Winning In Life With Kingdom Confidence
Use Left/Right to seek, Home/End to jump to start or end. Hold shift to jump forward or backward.
What if your default setting was victory, not survival? We’re unpacking eleven scriptures that rewire how we see wealth, identity, resistance, and purpose—moving from self-made myths to a covenant mindset that actually holds under pressure. We start by giving credit where it’s due: God gives power to create wealth. That shift doesn’t dull ambition; it purifies it. From there we step into bold identity—head and not tail, more than a conqueror, enemies under our feet—and explore how those truths translate into choices that lead, serve, and endure.
We dig into the mechanics of transformation. “No weapon formed” isn’t a slogan; it’s a system that pairs God’s promises with disciplined confession and steady action. Words train the heart, and a trained heart steadies the hands. We talk through righteousness in Christ as our legal standing, why that frees us from shame cycles, and how wisdom, sanctification, and redemption become everyday tools. Along the way we anchor courage in a bigger presence: greater is He who is in us. If Christ is the Head and we’re His Body, then mission looks like movement—some of us go, some of us fund, all of us participate.
This conversation lands with practical hope. God’s word works like medicine; praise drowns fear; identity fuels integrity; and seeking first the kingdom aligns “all these things” in their right order. Expect clear takeaways you can put to work today: speak life over your lane, decide like someone already approved, and aim your resources at what lasts. If you’re ready to trade small living for steady authority rooted in Scripture, press play, share this with a friend who needs courage, and leave a quick review so others can find the message.

Opening And Purpose Of The Message
SPEAKER_00Hello friend, Chapman Terry Warner here. This podcast will be winning in life. It will air on March the 9th, 2026. It's season number 2026, episode number 10. Your foundation scriptures, I'm gonna give them as we go along. I got uh eleven points here I want to share with you. And these eleven points each each individually have the ability to put you over the top. Do you know that we're supposed to be winners in life, not poor m poor mouth, poor financially, destitute and lack Christians? We're supposed to be an example to the world. We're supposed to make the Jews jealous because of our relationship with Jesus Christ. So how you doing today? You getting along pretty good or you need to improve? So let's look at some verses that will get you on the right track. I'm not gonna read them to you. I'm gonna tell you where they are, but I it's gonna be up to you to read them because the Holy Spirit is the one that's going to do everything, not me. I just work here. Deuteronomy eight, eighteen. I have been given the ability to make wealth. Now that one I will read. That's the first one I will read. Hang on just a second. Okay, here we go. Deuteronomy eight, starting in seventeen. And beware lest you say in your mind and heart, My power and the might of my hand have gotten me this wealth. But you shall earnestly remember the Lord your God, for it is he who gives you the power to get wealth, that he may establish his covenant, which he swore to your fathers, as it is to this day. So you see, it was God in Christ, reconciling himself to the world, that would put us over. God reconciled it. The books are balanced. We have been writ reconciled with Christ. Praise the Lord. That's a good start. Just remember it's God who gives you the power to gain wealth, not you and your bright ideas. I know, because I've had a lot of bright ideas that didn't work out very good. I've been made the head and not the tail. That's Deuteronomy 28, 13. I have been made the head and not the tail. I'm not the butt end of everything. I'm the head. I turn I determine its direction. I determine where we're going. We're going to glory, but we're going through the kingdom of God in the name of Jesus Christ. Church, it's time we started being shining examples. I am more than a conqueror. Romans 8 37. Are you just a conqueror? Are you more than a conqueror? Let me tell you what a more than a conqueror is. I borrowed this from Copeland years ago. A boxer boxes in the ring and he wins. He gets beat up quite a bit, but he wins. And he gets a nice paycheck. And he brings and he's the conqueror of that boxing match. But he brings that wife that check home to his wife, and she is more than a conqueror. She gets it all. Anyway, you get you get right what I'm saying. Enemies are my footstool. I make enemies my footstool. Joshua 10, 26. Let me explain a little bit on that. When Joshua conquered the land that was given to the Israelites when they were going coming out of the Red Sea and the Egyptians and all that and crossing over, the land was given to them. And when they conquered these kings, they made the kings lay down, and the captains of the tribes came and put their foot on their necks. And you know, and that's where we get it. The enemies are made my footstool. That's what that said. That's what your feet go. That's where your feet go. Jesus is in heaven and will stay there until his enemies are being made his footstool, footstools. Friends, I got news for you. That happened years ago. That happened years ago. The church is having to wait so much. We're having to wait on other things because we don't recognize the fact that Jesus bought it all for us, purchased us, redeemed us. What's he doing? He's waiting for his enemies to be made his footstool. When were they made his footstool? They were made on his footstool when Israel put the necks on the enemies. Why'd they get back up and say the first one didn't take? It's there, claim it. No weapon formed against me shall prosper. But every tongue that shall rise against me in judgment thou shalt condemn. Every tongue that rises against you. Well, I'm just no good. I'm broke, I'm sick, I'm I'm lack, I'm this, I'm that. I'm no, I'm not. I'm the righteousness of God in Christ Jesus. I can do all things through Jesus Christ who gives me strength. In him I live and move and have my what? Have my being, my being, my aliveness. That makes me alive. If you got Jesus in your heart, act like it. Don't go around acting like the devil. Don't go around acting like the man who doesn't know Christ. Go around, and if you don't know, get in his word and find out what he said. Take the course. Elevation worship's got a song. And one of the lyrics is Praise is the water that drowns my enemies. I like that. Greater is he who is in me. 1 John 4, 4. Greater is he who is in me. Well who is the devil? I mean the devil. Greater is he. Who's he? Jesus, I'm talking about Jesus. Jesus in you. Greater is he who is in me than he who is in the world. Jesus is in me. Not the devil, Jesus. I gave my heart to Jesus Christ, and he, when I knocked on his heart, when I knocked on the door, the word answered, and that word came into my heart and made his abode and made my his house in there. As he is, so am I in this world. That's a good one. 1 John 4 17. Is he sick? No. Is he poor? No. He left his riches in glory and he came down to earth as a man. And he bore our poverty. He bore our sickness. He bore our diseases. And he went to hell and he took it all there. And he left it there. And he rose a new, born-again, glorified man who happens to be the second person in the Trinity of God. Isn't that neat? If he's the head, we're the body. If he's the head, we're the body. How can you be the body? How can you be a good body? You don't say here comes Chaplin Terry in his head. You say here comes Jesus Christ in his body. No. The head goes, the body goes where the head goes. You need to go to Africa to save somebody. The Holy Spirit can't go. It depends on the body of the church. That's why we have missionaries. That's why we have people that do that. Well, I can never be a missionary. No lie, Sherlock. Probably not. But you could make money and spend it on the kingdom of God to further the kingdom of God and to reach the lost. I have been made the righteousness of God in Christ Jesus. 2 Corinthians 5, 21. Yes, I know, Chaplain Terry, but our righteousness is as filthy rags. We're not talking about your righteousness, righteousness. It is as filthy rags. That's a very personal meaning from that. And that's that's our righteousness. I've been made righteous with the righteousness of God. It's God's righteousness. Jesus Christ is made unto me wisdom, righteousness, sanctification, and redemption. There, how you like that one? I think that's on here somewhere. I have been made the righteousness of God. 2 Corinthians 5.21. Therefore, he who knew no sin was made to be sin for me, that I might be made the righteousness of God in Christ Jesus. I have the right to go in the courtroom of God and present my case. Jesus Christ is my lawyer, and it's already all done for me. All I have to do is claim it. If you haven't noticed, the New Testament is its last, is his last will and testament. And he died, carried it out, and brought it back. And then he rose from the dead to come out and come to live on this earth in our bodies to make sure his last will and testament came to pass. All right. His word is medicine to all my bones. I don't care what's wrong with you. It's not none of my business. Jesus cares. Cast your cares on him, for he cares for you. His word is medicine to my bones. Proverbs 3.8. Get the word in you. Take the gospel. Take the gospel, the good news pill, the good news verse, and stand on it and stand on it and stand on it. Well, I did that, and I said it 200 times, and it never came to pass. It saying it is not going to bring it to pass, but saying it is part of the system that brings it to pass. When you confess you who you are in Christ Jesus, after a while your heart hears what your mouth has to say, and out of the abundance of the heart, the mouth speaks, and you start speaking what God speaks, and you can walk and talk like God on this earth. As a matter of fact, you should be walking and talking like the body of Christ on this earth, not like some poor Christian that nothing works or goes your way every you ever have you ever have an even break. All right. Last one. Jesus has made unto me wisdom, righteousness, sanctification, redemption. Not only do I have righteousness, I have wisdom. I have sanctification. I've been set apart for the kingdom of God. I've been set apart for Christ and his kingdom. Jesus Christ is my Lord, my Savior. Let this mind be in you which was in Christ Jesus. Whoa, let me repeat that. Let this mind be in you which was in Christ Jesus, who thought it not robbery to be called God. No, I'm not saying, folks, we need to go try to rule the universe. That's not what we're supposed to do. We're supposed to further the kingdom of God and build his kingdom and expand his kingdom in this world. And we will have victorious outcome when we do that. And when we do that, wealth and riches will be piled up in the backyard like it was with Solomon. We will have so much we don't know what to do. The Lord says the windows of heaven will open and chase you down and overcome you. Blessed shall you be in your basket. Blessed shall you be when you go in, blessed shall you be when you go out. What's blessed mean? It means to say something good about something. Alright, you got the idea. What a way to start the week. Your gunpowder waiting waiting to explode. Find somebody and blow up on. And do it in love. Do it in love and kindness. Show them how they should be doing it too. Let them see you by live by example, that you are more than a conqueror, that you can do all things through Jesus Christ. That you've been Jesus Christ made in you wisdom, righteous sanctification and redemption. That enemies are made your footstool, that no weapon formed against you shall prosper. Praise is the water that drowned your enemies. Greater is he that is in me than he that's in the world. As he is, so am I, as he is. He is a Son of God, seated on the right hand of the Father, and we are spiritually seated with him. But if you don't take and grasp that and take it into your heart and believe it, then you're going to sit out there in the cold until somebody opens the door and drag you in. I have been made the righteousness of God. His words medicine to all my bones. Jesus has made of me wisdom, righteousness, sanctification, and redemption. You have a blessed day in Jesus' name, and you're going out and you're coming in, and you're lying down and you're rising up in your laughter and in your tears until you come to meet Jesus and abide in him and love him and serve him and work for him and do what he pleases his sight, then everything else will come. And let me sum it up with one more verse. Seek ye first the kingdom of God and his righteousness, and all these other things will be added unto you. Again, you have a blessed day in Jesus' name. Amen.
