This week,
This week I sit down with John Ferguson, better known as “Little John,” a viral content creator who’s built a massive following through fearless pranks, wild stunts, and high-energy collaborations with some of the biggest personalities online. From pushing boundaries in public prank videos to teaming up with major creators, John has carved out his own lane in the entertainment world by doing what most people wouldn’t dare.
He’s also a Guinness World Record holder, risking his life to become the smallest wing walker ever — a moment that took his career to another level and proved just how far he’s willing to go to stand out.
But this conversation goes way deeper than the content. We talk about what it’s really like navigating life as a little person, the challenges people don’t see, and the mindset it takes to turn differences into strengths.

Welcome to the show. We got John Ferguson in the house, baby.
SPEAKER_00Dude, what an intro. I'm flabbergasted. That was so, that was awesome, man. You also referred to me as a little treat, and I have been called a tasty. That's horrible. I'm gonna shut up now. But hey, thank you so much for having me, man. I've seen so much of your stuff. You are so positive, which is why I was so up to jump on this podcast because I don't know. I feel like there aren't a lot of people anymore in the world sharing positivity and really forcing it out there. That's why I appreciate people like yourself.
SPEAKER_02Thank you, thank you. Love to hear that I appreciate that. Yeah, of course. The whole thing is stay positive, baby. You know, that's what it's all about.
SPEAKER_00Why not? You could imagine growing up three foot, four foot. I had to stay positive my whole life because I wasn't like anyone else.
SPEAKER_02Yeah, let's talk about that real quick. As long as you brought it up, boom. Being a little guy growing up, what was your life like before you were famous?
SPEAKER_00What was like pretty crazy? I mean, I'll be honest, my mom found out I was little after having me three weeks later. She found out because I guess the information wasn't as clear in 1997 when I was born, and then when I was about five years old, it kind of hit me that I was little and unique versus everyone else. Well, I like that unique. Yeah, and I mean it was pretty challenging just because then I would go to school, and all the friends I had were a bit larger than me. And I mean, we would play hockey, hoops, whatever it was. And I hated it that like everyone was greater than me out of everything. They were quicker than me. They were I was looking up to them. But yeah, it was about eight years old when I was playing House League hockey. I finally loved it, and I was actually completely alright with who I was. And then fast forward 11 years old, and that's where it really hurt because house league hockey had hitting once you're 11 years old, and you can imagine however, I think I was like three foot, it's hard to like remember. Either way, I was shorter. Shorter than everybody else, you'd be hitting me in the head. So my mom obviously was like, you're out, and then I didn't really have anything to play. I ended up doing skateboarding, but it was pretty challenging just because I wanted to fit in. And for the first few years as well, growing up in school, everyone was making fun of me. And then I found a way to like Uno reverse it and kind of just create the humor myself. That way, no one was really laughing at me, they were laughing with me. And then after that, I really realized that it's a privilege the fact that I'm unique from everyone else. I mean, I can really leverage the fact that I'm small to break rules, to do so many things. And I don't know, I feel like I'm super approachable simply because I'm small. Yeah, and that's such an asset. Especially now growing up, I realize that the uniqueness I have has helped me in so many ways. So I don't know. I guess growing up, it was obviously tricky to learn how to fit in, but once I was able to, I love my life. I I'm so happy I'm small now. Right. I would never switch it for anything. And I think, yeah, that was about like 12 years old, where I was like, all right, like you know, your body is just your size.
SPEAKER_02Like your body is not your soul. Exactly. Your soul is who you are. Yeah, you know what I mean? And you have a great soul. You could tell just by all the videos and stuff you put out, you you make people laugh. I mean, you know, you do you do things. You do, you do, you do. You got things. You got millions and millions of people that just you make you use it as a tool to help you to make people laugh. And I just wonder, you know, is that sometimes because maybe growing up, you didn't feel, you know, that that feeling where you felt joyful, where you know, you were depressed, you were sad.
SPEAKER_00But I mean, yeah. I mean, I feel like the humor was created because everyone was already making fun of me. And there wasn't any other way to kind of fit in other than creating humor from me. Like, just like I will create the humor ahead of everyone else. That way they're not laughing at me, they're laughing with you.
SPEAKER_01Right.
SPEAKER_00And then I kind of realized I was a classic clown, even not related with just the fact that I was little, but I could just create humor on the fly. And then I like the issue I had growing up was everyone was greater at me with everything hockey, poops, even math. Yeah, but think about it, man.
SPEAKER_02I've watched some of you like you can skate, you can ski. Like you got some, you got talent, dude. You got talent. Don't don't don't underplay it, man. We're gonna throw up those clips. You got some talent, man.
SPEAKER_00I mean, I am, I am, but like I realized comedy was finally something I was somewhat greater at than everyone else in my class. Um after that, I was like, that's what I want to do now. Like, I want to make people smile. I got such a great warm feeling whenever anyone would laugh with me, whenever I would make people smile. And then I was like, you know what? Like, this is what I want for the rest of my life. Like, I have such a privilege that I'm little, I'm unique, I'm approachable. Everyone's curious to meet me. So I need to use this. It's a good word, exactly. I need to use this as a career. As a tool. It's great. I mean, it's a career, but I mean, even if I wasn't, I guess, making any money from it, I would still want to be that funny little fella. Right.
SPEAKER_02Now, is your mom and dad are they small at all as well, or no?
SPEAKER_00So my whole family's average height. Okay. So that's like a one in 36,000 chance that they had me. Wow. So I have two older sisters at average height. So my mom had three children in three and a half years.
SPEAKER_01Wow.
SPEAKER_00She planned on having four. Wow. You can imagine what happened at number three. So holy shit. Don't want to really uh don't want to mess with the chromosomes anymore after this. So she uh she actually ended up, she was a teacher, and once she had me, it was like a warning. It's like you're really gonna have to look after him. She hasn't worked since I was alive. So if anything, I hooked her up. There you go. She retired. Mom retired because I'm small. No, but uh, so it's very rare. However, I have plenty of friends who are also little, whose moms and father are small. Yeah.
SPEAKER_01Yeah.
SPEAKER_00So if I were to reproduce with anyone little, it's a 50% chance it'll be little.
SPEAKER_01Gotcha.
SPEAKER_0025 average, but then the other 25 is it won't survive. Oh wow. It's always like freaking me out, obviously. And I Yeah, but you know what?
SPEAKER_02You you can't really worry about it. Because that's God's way. That's God's way.
SPEAKER_00Exactly.
SPEAKER_02You know, I think the the harder thing would be having somebody an average size and you being smaller. Yeah. I mean, that might be challenging itself, you know, for the for the child, because you don't want to make them feel like you felt. Oh my gosh, exactly. You know what I mean?
SPEAKER_00I mean it has hit me quite a little bit about like reproducing. I mean, I've thought about it, obviously, but it's like I don't know for sure if I want the child I have to head through whatever I went through. However, it'll probably end up easier for him or her than it was from me just because I've already experienced it. You know what?
SPEAKER_02That's kind of it's kind of really interesting that you say it like that. Because I don't think people probably think of it like I sure didn't think of it like that, where you're almost like afraid to reproduce because you're you don't want them to go through what you went through, yeah, even though you love your life now and you realize that hey, you are extraordinary. Exactly. You know, I mean, if you could go back and change your life to be be regular, be normal, size, yeah, quote unquote, what's normal, right? I know, I know, I know. You know, there's so much out there, especially today's world. Yeah. But I mean, what what would be the one thing you would want to change, really?
SPEAKER_00Oh, if I was as yeah, if I was like anyone else. Well, like, if I was six foot two, I want to make the NBA. Yeah. That's a whole other thing. So you want to play ball. I see you do a little dunking up there. But in a realistic world, I think I would be so friendly to everyone because I wouldn't have the privilege of the fact that I'm little and I'm already approachable. So I'd have to be extra friendly, extra funny. But I think I would just try to be super friendly to everyone because that's all anyone really needs. Like there's so much negativity.
SPEAKER_02You know, I believe that, but don't don't you also feel like being a small person, yeah, that a lot of times they stick together and they're afraid, they're afraid of coming out, they're afraid of going around normal sized people because they don't want to be looked on differently, they don't want to be treated differently. And it's kind of unfortunate. And I think everybody goes through that a little bit, John, in in life, whether it's their size or whether it's their statue or something, you know, anything else. I mean, there was a time period where people wouldn't invite me over their house because they saw how I lived and they were embarrassed. They don't want me to be, but it's like, I'm a regular dude, man. I got feelings too. You know what I'm saying? Like, yeah, I don't care. I was raised poor. I don't, I don't mind. Yeah, exactly. And stuff like that. So I think there's different challenges, but it does seem like, you know, the smaller, the the smaller industry, they do stick together and they don't, they don't want, they're afraid of coming out.
SPEAKER_00I fully agree with you that there, and I mean the community I have who's all little, a lot of them really just hang out with other little people. And I think I got so lucky because how I grew up, I really only had advertised friends all around all aro around me. And it's like it's almost like I don't want to like shh shit on it, but only hanging out with humans just like you kind of ruins your like social abilities, you know what I mean? And it'll also make you afraid of the real world. I mean, I knew from a young age I would be unique versus everyone else. I would obviously be the odd one out. But if you just accept who you are and you realize that everyone is unique in their own way in this planet, then you you're fine, you know what I mean? But no, I fully agree. I think you should try hanging around others who aren't like you. And I mean it happens so frequently in the community I'm in. A lot of little people only hang out with other little people, and I just don't think it's healthy.
SPEAKER_02No, I think it the fear of it, you know, obviously is what plays in the most. It's like getting outside of the fear. I mean, obviously, you use comedy for that, and not everybody can do that. So, um, you know, you have other you got midget wrestling, yeah, you know, which is a big thing. And so did it get anything basketball? Did it got midget basketball? Uh no. Dude, start that. There you go. You want to be a basketball player. I know. Yeah, I know. You can have you can have mid-basketball league.
SPEAKER_00I have a friend, uh Jimani Swanson. He's on the Harlem Globe. There you go. Yeah, that'd be fun.
SPEAKER_02It's crazy. It's crazy. Yeah. Are you a good dribbler? Can you dribble the wall also?
SPEAKER_00Uh, not that well. I mean, I played growing up a little bit with like friends, but they just blocked my ass.
SPEAKER_01Yeah, it was bad. That was bad.
SPEAKER_00But that was also like a realization that I'm not like anyone else, you know what I mean?
SPEAKER_02So growing up being in school and stuff, obviously, what what grade were it were you kind of said, okay, I'm different. Grade like that you realized grade two. So right away.
SPEAKER_00Right. And then around grade three, we had like a whole assembly, and I had to walk up in front of like 500 humans and explain that I have dwarfism in front of like 500 people. And I was only in grade three. And then the it was almost like forced the walk me. They were like, you need to explain to everybody what you have. And I'm like, I'm already like freaking out right now. Everyone's growing so much quicker than that me. And you want me to lock my little ass up in front of the whole school and explain that I have a genetic condition, but I I I'm so grateful it happened.
SPEAKER_01Yeah.
SPEAKER_00Because once everyone realized that like I was aware that I was unique, everyone wanted to be friends with me. Sure.
SPEAKER_02Well, because you're different.
SPEAKER_00Yeah, exactly.
SPEAKER_02You know what I'm saying? But you also embrace you also embrace it. You're not fearful. Yeah. You know, you'll go out there and shake somebody's hand and say, oh, like just treat everybody average, you know, because I'm sure there's some regular size humans you probably don't like either. You know, I know, I know, I know.
SPEAKER_00And I mean, like, how I always explain it is if we were all the same, this world would be such a lame place. Like it is great that we're all unique in our own ways. Just like I'm like physically, visually very unique versus everyone else. But I mean, like, even humans like me, like we're quite I don't know. I just feel like you see a lot of us. Yeah what I mean. Like, there's way more unique humans. Well, you know what?
SPEAKER_02You what you've done though is you started a trend. Yeah. You know, and using social media and stuff to get get it out there and using your comedy and stuff has really changed your life.
SPEAKER_00There's so many other little people now who are influencers, creators, whatever it is. No singers. No singers. None of us who are small or singers. Really something wrong with our vocal cords, but even though I'll be singing and and then and then my mom will quickly humble me. Really? So it's bad.
SPEAKER_02But it's cool. You can't do any singing. There gotta be some singers out there.
SPEAKER_00There's like any dwarf singers, hit us up. We want to know, man. Exactly. Also, I need to a random agency. That'll be good, dude. That'd be good. They'd make millions, too. Yeah, see that shit.
SPEAKER_02Yeah, for sure. Well, now it's funny because now you don't even need to be a person. They got AI, you know, where they're creating avatars and singers. I had Bone Crusher and and Jay-Z on on the pod not too long ago, and they were talking about how you know they're producing music and stuff, and they got the lyrics, and you don't need a person to sing it now. They got an avatar that avatar that they create that sees it, and now you can go to a concert instead of selling out Madison Square Garden where you have so many thousand tickets, now you can sell it to the world. Everybody can tune in to a concert of Little Janie or whatever her name may be, or his name may be and stuff, which is wild to think of, right?
SPEAKER_00This OAI thing is freaking me out. I mean, it is helpful. I'll be honest. I use Chad GBT. I mean, I use it on the flight here, yeah, but it's freaking me out. Like, I'll be watching videos, and it'll be some crazy shit.
SPEAKER_02You don't know what's real anymore.
SPEAKER_00I don't know what's real. That's a success. That's what sucks. I'm I hate restriction and laws and all that. Like, I don't think we need any more. Yeah. But like just a little like emblem that just says like AI would be so helpful.
SPEAKER_02Yep, that would be for sure.
SPEAKER_00Usually I click it and then I read, and then they're like, is it AI?
SPEAKER_02Right. Then you know.
SPEAKER_00I get screwed over it.
SPEAKER_02So when did you get into the social media? When did you decide, hey, listen, this is a this is an avenue that I can take and make this as a career?
SPEAKER_00All right, how would I just explain? So, first, shoot, this is a great question. I love this one. So, growing up, I hated homework, I didn't really work hard. And my mom and father and everyone around me, all my teachers thought I was just pretty stupid. I mean, I am pretty stupid, but like I had the ability to look smart, but they didn't find that out until my senior year of high school. So this is like the year where if you wanna make it to university, you gotta like have high grades in that final year. Because ahead of that, horrible average. Yeah. So the final year of university, I finally worked hard. And I'm like, you know what? I like math, like I love finance. So I went to university. I did I numbers and money, baby. I love numbers, I love equations. So I I did really well my senior year of high school. I got accepted into a university in Canada, went there for finance for four years. But like, I'm with like all my homies in university for four years, obviously, and working on my classes and stuff, but then we're just having fun. And this was around when like you were uploading videos online, but there weren't a lot of influencers yet.
SPEAKER_01Right, that's right.
SPEAKER_00Like it was super awesome. There's hardly anyone. Yeah, so I just like uploaded a few videos here and there, and whatever, hardly any views, like five views, and I'd be happy. And one time I hid in a washing machine, and wait, you hid you hid in a washing.
SPEAKER_02I was physically in a washing machine. What created you to want to hide in a washing machine?
SPEAKER_00Dude, we were in a university, we probably had had a few, and we're just like, yo, our friend's on his way. Why do you hide? Or so he shoved you in there. Dude, I didn't even know they were filming it.
SPEAKER_02Oh, yeah.
SPEAKER_00I was just like having fun, you know? It was like a Friday or something. So they film it. This guy opens it. I obviously go, like, ah, we upload it, and like then we head out for the evening. It's Friday. We're having fun. I wake up, it has 17 million views. Wow, dude. It's like dumb. Holy shit. I'm freaking out. I got friends now. Yeah, yeah. Popular mom. Look at me. Look at me. And obviously, their first reaction was like, Oh, that's awesome, blah, blah, blah. But like, no one thought a career out of it. It was just like, that's so that's great. That's hilarious. Keep on working, and then it's my second semester. And did you get a check? Did you get a check for that? No. So no money showed up. So you weren't, you didn't know about that yet. So I was like, all right. Okay. And then second semester, I only had one online class left. And then I graduate. So I only have one online class. So like I don't have anything else to do. So I start uploading videos, a few more videos, and then they start heading on WorldStar. So I'm like, oh, cool. And then the brands come offering like a grand or something. Yeah. And that's a lot. Like I'm in university. I'm like freaking out. Yeah. And then that's a lot of beer money. It starts flowing in. And then I hit up my mom and father. I'm like, listen, like, what if this was like I'd take a year off and see where this adds. And they're like, I don't know. And then I'm like, I hit it honestly, it hit me right there. I was like, do I really want to live in an office doing finance? When my whole life I've always wanted to make people smile. I want to make people laugh. Like all I've ever wanted was to just have everyone around me laugh or smile because of what I said. Right. You wanted to be accepted. Yeah. You really wanted to be accepted for how you work. Exactly. You know? So I was like, you know what? A year off, I'll see what I can create. And that year, I just it all blew up for me. And then I was like, after that, I was like, this is what I want to do for the rest of my life. I want to create videos online. And then a few years later, they said it's an influencer. That's well, not a my influence people. That's fine. And then yeah, that's how it all went down. And I mean, I use my finance degree still. I like to invest in the stock market. Unfortunately, I don't really upload that because that's like a whole other thing. What do you invest in? Right now, AI development centers, iron, CIFR. I don't know.
SPEAKER_02You got a few.
SPEAKER_00S P, baby. Just buy the SP.
SPEAKER_02I know that's my fault.
SPEAKER_00But I want excitement.
SPEAKER_02I'm telling you, the S P is the best way. There's nothing that outperforms the S P over a 10-year, let alone a 20 or 30 year time. Just put in the SP. Own the companies, baby. Just own them all. 500 of the top ones.
SPEAKER_00You know? I will. I have a little bit in there, but then I also play around with money, which is horrible. But here we are in the I don't know if they want to know we're in Las Vegas. But yeah, we're Vegas. That's all right. Yeah, so I mean, since then, it's been about eight years because I graduated in 2019. It's been a long ride on the internet. I mean, it's been so much fun. So many more creators. It's so cool because when I was initially creating. Online, there was hardly any of us. And it seems like everyone's uploading that.
SPEAKER_02Yeah. Which is awesome. Everybody got a phone. It's easy. Yeah. It's easy.
SPEAKER_00And everyone's expressing who they are. Yeah. We're doing food reviews. Like everyone now relies on influencers for everything. Like you want to do a food. You do food? Yeah. Yeah. Like food reviews, phone reviews, whatever. Yeah, it's all on the internet now. So it's awesome. Um, I don't know how long I will create videos for. Like, I don't know around like 40 years old, if all we are like 50. That's what everyone claims are like, when will you slow down? But I'm like, I mean, if I think about it, a 40-year-old little person, I would watch that. I don't think I'll ever end. Like, I love uploading online and it's fun for me, you know. It's a community.
SPEAKER_02And like you said, you're creating you create a community, but you also have a community too. And you can be a lay lazy on for your community. You know what I'm saying? Say, listen, we can get out and do things too, exactly like like normal people because we are normal. We're just short.
SPEAKER_00I wanna, you know, I really do like wanna like spread them the I wanna spread the message of like what we're able to do, you know what I mean? So that's why I've been up to like crazier shit, just to be like, this is what we can do, you know. Right.
SPEAKER_02So it's fine. Speaking of crazy shit, yeah. Didn't it's a book of world records? Yeah, what made you decide you're gonna go ahead and get out on the wing of an airplane in the air? We're talking outside by yourself, strapped down at a hard one.
SPEAKER_00That was why it was so safe. Your mother must have gone nuts. My mom, there's actually a reaction We're gonna pop this video, we're gonna pop this video up, dude. Reaction video on my mom. Thank you to my sister who filmed it, who had it hidden, so she had no idea. Um, because I never let my mom know I was wing walking until afterwards. But here, I'll explain it. Now, did you practice that? No, so that was one and done, dude. I hear I'll explain it all. Um so I've been uploading throughout the summer this year, yeah. This last summer I was uploading just like regular videos, and it was just like I was like, it was just hitting the slump. I was like, all the clips I'm uploading aren't crazy, aren't creative. I need to do something fucking crazy that'll shock the internet because I feel like for the last like half year, I haven't done shit. Yeah. So then it hit me. I was like, I looked up online craziest shit to do in England, because I was already flying over there and it went walking appeared. And I'm like, this isn't safe. I look it up, it seems pretty safe. You just get harnessed on You're still here, so I would say it works. You get harnessed on a plane, yeah, on a propeller plane, it isn't like some, you know, and it just flies. And I mean, like, once you're so high on the plane, who gives a shit if it goes any higher? Either way, you will crash and clock out if it goes higher. Once you're up, you're up, yeah.
SPEAKER_02Yeah, you know what I mean. Was there a moment, was there a moment though, when you're up there and you're like, okay, I'm ready, come down now.
SPEAKER_00There was a moment where it was like a 60-year-old man cruising this plane.
SPEAKER_04Right.
SPEAKER_00He went like this, like I didn't know. Yeah, there wasn't a warning that he was gonna swoop up and down. So when he went like this, I was like, oh, it's done.
SPEAKER_02Hi, I'm Phil Benamino, CEO and founder of Cost Plus Processing, the company that provides financial services to your business. We provide things such as POS systems, ATM machines, and check services. One of the biggest things that we strive ourselves here at Cost Plus Processing is our customer service. We are an A plus rated with the BBB with customer service, and we're proud to say we're here in the United States with all of our customer service agents. Our objection is to actually teach you and educate you about the costs that you're currently paying and show you ways where you can eliminate those costs that you no longer have to pay. One of the biggest programs that are out there today is our dual pricing program, where you actually can offer your customers now a choice of how they want to pay. Do they want to pay with cash or do they want to pay with card? And if they pay with card, it actually helps you to absorb the card fees so you no longer have to pay the fees like you've done for many, many years. Cost plus processing aligns ourselves with some of the top POS companies out there in the industry today. For example, we have perfected the car dealership industry, and our dedicated team are equipped to manage a variety of online payment forms and financing options that merchants require in this advanced ecosystem of payments. If you have a restaurant, we are proud to be able to manage the ongoing difficulties that arise from this fast-paced industry, and you're looking for pay at the table, where customers can easily swipe their cards, tap their cards, and make their payments with tip and also have a choice of how they want to pay. We have the solutions for you here at Cost Plus. We want to help other small business owners make their dreams come true for providing the best financial support. From barbershops to liquor stores. Having the ability to take payments scheduled online and make calculating tip sharing an easy task only helps business owners put more attention and money into what really matters the most. Also, cost plus processing is on the front end of AI. We can also provide you kiosk for your business so customers can walk over to the kiosk and order anything that they want. Likewise, if you're having a problem getting employees in the kitchen to work, we can also provide you robots that will actually deliver your food straight to the customers. I want to thank you for the time that you took to learn a little bit about cost plus processing. And most importantly, why we are the future of merchant processing. You really thought for a second you were done.
SPEAKER_00I totally believed it was done. Then he's whooped up and I was like, oh my god, hallelujah. And this all happened because I just was out of ideas. I didn't know what to do. And then I em I emailed the wing walking place, and I obviously was like, hey, I'm like four foot one. Is there any way I could like if you could harness me? Yeah. They got they literally hit me up. They're like, hey, uh, we're actually friends with the world record company, blah, blah, blah.
SPEAKER_01Uh-huh.
SPEAKER_00You would actually be the smallest human ever. And I'm like, oh, okay. Then they're like, hey, do you want to break the record? I'm like, now I have to do this. At first, I was gonna like email them, see how they feel. Uh-huh. And now I'm like, if I can break a world record, I'm going. You're in the book, baby. Yeah. You're in the book, you can't erase that. Dude, exactly. So it was the craziest experience of my life. Like, it was so cool. Well, I won't ever do it again. No. But come on.
SPEAKER_02Uh think about it. You get a little bit older, you shrink a little bit, you might have to be a little smaller. Maybe you can beat your own record.
SPEAKER_00Break my own record. I mean, I might do it. It was pretty cool that I explained to my family afterwards. Because at least they didn't know you were doing it. The only one who knew was my father, because like he's a little more like edgy. My mom's like, What do you say to everything?
SPEAKER_02Tell me, let's let's hear how you broke it out to dad.
SPEAKER_00So, my father, he knew I was planning on it. And he was just like, No, I don't believe you should. Like, he's like, What's the win versus the risk? And I'm like, Well, it's a viral video. And he knew over the years, like, that's all I ever want. Like, I want virality. I want everyone to be happy with what I upload.
SPEAKER_02Yeah.
SPEAKER_00So he's like, oh.
SPEAKER_02What's a bio video like that pay?
SPEAKER_00Uh that one did very well. And because I also got money. I mean, the highest video I've all ever created is on Instagram. That's 105 million. I've just slipped an egg. I ironically, the easiest video I ever filmed is always like that. The highest viewed one. I got like 45,000, but that was only 11 seconds long. You think about that?
SPEAKER_0211 seconds, 45,000 for 11 seconds?
SPEAKER_00There's a long form video on YouTube that got 49 million views. It's uh Chucky Prank. Oh, yeah. Oh, I saw the Chucky.
SPEAKER_02I love the Chucky.
SPEAKER_00I got it.
SPEAKER_02I want to bring you in to Atlanta for Halloween and do some trades.
SPEAKER_00I was afraid in Ohio because a lot of them have believed I was like a robot or something. Yeah. And like, dude, I was afraid something was. We're gonna get back to I gotta get back to Chucky. I got some questions on Chucky.
SPEAKER_02Now that you bring it up with pranks, but I want to I want to get to that. I want to make sure how with the whole wing walking. No, no, that's cool.
SPEAKER_00So yeah, so I was explaining with my father, like, this is what I want to do. He's like, I just don't think you should. But he knew how my mind is, and it's honestly a lot like his. Once you're glued onto something, you're there. Right. So he's like, okay, he's gonna direct it. Do not let my mom know that I'm wing walking. He's like, okay, whatever. And then he had to act like he had zero clue. A week after it was over, I'd already landed on the ground. I'm safe. I uploaded the video online because the That's how your mom saw it? She realized I went wing walking from the online upload. I handed her the clip I had of uploading it, like half an hour ahead. Yeah, yeah. And she was like, she was hardly able to breathe. Oh you know? I mean AI mom. It was AI. It was all cool. I mean, I'm so grateful I'm obviously here, but I'm also, it was just, it was also, I was heavily motivated to just show everyone just because I'm four foot one, I can do whatever the fuck I want.
SPEAKER_02Right, right.
SPEAKER_00I I want to really show that no matter what you're afraid of, just do it. I love it. I love it safely. Because I'll be honest, if I were to have crashed, that would have been very stupid of me to do it.
SPEAKER_02Well, I did it safe. It would have definitely been a different ending. But so being up there, man, yeah. Yeah, I think the wind's flying. You get any bugs in your mouth? Like you get pegged in the mouth, you know, any any bugs and shit.
SPEAKER_00I didn't hit anything because it was almost winter, but it was so windy, and the harness only holds like here, and it's there isn't any holding for your head. So it was just throwing back. Bro, I'm gonna hold it. Your neck killing you, yeah. So much, but I mean great views.
SPEAKER_02I bet you that was cool.
SPEAKER_00You the craziest thing ever is on my second flight, if I ever want, they will actually flip around if I want.
SPEAKER_02Oh, do a little barrel roll? Yeah, but like oh boy, there we go. If you fly over there with me, I'll do it. We can do it together. I don't know if I'm gonna get on, but I will go there and watch you. Yeah, that'll be fun, man. Because I can't get against this book of world record.
SPEAKER_00Um you can think of something, you know. But I mean, no, it was a great experience. I'm so glad it happened, but I'm also glad it was over. Like, I'll be honest, it was like eight minutes long in the air, and about like the four-minute mark, I was like, I broke the record down to get to seven.
SPEAKER_02Was there ever a moment where you said, nah, I don't think I'm gonna do it? Like when you got there, were you were you at a point maybe where you're like, maybe I'm not gonna do it. Were you ever scared enough where you were just weren't gonna do it?
SPEAKER_00I think because I had so many others relying on me to do it. You might like it. Like I had three representatives from Guinness fly in, I had two videographers, and then the actual wing walking place also like res reserved a whole afternoon for this. So once that that happened, I'm like, cause like I hate letting anyone like, you know, letting I'm getting it.
SPEAKER_02Yeah, you do what you say you're gonna do.
SPEAKER_00So for like three weeks ahead of this, we'd already planned this. Everyone had their flights, so I'm like, I had to do it. So there wasn't really a moment where I was like, no, I'm afraid. The issue is I was fully up for it. I'm all hyped about it, blah blah blah. We're shooting like hype scenes. Then they harnessed me. And it technically I'm not wing walking because my feet aren't fully on this freaking plane. I mean, they're just hanging in your dangling. The harness goes up your crotch. Dude, I'm just hanging there for 10 minutes for them to fly, and I it's just hurting, dude.
SPEAKER_02Dude, I can only imagine. I did um, you know, paraselling when I was younger. And um, you know, it was cool. I got up there and I'll never forget it. And I remember with the guy, I was young, and I remember how they told me, you know, when you get up there, don't worry about it. If if your cord breaks, don't worry, you'll just fall back down to the water and we'll pick you up. No big deal and stuff. And then I'm up there in the air and a plane goes over us, and then this my whole shoot started to, and I thought, Oh, what if the shoot breaks? Oh fuck. I'm going straight down. It's over, it's over. So I'm like, okay, I'm good. You can bring me in, reel me in now and stuff. That's fucking stupid. Stuff you don't think about until it happens. But when you're sitting there and you're harnessed in and that plane starts up and he's getting ready to take that run, and they gotta go pretty fast to get up. What is adrenaline like that? Where you're like closing your eyes, or is it like, let's do this shit?
SPEAKER_00On the ground, it sucked because he was like flying on the ground for eight seconds. Trying to get up, and then finally he's up, and that's when I was like, All right, we're good. Yeah, we're like, with this is happening, and you can see it. Like, I'm screaming, like, yeah, this is and then after like three minutes, it was hurting here. Like, I was holding it.
SPEAKER_01Yeah, I bet.
SPEAKER_00And then uh surprise you didn't have a neck brace on. I know I should have. Yeah, that's why my mom was also so fucking angry at me, but that's a whole other thing. She's happy with me now. You love me, mom. No, you should be watching this. Yeah. Um, but no, I was so grateful afterwards. I was just like, it's so cool.
SPEAKER_02That's cool. So you need we're talking about the prank. So we go back into Chucky. So, you know, you've done a lot of different pranks, a lot of different things. It's fun. Um, have you ever worried, though, about a prank going bad? You know? And I say this because I I remember you actually hit into uh like a bunch of popcorn to your grandma. Yeah, right. Was it your grandmother that was on that older lady?
SPEAKER_00It was my friend's grandma.
SPEAKER_02Okay, friend's grandma, she was like 80 something years old or older.
SPEAKER_00She's 99 right now. She was she was 95. Her her name is literally Granny. So it's Rossom Matthew. I lived with for five years in Ohio. Great guy, awesome influencer. It's his grandma. Okay. And he had me.
SPEAKER_02So I saw that video, and I and the reason why I brought up because you know, luckily she didn't have her hearing aids in, so she didn't hear you. No. So she didn't know you were there, and all that thing happened. But I literally just went down about a month ago and surprised my mother, who turned 81 for her birthday, and I hid. And dude, I didn't, I almost killed her. Like she almost had a heart attack right there. I I scared her so much and surprised her. Like, you know, she went down and hit the wall. And I was thinking, no, like I I and then I started thinking, what would have happened? God forbid, thank God she didn't. But if she did, I'd had to live with that the rest of my life. And then I saw your video actually popped up with the granny. I'm thinking, I wonder if you ever had that thought process. Like, what would have happened if you know you scare somebody to death?
SPEAKER_00Like it could happen. It happens a lot with that Chucky prank. I was really afraid when we s we freaked out the cleaners because they didn't expect anything. And I was in the closet and I freaked them out. The other one Chucky, it was a good Chucky. The other one was when we were in Walmarts and the chart, like we were just out and about. We don't we don't know any of these humans who were freaking out. I was afraid one of them would like hit me.
SPEAKER_01Yeah.
SPEAKER_00And I wouldn't have even blamed them. Yeah, no. But I mean, I was younger than I am now. I was just hungry for views, you know, and I was hungry for great videos. But it hit me at the end of it. I was like, what if one of them was just like, no, right? Not today. Like, I'm having a bad day.
SPEAKER_02Boom. Not today. Like, you know, so or just a natural reaction. Yeah, yeah, yeah. I mean, you did get kicked once.
SPEAKER_00Oh, yeah.
SPEAKER_02Yeah. Yeah. How'd that feel? Yeah.
SPEAKER_00It's fine. A lot of it is adrenaline, and then it just hurts like a few hours after that. But I haven't ever broken anything whole life.
SPEAKER_02Really?
SPEAKER_00I've never broken anything.
SPEAKER_02I know you you you banged and banged your head a few times.
SPEAKER_00Yeah, but I've never also had a concussion. I think I have a big skull. I mean, obviously, I have a big skull. But I mean, like, it's fucking hard, dude. Like, I haven't ever broken anything in my whole life. It's crazy. Um, but I love the wood for that.
SPEAKER_02I want to start now in Vegas.
SPEAKER_00I love the pranks. It is fun. I What's your funnest one?
SPEAKER_02What's the one that's most memorable for you?
SPEAKER_00The uh pranks?
SPEAKER_02Yeah, the prank that you love the most.
SPEAKER_00Shoot. That's a good, that's a great question. Uh probably chalky, honestly. Just because like the it wasn't a lot of effort other than just sitting there for hours waiting for a human to head by. But like, it just wasn't any effort. You just sit there and it's already freaky. And now there was also one where a head has a teddy bear, which was fun.
SPEAKER_02Oh, yeah, there you go. That was good. But I mean, you gotta have a lot of opportunities. You have a lot of opportunities, people want to pay, like, yeah, especially. You know, are you from Ireland? Or you knew you were just in Ireland. No, no, no. But being there, were you a lucky leprechaun? I'm in Ireland or what? It's March, you know, St.
SPEAKER_00Patrick's Day right around the corner. I've been blown up by like club promoters and all this. They all want me to do like the leprechaun thing.
SPEAKER_02Dude, I thought about Vegas. We're here in Vegas, you're gonna be my lucky child. Dude, I'm gonna set you up on a blackjack table. We're gonna freaking roll.
SPEAKER_00We can't make that on a video, too. I mean, I I am asked quite a lot. Yeah, to just be in a video or at a club or whatever it is. And I mean, it is fun. A lot of the time where if it's a club or whatever it is, I'm actually not around. So I'll just hook up a friend of mine who's also small. Oh, that's cool. Which is also great. So yeah.
SPEAKER_02Go to Amazon today and purchase Money Management for Beginners, a book for everybody, especially younger kids. Kids that get money and don't know what to do with it. This is the best$20 you'll ever spend. We'll save you millions. That's right. I said millions of dollars if you start young and earn you the same. A M A Z O N Amazon.
SPEAKER_00I want to help out the community I have, and they're all great people. I love all my fellow little people. I love all of you, and I mean, I would love to increase how much work they receive, you know.
SPEAKER_02Sure.
SPEAKER_00It's fun. That's great. It's good.
SPEAKER_02That's good stuff. You know, there used to be a show here in Vegas called Beachers. Yeah. I don't know if you remember that. Um, it was like a club, yeah. And you would go in there and it did have had all different types of shit going on. I mean, there was Big Bird. There was Big Bird. Yeah, there was, yeah, there was there was definitely midget. Britney Spears was a midget singer. So there was she was lip syncing though. So I don't know if she could really sing or not. So you might be right with that. I'm not sure. But it was the funnest time. I'll never forget. Actually, we had a table, and our bartender actually was a was a small guy that came across on a cable and he brought bottles of vodka right to us. It was pretty cool. You know, is it open anymore? It isn't, man. It isn't. It got shut down. I don't know what happened. Somebody in the back.
SPEAKER_04It's a hazard.
SPEAKER_02Yeah, it's definitely a hazard stuff. But it was a fun place because it just had a lot of different unique things. Yeah, it's true. You know what I'm saying? And that's really what I look at it. It's just unique. If you play it like that, it makes for a really good time.
SPEAKER_00I feel like us little people are one of the luckiest groups, or whatever you want to say, minority, I don't think we're minority, but like we're one of the only underrepresented groups where we don't have any hate on us. We're approachable. Everyone's happy when they see us. And that's wh why I feel such a privilege, the fact that I am small, just because everyone automatically is happy when they see me.
SPEAKER_02Well, it seems like you take a lot of responsibility too in the community because you want to be that guy that everybody looks up to.
SPEAKER_00Of course.
SPEAKER_02And you are, obviously.
SPEAKER_00Yeah, I mean, I hope to be, yeah.
SPEAKER_02Yeah. Um concerned. What's it like dating? Let's talk about the dating. That's good. That's great. I mean, you see a smoking hot woman, or or maybe a guy, I don't know which way you go, you know. Whichever, this world, you know.
SPEAKER_00But yeah, I would make a lot more money with brands if I swang the other way, but uh unfortunately I don't. Yeah. I I should forget the money, but I wouldn't. Well, the money is like doing it. They won't now because they know it would be fraud. Um, so yeah, growing up little, it was hard to find love. Uh it was pretty challenging because all the average high women weren't really interested in me in like a romance war. Way and it was pretty rough to see all my average type friends and relationships hooking up, whatever it was. I guess you got prom.
SPEAKER_02Did you get a chance to go to prom?
SPEAKER_00I brought my friend's sister. It was I mean, she was hot obviously, but there you go. There wasn't really a moment where I ever even it wasn't in it was university when I was finally hooking up and having romance with average height women. Cause I never wanted a l a little woman growing up. I don't know why I had this screwed up mind or whatever, but I was just like I always wanted average height just because it's how I grew up, you know? That's all I had that's all I had around.
SPEAKER_02Or do you think it was the challenge? Because you didn't think you could. You wanted to prove that you could.
SPEAKER_00I also wanted to like seem like all my other friends, you know, who all had average heights, obviously. Sure. And then university hit. I was hooking up with average height, normal w women, and then I started to flirt with little women, and I mean it was just a it was an easier connection, you know?
SPEAKER_01Sure.
SPEAKER_00We could rel we could rel relate about the same things and all that. So I mean, I swing either way, average height or a little. Um, but yeah, I mean I'll do them all.
SPEAKER_02Yeah, it's like I mean, I'm the hardest challenge, though, when you do if you are dating somebody that's that's average height. Obviously, small, I mean, you you know how to handle that.
SPEAKER_00Them having to settle for you, I guess if that makes sense. Yeah, but like that's how you look at it. That's your perception. If you're confident enough and you're happy with who you are, then who cares?
SPEAKER_02Yeah, but you know what? The reality is, like, these girls, I mean, even me, I'm not, I'm short to them. I mean, there should be girls wearing, you know, they they they wear heels and stuff, you know. These these women today, they like them, them long four-inch heels. Yeah, you know, they'll walk around and make it even harder.
SPEAKER_00I know, I know, I know. They all want big men, it's like fuck, there aren't a lot of us. Yeah, you working out though? Yeah, you ripped up you ripped up or what? Come on, what's underneath there? You look you look like you're working out. I do work out every morning. I don't do, I do like maybe three, four workouts every day.
SPEAKER_01Okay.
SPEAKER_00I spread it out throughout the week, but I I do so much walking. Yeah, yeah. I love walking. It's healthy, it's good. It's good for you. I just I ru I run 22 minutes every day now, which is good. Love to sweat. Why 22 minutes? I don't know. It's as far as I'm trying that first, and then after that, I just do it every time. And I hit almost exactly 1.66 miles every time. Wow. So I run at about four and a half miles an hour. Wow, I mean my little legs is a lot. Yeah, it's like you that's like you averaging 11 and a half.
SPEAKER_02That's good. That's funny. Um, all right, so I got some rapid questions for you. Dude, I love it. All right, rapid. This is a speed round. Dude, shoot me. All right, one word to describe fear.
SPEAKER_00Oh, shoot.
SPEAKER_03This won't be rapid.
SPEAKER_02One word to describe fear. The unknown. Okay. One thing people misunderstand about you.
SPEAKER_03If your life was a movie, what's the title? Oh my god, this is not rapping at all. I'm sorry.
SPEAKER_02I'm sorry, take your time with this one because we want a good movie. What's the title of your movie? Finding my way. Finding my way, like finding Nemo. Dude, I love Nemo.
SPEAKER_00God, I wish they made three of them.
SPEAKER_02Advice to someone who feels less than.
SPEAKER_00But here's the thing: if everyone's worried about what everyone else thinks about them, no one's actually worried about you. At the end of the day, accept who you are and be who you are. And everyone's unique in their own way. Because if everyone was the same, this world would be a pretty boring place. Amen to that.
SPEAKER_01Amen to that.
SPEAKER_00I have that one in the vault, dude. Yeah, that one's good. That one's good.
SPEAKER_02That one's good.
SPEAKER_00I mean, I feel that though.
SPEAKER_02I just like No, you can tell you're genuine about it. It comes from the heart, and it's 100% accurate, you know, and it's not just because of who you are, but it's what you are. Yeah. You know what I'm saying? Like you you matter. You know what I'm saying? And that's what other people out there, people that are watching the show, they're going through stuff. And that's one of the things about it. It's like no matter what you're doing, what you're going through, you're gonna be okay. You know what I'm saying? Like, and there's somebody else that's going through the same stuff. Yeah. So, and there's a rhyme and there's a purpose. But be who you are for sure. Bigger risk flying on a wing or being vulnerable. What's your what's a bigger risk? Vulnerable. Vulnerable? It's bigger than being on a wing of a plane, knowing you could die right then in there.
SPEAKER_00Yeah. But like it isn't in your hands when you're vulnerable. Like it is. Like, I wasn't the one who harnessed me into that thing.
SPEAKER_02Yeah. That's funny. That's funny. Um, you know, talk about a little bit. You you mentioned confidence was something that was a big for you, but identity and confidence. How, you know, how did you finally mold to the point where you're like, listen, I'm good. Yeah. Like, I'm good who I am. I understand I'm small. I understand I'm different, but I love who I am. Because a lot of people who that they don't love themselves. Yeah. You know what I'm saying? There's some of the richest, some of the famous people out there that are not happy at all, you know? And, you know, I think that's why you attract so much attention is because, you know, you do people see the love. People see the, you know, see that, hey, this guy loves who he is. Yeah. And he enjoys, he he's embraced it. Yeah. You know what I mean?
SPEAKER_00So I think it happened when I had friends around me who were just happy to hang out with me, and they all wanted to head over to my house. They all wanted m they all wanted my energy around them. And then once I guess some all my friends were kind of relying on on me for plans or whatever it w it was, and they weren't just looking at me as just that l little friend, right? That's when I was like, I can I'm happy with who I am. Because I'm finally just someone's friend. I'm not just some little unique man in their life, you know? And then also when I was able to kind of handle the room in a way. Like I could create the humor. It wasn't just I am the humor. I could create it.
SPEAKER_04Yeah.
SPEAKER_00That's when I was like, I'm happy with who I am. Because I have I have this I don't know. I don't know. It's yeah.
SPEAKER_02It's which your biggest pet peeve though?
SPEAKER_00Something you just can't stand out people someone makes weird assumptions about me. Such as whatever it is. Oh, I don't last as long. Like, sorry, it's that's nonsense.
SPEAKER_02I was gonna say, what is that? Is that what she said?
SPEAKER_00Or like they don't think I have the same life expectancy. Oh, yeah. They think I have a smaller penis, yeah, they think I'm I'm not happy with who I am, they think I'm not confident. But you love it.
SPEAKER_02You might be able to use some of that too to your advantage if they think something you kind of use it as a little pickup.
SPEAKER_00Like, also, like, I don't know. I guess I don't like when someone assumes I don't like my little life or I wish I was having chite. I'll happily explain it, but I it's just more like I want everyone to just if you see somebody unique, you should just assume they're happy with who they are, you know? Yeah. Cause I've even met friends without legs who are just happy with who they are, you know.
SPEAKER_01Right. Yeah.
SPEAKER_02I had a gentleman on the pod who had one arm.
SPEAKER_01Oh shit.
SPEAKER_02You know, something he's a poker player and everything, and he's just kind of embraced it and he rides motorcycles and he does some crazy stuff, you know what I mean? But um, yeah, I mean embracing it, but it's hard though. A lot of times people, when things get taken away from you, it's a little bit different too. You know, he had his arm taken away from him um through through a motorcycle accident, uh, ironically. So, you know, that happens. You were born this way. You couldn't control it.
SPEAKER_00It was a lot easier, I think, for me versus a lot of others who like it happened throughout their their life, whereas for me, yeah, it just this is who I am. This is who I've always been, you know.
SPEAKER_02You know, what were some of the meanest things? And I don't care if you go back to what you're younger. Yeah, what were some of the meanest things that were said to you so that some of these viewers, if they run across somebody, they they understand it. This really hurts some feelings. Um there were some dark moments for you growing up.
SPEAKER_00That uh I will never amount to anything, I'll be useless in the workforce, that'll only last 11 years. Um, a few others were like, I won't ever find love. How would I even make love? Um, and then people suck. Government relied on or something like that. Like just assume that I won't ever make any money or something.
SPEAKER_02Yeah.
SPEAKER_00But I mean it is. Yeah.
SPEAKER_02You're like, hey, I made 45,000 for a seven-second video.
SPEAKER_00I'm more like I hate it for everyone else who's a little little and it would happen for them or whoever it is, whether they're little or they have it's gonna be there's somebody going through it right now. Yeah, you know what I'm saying?
SPEAKER_02And and hopefully they're gonna watch this and see yeah where you are today and understand that you know, and feel what you've been through and say, hey, I can I can be like that, I can find my way too. And then you don't have to be you don't have to be an influencer, you don't have to do videos, you don't have to do pranks and be comedy. You can be a singer. We're looking for a singer, in fact. Find us, find us.
SPEAKER_00I mean, no, but really the moral of all that is just be nice to people. Yeah, it's so easy to be kind.
SPEAKER_01That's right.
SPEAKER_00That's right.
SPEAKER_01Facts, 100%.
SPEAKER_00And you also have no idea what anyone's handling in their own their own life or their own world, you know. Everyone has issues. That's right. Everyone has so many problems that they're hiding from everyone else. So it's like, yeah, no one's perfect, you know.
SPEAKER_02And and you have to go through problems and you have to go through those valleys. It helps. There's hills and valleys all the way, you know. Yeah, exactly. You gotta go through it all to become who you are, you know. Um, you know, John, anything else that you want to say to the viewers, give them some some last-minute advice. You know, it's been great. Yeah, we're playing.
SPEAKER_00Um, I think I already hit it with that one message, but it's like accept who you are and really find something you love. It's so cliche, it's so cheesy, but find something you're obsessed with and just grind your ass off to make it into a career. Because I guess the only way to make it through life is if you're happy with who you are and what you're doing. And also be kind to people. Because it's so simple. So simple to be kind to people. And the more people you're kind to, you're gonna get it right back. There you go.
SPEAKER_02Where do you see yourself? What's going on in the next five years? What do you got planned? What are some of your goals?
SPEAKER_00In five years, I want to be a producer for reality television and for a movie. And I also want to act in a movie. There you go. Should have told me.
SPEAKER_02I was Vinny the Viper. I was just in a movie. Plood money, too. Hell yeah. I'd have got you in. Dude, how do you think? Maybe I'll get you in the third one. I'm gonna get you in the next one. Yeah, for sure. We're gonna get you in there. You make a good little mobster. Heck yeah, man.
SPEAKER_00Also, uh, let me know who I should connect you with to have on the Wam Bam podcast. I got plenty of Randy Wood Hub on this.
SPEAKER_02Sure, let's bring them, man. We'll bring them in, man. Really appreciate it. Benjoyed having you here, dude. Enjoyed getting to know you.
SPEAKER_00Thank you for having me. I'm so glad I was looking like who, because I I realized two days ago that I'm flying here. I'm like, who should I hit up? And then I realized we've been planning this for so long.
SPEAKER_01Yeah, made out.
SPEAKER_00It was almost exactly a year ago when I met you. We're at the UFC, yeah. Yeah, yeah.
SPEAKER_02UFC, the Hall of Fame.
SPEAKER_00Yeah, that's right.
SPEAKER_02That's awesome. Well, there you have it, folks. You heard it from John himself, man. You know what? Be true to yourself, be kind and be confident. It's okay to be different. In fact, embrace it because again, you're one of God's child. And as your boy Wham Bam always says, remember, if your life was a movie, would it be worth watching? And if the answer is no, stop being ordinary and start being extraordinary. Till next Wednesday, baby. Stay positive and keep testing negative.
