A change from usual programming as Josh and James have an unstructured, unfiltered look at the shambles of a performance in Dallas that took the Commanders under .500. So in terms of what they did offensively, it was pretty, pretty simple. Um, they were able to run the ball, which. We had hoped early on in this season was an, was an improved area for this defense as being able to stop the run. Javonte Williams went at 19 for 116 yards in a touchdown, 6.1 yards per carry. Jaden Blue went seven for 29, 4 0.1 yards per carry, like they could run the ball and they're very much a pass to set up the run team. And that's what they did. So every single time they saw Lam or one-on-one on the outside, whether it was Pickens or Lamb, they could have fucking played rock paper, scissors to decide who was going up against him. They just threw on him and it was a penalty. It was a big play. You know that, that every single time. So what, what were we doing defensively? We were just allowing Lamore on an island and hoping he could make a play, man on man, which he can't. Why would you do that? Just keep it in, keep, keep it in front of you then if, if he's just gonna get beat every time. And when, when you see that happening. You know, we, we've talked, I've advocated for, for um, sort of sending the house. Rather than sitting soft zone. But actually yesterday there was an argument to say, do you know what? Do not get beaten one-on-one or deep. Let them chunk down the field and then try and stop'em in the red zone every time. There was a fair argument for that because it stopped'em scoring points really quickly and the, the game getting away from you. Um, but we didn't go with that one yesterday. We went with, you know what, we, we kind of, I, I dunno, I dunno what he, what he was doing, to be honest. He's Joe. Joe, we, at this point. Let's talk about him because I, my prediction and you messaged in the chat earlier that John k said that this, this wasn't gonna happen. That he, he's not gonna get fired in season.
