Gloria Kloter, AIA, NCARB, CODIA, is an award-winning architect, founder and CEO of Glow Architects, keynote speaker, bestselling author, voice actor, artist, and poet. She has been practicing architecture since 2004, both in the Dominican Republic and the United States.

Gloria is a passionate advocate for immigrant architects, women in architecture, and motherhood. Through her work, she empowers others to pursue their careers without sacrificing their personal lives.

Gloria is the founder of Foreign Architects, a mentorship community dedicated to helping immigrant architects obtain licensure in the United States. She currently serves as Director of Programs and Podcast Co-host for the Immigrant Architects Coalition and has been elected as a 2025–2027 At-Large Representative to the Strategic Council for AIA National.

Beyond architecture, Gloria is a multidisciplinary creative—blending voice acting, poetry, and visual art to explore identity, emotion, and personal growth.
