Hey, I’m Ian Vogel—host of Alternate Timelines. My journey started on a small farm in the midwest, where I always felt a little out of place. After years of skepticism and even a stint as an atheist, a near-death experience changed my perspective on everything. Since then, I’ve explored plant medicine, past life memories, and the mysteries of consciousness. Now, I’m sharing those experiences to help others navigate their own awakening. Through real stories, deep conversations, and wild explorations of the unknown, we’re building a community where it’s okay to question reality. You’re not alone in the unknown. 👽✨
Humanity is in the middle of a very messy mass awakening. This is a fundamental shift in our collective consciousness that's affecting each and every one of us. Intentional mass murder and genocide is being carried out in front of our very eyes. These atrocities are being fueled by immense societal structures that have been operating either undercover or out in the open for centuries. It is time to wake up? Are we gonna stay silent or are we gonna do something about the blatant inhumane and anti-life agendas that have come to control our planet? Are we going to concede defeat and allow our world to be destroyed? Or are we going to take advantage of this opportunity to come together and demand a better future for the generations that come after us? This isn't about falling into victimhood because of a situation none of us created. It's about taking responsibility for the parts we all have to play in the awakening, focusing on solutions and being the change that we want to see in the world. If you're someone who believes in our collective ability to transcend these dark times and access humanity's highest timeline, then you're in the right place. we stand at the precipice of a new earth and have been gifted with an unprecedented opportunity for spiritual evolution. There's a lot to unpack here, so let's get into it. What's up? I'm Ian with Alternate Timelines and I'm just gonna be upfront and let you know that today I'm gonna be talking about some pretty heavy topics. But this is something that's been on my heart lately, and I feel like it's important to address and acknowledge some of the really challenging and difficult things we're witnessing in the world today. Not to induce fear or anxiety, but to shine a light on some of the darkest parts of our society so that we can bring awareness to those areas and start to heal them. In this video, I'm gonna zoom out and look at the broader context of this global shift in energy. I'm gonna address some of the specific challenges that we're facing and talk about some of the tangible steps we could all take that can make a real difference in the world. If you find this content valuable, I invite you to like, share and subscribe. It only takes a couple of seconds and helps the channel in a really meaningful way. When we look at the world right now, there are so many instances of individuals who are suffering, but I think it's important to zoom out and look at the situation from a different point of view because all of that individual suffering is happening in a larger context. If we look at the situation through the broader lens of astrology, we'll see that we are at the precipice of a new age. This is a major turning point and shift in planetary energies. We're coming out of the age of Pisces moving into the age of Aquarius, and each astrological age has its own distinct energies and energetic patterns. Some of the energetic patterns that were at play during the age of Pisces revolved around faith, belief hierarchy, religious dogma, and they all had an undercurrent of emotional energy attached to them. some of the energetic systems that we're moving into in the age of Aquarius were revolve around direct knowledge, decentralization, and unity consciousness with an underlying mental energy. The planetary energetic shift that we're experiencing now has been known about and predicted for a long time by many different saints and Sears throughout many different cultures. The Earth completes a procession through the Zodiac once about every 26,000 years, and each iCal age lasts for about 2000 years. Look at what happened about 2000 years ago when the earth was shifting into the age of Pisces. That's when Christ's consciousness was brought to this planet by Jesus. And since then, things have not been the same. That was a major turning point. Similarly, we are in a major turning point, very much like that right now. During the time of Jesus, there was a lot of societal turmoil, and I believe we're experiencing a similar sort of turmoil here and now. The teachings that Jesus brought to earth were revolutionary, and I feel like our human collective consciousness is tapping into that revolutionary energy once again. At this point, it seems pretty clear that humanity needs to make a change for ourselves, for all the plants, for the animals, and for Mother Earth itself. On some deep level, we all know that change is necessary and that we're all experiencing change from moment to moment. The thing about change is that it is never comfortable and human beings are hardwired to resist and avoid change and discomfort. So herein lies the issue. Despite the fact that every major wisdom tradition talks about the importance of embracing change, modern day humans have managed to clinging to their comfort zones ever so tightly. In Buddhism, there's the term nietzche, which roughly translates to impermanence. In Christianity, there's the phrase, this too shall pass in stoic philosophy, momentum, Maori, remember, you will die, is another indicator that things are always changing. In Hermetic philosophy, they point to the law of vibration, which indicates that things, and every part of our experience is always in motion. Change is absolutely unavoidable and it's up to each of us on an individual level to decide what we want our relationship with change to be like. Are we gonna decide that because of the discomfort that comes along with change, that we should try to avoid it altogether? Or are we going to embrace the inevitable changes that come into our life and try to look for the positive lessons and the wisdom that we can glean from the different challenges that we encounter? That is a decision that we all make, either consciously or unconsciously. Change doesn't necessarily have to be bad. Bad is just a label that we choose to place on an experience, and we can just as easily choose not to place that label on an experience. Everything comes and goes and has its own cycle. Our solar system has its own cycle. Planet Earth wasn't always here and it won't always be here. The same for the sun, the same for all the countries on earth. All the flora, all the fauna, you, me, all the protozoa, the bacteria in our bodies. Everything has a cycle. Whether or not we experience something as challenging usually depends on our level of attachment to it. When we can embrace the teaching of impermanence and the fact that change is always happening, we tend to clinging less tightly to the things in our lives that will ultimately fade away. The United States of America wasn't always a thing. There was a point in time in the lifecycle of this country where it was young and fresh and growing, and truly representative of Americans. But over time things have changed and the United States is simply at a different point in its life cycle. This country no longer represents the people of the country and has become a tool for oppression and control. I certainly understand people's sense of patriotism around the United States of America. It's got a long history and there's a lot of really positive things that this country has done and contributed to the global society. And at what point do we look at the blatant inhumane and immoral behavior of this country and say, I will not stand for this anymore? As it stands right now. In this moment, the United States government is helping to perpetuate an aggressive campaign of genocide and intentional starvation of the Palestinian people. I, Innocent women and children are being bombed and used as target practice. I fully understand that not everyone who resides in Gaza is innocent, not by a long shot. But the question we need to ask ourselves is, does the guilt of a few justify the murder of innocent women and children? I also understand that there is a long history of conflict in the Middle East that involves heinous acts from all parties involved. And at some point we need to acknowledge the fact that there is a difference between reflexive aggression in response to a specific incident and a systemic disproportionate eradication of an entire population of people. At what point do we say enough is enough and stop supporting governments that sell bombs and bullets that are being used to perpetuate a genocide. For the context of this video, I'm talking primarily about the conflict between Israel and Palestine, but there are many other conflicts I could potentially point to. Some of them well known others, less well known. As we progress into the age of Aquarius, it's gonna become more and more difficult for the powers that be to hide and conceal these, what I'll just call anti-life behaviors. Information is getting harder and harder to suppress both on a meta level and on an individual level. We might not yet be able to see everything that's happening behind the scenes, but the truth is revealing itself. And in doing so, it's presenting us with a choice. Are we going to do something or not? Are we going to maintain the status quo or acknowledge what's happening right before our eyes? Are we going to fight to maintain our individual comfort zones? Or are we gonna step out and say, I will not continue to support a system that perpetuates human suffering? Can we put ourselves in the shoes of people who are suffering and wonder what it must be like to have millions and millions of people around the world watch idly as ourselves and our families and our communities are being starved to death? I simply cannot imagine what that would be like. The next question is, what is our individual responsibility in all of this? Are we willing to just throw our hands in the air and say, I am, but a powerless individual with no ability to create meaningful change? Every action that we take sends a signal to the universe about what we want more of in our life. If our actions and behaviors send a message of I am powerless to the universe, then that's what we can expect more of. These are not easy questions. And these are the same questions that I'm asking myself. Am I the kind of person who keeps my mouth shut because that's what everybody else is doing and it's the path of least resistance Is my own fear of the unknown or of judgment preventing me from being authentic and expressing myself. Now, I don't necessarily know all the answers to all of those questions, and the answers to those questions may be different for everyone. We're all at different stages in our journey, and it's not for me to say what's right or wrong for someone else. All I know is that for me, staying silent and doing nothing is not an option. On some level, silence is a form of consent to the situation that's happening. I personally don't believe in right or wrong or the abuser victim dynamic. My personal belief is that everything does happen for a reason. That there is a grand and loving design behind every experience and every situation in the universe and what we perceive as evil or negative or bad. You know, any of those kind of labels you wanna place on it. Those kind of challenging experiences are given to us for the purpose of humanity being able to learn and grow. We experience difficult and challenging situations individually, and what we're seeing now is a more of a collective challenge that humanity is being forced to face on a really collective level. I understand that a lot of people won't resonate with that or share that belief, and that's totally cool. I 100% respect everyone's model of reality. The reason I choose to believe what I believe is because it gives me ownership and responsibility for my situation. My fate is not determined by somebody else or some external circumstance or situation. I am ultimately in control of everything that happens to me, and I find that to be an incredibly empowering perspective and way to navigate this crazy situation we called a human life. What can we each do on an individual level that will create a beneficial change for the collective? How can we take and alchemize this dense energy of pain and suffering and transmute it into energy of inspiration that moves us towards inspired action? We all entered this incarnation with a unique set of God-given gifts and talents and abilities. I believe we're all being called to step up. Step out of our comfort zones, let our freak flags fly and be our truest, most authentic selves. It's time to do the hard thing and bring our natural gifts and abilities out into the world, whether that's baking sourdough red, whether that's working with children at a daycare center, whether that's creating content and being a voice online, whatever that may be, that tug that's in your heart that the universe has placed inside of you that's willing for you to flower and to shine and to do your thing that's there for a reason. And it's time that we start to follow those inner voices and that intuition that may not always lead us through the most comfortable path. Deep down, we all know what we're here for and we all know that we can make a difference. The challenge is being the difference, being different, being different than the person you were last week or yesterday, or even an hour ago. Being who we are now and fully embracing our truest selves and understanding that change is inevitable. We are constantly going through a metamorphosis for our entire lives. Human beings are never static, so be graceful with yourself. Give yourself permission to be somebody different than who you were yesterday, last week, last year. You are a completely different person right now. We all are. And the sooner we embrace that and embrace the inevitability of change, stop labeling it as something bad or something dangerous or something ugly, something we don't like, the sooner we can start to really embody and usher in this new age, the age of Aquarius, We all have our unique individual challenges, and sometimes when we allow ourselves to get too wrapped up in what's going on with other people, whether that's pain or suffering or whatever it is, it's almost a way for us to bypass our own issues and the things that we need to do for ourselves to move on to the next step of our journey whatever learning or lesson that may be. Being aware of what's happening in the world more broadly isn't the same as being focused on it or spending all of our time and energy devoted towards thinking and ruminating over situations that we simply can't directly impact. That being said, we can make an impact in our own way, to our collective, to ourselves, to our families, around us, to our communities. We can all make a difference. I have a very positive outlook for the future of humanity. I believe we can come together, learn the lessons we need to learn and move through these challenging times. Yeah, there are going to be some things that come up with ai, with the proliferation of technology that are really unknown at this point. We're gonna have to move through a lot of different challenges as they arise, and I believe that humanity is equipped to do that. I am incredibly optimistic in this sense. I don't necessarily see the perfect utopia anytime soon, but I do believe that we have the skills and humanity can come together and work through this transition in a way that is beautiful. Ultimately, not just for humanity, but again for the animals, the plans, and for Mother Earth itself. Now, I'd love to hear your perspective. Uh, leave a comment below. What do you think that we can do as individuals and as a collective to help usher in this new age of Aquarius? Any predictions, any things that you see coming up in the timeline, please let me know. This is a conversation and we're all a part of it, so the more you engage, the more we can keep talking about this, the more we can bring awareness to these types of situations and ultimately fulfill our purpose in continuing the change that's happening. Have a blessed day. Peace.
