The Wholly Aligned Health Podcast
Wholly Aligned comes to you from Ciara Jean Roberts
Ciara is a writer, yoga and movement teacher of over 11 years, and a naturopathically trained nutritional therapist. Early teenage kidney failure, dialysis and two kidney transplants serve as rites of passage into deeper understanding of health systems and the imperative to take exquisite care of oneself and in turn each other and our living planet. Born in South Africa, raised in Zambia, an adventurer across nearly 40 countries to date. Birthing Wholly Aligned in 2012, she stepped away from a successful career in banking, to fully embrace the wonderous world of health and healing. Bringing yoga, nutrition, and a sense of the sacred to groups, communities, and individuals. Leaving London in Summer 2022, she now lives in Ramsgate, the place where the ravens fly, with the swell of the vast salty seas nearby.

A truly holistic approach to living with a kidney transplant: INTEGRATION
The culminating episode, the integrating finale to this series. We touch upon healing as an integrated approach. That our wholeness does not require perfection. We take it day by day and trust the process as much as we are able.
Healing happens in a spiral. There is no single story around healing after a kidney transplant. Medical rupture can carry great intensity, sorrow, confrontation and upset - in our own lives, and in the lives of others. The holistic path asks us to feel what needs to be felt, express it in ways that promote and encourage healing, that is nuanced and unique and contextual to your own circumstances.
You're stronger than you know. Step across a new threshold and let me know what you find.
With love and appreciation.
Ciara
