Heather Wilson Schiltz is a lifelong rider and a driving force in motorsports marketing and operations. As the CEO of High Gear Success, she works with event organizers, racers and industry companies to elevate brand recognition, improve operations and increase revenue.
Headquartered in Pataskala, Ohio, High Gear Consulting LLC DBA High Gear Success focuses on strategic communications, audience and partner engagement, and event operations.
Heather’s deep industry knowledge spans multiple perspectives: whether it's riders/racers, dealerships, event organizers, trade associations, manufacturers, aftermarket companies or media, she understands the challenges and opportunities that shape the motorsports landscape.
She holds a Bachelor of Science in Journalism from Ohio University, with specializations in public relations and marketing, and was awarded the PSB 40 Under 40 Award.
