The Mountaintop Gospel

The Provision of Christ

Bald Mountain Baptist Season 1 Episode 29

John 14:25-28; John 8:1-12

Cory takes a break from our series on Ephesians to bring us a message from which all Christians can receive comfort. Jesus Christ our Lord has provided us with the ultimate promise of eternal life with Him. He stook His very word on it, for if it were not so He says that He would have told us. Even for someone such as the woman who was caught in adultery, someone whose sin may seem unforgiveable, Jesus Christ died on the cross, rose again, ascended to the Father, and is coming back again to bring eternal life to anyone who will repent of their sins and put their faith in His sacrifice.

The calling for every Christian is to take the gospel to the ends of the earth. Well, where does the earth begin and where does it end? For us at Bald Mountain Baptist Church, the world begins in the Shumont Community on top of a little peak in Buncombe County, NC. Our prayer is that through this platform we might do our part in reaching the ends of the earth with the gospel!

We are working on getting our back-content uploaded, please bear with us. We  are now in our series on Worship, and will be continuing in this series for the foreseeable future. Pastor Cory is also making his way through the book of Ephesians in his messages. We at Bald Mountain Baptist Church are so glad you have joined us here, and our prayer is that you are blessed by this message!

Sing unto the Lord a new song, and his praise from the end of the earth, ye that go down to the sea, and all that is therein; the isles, and the inhabitants thereof. Let the wilderness and the cities thereof lift up their voice, the villages that Kedar doth inhabit: let the inhabitants of the rock sing, let them shout from the top of the mountains.

Isaiah 42:10-11
