SPEAKER_04:

Yeah, and you scared me this morning. You came over here. I'm like, who in the hell is that? Yeah.

SPEAKER_00:

Yeah, I uh so I have these uh comedy shows I'm doing down in the valley. They're like Halloween-themed stand-up comedy shows called Dead Comedian Shows, where there's eight comedians and they're all assigned a dead comedian, and then they basically have to become that comedian and do that comedian's act for 10 minutes. And I've been assigned Robin Williams.

SPEAKER_03:

That's a tough one, yeah.

SPEAKER_00:

It's a very tough one. So I shaved the beard. I know.

SPEAKER_04:

You came over just naked today. Naked face, baby face. I know.

SPEAKER_00:

I look so weird. What what what's your opinion?

SPEAKER_04:

Kind of like a you're young, you're young. I look young? Yeah. Oh, okay. Maybe I keep it, but should I and neater, you're not as scruffy as you used to be, you know?

SPEAKER_00:

Right, right. So uh I'm planning on growing it back right after these uh shows I'm doing it in the valley. What do you think? Should I keep it shaved or should I grow it back?

SPEAKER_03:

I don't know. I think the beard is part of your personality, you know what I mean?

SPEAKER_00:

I agree, yeah. That scruffy look. Yeah, definitely. So I'm gonna grow it back, but uh, I'm looking forward to the show. I was nervous, so I'll say going with the Robin Williams. Well, so I uh set up a kind of a dress rehearsal uh this weekend with a few of my friends to come watch and critique me. And I'm so glad I did that, Janine, because it would not have gone well if I did it for the first time in the valley. But uh some of it went great. I realize I'm not gonna do his super early stuff just because people don't really get it, and I'm just gonna kind of stick uh with the hits. So I'm feeling uh much better about it, and I'm excited for those shows. And also, uh, we have a big comedy show coming up Saturday at the Elks Lodge, so I'm busy with comedy this week.

SPEAKER_03:

Very good. That is that's so cool, and it's good you did a test run. Yes.

SPEAKER_00:

That's nice. That would have been awful. Like, I'm so glad because my friends are supportive, and I could tell like they didn't know what was going on. And then there were parts where it's like, okay, this is good, I'll keep this. But that other part, I'm getting rid of. Yeah, there you go. There you go. Fine tune it. All right, Janine. It's time to get motivated. All right. Uh, since Halloween is this Friday, I thought uh we would stick to uh motivational quotes about overcoming fear.
