Building While Feeling Unseen

Today I want to talk to the ones who's building something. Not just, you know, dreaming, but actually putting in the work. And if I'm being honest today, this one is personal for me too. Um because I'm sitting in this place a lot lately. Um as an artist, as a business owner, as a pastor, as a creator, as a host. Um I have visions, you know, um, I have goals and I have things that I know I'm called to do. And while I'm building my name, my brand, my purpose, if I'm being real, sometimes it feels like nobody really cares. Like people don't see me, people don't acknowledge me, people don't even really check for anything that I do like that. It's like, you know, I'm pouring my heart into something, and it's just at times quiet. But at the same time, you know, I still go to work, I show up in rooms, I serve in spaces where I'm helping other people win. You know, I I create events for other people, I make sure I make their dreams come to true. I serve um in my ministry, I make things happen for them. You know, I watch things happen for other people that I serve. And um, you know, I'm helping them hit their goals, helping them make money, helping them build their brand,

Serving Others Without A Return

their name, their vision. And after a while, you start noticing something. You know, you things are happening for them, doors opening, growth happening, momentum building, and you're still standing here like I'm doing all of this, so when is it gonna happen for me? And that can, if you let it create tension within your mind. I call it mental tension. Um, because on one side, you know you're gifted, um, you know, you know you have something, you know you're called, but on the other side, you're watching everybody else's moment while you're still in what people call process. And if you're not careful, family, that space right there, it will start messing with your confidence. Um, not in like a major, you know, loud way, but sometimes it's not even obvious, it's just quietly. Um, you'll start questioning yourself Am I really that good? Am I missing something? Is there something that I'm not doing? Why is it not happening for me? But it's happening for them. Um, and I need to say this because I have to remind myself all the time. Um, just because it has not happened yet does

Foundation Season And Mental Tension

not mean it's not happening at all. Okay, see, this might be your foundation season, and foundations don't look impressive all the time. Um, they don't get attention, they don't get applause, but they carry everything. And what makes it hard is you're not just building your dream, you're helping build everybody else's at the same time. So it feels like you're constantly pouring out without seeing the return you expected, right?

Value Beyond Likes And Applause

But let me bring you back to something real simple. Your value is not based on responses. Not likes, not views, not who supports, not who shows up. Because if you let response define you, silence will break you. And I refuse to let silence convince me that I'm not valuable. I refuse to let other people's timing make me insecure about mine. Because here's what's true, family. What's for you is not in competition with what's happening for them. Listen, what's for you is not in competition with what's happening for them. It just has a different timing, a different weight, a different assignment. And I I know it's hard, I know it's hard. Watching things unfold for others while you're still praying, still working, still trying, but but don't let that turn into insecurity, don't let that turn into depression, don't let that make you feel like it's going to never happen for you. No Competition Only Different Timing

you start believing it's not gonna happen for me, you start showing up differently, you shrink, you hesitate, you question your own gift, and you can't afford that right now, not with what's on your life. So instead, choose confidence, not arrogance, not pretending, but a quiet, grounded confidence that says, I know what's in me, even if no one else is responding to it right now. And I'm learning this right now, too, family. Success is not the only proof of value. Let me say that again. Success is not the only proof that you matter, okay? Because, family, if it was, then every season before the win would be meaningless, and it's definitely not. So, this part, the unseen

Quiet Confidence And Keep Building

part that we're in right now, the building while nobody's watching part. Um, this is where we are going to become. This is where you're becoming, this is where you become. So, yes, it may feel like nobody cares, it may feel like you're overlooked, unnoticed, but don't let that make you stop. Family, don't let that make you give up on what you know is in you. Keep building, keep creating, keep showing up, keep working your gift. Not because people are responding, but because it's yours to do. And if you're in that place right now, working, building, pouring, while it feels like nobody's paying you any attention. I need you to hear me clearly.

You Are Not Behind

Family, you're not behind, you're not forgotten, and you're not doing this for nothing. You're laying foundation, and when it's time for things to rise, it's going to stand on everything you built in silence. Family, you've got this. That's gonna do it for this one.
