Freedom Is Your Birthright: Breaking Free from What Holds You Back
What if the freedom you've been searching for has been within you all along?
In this inspiring conversation, Janet Grace welcomes back Rileagh, Master Certified Coach, founder of the Chase Leadership & Coaching Academy, and author of Anxiety-Free. Together, they explore how trauma, fear, and limiting beliefs can quietly shape our lives—and how true freedom begins by recognizing and releasing the stories that no longer serve us.
Discover how forgiveness can become a powerful pathway to emotional freedom, why your relationship with money reflects your inner beliefs, and how shifting your thoughts can create greater peace, abundance, and possibility. You'll also learn practical tools to calm financial stress, quiet anxious thinking, cultivate gratitude, and begin living from a place of trust rather than fear.
If you've been longing to feel lighter, more empowered, and free to create the life your heart desires, this episode is a beautiful reminder that freedom isn't something you earn—it's your birthright.

- How trauma and limiting beliefs can quietly shape your life.
- Why forgiveness is one of the greatest pathways to freedom.
- How to transform your relationship with money and abundance.
