Mary Kemp is a speaker, founder, and AI practitioner focused on helping organisations use AI in ways that make work more human, not less. She is the co-founder of Brighton AI and CEO of AI Potential, where she partners with businesses to bridge the gap between AI strategy and real-world execution.
Mary works side by side with leadership teams to break complex goals into clear, achievable steps, turning uncertainty around AI into practical action that reduces stress and delivers results. Her approach is rooted in curiosity, mindset, and culture, recognising that successful AI adoption is ultimately about people, not technology.
Passionate about helping individuals and teams grow, Mary takes genuine joy in learning how organisations tick and supporting them to build on their strengths. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time outdoors with her family, paddleboarding, travelling, and cheering on the All Blacks.
