In this episode, i'm sharing two recent reiki sessions that reminded me how important it is to trust what comes through, even when it's not what we expect.
In one session, I thought we'd be connecting with her dad, but the guidance kept gently redirecting me to messages she needed to hear first. What unfolded included a past life visuals, an unexpected visitation from her cousin and a deeply divine moment i'll never forget.
In another session, loving grandparent visitations came through, along with a spirit guide showing me imagery of plants and flowers being used for healing. The message was simple, you are safe and you are okay. A reminder to trust that everything is unfolding in divine time.
Every session is unique, and while I always hold a grounded, protected space, the messages that come through are guided by what each person needs most in that moments.
