Um again, thank you to last rep. Um speaking of bonuses, um, if you if you're a fan of IndyCar, um you got just uh the pleasure of watching that ending of the Indianapolis 500 the other day. I do not watch much uh racing, but I saw the end of it. Um wow, what an electric finish it was. Um I don't know how um the guy who was in the lead for the last two laps didn't win the race. Um unfortunately, um I believe Rain Man here had um Joseph Newgarden um to win the Indianapolis 500. That did not come in. Um but what a race it was if you're an Indianapolis or if you're an IndyCar fan, I'm sure you enjoyed um your Sunday watching that the at least the final uh few laps of the race when they had the restart. Did you guys uh tune in?

SPEAKER_03

I I didn't know. I did not, but go ahead, Tyler.

SPEAKER_01

I mean, no, I was just gonna say I didn't watch it, but I definitely saw the the um the finish, which was like a uh an horse racing by a nose, we would call that. But I don't know what you call it in an ND500, but Yeah, nose of the car.

SPEAKER_00

I guess they call it the same thing, right? Um yeah, crazy finish. Crazy finish. Um excited.

SPEAKER_03

Yeah, I didn't I didn't see the r I didn't see the race either, but uh you know, like you guys, I caught the end. So good stuff.

SPEAKER_00

Yeah, very good.

SPEAKER_03

Uh unfortunately, like I said, not not I was gonna say, not for Rainman though. Not good stuff for Rain Man, unfortunately.

SPEAKER_01

Just a a question here. I mean, you guys maybe don't know this, but like is that has that come down to like luck? Is it not because aren't they both just like full fucking throttle on the gas? Like, is that just performance of the car? I don't know what it is, but like you would think it'd be.

SPEAKER_00

No, I think it's I mean, there's draft, right? And they apparently they made some I I was listening to some podcasts and stuff like that about um some changes I guess they made in IndyCar, whether it be from the car standpoint. I think everyone uses pretty much the same car in IndyCar. I don't think it's much different like in other racing sports where you kind of can get an advantage if you have the better car. I think it's pretty flat lined with IndyCar. I could correct me if I'm wrong, Jeff, if you know. Um, but I think when you're in the behind like that, you can catch a good draft and you can get around a guy, and apparently it was something with the wind or whatever was it was a higher likelihood of that happening. So him being behind almost was better because he could use that less drag to to moment slingshot himself essentially around him. So but I I I'm not well versed in IndyCarta, could be just completely speaking out of my ass here.

SPEAKER_03

Some sounds good to me, so we'll go with it.

SPEAKER_00

I watched I watched the F1 movie, so I'm pretty well versed in it. Um moving on, we had um a little hockey action here in the Golden Knights in the Avalanche. Um I believe this was Rain Man as well. Um yesterday, he had this one to go into overtime. Um and I I do not believe it did. No, and Vegas close the door, uh sweep, get out the the sweeps. Um Vegas is going to the Stanley Cup final for the third time in the 11 year history of the franchise. Um pretty good. Yeah, I mean that's a good clip. Um in most sports, I think you'd be pretty happy with that. Um pretty crazy that they've done it. And I and crazier they fired their coach midseason or like late in the season. Um and John Totorella takes over, and they have been like red hot since he took over the team. So it's quite an upset when you looked at it pre um this this uh um series. I I would love to have been on the side of betting the knights to win in four. That had to have been a pretty a good bet to make pre-series start. Um but yeah, they they just Makar being out in the first two games, they did what they needed to do and steal the two and with the best player on their team being out and they stole them, and then when he came back, it didn't matter. The Golden Knights uh come back in game three down three nothing, and it just dominated. Um so another another tough one there. It's 2-1, so he had all the chance in the world to go to overtime, but uh didn't get it done there. Um and then we had another one here from uh him as well. Um unfortunately, Picker Women Yama did not put up 42 points, rebounds, and assists. Um so uh unfortunately we stare down the barrel of an O in three day. Um but you know that happens sometimes with gambling. Uh Women Yama, I mean, he had 20 points, so he probably would have liked your chances if you know he gets to like 15 rebounds or he goes for a 2020 game, which he's very capable of doing, but uh just didn't quite get the get enough there. I think he only ended up with like thirty um in total. So tough one there, but you keep swinging. Um that series has been interesting, um, and we can kind of get into it now. Um what's your guys' thoughts on on the San Antonio series thus far?

SPEAKER_03

Yeah, so um the series itself hasn't been as fun as I think we all hoped it would be. I mean, game one was a masterpiece, but since then it seems like the two teams are uh taking turns uh blowing the other one out, um, or at least you know winning comfortably. Um you know, we we came into it wondering would the Spurs youth and inexperience, I would say inexperience more than their youth, would the inexperience um come back to haunt them? And it may be. I mean, they barely it it it's like they barely showed up in game three and game five, um, which is odd. I mean, Wimby, you you mentioned the 20 points he had, but he did not have a good game uh yesterday. He was he was lucky to get to the free throw line a bunch and make some free throws, but overall he did not play well. Fox uh was uh bad. I mean, there's no other way to put it. Um it could be because of his ankle, it might not be, who knows? Um, but yeah, I mean, um I don't know. I mean, it's uh I I've enjoyed watching it. The ratings have been really good, but uh it's not the series that we all hoped it would be. But Bubba, what do you think?

SPEAKER_01

Yeah, I mean, I I I'll push back a little. I know you I know the the games have been sort of lobsled, like you said, but I mean, I think it's gonna go seven, and what what more can you ask out of a series that goes seven games, right? It's gonna go back to OKC. In my opinion, right? Um, I think the Spurs do win um at home, and then I think it goes back. So to your point, it the game, the individual games have been kind of blowouts, but but at least they're doing what they're supposed to do when they're you know when it's their turn, right? So um it'd just be interesting to see. I I somebody asked a question today, it was like if if and they have to win you know game six or seven, but if the thunder go and and they win uh another another NBA finals, are they a dynasty? Um I don't know. I think it's like a mini dynasty, if you if you will, because it's it'd be back to back. But um, they've seem to have neutralized Wimby. So it's just it's it's it's pretty impressive. I know that they're young, and I you know, we'll see how he responds here in game six, but um I yeah, I'm gonna I'm gonna take that home.

SPEAKER_03

Yeah, I don't uh you know uh dynasty to me is three out of four, uh three in a row, three out of four. So back to back to back, yeah, back to back extremely impressive, but uh they got some more work to do. Um yeah, I mean Wemby's had two huge games. I mean, out of the five, he's had two huge games, and he's had two just very disappointing games. So uh he's not the only one though. Like I said, that you know, a lot of the lot of their players uh were dis I mean Castle had a pretty good game yesterday, but he was one of the few players who played well for the Spurs yesterday. So um all right, uh so I I should mention that we are uh recording this on Wednesday, uh it's a little after eight o'clock at this point. Um there's no game tonight because the Knicks just wiped the uh the floor um with the Hawks. So um they're basically resting up. They did have a couple minor injuries, so that you know they're I'm sure they're more than happy to get this week off and and worry about the rust later. Um you know the Nick it's interesting. Um who do you I don't know if you guys looked, but who do you assuming that you didn't who do you think's favored right now to win the championship?

SPEAKER_00

Thunder still, I would think. I would think it probably goes Thunder almost and I almost think the Spurs might be the second best odds, and then the then the Knicks behind them.

SPEAKER_01

I'd agree with that. I'd agree that that would be my guess, those three in a row.

SPEAKER_03

Yes. So the Thunder's minus 150. The Knicks are actually next to plus 225. Oh wow. Um still still a pretty big split there between those two. And San Antonio, I assume it's because they're down 3-2 right now, um, or uh plus 550. So um so yeah, so the Knicks definitely moved up the pecking order, but they're still a considerable underdog, which surprises me a little bit. I mean, there's not a lot to say about the Knicks. I mean, they've just ran through the whole I mean, you know, after uh a little bit of yeah, after a little bit of a scare in the first round, I mean they've did they haven't lost since I mean they just been the board.

SPEAKER_00

No, I mean it it's been the those four games against the Cavs were the the last one was an embarrassment to the Cavalier franchise almost. They just like stopped trying um like in the second quarter of games. Um and and they manhandled the 76ers when the 76ers were on such a high after beating the the the Celtics, they make it they've been if they play like they've played it's that plus two hundred sounds pretty good because they're just manhandling teams. Obviously, the East is not the West, but it it's hard when when you got Josh Hart scoring 20 points and you got Mikhail Bridges not really missing much. If those guys are gonna play like that, and then Brunson has his big games and Kat plays his big games, um they're they're a dangerous team to play any one of these guys. Um and I think in the NBA it's one of those things you gotta take your lumps, and they've definitely taken those. Um they took the Pacers to seven games last year, they could have won that game uh against the Pacers last year, and you gotta kind of take those outside of OKC last year, um, winning without taking those kind of you know, every team seems to go through that little like rough period before you get the championship. Again, outside of kind of OKC last year, and they've kind of done that. So I I I would not be shocked at this point if the Knicks win the title.

SPEAKER_03

I Yeah, I I wouldn't Go ahead.

SPEAKER_01

No, no, I'm just saying I agree with that. And I'll be looking for uh I'll be looking for a Knicks dog money line or or point spread in the first game, especially if it goes to game seven. They're gonna have a a big uh a big layoff, and the Knicks will be well rested.

SPEAKER_03

So uh so you guys might remember I was not the biggest fan of the Knicks last year. Um uh I just didn't like this style of play. I just I just thought they were an ugly team, and I was not a believer, but uh um I I believe in them this year. I mean, I'm not saying they're going to win the championship, but uh like like you, Tyler, it certainly wouldn't surprise me if they did.

SPEAKER_00

So yeah, and they got so much so good, man. It's crazy. Yeah, they're just dominating playoff teams dominating them. Like 40-point wins is crazy in the NBA.

SPEAKER_03

Yep, they they got hot at the right time, and uh even if OKC does make it past the Spurs, OKC's a little banged up. So uh I mean I I could see the Knicks winning. I mean, again, it wouldn't surprise me at all, you know.

SPEAKER_00

I would I would have been shocked by it if you would have told me pre final or pre-like playoffs, though, right? Like if before the playoffs you would have said they're gonna win 11 straight games in the playoffs. No, that's not gonna happen. They won eleven straight. That's crazy.

SPEAKER_03

And most of them by 20, you know. So it's pretty it's pretty crazy. Um all right. That brings us to the uh anyway, big big game tomorrow night. Spurs are uh minus three and a half at home, so uh looking forward to that one. But uh that that brings us to the NHL. Kyle, you already touched on the Av's uh disappointing ending for them. Um Vegas is patiently waiting for the winner of the uh Hurricanes and and Canadians. Uh what's what's going on there? What what what are your thoughts on that series?

SPEAKER_00

Uh it's been a great series. Uh again, the Canadian they've played two games in a row that are overtime games, so the puck goes either way on those, right? Um the Canadians dominated game one, um play close game two and three, or on the wrong side of it, unfortunately. Um but they got a big one tonight. Um it's a huge game. I really think the Canadians probably need to win this one to have a chance. Uh going down 3-1, going back to Carolina. I just don't see them closing that gap and getting that done. Um so I think it's a must-win for the the Canadians. Um and they've been around it again. Obviously, they've I mean shit when you're in back-to-back overtime games, you're you like I said, the puck bounces another way, and you win both those games, you're up 3-0. Um unfortunately they're not. But um right now, uh again, I I would love to see Carolina and and Vegas play. I think that would be the best series. Um two of the best teams in the league most of the season, um, or at least definitely the second half of the season. Um probably the hottest teams going into the um playoffs outside of the Avalanche. Um so that's what that's what I'm rooting for from a you know, strictly uh a standpoint of watching it. Um but Vegas is playing great, man. If you sweep sweep a series like that against a a championship team from a few years ago, it's it's impressive. Um and Vegas will be absolutely rocking when they come to town um when when these players go to Vegas. So um if you are, I don't know who gets home ice, but if you are the Carolina Hurricanes, not a bad place to win a Stanley Cup is in Vegas. Um if it if it swings that way. So um be fun to watch. Big game tonight, though. Big game.

SPEAKER_03

Bubba, have uh are you still boycotting hockey, Bubba, or you've been watching these games?

SPEAKER_01

No, I I'm boycotting hockey. I mean, I'm following along. Like I know that I know the the teams that are left, but um, especially with the lightning out of it. I mean, let's definitely stop watching at that point.

SPEAKER_00

They've been they've been great games. They you just obviously you gotta tune in and watch them. The basketball's been been fairly okay, you know, okay for the most part. Um, you know, again, both Eastern Conference games, you've had like two close games in the what 12 that have been played or 10 that have been played, um, which kind of sucks. So we'll see what happens though. Tonight, big game for Carolina and Montreal tonight. Uh Montreal being the dogs tonight. I think they're like plus one twenty-five. Um, so you can jump in on that. Um haven't had a big goal scoring day, so somebody might be worth looking at. Um the over in goal is probably five and a half. Um let me check that out actually. Um something to look at there uh from a gambling perspective. Yeah, over five and a half is minus one twenty-five. Um something to look at there is probably um if you can get to if you can get to two two, um you you'd like your your chances maybe um early if it gets a couple goals early.

SPEAKER_01

So that's hockey. Rooting for Carolina, rooting for Carolina.

SPEAKER_00

Yeah, Carolina wins. Uh you you get the Stanley Cups a little faster. Um it gets here a little quicker, so that's fun.

SPEAKER_03

You guys just hate Canada, that's all.

SPEAKER_00

Um, Jeff, I went to Toronto one time.

SPEAKER_03

Oh, okay. That that changes everything. Um all right, so last week we talked about uh that the Yankees and the Rays were getting ready to start a big series. Um they ended up winning uh a game each, and there was a rain out mix in the middle there. So uh the Yankees did what they had to do. They just couldn't get swept, whether it was two games or three games they had a they had to win a game. Uh since then, uh the Orioles have uh been making life tough for Tampa, and uh they've taken two in a row. So that's three losses in a row for the Rays. The Yankees won three in a row, so suddenly that race is tightening up again, which is good to see. Um Cleveland and the Braves are still playing out of their mind. The Dodgers are pulling away a little bit in the AL West. Um I mean, I'm sorry, the NL West, uh the AL West is a freaking disaster. Uh I think everybody's still under 500 in that division, which is ridiculous. Um yeah, but on the other on the flip side, you got the NL Central where everybody's over 500. So um, you know, just a really weird year so far. We're about a third of the way through, believe it or not. I mean, uh, you know, by by Friday, um, I think both teams will have played at least uh 54 games. So uh things are moving along. Uh did you guys check out that uh any of those uh Yankees race games over the weekend?

SPEAKER_01

I did. I did. Um I saw judges walk off. That was pretty sweet. That'd be sick of sick sick to be there for that.

SPEAKER_03

I think I I thought of I thought about you because you said you were gonna bet uh Homer prop. Did you have any money on him?

SPEAKER_01

Not on that, not on the second game. No.

SPEAKER_00

I did. I had a dollar on him to hit three home runs. So when I saw him hit the walk-off, I was waiting for the the announcer to be like, it's third home run of the game or something like that.

SPEAKER_01

Nah, that that that's gonna be interesting to see whether they end up playing each other in the the DS or the C S. It'll be the C S, right? If they play each other.

SPEAKER_00

One of them coming out of the wild card. With the wild card stuff, it could be they could play in the first round, right?

SPEAKER_03

Yeah, yeah. I don't think they don't they used to have a rule that you couldn't play the the if you were in the same division you couldn't play, but that that's gone now. So yeah, they could they could definitely meet up. Um yeah, I was gonna say I don't think they would, but go ahead, I'm sorry.

SPEAKER_01

No, I think that'll be interesting, but uh the Dodgers, I mean, it's they're looking like they're gonna be hard to beat.

SPEAKER_03

Yeah, they're the Braves, man. Again, they Yeah, the Braves are on fire right now. Um Braves are on fire.

SPEAKER_01

Phillies are Phillies are still pretty hot, too.

SPEAKER_00

So it's just the worst time to to be hot right now. Like, you know, this isn't the time you want to be hot. You get hot in three more months, then you're then you're you're cooking with something. You can't be bad right now. Yeah.

SPEAKER_01

But hey, something came across my feeling today. What would you say, Jeff?

SPEAKER_03

I was gonna say the Phillies and and Washington are both uh at least trying to stay within striking distance, but uh yeah, Braves are not cooperating.

SPEAKER_01

So Yeah, that's that's uh well the the the Nationals are twenty nine and twenty eight and the Braves are thirty seven and eighteen, so it's good they got a long way to go, but you're right, they're they're uh the Phillies and the Nationals both have twenty nine wins. So what I was getting ready to say is My fall stat has nothing to do with with gambling or standings, but it kind of fucking it was odd to me. Um if you if you had to guess how many stolen bases the guy from Tampa has, Chandler Semps said he's like the fastest guy in the league. What would you say? Yeah, they've played 52 games. 30 back 22? Yeah. He's got 14 and he's been thrown out at the top.

SPEAKER_03

Oh wow.

SPEAKER_01

He's 14 for 22. So just weird that they they I saw it came across my feet there were like, why is he not stealing more bags? Like, I don't know.

SPEAKER_03

So he's f he's fast, but he must not have the instinct for bad jumps or something.

SPEAKER_00

Yeah. He's scared to get picked. I wonder if he's gotten picked off a fair amount that he's not getting off the bag very much or scared to get the bag. Nowadays with the pick off rules and stuff, like you think that you dare him to throw over because then they can't throw over after like two attempts, right? That's a free bag. Yeah, that's a free bag when you're as fast as him.

SPEAKER_02

Yeah.

SPEAKER_03

Well, you could you could still throw over a third time, but you have to you actually have to pick him off if you do that. If not, he automatically gets second base. Right, right. Interesting.

SPEAKER_01

My coach used to say to us, if you get thrown out by this much, all you have to do is get this much more of a lead and you've been saved.

SPEAKER_00

Yeah, exactly right. Exactly right. So it's gotta be something, but I mean he does fly. I mean, he hits ground balls and he like beats him out. Fucking crazy. Clearly, he's fast. So yeah, it's yeah, it's it's it'll be uh interesting to see uh how he finishes out and who's leading the league. He's gotta be he's not even leading the league. I mean, he's not even top five in the league in stolen bags.

SPEAKER_03

Yeah, not with 14, he's not no.

SPEAKER_00

So he it's gotta be a jump thing because he's probably faster than all those guys. He's just not getting not getting a read on it. Right.

SPEAKER_03

Yep, and he's he's young, so you know, maybe he'll pick up on that.

SPEAKER_01

I'll tell you what, you gotta give a shout out to Jay Ash, though. His athletics are in second in the ALS. I mean, they're they're fighting. He took them to win over things like 40 games or something like that.

SPEAKER_00

If the I mean if the division stays bad, they got a chance.

SPEAKER_02

Yeah, yeah.

SPEAKER_03

I was gonna say he's he's got money on him, so I won't uh you know I won't make fun of them, but they're they're under 500, aren't they?

SPEAKER_00

I mean, so only a half under Yeah, you would think one of those teams is gonna get hot. Uh not the Angels, because they're an abysmal franchise. Um, you know, probably the Astros. Houston just because of they've been there before, but I mean, who knows? Who knows?

SPEAKER_03

Yeah, Houston's all beat up. They're they're a massive. I mean, speaking of uh, you know, the the Blue Jays have had a ton of injuries this year, too, but they're they're quietly starting to uh yeah, m move their way up. So we'll they're they're I think they're two games under 500 right now, so they're they're they're getting there. And you gotta assume they're gonna get healthy at some point. So um we'll we'll see what happens. Anyway, I mean baseball's been uh I mean I get I know you guys don't pay a lot of attention to it, you know, bubble other than you in Tampa, but uh baseball's been pretty decent. National League has been good, the American League's been a bit of a disaster. I mean, you know, uh depending on what day you looked, it is three or four teams over 500 in the whole freaking league. So it's kind of it's kind of crazy. But uh um but anyway, um we'll see what happens. We might get a real pennant race with the Yanks and uh uh the race. I mean, that'd be nice to see uh because I'm sure both teams want to win the division. So uh, you know, we'll see what happens there. But long way to go. Long way to go. Um all right. Well, I again it's there's not a lot to talk about when there's only one game going on in the NBA and one game going on in the NHL. I mean, it's just it limits our options, you know what I mean? And uh this is the deadest period you can have in the NFL, so uh we had a feeling this would be a quick show, and uh we are now up to the categories.

SPEAKER_00

All right, let's do it. All right, what do we got? What do we got? I'll lead us off. Um we were talking about it um last week. Um I'll give Jay's first. Um Jason Jay did uh give us some picks here, so he's going with the Spurs minus three. Um he had the Knicks uh minus six last week. Um as we talked about, the Knicks just mollywhopped them, so if you had a minus 20, I think you won that bet. Um but he's going with the Spurs this week. Um the Spurs are his lock of the week. Um and I also had the Knicks minus five and a half um last week, so that's obviously a good one. Um this week I'm taking the hurricanes. I think they get it done tonight um in regulation um and and take it back home 3-1, up 3-1, um, and close it out. Close it out probably. What would that be? Uh they play tonight, so they probably play Friday night and and close it out in Carolina.

SPEAKER_03

I like it. Well, I'll I'll finish off the trifecta bubble because I had the Knicks last week too. So uh we we went we uh we were a little worried that we were all in the Knicks, but it uh it paid off. So um and uh I'm I'm with Ash. Uh I got the Spurs minus three and a half. Um so uh you know, we'll see if they bounce back and uh get you know, like you said, Bubba, it'd be great to see a game seven. So let's see if we could get there.

SPEAKER_01

Yeah, absolutely. Um all right, we were all watching this game last Thursday. I had the um the Cleveland Knicks game going over 215 and a half. It looked good for a little bit there, and then I went way under, so that was a loss. Um that's the story of our lives here. Um I I took this week the Spurs on the money line. Um, I think it's gonna be a close game, but I think they pull it out. Um, it's minus 155. I'll lay the juice. Um, that's my lock of the week.

SPEAKER_03

All right. And what do you got? What do you got for a prop?

SPEAKER_01

All right. For props here, I had uh Brunson again. We all had eyes on this. Jeff you sent a text out. Uh Brunson over 37 and a half points, rebounds, assists. He had a great second half, um, but he just couldn't couldn't get it done. I think he ended at 36 uh total. Um so I am back into the points, rebounds, assist category here from my prop this week. Um Carusto for the Thunder, 16 over 16 points, rebounds, assist. I got it at minus 108. He's the last five games blown this out of the water, um, well over 16. So I'm hoping he just has another solid game um and gets over this 16 points, rebounds, assist.

SPEAKER_03

All right. Uh it's certainly possible. I mean, he's uh what they played five games and he's been really good in four of them. So yeah.

SPEAKER_02

Yeah.

SPEAKER_03

Um, last week I had Harden uh with at least three threes, and he had exactly three threes, so that was plus one twenty-eight. Um this week, um I'm uh riding the Spurs a little bit more. I got Castle uh over seven and a half assists at plus one fifty. So I need Castle to get eight assists tomorrow night.

SPEAKER_00

Very nice. And Jay last week had Jordan Speath to finish in the top ten. You know you guys know me. Very sad to see that. Um he did not get it done. This week he's going with Max Grisserman um in the top ten, plus four fifty. Some good action there. Um so that's what Jay's going with. Last week I had Donovan Mitchell to have over 29.5 points. That did not come in. I think he had 27 um points. So uh just came up short um there. This week I'm going with uh Seth Jarvis of the Carolina Hurricanes, as you can see, kind of a theme. I think the hurricanes are gonna win. I'm taking him to score a goal tonight. Um essentially over to have one goal is plus one eighty-five. He had the assist in overtime last week, um, or last game, so I think we'll stay hot and and get it get it in the back of the net this week. Um last week I had the Canadians as my dog um of the week, and they won 6-2. So that one looks really good. This week I'm taking the dog of the week. I'm riding with the Thunder. Um, I think the Thunder get it done. Um again, plus money for them. That's the only route, you know, that's why I'm looking at it. Um Defending Champs getting plus money um in a closeout game. They've been there before and they know how to do it. Um I think they can get the job done even though it's on the road, it'll be a ruckus crowd. I think they get the job done, but plus one thirty-five at the Oklahoma City Thunder. Um Jay had the Royals last week, um, plus one fifteen. They did not get the job W this week. Um if you've been listening to us for all 60 or so shows we've done, um, you know Jay's philosophy. You bet the team that is on the big and losing streak. Um so he is riding with the Cubbies um plus one twenty. Um last I looked, I don't think say what the score was. They're tied 4-4 right now on the bottom of the sixth um against the Pirates. So um still got a shot there, still well in it um for the Cubbies to get the job done at plus one twenty.

SPEAKER_03

Yeah, and what a crazy year the Cubs have had. I mean, they've had like a 10-game winning streak and then a seven-game losing, and then another 10-game win streak, and now they're on a 10-game losing streak.

SPEAKER_00

So 10-game win streak, two game, and now a 10-game losing streak is crazy.

SPEAKER_03

Yeah, it's like chuckle and hide, man. Yep. Um, last week I uh I took a swing um in the WNBA. I hit the Dallas Wings plus 180 on the road, and uh that did not come in. So we're 0-1 in the WNBA, unfortunately. Um I gotta admit, I struggled to find uh I mean because again with baseball, there's a lot of day games today, and I I don't like to pick a day game because obviously we're we're recording at night. So I struggled to find the dog. Um I went with the Astros plus 124. I don't have any real reasoning. Um I just uh I like the number and I thought maybe they would do to get a get a solid win. Unfortunately, um uh the Rangers have a pretty solid pitch with it going on the guy's uh freaking name is escaping me. But but anyway, so we'll see what happens here. But I got the Astros plus 124.

SPEAKER_01

So is it is it is it is it de Grom? Is he pitching for the Ravens? Yeah. There you go. Yeah, yeah, yeah. Yeah. That series that series is tied. It's 1-1. So this is the this is the uh rubber match. Um let's see. Last week I had uh the Royals at no, sorry, I had uh the Rays series, and we've got another yellow, um, because it's a tie, right? They they only played two games in the split. Um so I'll be looking for that. Well, I think they rescheduled it for October. I'll come back and make sure I mark it green or red. Uh but I got an interesting one here. I got a Tampa, uh Tampa guy um in this week's golf tournament, the Charles Schwab. Um Jackson Suber, top 20 is plus 477. Um he had a hell of a run last week, finishing fourth overall, taking home over half a million bucks, but uh big win for him. He was 23 under in that tournament um last weekend. So I'm looking for him to stay hot. And top 20 is, I think, pretty doable. And the number at plus 475, I'll take that. Um so I'm locking in. That's my uh my dog of the week. All right. Good luck.

SPEAKER_00

Beautiful. Alrighty, going into bragging rights last week. Um I believe was this you or Jay here, uh Jeff.

SPEAKER_03

Um Marlins on the bottom there, right?

SPEAKER_00

Yep.

SPEAKER_03

Yep, that's me. And uh they they lost. So the rest of it doesn't matter. I mean, obviously the Knicks won. Um, I think this over hit in that Spurs OKC game, but uh it doesn't matter because the Marlins uh did not get the victory.

SPEAKER_00

Yes, sir. Um moving on, this was Jay. Um he had the Knicks minus five and a half, Jalen Brunson over points, Mikhail Bridges steals and Shamet threes. Uh I believe Jalen Brunson was probably the only thing that let him down here. Um I think this is the same night that Bubba needed the the points, rebounds, assists. I think this is where he was lacking, right? He only had like 13, 14 points or something. Um I think the other two guys cashed in, and the Knicks obviously won big, so I think that was a three of four hit there for Jay. Um which doesn't pay out anything. Unfortunately. And then Bubba, you had yours here.

SPEAKER_01

Let's see here. What did I have? I had Diamond Tax money line Angels moneyline, Nick's money line, and over in that game. I know the over loss, I know the Knicks hit, and uh since the since the over lost, none of it none of it matters. I don't I don't I don't even care about the other games. I'm gonna assume they lost too.

SPEAKER_00

Yep, yep, yep, exactly. But this week, uh so we don't have a repeat, but this week we have another opportunity to get the job done. Um Jeff, I think this is you here. Um leading us off with uh Aaron Judge hitting a bomb tonight.

SPEAKER_03

Yep, yep. So I got Judge with a home run. Um I got the Reds on the money line, I have the Dodgers and Rockies over seven and a half, and I have the Astros and Rangers over seven and a half. So uh the the the Judge Homer is what really uh pushes this. Uh it's 20, it's almost a little over 22 to 1, so 25 would pay 590. Be a nice payday if it comes in.

SPEAKER_00

There we go. And then I believe this is Jay's here. He has the Cubs, uh, like we talked about earlier. He's got the Cubbies, he's got the Yankees minus one and a half, he's got the Braves minus Bry Braves minus one and a half in the Angels money line. Um $25 pays out $632. Um so again, if the Cubbies don't get a job done, all for naught. But we will see next week, and then Bubba round us out.

SPEAKER_01

Alrighty here. So I I um like we talked about, I got the Spurs on the money line, minus 155. I got the Dodgers who are red hot, um, playing a struggling um Rockies team. I think the um minus 400, crazy number, but um I'm trying to win a bragging rights. I don't think I've won one since fucking the beginning of football, maybe. I got I'm on uh Houston money line with uh with Jeff, so plus 127, and then I'm on the Yankees money line. 25 pays almost 170. So hopefully um these three tonight hit, and then all I've got to worry about is the spurse tomorrow. Or Friday.

SPEAKER_00

Very nice. No, tomorrow. Oh, it's tomorrow. Okay, tomorrow.

SPEAKER_02

Yeah, yeah.

SPEAKER_00

Very nice. Well, that pretty much does it for us, folks.

SPEAKER_03

Well, yeah, thanks again to Last Rep. And uh take advantage of the uh deal. If uh you haven't tried it, definitely give it a shot. And if you have tried it, tried it again. All right. Um again, as usual, uh find us on the socials, uh, interact with us. Um again, X, uh um Instagram, uh TikTok, uh, YouTube, uh, even uh Blue Sky. We're out there.
