Harry Dyer joined the Buckle Up Podcast, and his story is a powerful reminder that purpose doesn’t always happen overnight—it’s built over time, through passion, persistence, and belief.

Born and raised in Hull, England, Harry’s journey started as a kid with a wild imagination. He was the one organizing games, creating characters, and bringing stories to life for everyone around him. What looked like play back then… was actually the foundation of his calling.

From performing voices and impressions for classmates to studying drama and media, Harry always felt pulled toward storytelling. But like many creatives, his path wasn’t easy. While others around him pursued traditional careers, Harry stayed committed to his passion—balancing everyday life while continuing to chase something bigger.

Everything shifted in 2020.

During the global lockdown, Harry leaned fully into voice acting, starting with a simple home studio setup. What began as a creative outlet quickly turned into something real. Through consistency and dedication, he began building a career—voicing characters across animation, games, and audiobooks.

Along the way, he connected with some of the biggest names in the industry, including legendary voice actor Tara Strong, who recognized his talent and supported his journey.

Now, Harry stands on the edge of something incredible—preparing for opportunities in the United States and positioning himself to work at the highest level in voice acting.

But what makes his story special isn’t just where he’s going…

It’s how long he’s stayed committed to getting there.

Nearly four decades of belief.

Of not giving up.

Of trusting the process—even when the path didn’t make sense.
