  • Recognize the strength that God provides, both physically for your baby and spiritually for you.
  • Engage in a Mantra Meditation, connecting with God’s empowering presence.
  • Offer prayers of gratitude for the strength God has given you and your baby, asking for His continued empowerment as you move forward.
