Settling into the space beneath you. Begin inhaling deeply into your belly. Exhaling and surrendering. Softening inhaling, soften your gaze. Closing your eyes. Exhaling giving your thinking, mind a break and settling into the present moment, inhaling feeling the ground, the earth holding you. You are safe here and now exhaling. Releasing any tension, loosening any tighten muscles. And I invite you to begin a circular connected breath. This is just a gentle breath, slow and soft, deeply inhaling through the nose and exhaling out of the mouth, or inhaling and exhaling out of the mouth. No pause at the top or the bottom of the breath. Inhaling and then exhaling, you can begin to envision that this breath is circulating through you, inhaling and up through the root chakra, the sacral, the solar plexus, the heart, the throat out of the mouth, and circulating back down to inhale again, that breath through the root chakra and up and exhaling out of the mouth. Again, no pause after the inhale. No pause after the exhale. Just a gentle, slow, circulating breath in and up and out of the mouth, down and in, and up and out of the mouth. Deeply nourishing and nurturing breaths, softening and surrendering into the present moment. As you continue to circulate this breath, I invite you into a meditative place called the bridge of no return. This bridge is the bridge where you cross from all of the things you've ever known about yourself, the world, your past, to becoming the magnificent woman. You truly are who you are here to be. What you are here to do, and what you know to be true now about the world. Recall that sacred and undeniable moment. The moment your divinity ushered you across this bridge, this bridge is your awakening story. It is woven from the strings of truths that came to light truths that once you saw them, you could not unsee them. The truth of how society operates, the truth of how you had been operating because of conditioning, or pain or trauma, the truth of who you are, the profound healing you need. Your purpose on this planet and the unique way you are here to serve. Once you began crossing over this bridge, there was no turning back. Every single step you took across that bridge was an act of raw, beautiful honesty and courage. You had to face the fear of realizing that so much of what you thought was true was a lie. You face the fear of letting go of a life that did not fill you with purpose, love, peace, or joy. You claimed the willingness to do the inner work that perhaps no one you had ever known had ever done before you found the courage to own your inner outlier. Rebel Anticon, conformist Black sheep. The courage to stand confidently, joyfully, and with conviction in who you truly are to speak your truth, to embody your sacred work, and to be the light in this world that the divine called you here to be. As you crossed that bridge. You felt the earth beneath you and the world behind you crumble and fall, but you made it to the other side, and on the other side stood a world of opportunity and endless possibility. Your Heaven on Earth. When you looked back, you saw nothing but black and gray where your past once lived, and you looked forward and realized that this journey had only just begun you could now see that the path before you was laid out and guided by the Holy Spirit, by our creator, and by your own unwavering soul. As you journey on this path, you encounter a mirror, you go to it, and you look into your own reflection. You can see the version of you that you have always dreamed of, that you aspire to become the one you know you already are. You recognize her power and acknowledge her beauty she is here now. Because she is you now, you hold this vision of you in your heart art as you continue to walk. And find yourself at the Bank of River. You look into this river and see stones and rapids, and it looks very intimidating, turbulent, and deep, but you hear the quiet firm voice of the Holy Spirit telling you, you are safe. Surrender trust that this river will guide you. You must jump in with both feet. You can hear the call of those who have been where you are and are where you are going. They await you on the other side, but first you must endure this river. This river provides. It is the space where you learn to accept your pain, to feel your rage, to grieve, to heal, to cleanse, to purify. It is where you surrender and trust. Where you let go and where you learn to lean in and go with the flow. This is the place of death and rebirth. A cycle of being baptized in the wisdom of God's love and the powerful remembrance of that wisdom held within your own cells. Feel the waters moving over you and through you. And all around you. You begin to feel yourself being pulled gently towards the shore. You have endured the river and you made it to the other side. And there you are met with arms outstretched by those who came before you, who endured their own river too. You see the healers and the feelers who have done the work, who are here not only to serve, but to grow in a community of fierce love and like-mindedness. They are here to fulfill a purpose, to align with truth and love. And to cultivate a sisterhood, you now stand with them ready to outstretch your own arms to be a guiding light for others and a true sister within this community. It is undeniable. On a macro level, your soul chose to come to this planet, in this body at this time for a divine purpose. On a micro level, you are in this very room, in this very circle because of that purpose. We are all here on purpose and in divine timing. We are all here to activate the ancient wisdom that lives within our DNA to fulfill a mission that spans across lifetimes and to raise the vibration of this planet. We are here to be the light for others to find their own path back to love, truth and divinity. There is nothing more sacred than this. Take a moment to feel how deeply holy your existence is right now. I feel how nothing has ever happened by accident for you. Everything has happened to teach you, to challenge you, to heal you, and to align you with your highest path. And the fact that we are not alone in doing this work, living in faith, honoring our unique God-given gifts, standing in our truth, and using our voices to help others heal and come back to love is such a tremendous blessing. Continuing that circular breath, allow it to fill you. With so much gratitude for this life you have co-created with the divine for the courage you had to see to go forward and to become the woman you are today for Enduring Your river. For choosing a life of truly authentic power, and even if you are still moving through your process of healing and becoming as we all are, you are here, you are worthy of being here, and your work is so needed in this world, and your heart knows this truth with each circular breath. I now invite you to envision us energetically arm in arm with one another, a circle of profound spiritual power. Circulate through your breath, your love, your light, and your magic fully into this space. See it. I feel it as it weaves through in and all around one another. We are a living, breathing tapestry of light. Breathe it in and continue to breathe and hold this vision As we take in the words of this beautiful song.
