For years, I thought self-care meant carving out a little "me time”--a massage, lunch with a friend, a vacation, or a quiet evening to myself.  While those things certainly have their place, I realized that self-care goes much deeper than that.

It's about finding balance. It's about setting healthy boundaries, protecting your peace, and making room for the people, priorities, and practices that add value to your life. Letting go of what drains you to make space for better. Self-care is about self-respect.

After years of building careers, raising families, caring for aging parents, and showing up for everyone else, many of us lose touch with the person underneath all the responsibilities.

In this episode, I invite you to look at self-care through a different lens. Through personal stories, reflections, and encouragement, we'll explore why taking care of ourselves isn't selfish, it's one of the healthiest gifts we can give ourselves and the people we love.

If you've been wondering what your next chapter of life could look like, this conversation is for you.
