Mike McDaniels
Mike McDaniel is the lead inspector and market development person for National Property Inspections (NPI) in Oklahoma City. He co-leads a multi-inspector firm that services Oklahoma City and the southwest part of the state, including Lawton, Fort Sill, Duncan, Marlow, and more.
Mike transitioned to NPI after spending 28 years in the oil and gas industry, reaching a point where he could retire. His move was driven by a desire to help people and provide impartial guidance, particularly for first-time home buyers navigating significant investments. He emphasizes NPI's commitment to delivering impartial and thorough property inspections that are "not scary". Mike finds his current role less stressful and more fulfilling than his previous corporate setting, valuing the ability to help individuals over financial considerations.
