Tracey Walker is an author, speaker, and practitioner whose work is shaped by profound lived experience and deep personal transformation. Growing up in a home marked by domestic violence, Tracey unconsciously carried those early imprints into her adult life, repeating patterns of abusive and alcohol-fuelled relationships.
Through courage, self-reflection, and a commitment to healing, Tracey broke free from survival mode and transformed her experiences into a framework that now supports others on their healing journeys. She is the creator of The Calm Principle, a four-pillar approach that guides individuals toward clarity, awareness, resilience, and momentum.
