The current battle between bringing my authentic self to work and conforming with current "work place" standards of conduct is real. How can we balance this call for authenticity with outdated norms that are still pervasive in corporate culture? I don't have the answers. But maybe the first step is dropping a draw 2 card on top of a draw 2 card. Uno fans unite?
