So, as you can very obviously see, there has not been an episode in a hot minute. And that's my fault. My life is crumbling down around me. This has nothing to do with Abby. She's been on me. She's been like, we gotta do an episode. I don't even have the last episode checking in. Fully edited. Like we recorded it. It was great. But I haven't finished editing. And so our original plan was to take a break from June to September. Kids are out of school. I'm super busy traveling. And it's hay season, so like things are just crazy. Then I ended up getting sick with a tooth issue. That took forever to resolve. It's still not fully resolved. And then we had a death in the family, my husband's side of the family. And then it it's been chaos. So we haven't been able to get to this. And so we do apologize. We're so thankful for everybody that's still been downloading and listening. We're up to officially 400 some downloads through across all of our episodes. Why? So thank you guys so much for listening, for supporting. That might be a small number comparatively to other podcasts, but for us it does mean a lot.

But we wanted to let you know that because we had planned to launch three episodes from the last episode that we aired up to this point in order to take our break, and we haven't met you guys with that promise. We're going to be releasing an episode once a month through our break. So we're going to have two that will be filmed here and ready to roll out for June and July. And then we're going to have an episode in August. So one each month through our break. And then come September. Yes, we had hoped to go back to once a week. But we have a bit of a hiccup. Because I'm just here to ruin all your plans.

I'm going to be going back to school. And so we're not 100% sure what our schedule for posting episodes is going to be like once school hits. So with that being said, we might be looking at once a month.

However, we are going to launch a Patreon in September that you can join and help support both rescue animals that I take care of every day because it's officially been released that my organization is privatizing and getting out of 501c3 public charitable status. So you can support the Patreon, which supports my me and the animals, as well as what Abby is doing. We're going to split the funds and you would get unplugged episodes. So you're still going to get content. It might just be Abby. It might just be me. Whenever we want to pop on, do a little episode, and they're going to be completely stripped down. So animal editing.

I went to the doctors the other day and I was on like a high because I was like, yeah, I'm out with the doctors. I'm alone. I'm gonna get myself taken care of. They were like, you know, asking me my, you know, have you felt anxious, worrisome, depressed? And I'm like, no, I feel great.
