I sit down with Eric Latimore, a former Division-I defensive lineman who played college football for the Penn State Nittany Lions football. A dominant presence on the defensive line, Latimore built a reputation for his size, strength, and relentless work ethic while competing at the highest level of college football. Like many athletes chasing the NFL dream, his path was ultimately altered by injuries that prevented him from reaching the professional stage.

Today, Latimore has turned that adversity into purpose. After football, he shifted his focus toward helping others, dedicating much of his time to supporting underserved communities and assisting people experiencing homelessness—using his story and platform to make a positive impact far beyond the football field.
