🦅Get to know me and my family on a whole new level.

This episode felt like therapy with a little bit of storytelling. I sit down with my husband and best friend, Zack Hutchinson, to talk about the wild, beautiful path he’s walked from traveling the world and surviving near-death experiences to finding recovery and grounding himself through music, nature, and fatherhood.

We dive into our shared love for music and his obsession with Phish and the Grateful Dead, his Viking-like spirit, and how nature, the woods, and the ocean have become his version of church. We talk about the recent loss of our dear friend Wayne and the moving service held at the Ashram, as well as the birth trauma of our second daughter, and how that experience revealed deeper layers of our spiritual condition.

We also reflect on the power of watching our daughter pray at the dinner table, and the importance of raising children with both spiritual and religious roots.

Zack is a man who shows up for his family, his faith, and his work. He owns Whitetail Builders, a company that specializes in rebuilding homes in southern New Hampshire after devastating fires and floods. You can learn more or connect with him through the link below.
