Claire Darr (00:01)
Hello, hello, hello. Well, this episode is due to go out over Easter weekend. If all goes according to plan, you may be listening to it Easter weekend, real time.
And if so, whenever you hear it, you're supposed to hear it. But if you are listening to it over Easter weekend, I want you to fully embrace this concept. And it is the concept of you can expand time. You can expand time. So this came up in a conversation with some friends a couple of weeks ago, and it's really funny.
said the phrase, I help people expand time. And my friend kind of gasped and wrote it down and laughed. And it was a moment. We had a moment. And I mean it. And I told her I mean that. I do. I help people expand time. I've expanded time for myself.
And why did she chuckle and why do I stand behind it and why is it important? Anyone who feels like they have so much coming at them, so much life, so much stuff, there's not enough hours in the day, I've got too much on my plate, I've taken on too much, I'm too busy, it's, you know, I just need a break. You know, all of those things we say.
I want you to know that I can help you expand time. You can expand time. And it's not just time, by the way. It is happiness, joy, health, abundance. It's anything and everything you want to expand into. Love. You can do it. It's possible. I've done it. I've seen it. I've experienced it. I've seen others experience it.
And it's actually not the hardest thing in the world. It's not something that takes so much extra time and energy off on you already. It's actually something you can do simply. It's something you can do. You can start doing it today. You don't need any fancy gadgets or apps or tools or whatever else.
to start expanding time in your life, all you have to be is intentional, decide you want to, be intentional about it, and be consistent. So if you can be intentional, if you can be consistent, you can also expand time. I have absolutely no doubt.
And so I want to leave you with a couple of really little simple ways this weekend or as you go about your life whenever you're listening to this that you can expand time.
As you go about your day to day, whatever it is you have planned. If it's this weekend, you have events with families, you have places to go, you might have an Easter egg hunt, you might have a lunch, a dinner, church, whatever it is you're doing.
Before you go, think about how you want to show up. Think about the energy you want to show up with. Think about what you want to experience when you're there, how you want others to experience you. Just take a moment. It could be in the car. It could be before you leave the house. Take a moment and get really, really, really, really intentional about.
what it is you want to get out of this experience that you're about to have. And if you can get into the habit of stopping throughout your day and doing this, and by the way, the more you do it, the easier it gets, the quicker you get at it, it becomes like second nature to you. Between each moment of your day, instead of racing around your day with your hair on fire,
somewhat on autopilot. mean, I can throw all the buzzwords out there, right? Like a robot on autopilot, going through the motions, racing around, not really knowing how you got somewhere, not really remembering who was there and what you said and what you ate, all the things, because you were just kind of in this cycle, this spin. If you can take a moment between each event, each place you go,
like a good little stopping point and just stop and get intentional. Take a breath, take a moment and say, how do I want to experience this? Who do I want to show up as? How do I want to to experience the situation? I want to be intentional. I want to see these people, listen to these people, experience these people, enjoy the food, enjoy.
the music, enjoy the kids laughing, enjoy the glass of wine, enjoy the movie, enjoy the my grandmother, enjoy, enjoy, enjoy, right? I want to experience it and be part of it. I choose to do that. I'm going to be intentional about it. Do that at a stopping point throughout the day and go into each situation, each event, each experience intentionally. When you do that,
and you know why you're there. Time has an incredible way of expanding.
because you are present, because you are fully intentional about why you're not on autopilot. It doesn't just zoom you by. actually, it's kind of like, you know, in the movies where you see time just slowing down and then it speeds up and then it slows down. It's kind of like that. It's like you're fully aware of everything around you. Time has a way of slowing down. And then you choose to go into the next situation, the next event, the next experience and the next and the next and the next.
I've got a lot more tools and practices and tips that I deploy personally and that I help my clients with to get practical about how you expand time, how you find pockets of time, how you claim pockets of time, how you really live into, how you become more efficient.
how you become more focused and intentional when you're working or when you're with family members. There are many, many, many practices that I can teach you and that I work on my clients with. And if you're interested in hearing more about those, please reach out to me. But for now, this weekend, just become intentional before every situation and decide you want to experience it and be there.
and be present and just feel into how time expands.
I can't wait to hear how it goes for you. And I do have an invitation for everyone right now. It's the middle of April. And I have a special offer that I'm putting out there to anyone who wants to work with me in what I'm calling a VIP experience. It's a four hour coaching session with me, a four hour meeting, whatever you want to call it, four hour experience.
with me where we can really do some good effective work to help you move forward in any and all areas of your life that you've maybe feeling a bit stuck in a bit depleted in a bit held back a bit like you're on a hamster wheel wherever you're feeling stuck or lost or depleted we can get to work and get you
moving forward and feeling great. And we do it in a fun, fast way that you start to get results. You don't have to commit to weeks and weeks of coaching. You just give me a few hours of your day and we spend that time together and we can move mountains and we can expand time. And so I'm going to put a link to where you can find out more information about the VIP experience below. And I hope
you take a look at it and take me up on it. It's at a special price until May 15th and I'm excited for the people who do jump in on that. We're going to do some great things before summer. That's my goal, do some great things before summer with people. So always reach out if you've got any questions and enjoy the weekend and have fun expanding time.
