Yo, what's up, guys? Welcome back to the show. We got season four coming up. Me and Troy wanted to just bust the cobwebs off the microphone because we took a little bit of a break. It was hiatus. Yeah, the break was a little bit longer than we wanted. We were traveling, business things, things were getting in the way. Yeah. And now we're back. We are back. Yeah. We are back. We are so back. Yes. Back in the fucking building, baby. Season four. We had uh shit, dude. I was in Barcelona. Oh my god, that's right. I was in Chicago. Dude, there was a ton of naked dudes in Barcelona with their wieners out dangling. What do you mean? Like just on a beach? Yeah, dude, naked. Yeah, but I thought that's that's okay. I I didn't see any girls. It was just guys. And I thought, man, where's the equality? And most and I think they're mostly out of shape guys. Right? One dude looked pretty good. The other two were like, come on, man. So did you stay on the beach or you just passed by? Fuck no, man. I wanted to eat like I was eating croquettes like crazy. Um yeah, croquettes. So you didn't enjoy the nude beach. I was there to eat. Yeah. So we went to Barcelona for um some uh supply chain, like some cold supply chain stuff, and then obviously I love paella, so we took a couple paella cooking classes. Oh. Yeah, it was like it was driving me crazy. There's a lot of speculation with how to make paella, so I I was like, look, the next time I'm in Barcelona or any, you know, if I go to Portugal or whatever, I need to learn how to make paella. What is paella exactly? It's essentially a big pan, and you throw you can make vegetable paella, you could pretty much make any sort of paella you want. What's the most common paella that's I mean my favorite is like a seafood paella. Okay. So like it's very actually intuitive for people who cook. Like you cook out the seafood, you create that fond. Is it like a jambalaya soup? It's not a soup. It's uh the concept how jambalaya is made. Kind of. Oh, yeah. See, look at me. Look at I know stuff. Yeah, look at you. I only know that because of a Seinfeld episode and the soup Nazi had made a soup called jambalaya. Jambalaya is good. Yeah. Yeah, gumbo's good. Gumbo. Paella is very uh it's it's fucking great. I mean, I could eat it every day, so I was happy I got to learn how to make it. I was curious about like, you know, crispy rice at the bottom, how that's done. Did you drink out there? Yeah, tons of uh wine. What was it, kava they call it? Tons of wine, dude, crisp, nice. It's interesting when you're in other countries, you eat, but you don't feel like shit. You don't have to you don't get hung over either. It's so weird. Like I remember when I went to Greece, everyone's like, oh, you're gonna enjoy the food and you're you're not gonna feel like shit. I'm like, it's impossible. If I'm gonna eat pasta at 11 o'clock at night, I'm going to feel like shit. And I did it. I was eating very late, later than my usual time, and I was fine. Going out, drinking, and eating, I couldn't believe the difference of the food quality. Yeah, so in Barcelona particularly, there's a lot of like protected land. They have access to insane organic farms. The ingredients are sick. And honestly, dude, the extra virgin olive oil and the saffron, the spices, we went to the market so cheap. So it was cool. You know what's funny, bro? I think one of my worst hangovers ever was with you at Angelica's when we were crush on the Bordeaux. I remember that. And um I just love pairing wine with cheese. You have to. But bro, if you like dehydrate yourself, bro, the next day, that headache, yeah, wine can. I have a move. Yeah, we'll see. I I go one glass, one glass of water, one glass of wine, one glass of water, one glass of tequila, one glass of water. Always. Yeah. That's the way to do it. Yeah. It's just hard when you when you get going and you're on your third tequila glass, you're not like, yeah, I gotta fuck that water. You know what I mean? But you have to keep the balance. Oh, and I learned how to make sangria in the one cooking class, too. White or red? Uh it was white. Oh. But it it was all intuitive, dude. Like I said, you said white like white was the common one. Red is the common one. Was it red? I gotta look back at pictures. Essentially, dude, the brandy and the fruit marinade, and you crush the fruit, and that was like the most important step. So you could do you could do white or red. I like sangria. Sangria's nice. Yeah, it's very refreshing. It's fun. Yeah, but again, very bad headache. Yeah. I gotta think, man. I've been uh hitting Angelica's a lot, and you and that place you took me to in Rumson, what was that? River Point Inn. Oh yeah, that was very nice. Very good. That was a very French inspired, right? Yeah, yeah. French-inspired place. Yeah. I always tell everybody you should go to France. And I heard not the best things about France. What do you mean? I don't know. Everyone that talks about France, they said they don't have a good time. You would push me to France? I mean, dude, my buddy was talking about me in third person, so I got a private tour to Chateau Margot. Oh, so you I'm pretty impressive. Yeah. I don't ever talk about myself, but if people refer to me in third person, I guess I'm cool. Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah. So yeah, we got the private tour at Chateau Margot and and Bordeaux, as a food entrepreneur, Bordeaux was life-changing, and Paris was cool. Yeah. The food is just fucking awesome. If you're like a food entrepreneur, if you're a foodie, oh dude, yeah. You have to go. I feel like I I'm shocked that you haven't gone to like Japan yet. Japan is definitely on the bucket list. I just it's such a long fucking flight. Like like dude was it 19 hours-ish? 15, 19 hours. Dude, you could hit Paris, you could hit Barcelona, you could even hit you even hit Napoleon. Bro, like the flight's not bad because by the time like you you fly the overnight there, the first day's brutal, but you gotta just power through. Yeah. And then you have a great time when you come back. So you're in Barcelona, and then you were just in Chicago a couple days ago. Yeah, we had uh there was a huge food show. It was overwhelming. What was it, the refrigerator that had the the meals in it and it spoke to you? Oh yeah. That thing was really cool. Yeah, my boy Doug started a like a smart vending machine business. Smart vending machine, that's what it is. So he asked me to be a part of it and yeah, I'll probably buy a couple of those things and put them places I can't put a store. Like in like a barbershop or something, right? Like something like that. I'm looking at like something that people are like hanging around, like a barbershop is actually a good idea for a vending machine. Well, no? It's just fucking food and hair. Don't mix, you know. Hair gets everywhere at the barbershop. It's in the it's in the fridge. Yeah, until fucking hair ends up in the food and they want to refund and they're mad. It's not mine. Oh, really? Yeah, bro. Most of the time when you get hair in your food, it's your own fucking hair. Yeah, yeah, yeah. Hair in my food wouldn't doesn't bother me. It is what it is. It is not in most cases. Why is a piece of hair such a big problem when it's in your food? I don't get that. It is. I think it's ridiculous. It is like a pandemic outbreak, dude. You can't, like, it's terrible. It's like no fucking way. You have no idea what else went on with that food, but the piece of hair from probably like you said, your own hair, it's like it's you can't eat it. Yeah. That's the most ridiculous thing. Well, dude, you see all my guys were draped up like surgical gear. I know. Hair is usually the biggest enemy of food. And then Which blows my mind. You know what? Someday when food is made by robots, people miss the days. I remember when there used to be hair in our food. It's true. But the the the vending machine was pretty cool. It's gonna be cool. And then what else did I do? Jeez. Bro, you've been you've been playing golf. How's the golf going? I've been playing so much golf. It's great. Yeah. I mean, this is what I look forward to. This is the season. And now Ashley's into golf, so now she's golfing, she's loving it. It's going great. And uh, we have our golf outing that's coming up August 3rd. Swing for a cause almost sold out. So that's gonna be a crazy amazing day. So we're super excited about that. I'm surprised it didn't sell out already. Usually it just rips, but you know what? There's so many people that wait last minute. A lot. So I have a lot of people saying they're in, they're in, they're in, but a lot of people are a little slow with paying for it, but it we're pretty much we'll be sold out by probably this weekend. Yeah, but before before this episode even airs, it's gonna be sold out. Yeah. Um, are you gonna get out on the golf course this year? You know, you got clubs? I love I love swinging, yeah. So I gotta I do have to get out there. Yeah. Not today. It's too fucking hot. It is, yeah. I I don't know what the fuck goes on, dude. My time goes by so fast. Yeah. Well, yeah, because I like to be home afternoon with my kids. Mm-hmm. I gotta maybe I'll just pick a day to just start swinging clubs. Like what do you do on Friday? Do you drive balls? I go Friday after I play Friday morning really, really early, but then I usually go back later in the day and I play afternoon. Yeah, I need to get it. But I can go anytime. I keep saying I gotta get lessons. You have to get lessons. You just gotta go, you gotta feel it, and then you'll enjoy it. I mean, you have a lot of friends that love golf. It's just a great it's another sport that you know you're not really gonna hurt yourself in a way, you know, by taking any risk, and you're just you can play that shit till you're like 90 years old. There's just something about being with your friends hitting like a target. Like whether it's like shooting a shotgun, whether it's playing darts, whether it's beer pong, like there's just something about competing and just trying to hit a target with your friends. I mean, it's just it never gets old. I'm so mad I didn't play like as a child. But when I was a kid, no one really played golf. Like if you played golf, you were like, I'm a little weird. Yeah, like we were in high school. I didn't even know high school had a golf team. My dad got me lessons when I was young. That's why I have the swing. So like I think I learned the mechanics young. That's why it's natural. I wish. More natural. Yeah, because when you're older and you have to like recreate that yeah, you know, same thing with like doing karate when you're young or box when you're young, speak another language when you're young. It just uh it just comes so quickly. Yeah. So, dude, I got geez. What do you got? So much as I I got my pasta machine, my tortilla machine, got the mayonnaise made from scratch. Any fun uh menu items coming up? Dude, the menu is so fucking big. I know. We did the custom meal builder, so like whatever you want to do, if you're like, oh, eat clean bro, like, isn't hardcore, the custom meal builder is hardcore. So meaning if I just want chicken and rice straight up, like I could just order that, right? Or just yeah, that's what I'm sending Robbie, Felice. He's get he just gets turkey and rice, and then I I think he gets like steak and broccoli. It's fucking and that's it. It's yeah, it's boring as far as see. I like that. It's boring to me, but it's consistent. If you eat that way during the week, you'll get results. I don't eat that way. I I'm thinking about it. I'm I'm thinking about like trying to just challenge myself to like do some sort of a transformation, just have a fucking goal. You don't have a goal, dude, and you're aiming aimlessly, like you just you know you need goals. You need goals, you need monthly goals, quarterly goals, all that stuff. Goals are super, super important. What are your goals? Um, I mean, one of my main goals this year was to continue to go to the gym five days a week, yeah, which I've been accomplishing. I go to the gym five days a week, taking more time for the outdoors, which is golf. So I'm doing that more than I used to. So I'm definitely uh accomplishing that. Yeah. Um, and again, I've been saying yes. We talked about this. I've been saying yes to a lot of shit. I mean, I'm doing things that I would never do. So that was like my biggest thing. My goal this year was really just getting out of my comfort zone or just always being home at a certain time or not going out after hours, all that stuff. I'm doing all that. So that's my that was like my biggest goal. Nice. Honestly. Hell yeah. Did you have any goals? My main goal is to blow up and then act like I don't know nobody. Okay. That's sounds like a rap song. Jody Roller, baby, the best clip of the internet. That was nice. Yeah, yeah. It's my favorite quote. It's my favorite quote. Um, I got some of the exciting things. They uh so Red Bank does the broad uh the boardwalk thing. They shut down the entire street for the next four months, and I'm like one of the main sponsors. Oh, that's cool. So, like all the performing like things that they do, all the stage, I'm on the stage there. What the fuck about me, man? You didn't ask me to do it. I did ask you. Oh. I did. I did. Was I mad about the parking? Yeah. What did I say? Yeah, you said I don't think they probably want me because of the parking situation. I'm like, well, they wanted me. We were both a part of it. I think, well, oh shit. Is it too late now? I think. I think so, yeah. Yeah, it's all done. I'll do it next time. I actually heard a lot. Frio Borough is doing a lot of good stuff. Oh, yeah? Yeah, apparently, like, I think they're getting ri I gotta get like brushed up, but I think they're getting rid of the parking stuff. It just doesn't make sense, dude. I don't care who what you think. If you start losing revenue on sales tax and the business is hurt, and then you start having vacancy signs on your main street because people aren't shopping at the business, dude. Like in business, man, there's a lot of times everybody thinks they're so smart. You want to come in, you want to improve margin, you want to clean up here, you want to trim fat there. Dude, if you nick a nerve and the arm star stops working, you lose all the muscle, you lose all the blood, right? Yeah, and then your arm dies and falls off. And that's what's that's what a lot of people in business do, whether it's politics, anything, anything that involves money, like at some point there's a breaking point and you nick a nerve. Like you could trim fat, trim fat, trim fat. You hit a nerve, the limb dies. Like you gotta you have to be careful with how much you could take before people just leave you. Yeah, and then you're like, oh, yeah. Then you gotta like figure out how to fix that thing you just hurt real bad. And that takes a lot, very long time. It's very long. Yeah. Yeah. So uh we're talking about the red bank thing. Yeah, well, now you got me thinking about Frio Borough and the Reese. I might go there right now and get a pizza, dude. I'm excited about Red Bank. I'd never been when they shut down the street. What's your favorite business in Red Bank? I don't know. You don't know? I really don't actually I don't have a favorite business. I have a lot of favorite people that have businesses, like um one of my really good friends, Amanda Jean. She owns the clothing store there. Oh, and she rocks it. She's actually running the whole boardwalk thing. I think she's you know, spearheading. She kind of wants it to be like almost like a mini Soho. Oh, that's cool. And they have things every day. They have a Monday mingle night, they have things for the kids, they're having yoga in the middle of the street. They're doing like a whole thing down there. So I'm super excited because I've never been there before. Yeah, Gianna at Industry Salon is awesome. Okay. It's where Kayla gets her hair done. Nice. And then Leonardo and Red Bank. Watch guy. Yeah, they say they don't have inventory, but I don't know. Maybe they don't. I don't know. Well, you gotta know people. Yeah, I know somebody. Go see Annie. Okay. But you know. You also got an award. Did you get an award the other day? I get awards all the time. I don't really talk. Oh, sorry. Sorry, Mr. Fucking important. I get awards all the time. What a dick thing to say. I get fucking sued sometimes too. I don't know. Okay. But I feel like as long as I get more awards than lawsuits, I'm a fucking good person. Yes, I a hundred percent agree. So, but yeah, I got entrepreneur of the year. No shit. Yeah, entrepreneur of the year. Uh-huh. And then I'm I'm being nominated again, entrepreneur of the year with Ernst and Young. Wow. So what you had to make a speech and anything like that? Yeah, and you know what, dude? I was I I pulled it out of the my ass, but uh a lot of these guys came in prepared with like speeches and stuff. You're supposed to. I'm surprised you don't have a little something prepared. You should have something prepared. Yeah, for me, in business man, like you just go for it. Honestly, dude, like I don't carry myself as a businessman because the the business metrics for the health of the company are very important. I mean, there's a certain level of uh business. I I have to make sure I stay in business. So there has to be more origin, but like I'm more concerned with like the difference I make in the community and the metrics that I'm looking at are just for me, dude, like I feel like I answer to a higher power. So I'm more like concerned with how how does the mirror look back at me? Can I can I talk to God at night and like am I making a difference with the time I have on this earth for people who are suffering? And like But you are. Yeah, I am right. Do you believe you are? Oh yeah, I definitely am. I think I agree, I think you are like trying to create a safe place for my employees to work, giving back to the, you know, to the kids at the hospital, and then trying to just within reason give as much food back to um hungry people, people in need. So, you know, when you go into these entrepreneur awards and it's like some buttoned up CFO and he's talking about like I could listen and I can have those conversations, but for me You speak from the heart. Yeah, I'm just not impressed. Like, listen, dude, if you're making ten million dollars a year and you don't do anything for anyone but yourself, I think you're a piece of shit, bad person. You don't give back. Yeah. Because giving back is like it's a different feeling. When you start to when you start to make enough money that you're able to give back, it changes you as a person. And then also, like, yeah, profit's important, but like you could you could like instead of it going to the federal government, you could like break it off to people local who need it. Yeah. And like have a legit write-off. Yeah, yeah. Like, what are you even doing? Yeah, it's true. Like, what are you doing? So, like this award, like, do you get like a little trophy or anything? Yeah, I got a little glass uh. Cool. Yeah, it was it was very nice. It was cool. We'll see what happens with Ernst Young, like I said, where I could potentially win the Entrepreneur of the Year award is I found a way to increase my sales, pivot into a new category, and essentially grow a business, top line and margin while cash flow negative, which is like incredibly challenging. It's like being it's like being jumped by a bunch of guys and like somehow knocking everyone out off your back while they're just blasting you on the ground, which is very hard. So yeah, if they like that part of the story, because dude, there were so many like buttoned-up suits and those things talking like I'm like, yeah, dude, I got crushed here, crushed there. Yeah, they pulled my line here, they pulled my line there. That was maxed out. I'm robbing Peter to pay Paul. And you're still I'm putting fires out everywhere, everyone's coming for me. People are pissed off. I at one point I thought someone was gonna murder me multiple times. Like I had to say sorry a bunch of times, and like, but then like I kept going, I kept moving, and then to turn that corner after like I mean, bro, four fucking years of like that. It usually people are like, hey man, I've had enough, bro. Mm-hmm. Just take me out of here. So but that's like maybe with Ernston Young, but like, bro, there's I don't know. There's a lot of uh it's just New Jersey or no, it's just uh like across like it's a regional um tournament and then it goes national. But being honored there is still cool. Oh, yeah, of course. I don't that means you're being looked at. Yeah, I don't I don't know if I'll win that one. Maybe if like look, if every single fucking person in that the list? So everyone who auditioned, if they're all like, I raised this capital and I took it here, and then I come in and I'm I'm one out of a hundred who's like, yeah, bro, I got I'm self-funded, I did that. Like, it all depends on what the judges are looking for. Yeah, yeah. So if they're like, if they're like, yeah, fuck yeah, the you know, bootstrap entrepreneur shit makes my nipples hard, I'm gonna be their guy where they're gonna be like, yo, this dude fucking turned around a fucking burning ship, cash flow negative, found access to capital through fucking finance equipment. Like, it's hard to move a business and fix it while being cash flow negative, having to strip all of its parts and like rebuild. And the customer never ever, um, with the side of like some delivery issues that I'm fixing rapidly, uh, the customers never really dealt with any of the things that I like behind the curtains, the customers never knew it. The public never knew it. And I just um And that's the biggest challenge, you know. You have to play the hands you were dealt like they're the hands you wanted, and like you gotta keep that poker face hard. And um, and I did. And that and I'm I'm really proud of that. You should be. I'm proud that the brand is amazing. I never hear you know, every time I see the brand, it's always growing. You guys have all these cool new ads. It's just it's it's fucking awesome. It really is. You should be super, super proud. Now you're popping up with the grab and goes all over the place, you know. That's pretty cool. Yeah, it's gonna be annoying because it's gonna get copied dramatically by but whatever. But it you know what it is. Thankfully, thankfully and unthankfully, New Jersey is so hard to do business in. So, like when people try to start copying my shit, yeah, they're gonna get delayed, they're gonna get choked, they're gonna get hit. And this this is stuff that I've already been through. I know what I'm doing, and like I have a pretty scalable plan now. And uh now what we got our eyes on the prize, we're back to the original mission, which we always were, but um it's it's really hard. You know what, dude? What what helps me sleep at night is knowing that I'm making the best possible food for the money that I possibly can. Yep. And then I'm going back and I'm just refining culinary excellence, and I'm making more steps, I'm making it more complicated because I think the future of food is going in two directions. I think you're gonna be excellent or shit. There's gonna be no like good. I don't think there's gonna be room for good. You're either gonna be a fantastic, excellent restaurant or eatery, yeah, and then you're gonna be like reheating what Cisco gives you. Gotcha. And people are gonna just uh they're gonna know right away. You know. Yeah, so but at the same time, if you're someone who's doubling down on cheap, you're never gonna be cheap like Cracker Barrel or Applebee's or TJI Fridays. When's the last time you've been in an Applebee's or TJI Fridays or Chili's? I took my kids to Great Wolf Lodge, and because I was in the middle of Pennsylvania, I was like, shit, I don't know where to go. So we went to Applebee's. Wow. My kids loved it. We ate like pigs, and it was like 80 bucks. I'm about to say you probably ate like kings and queens for 50 bucks. My son loves French fries. I got the trio, fajitas, whatever, and it was funny as hell. So how was the food? Listen, bro, for 80 bucks, like that's why I said you're not gonna beat the cheap guys. Yeah, yeah, yeah. So it's like homemade tortillas, homemade pasta, homemade mayonnaise, homemade this, homemade that, fucking dehydrating spices, blending, onion powder, garlic powder, blah blah blah, blah. Yeah. And then, like, dude, just creating this whole line of like, listen, bro, if you get something from eClean bro, that shit was fucking made like a homesteader. Yeah, yeah, yeah. Like, yeah, yeah. About to hire the Amish to come in and do this shit. When is there gonna be a meal named after me? There was. I know that. That was like 40 years ago. I I I I'm gonna make a push this this season. Every time someone comes on, I'm gonna say, There should be a meal named after me. What are we doing? Detroit Seer sandwich. You want that chicken parm focaccia sandwich? Whatever. Yeah, it could be your local lender sandwich, it could be anything. I I would like a sandwich after me. We're making um Or making all white meat, chicken nuggets, fried an extra version of olive oil. Yeah, oh my god, they're so fucking good, man. Are you a sports fan? Do you watch uh any sports? I know you're looking at me because I'm wearing all nick stuff, but yeah, you don't watch any sports? I actually had a big emotional moment. So my mom left my stepdad when I was a kid, and it was devastating for me. And we played baseball together and that was like our thing. And I didn't realize until recently that in 2004 the New York Yankees lost four in a row to the Boston Red Sox. And uh it pissed me off, and I hate to lose, but it was like a bit weird like it was personal. Okay. It was like way beyond anything that could be potentially normal for a fucking baseball game. So I gave up sports and I never watched sports since. And um, the Red Sox suck right now. So then like when my son started playing baseball, like just kept fucking crying at all of his practice. I have to wear my sunglasses. I'm like, what the fuck is going on here? Like, why is this getting to me? And it goes back to the dad and I never got to say like uh bye and things. He died fucking sev 57 years old, heart attack. Oh man, I'm sorry. 2022, dude, the worst year of my life, and it was uh just fucking terrible. So but now you're able to to do this with you know one of the best one of the one of the greatest feelings in life, dude, is just like cheering for your kids playing doing things, whether Tina's riding fucking horse or Georgie's hitting a wiffle ball, it's just so much fucking fun. And seeing them smile when they accomplish something has to make you feel like a real special person. It's really good. Yeah. Yeah. So that was like with the sports, because I'm like, why don't I watch sports? It was just like a fucking atomic bomb went off in my brain and my heart, emotions, and just wanted no part of it, that's it. Yeah, that was like our thing, and then it was taken from me. So I was like, fuck, man. But yeah, that's uh baseball for me. And then I did watch baseball when Todd Frazier was playing. Okay. And then when the uh the Giants beat the Patriots in 07 and uh and eleven, that was awesome. Okay. So, but yeah, how about you, man? What are the Knicks winning right now? The Knicks play. I mean, they are winning. They are playing tonight went against the Cavs. So if they beat the Cavs in, you know, four games, they go to the NBA Finals. Wow. Yeah, and like I've been waiting. Oh my god, I've been a Knicks fan since I was fucking one year old. I was feeding them when Melo was on the team, and I just remember how disappointed everyone was. You're talking, you know, 94 when they played Houston Rockets. I remember watching the game and they turned off the TV because OJ was driving after he murdered or you know, didn't murder, whatever it is. And we had murdered or didn't murder we couldn't watch the game on the TV. We had to go and turn on the radio and listen to the game on the radio. That's how old. Wow. OJ Simpson. Yeah, they literally were watching the game, and all of a sudden the game just went off because it was like breaking news. But uh you had 94 and then you had 99, 98, 99 when they played the Spurs, and that was the last time they were in the NBA Finals. Damn. I'm like, this is the most exciting part of my life right now. Wow. Man, I hope they win, dude. I really do. I just want them to get to the finals. Let them get to the finals, that'd be amazing. Yeah. So they play tonight. Game one. And it really pisses me off of how expensive the tickets are. Dude, it's like ridiculous. I I went with uh some of my boys because um look, dude. It shouldn't be that expensive. Love him or hate him. LeBron James is like once in a fucking lifetime athlete. Yeah, of course he is. So I was like, we want to see this motherfucker play. Like I want to see the man play. Because he may not be back next year. I want to I want to see the man play, and it will it lived up to everything I ever thought. I mean, the dude is just a fucking specimen of a human being. He's a machine. He dude, he you might as well just put five-year-olds out on the court. Yeah, because it's unbelievable. The way the way he moves, and you're like, this dude is playing next to professionals, and he's just making professionals look uncoordinated. And he's been playing for 20 years. That's the craziest part in the NBA. To make a professional look uncoordinated, you have to be so insanely. It's insane. But I got like I got it was a double, but I think I got like a tequila double soda with a pretzel and quartzide or whatever I was. It was like 88 bucks for the drink and the pretzel. Yeah, yeah, yeah. And I was like, whoa. Yeah. Not including the tickets. Like, you know, and then imagine you gotta pay for the ticket. Or you're a father and you want to bring your kids to the game. It's insane. I forget. I I think I paid for the tickets. You probably didn't. You had to be it had to be a gift. Regardless of that, it's you can't even enjoy wanting to get it. We got hooked up. Devin Devin hooked it up, but I did pay. Okay. It was a great um It's bullshit of how high prices are. Oh, dude. That's why, honestly, dude, I just oh, and I just went to the uh the UFC because that's what basically dude. I started having my guys' night party because I'd go to Madison Square Garden to see the UFC fights. And then I don't know what it was, fucking five grand for two seats, which was like really pushing it for me. Cause I'm just like watch that shit at home. Then it got like, well, that's what I started doing. And then like the tickets got crazy. Yeah. And I want to be on the floor, bro. I want to be in the action. Yeah, I feel the same way. If I'm going to a game, yeah, I'm not going into nodes, bleeds, no offense to anyone that's up there. Just for that, I'd watch it at home. I want to be in the action. Yeah. I was. I was next to Andrew Tate. Did you see that? Dude, how funny is that? I didn't like that. I saw. I was like, bro, get away from that guy. He's um, you know what, dude? He's pretty out of his mind. I mean, listen, bro, it was something to be, it was funny. It was cool. I sort of wasn't. I didn't pick my seat and whatever. I was sat next to him, I said hi. I talked to him and his brother. They were fine. But uh, dude, so that's why I started having my guy's night party at my house. And because I'm like, dude, for fucking 10 grand, I could throw the most extravagant fucking party at my house for my friends. Like, yeah, I don't, I feel like that's wasteful to spend 10,000 to go there where I could like interject. Yeah, have my friends over, we'll make food, we'll hang out, I'll go with some of my you know favorite friends over. I mean, and then I started blowing the parties out, they got out of control, and like I do everything in my life. I had to maybe take a break. Yeah, but it it makes sense to have you know your friends and family just in one spot instead of going to these events because it's just unaffordable, it's ridiculous. It it was, yeah. Like I want to go to the game, but I'm like, you know what? I don't want to give the money, I don't want to spend the money, and I could. I'm choosing not to because I'm like for the one game, and it'll probably be the game that I go to and they'll lose, and that'll hurt even more. Well, what yeah, what well what what is it now? Like 20 grand or something? I mean, from where I would want to sit or where I sat in the past, it's like four grand a ticket. It's just not worth it. You could you and actually yeah, you guys you and actually go to the fucking Bahamas for three days all day long. I know. I'm not gonna do it again. I can you go to the Bahamas? I don't, dude, honestly. Go to the Bahamas for 10 grand for a weekend easily. This is fucked up. And it's not really because Caleb books all the vacations and usually we use credit card points for everything. I don't I have no idea what the fuck anything costs anymore. I really don't, except for Angelica's, because I ordered to go to Angelica's. Well, yeah, but there's no alcohol involved, so it's always like a good price. It's a little bit less. Yeah. Where where did I just actually I don't think I got I don't think I got hit too bad in Chicago. Actually, trying to think the last time I got a bill and I thought, Jesus. I just paid attention to my gas bill for the first time ever. I just happened to be, I was sitting there today, I wasn't on the phone, and I was like looking at it, and it just kept going. I just and I looked again, I was like, wow, this thing's still fucking going. Yeah. It ended up being, it was $95 for me to fill up today. Yeah. And I never paid attention. And it sounds like such a dick thing to say, but I just it is what it is. I gotta pay, I need gas, I need to pay for it. But it that seems that's fucking high. My $350, I took Georgie to the boardwalk the other day. It was $150. It was $150. It stopped at $150. And the um and um honestly, dude, I don't know. If that was like a gas limit or something, I don't know. But the guy at the pump was like, oh, like, oh my god, that's so much. And I'm like, It's wild. Yeah, I'm like, dude, look, I got a fucking fleet, so I have a company card, I deliver my whatever. Like I just run it through the company, but I'm like, fuck. But I was like, I looked over, I was like, wow, that is a lot of money. Well, for everyday fucking people, dude. Like people that want to buy a clean bro meal to fill your fucking tank a buck fifty. They're not they're not stopping at my store now because they gotta fucking drive their kid to fucking baseball. Yeah, I was pretty upset about it. And I was like texting like a couple of my group chats. I'm like, yo, just filled up my car. I spent $95. Like, holy shit, when did this happen? What was the feedback? Were they pissed? Yeah, then everyone was giving up their numbers. Like our friend Richie, he has um the G the G-Wagon. He said he paid $160. Like, oh, wait, really? That's what he said. Yeah. Yeah, because I thought diesel was more $160. I don't maybe. I don't know. I don't know. Maybe he did super. I don't know. Yeah, the diesel was a lot. Wild. Yeah. And then today with the heat, dude, my fucking air conditioning wasn't even getting down. It's hot, it's fucking hot. It got very hot. Got very hot. This Memorial Day weekend, bro. What the fuck? So what are we doing? So I have a pool party on Saturday. Like, there's no, it's not gonna be a pool party. Is that I have another party on Saturday. But like, I'm not bringing a bathing suit. It's gonna be 60 degrees. No, you gotta bring a fucking sweatshirt. Bring a north face. Yeah. So what are people doing? Like, and I don't want to be rude. Like, usually, like my old ways, which I am changing, I would have texted that person, like, so you're canceling? You know what I mean? But yeah, I'm trying to stay back and just be like, let it be. If they're gonna cancel, they'll let me know. I don't want to add more stress to someone that if it was reverse and I was having a fucking party and people were texting me asking if I'm gonna cancel, it would drive me insane. Wow, I guess I'm I'm stressing out Meg because I'm like, hey, you're gonna have a rain date or you're gonna have this because I know. I wanted to text them so bad, but I'm just Well, I'm I'm way closer to them. Well, yeah, so I can so I just I I held back. It is what it is. But anything exciting with like real estate happening? No. Um You saw fucking Keensburg sold. There was a house in Keensburg, what it do, 830? Yeah, but that's just all fucking hitting 830. It's not how it's just bullshit. All those things are just people are talking a lot on social media about prices here and there. Bro, I'm from Lawrence Harbor. To hear a house in Keensburg sold for 830, I'm like, whoa. Fuck. What's next? The market's still exactly the same way. Rates are a little bit higher, people are still buying. It is what it is. What are the rates? Right now, probably in the mid to high sixes. Mid to high sixes. That's not it's not terrible, but the problem is You could limp in with a six and then wait for a refund. That's not gonna, it's not gonna hurt you. It's the people that can't afford the houses that are $750 but going for $925. That's the issue. It's it's people because there's so much competition. Yeah. So you have, you know, a husband and wife to try to start their family, and they're they could afford a $750,000 house. But when they make the offer, there's so many people trying to go for this one house that they go over the asking price. So now the house that they were buying for $750 now becomes $850. Yeah. That changes people's budgets. Yeah. So that's the only struggle that a lot of people are. I feel so bad for people, dude. It's tough. I got my house. You got at a gray time, yeah, and you're sitting on a gold mine. That's it. Yeah. You're fine. I am. Yeah. But I I feel bad because it stinks. These people that are suffering are my fucking customers that support me. You know, so if people are suffering and shit, that's just less people that um it just. And then and they're just frustrated because I get it. They're just frustrated with the market, and unfortunately, this is the same. Where can you go though? Can't you go down like Ocean County? Can you you can fucking go there? But then your commute sucks. Your commute sucks, but also, you know, depending on your kids in the schools, like or or you have just think about it. If you had kids with friends, you're like, oh, we're gonna move to Ocean County. So some people have to just do it, but you're removing your kids from their lives or where they're all. Tough I'll tell you, dude, the property tax where I'm at was a sting, but seeing what that town, seeing like number one, I love Jor John Hornick in Marlborough, and what that's what those schools do for kids like my son, I will never complain about property tax in New Jersey ever again. I will I will fucking pay whatever the fuck it is with a smile because the teachers, the bus drivers, the the people in the town, the security guards, the you go into that school and you say, Thank you, God, that I'm here and I'll pay whatever it takes. I'll even donate more money, dude. Fuck it. Yeah. They need new playground, fucking hit me up. Yeah. And honestly, you know, and that makes you feel special that you know you're you're it's okay with paying it as long as you know it's going to the right cause and it's being done. You know, because property taxes just keep going up everywhere. Yeah, also, dude, the Marlboro police are pretty spectacular too. Yeah. Bro, you know how many times they came into my house because I set the alarm off on accident? And then, like, dude, they're holding me, and I'm like, no, no, wait, you don't understand. I live here. They're like, we're gonna have to see some ID. I'm like, you fucking know my face. They're like, yeah, no, but we can see ID. I'm like, all right, just it's fine. What's fucked up too is when they do the perimeter, dude, they got the flashlights and shit. So it's like, I don't know, whatever. I guess it's proven training tactics, but yeah, you know where I live, bro. I'm in the middle of nowhere. So when there's like a big dude with a vest on with the light, yeah. Yeah, yeah. So it's like, but you know. I saw some exciting stuff with Tina with the horses. Yeah. And she on she's on like a billboard. Yeah, right? She's on a billboard. Beymar did us so right with that. Uh we love them. And Tina, Tina's doing so good, bro. It's so good for the kids. It's really good. Yeah, it's teaching them like manners, right? Everything. Everything, bro. Everything. And there's so little, like, it's just the sweetest thing. Hmm. So what's the deal with the billboard? They just had a good picture of her and they asked to use her, and then you're like, hey, yeah, she's like a perfect representation of the kid, the kids' class, you know. She's got her pony, she's on the horse, she's smiling. Yeah. I think it's just like a reminder to like the kids in town. Like, hey, you know, you could do classes here, private training, like, you know, personal training. I don't know what the fuck the terms are called, but you get on a horse, you could like they rent a horse and shit. Yeah. For like a hundred bucks, your kids got to ride a horse for a fucking half hour or whatever. I don't know. I'll tell you this though. You know, ever since we bought the pony and then Strawberry? Yeah, strawberry, and then Kayla upgraded the the fucking the room to have air conditioning. I it was strawberry's birthday recently, wasn't it? Yeah. We got her a carrot cake from Baker's Grove, which Bakers Grove, um, there's a few places that like like delicious orchards, the the Del Del Monte's and uh Bradley Beach. Yep. Bakers Grove. There's like three fucking places, dude, with like there's anything baked from there. Yeah. I don't care if you're on a diet, I don't care what the fuck your issue is, you have to stop and eat. And uh we got we got strawberry a carrot cake from Baker's Grove. You didn't get a strawberry cake for strawberry. Well, the the horse is like carrots. Oh, yeah, it makes sense. And uh dude, the the icing hits her lips and she's like like uh you know, like a drug addict hitting that. Yeah, it's like when it hits your lips at the time. Oh man, she went nuts. That's funny. It was the funniest thing ever, man. It was it was so funny. Do you ride horses? I will. I know you can't roller skate. And I did. I can roller skate, dude, but I just prefer not to. And there's little kids, you know. God forbid I go down on one, dude. It's fucking turned that kid into fucking jelly. It'd be so bad. All right, but do you do you can you ride a horse? Yeah, yeah, dude. My the horse I was on in Montana took off and uh when you were on it, yeah. Like it did like the whole kickback, dude. It went fucking flying, and I was whacked on mushrooms, dude. It was the coolest thing ever. I was I was on the continental divide between uh, you know, in Montana. We were doing a cattle drive, and um, I was like, yes, everyone's screaming like, no, no, I'm like, you're in a different world. I'm like, I'm like creed, creed just kicked on. Can you take me? I was one with nature, dude, so I wasn't scared. You weren't scared at all. But I guess it probably was scary, but dude, I I wasn't scared because I was fucking felt like goddamn Pocahontas that day. Yeah, I felt like a fucking Native American at in nature, just like, oh yeah. What was her name? Peaches. Peaches? Yeah, it was funny. One of the whores, I guess they fuck with each other, bit its ass, and it just felt fucking cool. Bro, those animals are so powerful, dude. It's insane. And what's crazy, because I have the longhorns in my backyard. Like, you know, you come friends with them, you feed them, and then like they'll just do things, bro. Like their horns and just fucking knock shit over. The power, bro. The power is so crazy. But then the horses bully the bulls, dude, and you're like, whoa. The power is just it's insane. The the horses are so powerful. Interesting. It's insane, dude. But we had a great uh dude. I feel I feel like I'm fully warmed up to start season four. Yeah, I'm super excited. We got John, Jersey John, the realtor, and Josh, food things or eat things. I don't know. He's my friend. I like him. Yeah, I don't I didn't remember his Instagram handle, but he's one of my my favorite food influencers around here. So they're gonna be the first episode. Yeah, I figure we could talk food. I feel like I'm a local celebrity sometimes. You are, and Ashley, my wife, just doesn't believe it. And we've gone to places and people have came up to me and like, oh, by the way, I really love the show. They should. And I'm like, wow. And I look at my wife, I'm like, fucking see that? And she's like, You're not you're not a local celebrity, but I consider myself a little bit of a local celebrity. You are because people watch the show. Yeah, Dr. Seaman put your picture on the wall. I know he did. You know, I told you that I went there to like, you know, check in. Oh, now you're fully empty, huh? Yeah, yeah, yeah. So everything's good. He did a great job. Like, it works, and everything was fine. Zero percent chance. Zero percent chance. Okay. So when I went there, I talked to him, I was like, yeah, no, he's like, How's everything going? Blah, blah, blah. And he's like, How's mortgages? I'm like, good. I'm like, you know, you went really pretty viral. He goes, Excuse me. I'm like, Yeah, I talked about you on my podcast. He's like, I thought you did mortgages. You have a podcast? And I was like, Yeah, yeah, yeah. So I pulled up the clip. I was like, look, you went viral. And he goes, and then the picture of him showed up on the clip. He goes, Ha, a picture of me. Yeah. And I'm like, you know, you've been getting more business. He's like, no, not particularly. I was like, oh well, anyway, well, you went very pretty viral. But he's not, I guess he's not the house of Trump. Yeah, he yeah, he didn't he didn't give two shits, but he was uh, but mission accomplished. Yeah, yeah, yeah. Well, I also started ordering kings more. You did, dude. You could like I think oh, so you're back on the Chinese uh sometimes. I'll eat like Chinese once a week. It's pretty fucking good. Mm-hmm. Have you had anything uh recent? Restaurant, sandwich, anything? I honestly, dude, I feel really bad. I've been with Steve at Asteria a lot, cousins, Angelica's. Yeah. Nothing new. Oh, Brooklyn Square just opened in Marlboro. I saw that. So I've been hit. Did you try um the sandwich place uh that just opened up in uh Obert Shops? Uh oh yeah, Kayla just sent it to me. Chile fellow Chino's. That's Maria's cousin. Uh Crown Royal. Crown Royal. Yeah, they it's it's based on Crown Royal. Oh. Yeah. Wait, it's Chinese pot you said? No, it's not Chinese sandwiches. Bakery of Staten Allen. Yeah. No, it's like starts with a T, right? Starts with an F. Oh, starts with an F. Oh. I can't pronounce it. Kayla sent me a picture. The menu looks sick. I gotta get over there. Yeah I like um Bro, I gotta tell you, I I love I love sandwiches. I've been tinkering with my own. What happened was Sal ordered Il Mercado from DoorDash. They packed it incorrectly and it got soggy. And sucks. Well, I was like, wow, fuck. Well, listen, I could make like prepared food, I could make a fucking really good fucking soggy sandwich. If people want to like eat it that way, I don't know. You tried them, the sandwiches were great. They weren't soggy. No, the ones that well, I'm gonna package them in a way I don't want to destroy it, but like if I could have a little room of error, I'm not gonna beat I'm not gonna beat Talercios or El Mercado or I'm not gonna beat any of those fucking spots. You go, you sit down and they make a sandwich for you fresh, but like it'll be fucking great. Yeah, and it'll it'll be in your refrigerator ready to go for the convenience. Are you gonna want them to reheat it in an oven or so I have a new container so like you'll be able to like 30 seconds just to bring the bread back with a little steam? I've been eating a lot of my own sandwiches, so like the desire to go out and eat a sandwich isn't really there. Like, dude, once you have a fucking sourdough tribotta egg salad sandwich, bro, you're kind of murdered. You're not you're like, dude, I'm not, I'm done. And then we have the um the apple uh the turkey, the the grilled chicken. Like the sandwiches that I make are very good, but honestly, dude, I can't be eating fucking sandwiches every day. That's not the point of selling the sandwiches or even like it's so. Well, you're trying to master it, so you have to keep trying it. So yeah, it's it's actually uh it's fucking up my gains. Because I'll eat like two or three of them too. That's another thing. Because I'm like, oh, well, they got the roast beef, got this, got that, and like trying it, trying different breads and trying fucking biscuits. We got this extra virgin olive oil biscuit coming out, which is just fucking insane. Yeah, it's cool. Just trying to make better things. Um, but I had the new steak one with what is the the green sauce? What's it? The chimichuri. Yeah, that's a great meal. That's a great meal. I'd like to put that in the pan. Yeah, that's how I did it. Yeah, I put the I put the potatoes and the um the broccoli rob or the broccolini in there first, and then I throw the steak in last. I hit it with a little olive oil, dude. I like the broccoli. It's broccoli rob, right? Same thing. Is this bro? Is it broccoli rob, broccoli? You know what, dude? I don't even know. I like broccoli rob. I like it on a sandwich too, but it's hard to eat because you know you when you bite into it, you have to like pull it and you feel like you pull everything. I gotta tell you, for reheated steak, dude, it's fucking really good. It's great. Yeah. So I'm happy with that. I love the potatoes. Mm-hmm. And um yeah, we're just trying to I got some more ideas. I'm innovating. What happens is, bro, the fucking lead time of information. So, like What do you mean? We have a registered dietitian, so like we have to provide. All of the ingredients, sub ingredients. We have an FDA compliant, a USCA FDA compliant uh label. So, like, we are well over the legal requirement of information on our label, which like is fucking annoying, but I believe in um like radical honesty, radical transparency. I want you to know. I want you to I want to stay honest at all times. I want people to hold me accountable to things, and um, like for example, why I make the homemade mayonnaise, why I make the homemade tortillas, why I'm messing around with uh homemade pasta. Now I'm even trying to get into my own um homemade from scratch seasonings, my seasoned um I'm I'm just taking everything as far of a level as possible to culinary excellence as I can. Mm-hmm. Why can't you make your own like seasoning for like grilled chicken and then you know you put the label on it like oh you do? Yeah, we do chipotle. We do we make the tripotle one. Okay. But for the most part, but like seasoning, like, you know, on a grilled chicken. Oh, yeah, we gotta just get the package like to bottle it, to bottle it. I feel like you wouldn't have to be a big fresh onion powder could like you gotta be careful handling that. Yeah. Like, yeah, it's like mace, like you could go blind with the chipotle on the grill and stuff. Like just a basic uh making grilled chicken. You just want to like some Ms. Dash? Yeah. Yeah, I could do that. You know? Pretty sweet. Yeah, I was I was working on something else. I don't want to say what it is, but don't say it. I had a nice idea for finishing salt, but we'll get there. We're I'm just trying to take like I'm trying to take the most simple cuisine I could think of, strip it, and then refine every single thing in it. So something as stupid as salt, I will try to enhance it with like herbs, garlic, zest. What about the burger box? Burger box is coming in hot. Yeah, dude. It's back, it's available for sale. It's uh I love that it's insane. I don't I don't I might leave it alone with the brioche. I don't know if I want to do the sourdough tribotta on there. I like the brioche bun. The brioche is just nice. That's nice. I think like a burger should be soft like a donut almost, dude, and it just melts in your mouth. Like the contrast and I do like a smash burger, but like there's I do like uh a seated bun though. It's it does have a very good taste to it. Yeah, seated bun. I like brioche or uh potato roll. But I had uh, dude, at the food show we had some pretty insane um What's at the food show? Like, what is it? Like put it this way, dude. There's more fucking restaurant apps than restaurants. Like there's more restaurant tech than like restaurant. It's so it's so cool. What do you mean? Like what? So like you go to this, whatever. I'm talking shit. Sorry. That's fine. That's not true. That's not statistically accurate. But like, bro, when you go to these food shows, there's all these like applications you could hire for like there's all these services for restaurants. Sometimes it's annoying to watch those people because you know, like, they're just fucking bottom feeding leeches. Yep. But But what was like something really cool at the show you were like watching? There was a really cool one of my favorite things. Like, I was looking at this uh rolling rotisserie, uh, rolling rotisserie uh thing. So like adding rotisserie onto the menu would be fucking awesome. Like a set it and forget it back in the day? Fuck yeah. Yep. Remember that guy? I think he was on QVC. I was like, yeah, set it and forget it. Yeah. So I met with like all my equipment um distributors. Basically the people I do a lot of business with, you know, like rationale. I was with those guys hanging out, they have a ton of cool shit. Trying to just maximize like the technology and the equipment I already have, maybe upgrading, getting some new toys to make the food better. Are you gonna have uh drones delivering e-clean bro meals at one point? Imagine. How cool would that be? Uh the the future of deliveries, like, I don't know. We'll see. I'm doubling down on both ends of the of the candle, so we'll see. I read an article the other day that Amazon is starting uh Amazon now, which depending on what you want, I'm working on something. You could have it within 30 minutes. Like if you order something, you know, there's been times you could order and you get it that day, but now there's gonna be a whole nother section, Amazon now, that you get it in fucking less than 30 minutes. They have the um which I love. So they have like the robotic warehouse where like it's all it's essentially human beings are essentially not involved until the box is packed on the dock. So if you're within 30 minutes of that dock, just like door dashing Chinese food, bro. Sometimes Chinese food sometimes it gets to your house so fast you're like, dude, how did they do this? How do they make it? You know who else is like that, bro? Round pie. Oh, really? So, like, I'm not gonna sit here, I'm not gonna say round pie. I never had it. It's not, it's yo. Where is it? It's consistent, it's like um, listen, bro, it's it's one of the better thin crust pizzas. It's it gets uh delivered, it's always crispy. Like I love their vegetarian pie. I I like round pie sometimes. But dude, where round pie is untouchable is their delivery times. It's insane. Of how fast it gets. Bro, they're there in your house like 15 fucking minutes. Is it through DoorDash or through that? Yeah, you hit DoorDash. I they don't even have in-house delivery. I think they're built for a DoorDash system. Yeah, and their stuff's very good. I mean, like, you can't, I wouldn't say round pie could beat like a don't Donino's, Papino's. Yeah, yeah. Like definitely, you know, like round pie's in that neighborhood, but like, bro, sometimes there's a long line somewhere else, you're like, and then it's like bang. Like with my kids, right? They're hungry. Oh fuck, forgot, dinner's in 20 minutes, bang, round pie. Done. 20 minutes, bang. Yeah. The kids don't fucking know. It's almost like La Rosa. La Rosa's quick as shit within age. Oh my god. Yeah. Between that Shake Shack or LaRosa. I can have that in my house in like five minutes. Yeah, dude. I LaRosa's been like the Marlboro location, the original one. I went there probably. I would um man, I would I'd probably say I've been to that location probably like a fucking thousand times. I missed the steak wrap. So I wanted to talk to Enzo about that because the steak wrap. I wanted to do um, I wanted to do like a retro, like uh throwback to La Rosa. And also, dude, LaRosa's chicken salad, they stopped making, dude, was to be perfectly honest, man. I think the greatest chicken salad I ever had in my life was La Rosa's chicken salad. They had like this ran, it was like a ranch chicken salad. And um, and part of the reason I want the rotisserie is because I'm so influenced by what LaRosa was able to do. And they would use the leftover chicken and make chicken salad with it. And then there's a place in New Brunswick, Hensel and Griddle, they would make this fucking chicken salad BLT with American cheese. Damn. And dude, I just there's so most people might think I'm out of my fucking mind with how far down the rabbit hole I go with something like chicken salad. But when I think of a chicken salad, dude, I think like the whole bird, rotisserie, pull it, catch the drippings, make like a fortified, like chicken, like the collagen comes out, fortify it, make like a mayonnaise, like a chicken mayonnaise with it, and then just try to get as much chicken flavor back in, roll it in, make this uh you know I'm working on the chicken salad free clean bro, but I tell you right fucking now, it will be a work of art. It will not be some fucking bullshit slapped together out of a fucking can. I like it. That's the thing. Like, I I want it to be Perfect. I want it to be extraordinary. And even with like the egg salad, you know, when you eat the e-clean bro egg salad, it's like it's just so fucking simple. And that's like keep it simple. Yeah, it's just one of the things. Like, there's a lot of chefs on the internet right now, they're like, Italians and Japanese have mastered simplicity. And it's like it's way more complicated than that, but that is ultimately true. And it's like take everything you can from what you get and then make the most with it. Make the most music from as little as you can. And that's what the the goal is of the food. And I'm not sure if that's shining through in the marketing. Another thing that I have to deal with too, bro, people will read a nutritional label and just think it's true. What do you mean? So like I could fucking lie and put down whatever the fuck I want on those labels. Yeah, of course you can. I have a registered dietitian whose fucking job is to make sure that never happens. But like, yeah, there's like all types of fucking things. Like Quest Quest got in a lot of trouble for like saying they were sugar free when they weren't. Well like there's all types of um like the anyway, dude. I'm dealing with like companies that will say it's vegan when it's not, they'll say it's fucking bison and it's not. They'll just say like they use extra virgin olive oil when they don't. So like for me and what I do, I do what I say. Yeah, which is rare. It's honorable, but like it's fucking annoying. You're trying to run ads on companies that are like, oh yeah, we do everything, bro does, and we do it for $50 cheaper. And by the way, yeah, order now, we'll give you $500 off your first order, we'll make your first mortgage payment, we'll send your kid to private school. And then it's like, oh wow, that company just that company just raised $300 fucking million dollars. Yeah, and they're about twice my size in revenue. Like, this is a financial crime. Like, why is your business so small with all of that money? Well, why don't you make the fucking food better? Like, come at me, bro. Use that fucking money to be better, dude. Stop just trying to run fucking Facebook ads. Okay. It's fucking annoying. Okay. You know what, bro? If fucking 30 dudes were trying to pick up Ashley with stolen credit cards, you'd be a little annoyed too, right? What is that? It has to do. It has to do with guys trying to steal your wife with money that's not even theirs. I'm dealing with that every day. All these companies have money that's not theirs, they're being fucking insane. No one can steal my wife. I'm the best husband ever. No one's gonna steal mine either, but like Jesus. Like it's like, come on, guys. I get how you you get worked up, but you're doing great. Dude, you're doing great. I am, but if it wasn't for all these private equity moments, I would be a modern Marvel. You are. But hey, guys. So season four is coming up. Can't fucking wait. Super excited. I mean, I think the the audience wants it. I want it. Yeah, I want it too. I'll fucking do this show whether anyone listens to it or not. Thursdays has been pretty lonely. Honestly. It has. It's still in my calendar. I just when it comes up as a reminder, I'm like, not this week, but now we're ready. Well, Troy, I'm so glad to be back in the booth with you, K. Me too.
