Jekiel “Jay” Bishop is a 14-year Army Infantry veteran, now a pastor, leadership coach, and founder of Shepherd’s Way Leadership. Been on multiple deployments to the middle east, and now brings that same intensity to the pulpit, the podcast mic, and mentoring the next generation of leaders. Jay’s all about growth and maturity, biblical truth, and calling men higher. He’s been married since 2010, is a dad of five, and a proud grandpa of three.
