Caleub Bueno is the Head Freshman Football Coach at Desert Vista High School in Arizona. At 24 years old, Caleub is already changing lives and serving our young people. Coming from a coaching family, Caleub played football at McClintock High School before graduating and getting right into coaching at the age of 19. Great insight about leadership, mentorship, developing character and getting young players ready to play Varsity Football. He also shares his thoughts on what young coaches can do in order to have a successful coaching career.
