For more than a year, Tara Jo kept hearing the same thing: This is just post-concussive syndrome. This is something you’re going to have to learn to live with.

But something inside her kept saying there had to be more.

In this episode, Tara Jo shares what led to a diagnosis of severe growth hormone deficiency after two concussions, a condition that can occur after a brain injury but isn’t always recognized.

She opens up about the kind of depletion she’s struggled to put into words, why the thought of daily injections has brought up unexpected emotions, and how memories of caring for her brother have shaped the way she’s approaching this next chapter.

More than a conversation about a diagnosis, this episode is about self-advocacy, trusting your instincts, and holding onto hope when the answers aren’t coming easily.

Tara Jo also shares the simple practices that have supported her through recovery, from changing the way she speaks to herself to using visualization and gentle mindset shifts to create more space for possibility.

If you’ve ever felt like your body wasn’t cooperating, or you’ve known deep down that something wasn’t adding up, this episode is a reminder to keep asking questions, keep listening to yourself, and remember that sometimes another piece of the puzzle is still waiting to be found.

The divine love healing collective is 50% off until August 1st.
