Today we take a dive into my restaurant advocacy. Advocacy is a big reason why I started this podcast. So many young chefs work so many extra hours and sacrifice their youth for others dreams. Don't be taken advantage of! Make sure your sacrifice is worthwhile and for the right people and places!
