Jeremy DeFilippis is the co-founder and CEO of Jetty, the New Jersey-based coastal lifestyle apparel brand that has grown from a small group of friends printing T-shirts in a garage into a nationally recognized, Certified B Corporation. Since launching Jetty in 2003, Jeremy has helped build the brand around a simple philosophy—"Draw Your Own Line"—combining authentic surf culture with a deep commitment to environmental stewardship and community impact.
