The airwaves crackle with laughter as Dave Ramsey joins the Morning Brew for the fan-favorite "Boo or Cool" segment, weighing in on everything from Baseball Fans Day (cool) to National Sewing Machine Day (a definite boo). When National Middle Child Day comes up, Dave reveals he's a middle child himself—perhaps explaining why he tends to "lay in the middle" on so many topics.

The fun continues as Dave surprises everyone with his knowledge of Gen Z slang, correctly identifying terms like "riz" (romantic charm) and "drip" (stylish clothes). Host Chris Bennett shares exciting news about his successful comedy run in Wilmington before announcing his next big show on September 20th at the Pinedale Community Center, featuring Hollywood comedian Darren Carter, "The Party Starter," who's appeared on The Tonight Show and Comedy Central. With Alberto's Food Truck arriving at 5:30 PM and doors opening at 7 PM, it promises to be a night to remember.

Games and trivia dominate the hour, with listeners testing their knowledge of famous middle children, CB radio lingo, and vinyl record facts. Trucker Paul impresses everyone with his command of road slang like "lot lizard" and "bear in the air" before narrowly beating Chris in a vinyl record showdown. The episode wraps with "Taco Bout Something Good Tuesday," featuring heartwarming stories about a tiny goat adopted by border collies and a 66-year-old wheelchair user who, with help from his rugby team, fulfilled his dream of reaching a mountain summit. From belly laughs to feel-good moments, this episode delivers it all with Chris's signature warmth and wit.

The first one to three correct answer wins. Relating to the reproduction of music. What does the abbreviation hi-fi mean, chris? High fidelity, boom. We are tied at one. A piece On a standard vinyl record player.

We'll talk to you later. All right, it is tuesday and you know what that means. That that's right. It's Taco Bout, something Good. Tuesday we normally talk to our best friend, janine Ford and share some good news stories with her, but she's still at home recovering, so get well soon, janine, and I will be sharing the good news today.

Speaker 1:

And here's a little heart warmer for you. It comes from Wiltshire, england. Meet a little tiny goat, triplet, who weighed just one third the size of her sisters and stood only five inches tall at birth. It was too weak to stand or feed and Lil was getting colder by the minute while her mom cared for her stronger siblings. So farm staff stepped in, started tube feeding Lil and warming her with towels, even dressing her in a little suit made from an old sock. When Lil was brought inside the farm's office caravan, two border collies, luna and Nia, immediately adopted her, aw, washing her, snuggling her and even teaching her sheepdog skills. Now, five weeks old, lil is thriving, following the dogs everywhere and starting to round up the flock herself. Farm manager Julia Stewart says she's utterly adorable and she definitely thinks she's a dog. So Lil's story is proof that love really comes in all shapes, sizes and species.

Speaker 1:

Such a great good news story, let me give you one more. Here's another one from Wales, england. Here we go. A lifelong dream came true for a 66-year-old, phil Thompson. He was a devoted rugby club fan for the Bangor Rugby Club and he's been in a wheelchair since a motorbike accident when he was 19. And with the help from his son, sam, and the teammates at the Bangor Rugby Club, phil was carried to the 3,650-foot summit of Snowdon and the team already was planning a fundraiser climb and they worked with a local welding company to create a special frame for Phil's chair. And just days before the event and after a three-hour trek, phil reached the peak, taking in the view he dreamed of for decades, and the club raised over $2,100 for youth programs. Those are some good news stories on our talk about something good Tuesday.
