give your opponents any heads up. But it does lead to speculation, doesn't it? As fans as in the media everywhere, really. So let's face it, the, the true designation should have been week to week, surely.'cause it doesn't sound like he was anywhere close to playing. He obviously had a rather large knee brace on. Uh, last week and on Sunday on the sideline. So, you know, is it a two to four week injury? Because a day-to-day injury is really up to 72 hours. Good chance you'll be back in practice. But they can do day today to today.'cause essentially they can say, well, we thought it was a fast healer. It's just like, as long as the injury could potentially be day to day, you can designate him as that. So, so I get it. I just, not helpful to a. Spam base, I guess, that wanna know what's going on from a bit more of a selfish point of view. Um, if there's any, uh, advantage we had over an opponent, I'll, I'll take it. It just sounds like it was like, well, maybe he'll go against the Raiders. And now just from the, the whispers coming out of Ashburn at the moment, it seems like he's really in doubt for Sunday as well. So

josh_1_09-24-2025_124716:

Yep.

ledders_1_09-24-2025_064715:

make you wonder, considering that injury would've been two weeks ago tomorrow.

josh_1_09-24-2025_124716:

Yep.

ledders_1_09-24-2025_064715:

Uh, so it'll be 17 days by

josh_1_09-24-2025_124716:

I.

ledders_1_09-24-2025_064715:

day, was it a, you know, a three week, four week injury? And if so, fine. And we target Ali, hopefully.'cause I really, I believe we'll need him there for sure. But it might not even be the case then if it's a month or so. So it's really hard to say like, if this happened in November, December, he could have missed five games potentially. So it's kind of,

josh_1_09-24-2025_124716:

Yeah.

ledders_1_09-24-2025_064715:

it's kind of tough with this one. I don't really know what's happening. I don't think a lot of people know. My gut feeling is he doesn't practice today and they say day to day still, but updates to come on that and I just, guess I was. In my head, he was gonna miss one game at most from the noises last week, but now I'm not so sure. So where do you, where do you, where's your guesswork, I guess, with all that?

josh_1_09-24-2025_124716:

Uh, my gut is that is there's no chance he plays this week based on what we've seen and, and, and heard thus far. The, the only bit of kind of. I think maybe people took a bit too much from Dan Quinn saying there's been good progress with cinema on the field and he's working through things. I think that's just kind of the way he would, he would say it. Um, last Monday or Tuesday, I think it was. I, I don't. Have much confidence based on the reporting on Sunday about him playing against the Raiders, that he's gonna be ready this Sunday against the Falcons. So my assumption with how well Mariotta played and going up against, I mean, they're, they're different teams, but same maybe let's say a similar ballpark level of quality of opponent Raiders and Falcons that they're just gonna roll with, with Mariott. If there's. Literally any doubt or if there's any kind of upside to resting him further. So I don't see that he's gonna play on Sunday and that's kind of my assumption. Moving into the, what we chat about the rest of the, the podcast as well.

ledders_1_09-24-2025_064715:

Yeah, I agree and I feel a lot more comfortable with. Mariota just seeing him Sunday.'cause I didn't know how, how healthy he was. So I, I definitely take that point. slightly annoys me is when I read some of the and just some of the narrative out there from, from maybe a segment of the fan base that, oh, you, well, you definitely don't do it now because look at how well s played and yeah, just rest him, rest him, rest him. But if he's clear to play it a hundred percent, then you play him. So IDI

josh_1_09-24-2025_124716:

Yeah, for sure.

ledders_1_09-24-2025_064715:

of take, I take the. The two elements a little bit separately, but I don't think if he had a knee brace on on Sunday, he is gonna be a hundred percent. So I am with you and I do feel better about going into Atlanta with, with Mario to say, yeah, I'm, I'm kind of there with you on that. We'll see what happens. We'll know a lot more, I guess potentially today, but for sure by Friday. In terms of the other injuries, if you want to go down and potentially in a list of importance, um, Terry. For me when any, whenever I hear second opinion, I just don't think that's particularly great news. It's usually that the first opinion isn't what you wanted to hear. Is that what you read from that?

josh_1_09-24-2025_124716:

Yeah. I mean, it can go two ways, right? It's, oh, you've been told by the team doctor that it's fine, but you don't feel good. That's probably unlikely. It's probably more the other way around where the team doctor has said, this isn't a good quad injury. You shouldn't be pra on the field practicing. And Terry's like, but I feel, okay, let me go and get a second opinion. That's the assumption. It could be either way, but it's not good news either way, like you say.

ledders_1_09-24-2025_064715:

Yeah. And how thin are we gonna be if it's brown and terrior out? already were really thin at the position anyway, so that's, that's a problem everyone's talking about. Terry not having the best starts of the season, fine, but he does so much out there anyway. Like if you look at, you know, the way he di dictate defense coverages and stuff like that. If, if they're not scared of anyone on the outside. That becomes problematic and can even make you one dimensional a little bit.

josh_1_09-24-2025_124716:

Yep.

ledders_1_09-24-2025_064715:

mean, I'm confident in having seen them play on Sunday that they can really, have a lot of trick plays and, and just get the ball in space. So I'm still confident we can be productive, but it let's not underestimate what it would mean to not have him on the field just'cause he is had a slow start.

josh_1_09-24-2025_124716:

Yeah. Uh, do you think, um, if we have no Terry, no. Noah Brown? No. Jaden? No. John Bates That. We're, we're kind of putting out half of a b team on offense at that point. Um, we, we we're still favorites at the moment. We'd probably still be favorites going in, which is a, a, a sign of confidence in this coaching staff and the rest of the roster, I guess.

ledders_1_09-24-2025_064715:

Yeah, it's almost your best player at every key position, isn't it? So yeah, the for for sure really shorthanded. We'll just have to scheme it up, run the ball a ton. And make the most opportunities in the passing game where we can. So yeah, the biggest concern would be, would be to be made a bit more one dimensional. So as long as we can some per run the ball maybe, we'll, we'll still be productive. It does scare me though, when you look at that, it's like I, I'm watching some of the tape back. I actually thought the Raiders were really. They, they

josh_1_09-24-2025_124716:

Yeah.

ledders_1_09-24-2025_064715:

disappointed me a bit, to be honest. Like obviously I was happy with how it turned out, but I, um,

josh_1_09-24-2025_124716:

Not angry. Just disappointed in, yeah,

ledders_1_09-24-2025_064715:

I was surprised how bad they were, to be honest. And I watched it back a little bit. So yeah, it makes me a little bit apprehensive. Really fought Terry was gonna be okay and it was just precautionary'cause we were up. So that's, that is a concern. But with, with any player that. Where it's soft tissue. I do not want something that could be one week turning into six weeks.

josh_1_09-24-2025_124716:

no.

ledders_1_09-24-2025_064715:

you just have to do the smart, the smart thing. Uh, who else is on there offensively? That was about it, right? Bates, we don't know. So we'll see what happens

josh_1_09-24-2025_124716:

Uh, yeah, that's it on offense. Um, it's then just Percy Butler and Trey Amoss on defense currently on certain statuses.

ledders_1_09-24-2025_064715:

Yeah, again, similar isn't it? On Sunday, they, they obviously left the game. Amos has been graded really highly actually, so he's definitely been the pick of the secondary so far, hasn't he? Even with some vet vets in

josh_1_09-24-2025_124716:

I.

ledders_1_09-24-2025_064715:

and second year players in there, that'd be a, a big one. Really,

josh_1_09-24-2025_124716:

huge loss. Yeah. Yeah.

ledders_1_09-24-2025_064715:

really wanting him on the field especially is slightly under the radar this season. I think, uh, Mikey's been, been struggling actually a little bit, so I do really, really want. Amos out there for a team that's been struggling to, to throw the football. So if we can get some pressure and have Lamore and Amos on the field, I think we'll hopefully be fine on defense.

josh_1_09-24-2025_124716:

Yeah. And on Lamore. So he, he, he was, um, he came outta the game on Sunday, but he's cleared concussion protocol already. So he's, he's got no injury designation, so he's good to go for Sunday as it stands. Um, which is, which is good news considering how fin we are. So. Um, we'll factor all of this stuff into our predictions, I'm sure. Um, at the end of the episode, let's move on to, um, to James's, uh, matchup matrix. So James is, is dialing this in from God knows where I'm sure will let us know. Um, and he wants to talk a little bit about, uh, the matchup that this week he's got a close eye on. Uh, and that will have a particular impact in the game. So let's hear from James now. Okay. Thanks James. Good stuff. Good stuff. Um, so the crux of that, I guess, is, is, is is quite specific. So it's in the trenches again. James has becoming a bit of a, a, a offensive defensive line merchant. I love it. Um, our defensive.

ledders_1_09-24-2025_064715:

old school.

josh_1_09-24-2025_124716:

Yeah, yeah, exactly. He's, he's been, maybe he's been talking to dad, um, our defensive line versus their offensive line. So the crux of that kind of being, um, as he said, sort of, can we build off the performance we had offensively. An hour line, uh, sorry, uh, uh, defensively and, and, and the kind of, um, performance like we saw against the Giants. We, we managed to replicate Duron Payne, uh, Kinlaw, uh, Dorrance Armstrong having an excellent game against the run. And, and Ashton Genti, um, stifling it. Um. We are playing against the better offensive line this week. Um, certainly in the Atlanta Falcons. Um, they don't throw the ball as much. Um, they are a running team with a fantastic back in Bija Robinson and Tyler Algi a good, a good sign of second guy as well. Um, Lee your thoughts on, on, on, on that and, and is it, is this like. We gonna have a great game then a bad game, a great game, then a bad game, is it gonna be topsy-turvy with the defensive line based on kind of matchup and opponent? Or are we gonna be able to kind of keep asserting the dom dominance that we saw on Sunday, especially with some of the key guys like Payne? I.

ledders_1_09-24-2025_064715:

It seemed like a lot of confidence out there Sunday, which was great to see. Uh, well rest they going into that game, obviously. And this is a, now a normal game week. Pretty short flight, isn't it, down there? So I'm, I'm feeling pretty confident they're gonna go in strong and have, have a decent outing. Pennix Jr. Has been sacked four times, uh, in free games, so they've been holding up for right. The Atlanta line for sure. I think he was only sacked once against the bucks, for example. And they're, they're pretty good, aren't they? On defense? So take, um, free sacks against the Vikings. He didn't have any weirdly against Carolina. Uh, but yeah, so it's, it's a line that holds up pretty good. It's not the Raiders, it's not the Giants. So this will be the in-between test if you want. You know, we've

josh_1_09-24-2025_124716:

Yeah.

ledders_1_09-24-2025_064715:

two pretty bad lines. One. Really decent line, and now we've got, we've got the kind of in the middle kind of situation. I guess if, if we're gonna put it out there like that, then we'll see what we're made of. But, but this is really an element where it is turned into a bit of a strength, hasn't it? So let's hope that we can, can scheme up some pressure. If we can get home with four, that changes everything as it does for most teams. But that's what, that's what really caused the Raiders all kinds of issues last week.

josh_1_09-24-2025_124716:

Yeah, and I think that, that it's, it's unlikely that Atlanta change things much. I think they will attempt very much to run the ball as a primary offensive game plan. Um, and not put too much on Pennix Jr. Especially after last week, but especially given that they've got. Robinson, so you, you would give him the ball a lot. Um, if you are, um, Joe Whitt Jr. And if you're Dan Quinn, do you pretty much say primarily we just stop the run? Right. We get in the backfield. We, we disrupt that. We stop the run, we say to Michael Pix Jr. In that offense. Okay. Try and beat us through the air, if you can. Is that your kind of basic, simple game plan, or is that a bit too simplistic?

ledders_1_09-24-2025_064715:

That's what I would do. That I think, uh, BI Robinson is one of the best packs out there. Love him as a, as a running back. He causes all kinds of problems, didn't he? Last December a game we could have, could have lost. Went to overtime. That's exactly what I would do, especially after the game Pennix has just come, come off. So that's why I'm really hoping we can get our secondary out there.'cause if you've got a, a full strength secondary outside of Will Harris, then you're feeling a a little bit more confident about, uh, pursuing that game plan if you are having to play cornerback. So you're not as comfortable with that. That changes the DY dynamic a little bit. So if, if we get Amos out there. In particular, I would really, really hone in on that and stack the box to a certain extent because if we can pressure them and stop the run, gonna have a successful day. If their run game gets rolling, then I think we might be in trouble.

josh_1_09-24-2025_124716:

Yeah, I'm in agreement with you. I, I would stack the box and I would key in on, on, on the run and, and including on that as well. I'd include kind of screens and dump offs and stuff to, to bij. Um. Offensively for the Falcons, like outside of Drake, London, and Kyle Pitts. And, and even then in Kyle Pitts, he's not, he's not. What he was promised to be offensively as a weapon. Um, outside of those guys, I'm not too scared of of that much there. I mean, Darnell Mooney's is, is, is a, is a kind of just a guy, but I mean, we have been hurt by just guys before for sure. That's, that's true. But it's not an offense that terrifies me and, and they haven't been able to be particularly exciting yet, um, in this kind of era. So, um, I would do the same. I, I, I agree with you there. Um,

ledders_1_09-24-2025_064715:

a, I'm in a 12 Team Fantasy League, and Darnell

josh_1_09-24-2025_124716:

I.

ledders_1_09-24-2025_064715:

was available last week.

josh_1_09-24-2025_124716:

Hmm.

ledders_1_09-24-2025_064715:

It goes to kind of show what. are thinking of his production. I actually had to pick him up myself'cause of depth issues.

josh_1_09-24-2025_124716:

Yeah. Go, go. Going well then, yeah. Okay. Well, don't, don't slam against us surely. Um, okay. Thanks. Thanks James. And a agree with, with the, the, that being an interesting matchup to, to watch, especially given how things have flip flopped for the, for our D line so far this season. Um, I would like to do now my, uh, stat line. So Washington wins if stat line. Um. James mentioned at the end of the last pod briefly how, um, weirdly, um, as I said as well, we've, we've only been involved in one turnover in three games, either side of the ball, which is kind of remarkable. Um, we've been close a couple of times actually. We were really close to Amos, really close to getting a pick on Sunday and Will Harris was kind of also there and it just didn't fall into either of their hands, which was annoying. Love a must to get his first pick. Um. So we, my, my mine from last week was if we, if we are plus two, we win the game. We were, we were minus one'cause of the Marriott fumble and we won the game comfortably. So didn't kind of play out the way that I predicted this week. Um, I was tempted by a really funny one. So peanut junior is o for four. If the other team scores more than seven. So I was gonna make it that if we score more than seven, we win. But I'm not, because that's just, it's too basic and it's too simplistic. And actually, to be fair, you know, he, he has, he has put up more in losses. Um, so I'm not gonna go with that. I'm gonna go with, um, flipping it again in the trenches from James' to, to our offensive line this time. Um, and I'm going with the fact that it's Marietta, but this works probably either way. It's a SAC related. It's that line. Um, so Atlanta had six sacks and five T FFLs in there, win against the Vikings. Um, in our loss against the Packers, Jayden was sacked five times. Could have been more, um, three times against the Giants and it was just one for Marcus last week against the Raiders. So I think if we keep Meriter upright and also if we run the ball so much that we don't have as many opportunities for. Atlanta to get to the quarterback. Then we win this game. So I'm saying less than four sacks, fewer than four sacks. We win this game. So three or or fewer than we win this game specifically. Um, they have some guys, right? So I'm sure Lee, you can talk to a couple of these, but, um, two rookies and also still Leonard Floyd knocking around at edge. Um, so obviously it's a position of strength hopefully for them from, from their perspective that they've got edge rushes now they can get to the quarterback.

ledders_1_09-24-2025_064715:

Yeah, they finally addressed it in the draft, didn't they?'cause they, it's been a, a defense that hasn't traditionally had that firepower to get homes to the callback, so. They've got Jaylen Walker, um, from Georgia that I know Miles will be excited about.'cause he was talking about how good those Georgia Bulldog teams have been in recent years. But the Eagles have been drafting everyone that Lanter had been leaving on the board. So they addressed that. They then went back into the first round, right, to get James Pierce Jr. All they picked James Pierce Jr. Went back in to get Walker, won the two. But anyway, to get, uh, two edge rushes in the first round was very aggressive from, from Atlanta. Looking at, I think Walker's had a probably the best start to the season. He's got a sack already, so yeah, they're, they're now gonna be, um, certainly, certainly capable of getting to the pasta. So I, I do think it is a game that both of you guys have, have made decent points with your segments here, that it is gonna be one in the trenches one way or another. Like a lot of football games are. I generally believe we, if we can run the ball and. Limit the Atlanta's run. I don't believe we're just gonna be able to stop the Falcons running, but if we can, if we can run the ball and limit them the ground, that's how I, I think we're gonna win the game. So the other, point about last Sunday is obviously the game got away from them early. So if you can force Pennix into hamming to fro from behind, that would be massive for us.

josh_1_09-24-2025_124716:

Yeah, good point. I mean, their route to victory is, is long, so. Stained drives, I'd imagine. And, um, and ours maybe, maybe not so much. I mean, we like to run the ball a lot for sure, but we've had some explosive plays, especially on special teams. Right. I know we talked about that a lot last week after the, the, the run backs. Um, actually did you see, uh, quickly, did you see Jalen Lane celebrating his first ever touchdown with a, with a dessert at a local restaurant in dc which I thought was pretty old school. I liked that, uh, on his Instagram or his partner's Instagram. That was fun.

ledders_1_09-24-2025_064715:

Yeah, good for him. And to be honest, like you can definitely afford a few calories when you're in that kind of shape, can't you?

josh_1_09-24-2025_124716:

You can. Yeah. Yeah. Maybe not Deebo as much. No, I'm only joking. Um, actually, I, I watched back the, um, the, the game obviously a couple of times and, uh, that opening kickoff, um, when, when you've just been kind of, I dunno if you feel the same when you're working out, you're doing sport, you need to kind of, um, build up. To something so explosive, right? If, if it's your opening kickoff and you go like 75 yards and you're a big old bloke, he was, he was gassed on the sideline. So in air after that fair play to him, like I think they said on the thing he's a running back player while receiver size wise, but people can laugh at the shape he's in from their couches. But I mean, he is in a tremendous shape. Um, sorry, I.

ledders_1_09-24-2025_064715:

that that run, yeah, that runback from the, the first kick that looked like. Um, almost a rugby player, didn't it game

josh_1_09-24-2025_124716:

Hmm. Yeah,

ledders_1_09-24-2025_064715:

you know what I mean? Just

josh_1_09-24-2025_124716:

yeah,

ledders_1_09-24-2025_064715:

he's obviously a, that's just his build, isn't it? He is

josh_1_09-24-2025_124716:

yeah. Exactly. Yeah. Yeah.

ledders_1_09-24-2025_064715:

is, he is fast. He's got some decent vision, but that looked like, you know, just breaking one in on the rugby field almost. So

josh_1_09-24-2025_124716:

Yeah.

ledders_1_09-24-2025_064715:

was kind of cool to see. And let's face it, I. NFL's rules could really help us this year in terms of kick kickoffs now and the NFL wanna make sport more entertaining. They were bored of all the touch backs and yeah, this is really potential to be beneficial.'cause I, the return game in both the general kickoffs and punt return game could be really important. I can't see us not having. Decent players moving forward. So yeah, that's exciting stuff. I actually, on this subject, Josh, I listened to yourself and our friend from, uh, the VCS podcast on my commute yesterday. I didn't manage to listen to all of it'cause it was, um, a little bit longer than my, my train ride by. I did. Fast forward to the, the commander section on there, and it was recorded before the Raiders game, correct.

josh_1_09-24-2025_124716:

It was, yep, it was.

ledders_1_09-24-2025_064715:

and you, you, uh, you can definitely take a victory lap for this one then.'cause you said Jade and Lane want to watch and you think you might break a punt

josh_1_09-24-2025_124716:

Oh, did I? Oh good. I've gotta find that and clip that in now.

ledders_1_09-24-2025_064715:

Yeah.

josh_1_09-24-2025_124716:

Uh, yeah, that was good. Oh, nice. Yeah, I mean, he is right. He, he, he is. It's, it's, we knew he had breakaway speed when we drafted him and we kind of started googling around like I clipped in last week. And we said he is like 4, 3, 4 40 guy. Um, we didn't know if he had the vision and the kind of ability to put that.'cause you know, we've had people that fast before. Right. Um, but he, he's just got something about, and it also, it's interesting, one, he doesn't. His build isn't like tiny fast kind of guy, right? Either. Like he can break tackles and, and he's, he's um, he's kind of just home run, home run ability. Let's hope we can do that on offense as well. I think he might have to step up and, and start to do that a little bit offensively, especially with our injury issues. But yeah, really excited for him for the rest of the year. Um, let's move on then, as we are kind of, um, coming towards a natural close of how we think this game's gonna go. Um. And move on to our predictions. We're gonna end the show on James's prediction. He's gonna dial in his prediction he's, he's yet to do so, so we'll clip that in at the end. What he thinks, um, he, he gets to close out the pod two, two, twice in a row. Um, that's probably enough actually for him after that if he doesn't turn up again. Um, but Lee, what do you think, how do you think this game's gonna go? A kind of game script, general chat about how it's gonna go, um, how confident you are and a final score prediction.

ledders_1_09-24-2025_064715:

Yeah, this is, this is a game I've, I've struggled with a little bit, like last week's result against Carolina. Obviously gives you hope, but however the game went, it's like it still happened, isn't it? So in terms of Atlanta reading a little bit, and then obviously we had a very impressive outing, albeit injuries mounting up. I think we're gonna see a reaction from Atlanta. I don't think they, I don't think that it is too early in the season for like, major problems of them to, to, you know, start lying down. They're gonna, they're gonna come out fired up. That's my prediction. So I really think it'll be a tough game. Probably Mariota under the center. That's my gut feeling. is gonna be the first game of the season. That's super close. That's, that's where I'm at. I think it's gonna go back and forth a bit. I am gonna predict to Washington to win again. I think we're gonna find a way. Look, I'm for us to get to 10 wins and to the playoffs. That was my start of the season prediction. So if we're favored and coming off a good performance, I've gotta take us, I've gotta back us. So 24, 21 Washington on the road. Don't ask me how we get there though.

josh_1_09-24-2025_124716:

Okay. No, no. Kind of specific. This is how we'll win Matt Gay Field or anything like that this week then. Okay. That's fair enough. Um, I, I am also predicting a Washington win, which will be the, the fourth straight game that I predict a win, um, that will, that will probably not hold moving forward. So don't worry, I'm not gonna be that guy. I'm not gonna be. Um, Larry Michael, uh, predicted us every week to blow out the opponent. Um. On redskins.com. Um, no, but I do think we'll win this time and I'm a little bit more confident. Actually, I, I don't have a great deal of faith in Atlanta offensively and my. My issue for us moving forward is kind of how good the, the other team is on offense as opposed to how good they are on defense. And I don't think that they're going to be able to run the ball on us like they would've done years past. And when they can't run the ball on us, I'm not sure. My Coppen Jr. Can do it with his arm and therefore I'm a little bit more confident. I don't think we'll blow them out or anything like that. I don't think we'll score as many points as we did against the Raiders, but I think we'll probably get towards 30 and I'm gonna go to 30, so I think we'll win this game. 30 to 14. Classic score line, um, probably closer until the fourth quarter, and then I'm hoping that we kind of run away of it on the fourth quarter, so 30 to 14 Washington win.

ledders_1_09-24-2025_064715:

Nice. Yeah, I was, that's what makes you a little bit more confident. I was thinking like, I, I just don't see a weld in us not scoring like 20 points, for example. So that's always gonna give us a chance. And you would think that we're gonna get over that. So if the defense can, can do their part and if they can limit their run game, then, then you're right. We, we should have, have that opportunity to come away with a win, which would put us in a brilliant position considering all the early adversity with the injuries.

josh_1_09-24-2025_124716:

Yeah, exactly. Um, we need to keep Marcus upright if he's playing and, and, and healthy. We don't want Josh Johnson in the game. Um, obviously. Um, otherwise I think we, we should, we should, and we are. Be our favorites for this. And I think that's fair. Um, even without Terry and, and Noah Brown, I don't, I I do think, obviously that changes things massively if Terry isn't there in terms of how we run the offense. But I have kind of a lot of faith in this offensive staff and cliff to dial stuff up, like you said before. Um, and some of the guys kind of stepping up, right? I know it was late in the game, but McCaffery getting his first score, he'll get some confidence from that. Um, lane will get some confidence. Obviously, I, I, I think you know, these guys, when it's next man up, sometimes you find a gem and, and maybe that's the case. But what we did with the offensive line as well last week, that was good. And, and, and Connolly looked better, you know, he had a couple of holds didn't he, where he let, let, um, Crosby pass and had to hold him, but rest of the game, he kinda stood up a bit better with Wiley next to him. So, yeah, that's my, that's where my confidence has come from. Hopefully justified it a bit there.

ledders_1_09-24-2025_064715:

Yeah, and I'm also, and Josh, you'll, you'll be able to. To vouch for this, I'm also expecting a really big turnout from our down there. It's the first Sunday away game of the season. It's in the south. Watch it and turn up there every single time. You'll notice you've been to that stadium two years ago under a bad Rivera team, and we. wouldn't necessarily say took over, but it was, we were very, very, um, all day in the stands, weren't we? So I am expecting a really, really good turnout on the road, which can, which can help that, that can make a difference if, especially Atlanta reeling off a bit, a big loss. So

josh_1_09-24-2025_124716:

Yep.

ledders_1_09-24-2025_064715:

expect a really, really good was crowd down there

josh_1_09-24-2025_124716:

And anyone that's going, um, enjoy it. The best stadium I've been to in, in sports by far in a brilliant city and great weekend. Um, but I'll be watching from the deepest, darkest Suffolk countryside on Sunday night, and it also looks pretty chilly. It's probably au tal here now, which is nice. So, um, jumpers and, and maybe even get the fire going back at home. That'd be good.

ledders_1_09-24-2025_064715:

Get a chimney. Chimney out in the garden. Have a beer out

josh_1_09-24-2025_124716:

I, I do think so. Yeah, I think it's, I think that's likely, I don't know. I mean, I dunno how many games I'll, uh, obviously Madrid, but I dunno how many games I'll get to watch, watch Live with Dad actually this season. So that, that's gonna be great. Looking forward to that. Um,

ledders_1_09-24-2025_064715:

I've decided to take the, take a flight back on Saturday from New York

josh_1_09-24-2025_124716:

okay.

ledders_1_09-24-2025_064715:

to Chicago, so I, I'm assuming I might need a little bit of rest after, uh, the, the big apple as well. So yeah, looking forward to getting back Saturday evening and then having, uh, an NFL Sunday. To recuperate and watch hopefully a Washington victory at home.

josh_1_09-24-2025_124716:

Yeah, nice. And the, probably the best day to go to this, to the golf in terms of like, we're, we are not, um, I think us are kind of odds on, aren't they, to win this one, but, um, you get to, you get to go back and, and if things are going well, you get to kind of be back home and watching, watching it. And if not, then you've gone to a, a day where hopefully it doesn't get too far away from us. Who knows though? Who knows?

ledders_1_09-24-2025_064715:

Yeah, it should be a great sports weekend, shouldn't it? I imagine. The atmosphere is gonna be pretty sensational at the ride carpet. It's always really raucous in the states.

josh_1_09-24-2025_124716:

Yep.

ledders_1_09-24-2025_064715:

combine that with the New York crowd, and can you imagine the amount of like Irish that are gonna be there from the East coast and

josh_1_09-24-2025_124716:

yeah, yeah.

ledders_1_09-24-2025_064715:

be like really, really fun. So,

josh_1_09-24-2025_124716:

Nice.

ledders_1_09-24-2025_064715:

I'm, I'm excited for it. Um, yeah, we'll see. Let's hope everyone comes out victorious that we, that we want this weekend.

josh_1_09-24-2025_124716:

Absolutely, uh, give my best to Ben as well, uh, when you see him and enjoy your weekend. Uh, and we'll close out with James's prediction for the game. But until next time, hail.

ledders_1_09-24-2025_064715:

Hail.
