Grand Agent is an emcee whose first album, entitled By Design, was released in February of 2001. He got his start as one-third of the group, NAME alongside Mr. Cisum and Ozzie (Old Man). He is co-founder of Philly Truce, which is a non-profit who's motivation is stop gun violence in the city of Philadelphia.
