Sunshine & Bubbles's High Vibin Podcast
What Happens When Two Moms Talk Hemp, God, and Quantum Physics?
Two passionate mothers dedicated to the power of plant medicine invite you into their vibrant world where hemp farming meets spiritual awakening and community building. This conversational journey begins with an introduction to Ruby Doobie, the farm's beloved chihuahua mascot, before diving into reflections on how Easter's coincidence with 420 this year symbolizes a beautiful merging of tradition and plant-based healing.
Sunshine and Bubbles share intimate insights into their hemp cultivation philosophy that goes far beyond conventional farming. They detail how they incorporate sound healing, positive affirmations, and intentional energy work with their plants – singing to them, performing sound bowl sessions, and treating them as family members. This nurturing approach stems from their belief that plants respond to energy and intention, much like the research showing how positive words create beautiful geometric patterns in water crystals.
The conversation takes fascinating turns through their experiences with quantum hemp healing meditation, where one host encountered her inner child spirit guide who offered her a symbolic seed. They explain how these spiritual dimensions of their work emerged unexpectedly, transforming what began as an agricultural venture into a profound journey of self-discovery and purpose.
Listeners will discover practical applications of hemp products through the hosts' work at Cheryl's Club, where they've created innovative CBD-infused cocktails and menu items like the "Funky Fungus" with infused garlic aioli. Their enthusiasm for expanding beyond hemp into medicinal herbs like chamomile, calendula and borage reveals their vision for empowering others to develop personal relationships with plant medicine.
The episode culminates with a heartfelt reflection on the importance of solitude and spiritual connection in our busy lives. Sunshine and Bubbles vulnerably share their own struggles and growth, reminding listeners that personal weakness can become strength when shared authentically with community. Come join the High Vibe Tribe and discover how the humble hemp seed might be the beginning of your own transformative journey.

This guy.
Speaker 2:Hey.
Speaker 1:And we are picking up there. I do feel like I want it, even like right here. Yeah, shoot On top of the coffee mug, perfect. Come on, let me just take a sip Raw. Come on, hillary, just take a sip Raw. All right, we're going to go live and we're going to continue on as if we weren't live, because this is actually a podcast.
Speaker 2:Welcome guys.
Speaker 1:Live broadcasting our podcast. Can I get a high five? We did not come this far to only come this far. This is the best way to share we feel in our heart of hearts, right Sunshine.
Speaker 2:Share with our buds.
Speaker 1:I'm Bubbles Sunshine, and together we're Sunshine and Bubbles. And you, my friends, are the High Vibe Tribe. Welcome to our energy force field, where we have full intentions of zapping a little bit here and there to you buds, sponsored by DNA hemp LLCcom. That's how we would like to derive a lot of our elevated awesomeness. Right, we can put a tribute to that, and, speaking of which, I think that we need to refresh ourselves right now. You know, just to clear, we've already smudged the scene with both rosemary and sage smudge sticks that were gifted to us by the ICAA, the native right or the ICNAA, icia.
Speaker 1:Thank you, thank you For being part of that, being part of that conference. This was a super big honor. That was awesome. We smudged the scenes. Now we need to refresh enjoy a little bit more.
Speaker 2:Ruby and special guest star oh yes, ruby doobie ruby doobie is here on the scene.
Speaker 1:She is the sweetest member of the high vibe tribe, a chai hua hua or a chihuahua, and here on the dna hemp farm we call her Ruby Doobie. She fits right in, although it'll be coming up on a year since she was rehomed and our family adopted her. Her birthday is sometime in April and I would like to venture to say it was on 420.
Speaker 2:That would be my guess.
Speaker 1:So that's where we're going to celebrate it. I know it falls on Easter this year. How crazy is that, Sunshine?
Speaker 2:Ooh, hippity, hoppity.
Speaker 1:I feel like just for me, 420 on Easter is so symbolic of the movement right now and God's plan and a testament that we are on the right track, friends, and there's a lot of progress and a lot of revolution, revolution, growth to be made, and I couldn't be more stoked about it. How about you, sunshine?
Speaker 2:No, 100%. Like all of our missions on one day, you know, celebrate on the same day For real.
Speaker 1:That is so amazing. God's plan, friend, it is all his plan. So I do, I think.
Speaker 2:Lots to be celebrated.
Speaker 1:Lots to be celebrated. We're so, so grateful and blessed for this opportunity to be here on these microphones. Who gave us these microphones?
Speaker 2:I don't know. We're here now, friends.
Speaker 1:But we're going to be here now and share with our buds. It's been a beautiful, amazing thing. Speaking of 420, that's a big holiday celebrated for cannabis and the plant medicine and she's definitely worth celebrating, and they have her very own special day in combination now with Jesus. A special day in combination now with Jesus, and that comes to me a lot of traditions, with family, getting together with family and sharing a meal, which is wonderful. Normally, we always go out to a restaurant for a meal and have somebody else, because I feel like Thanksgiving, christmas you make it in-house, you don't go out, but Easter you do. You go out for a nice, good brunch. Yeah, I think my mom has reservations at the Copper Dock this year. It should be super delicious. She's excited, I'm excited and I think the reservations for like 22 people, like it's something we're just going to invade the whole entire restaurant.
Speaker 1:Yeah, we're like. Can we just all of us please and thank you? Well, yeah, why not?
Speaker 2:We're good tippers, I swear, we all are too.
Speaker 1:Yeah, yeah, we'll definitely the brunch. They have a ton of options. So that's what we're doing for Easter, but it comes with like a lot of traditions, especially with the kids and them going on Easter eggs hunts. I think this year the Easter bunny might be mom and dad, and I think they might Nixon doesn't know but Nevaeh, where are your kids at on the Easter bunny?
Speaker 2:Um believing. I think they're just telling me that they believe so they can achieve.
Speaker 1:They're smart.
Speaker 2:But yeah, I think they, I think the gigs up and think they gigged up and I'm kind of partially relieved, to be honest. I've been Easter Bunny everybody 24 years now. I'm ready to have some fun and not have to be responsible and keep those lovely traditions going, but I almost feel like I'm lying to them Towards the end. There's a point where I'm like yes, I'm the, no, I'm not yeah, for real, right, what do you do?
Speaker 1:it's a rock and a hard place. How do we continue this lie?
Speaker 2:don't lie, but I'm going to lie to you.
Speaker 1:I even feel weird saying it now. If any children are watching, it's good to believe it's so good to believe. Believe in something right, you know, no matter what it is. I feel like there is that magical moments that can happen together and it's believe. It's so sweet for their age to participate in that.
Speaker 2:If you should choose to forgo that path, I remember as a kid how magical it was, but I do remember feeling like my parents lied to me when they found out.
Speaker 1:When you found out, like hey, let's talk. Nevi was literally like don't lie to me, mom, don't lie to me, she's like I know. I feel like she just wanted to hear it come from my lips. I still couldn't say it.
Speaker 2:I lie to me. She's like I know, I feel like she just wanted to hear it come from my lips.
Speaker 1:I still couldn't say it. I did not not say it, but I was like what do you think? That was the sex talk yesterday with Nixon? Oh goodness, he's like. You know what S E X is, mom. He's nine and I'm like what do you think it is? I'm like sex, what?
Speaker 2:is that it's like a male or a female right yeah?
Speaker 1:It came out of nowhere, just like this conversation is coming out of vulnerable, confidently vulnerable here. But the questions were like wild, Not really in depth, we kept it very surface. I was just kind of like, well, it's for two people in love, nixon. Not really in depth, we kept it very surface. I was just kind of like, well, it's for two people in love, nixon, you do know that right, whatever it is. We did not get into the specifics, I was like oof. And then I kind of let him know the timeline. I said first you know, you're fifth grade, when you get there it's's gonna explain the anatomy and how your privates work, and then when you get into middle school, that's more of the time to really start talking about what exactly sex is. So thank you for professional education out there. We definitely had a. I think it was constructive to kind of like I don't to kind of see where meet him, where he was at with it.
Speaker 2:Because sometimes it's too much. Yeah, and he'd be like oh yeah, definitely check in with what they're referring to. Yeah, waita, right, and I know that. Geez, I don't even remember how I handled it. I'm sure there were plenty of them.
Speaker 1:I haven't even had that conversation with Nevaeh yet.
Speaker 2:Well, I can't remember what grade they have. Is it fifth grade?
Speaker 1:Fifth grade. Yeah, I just was with Nevaeh and it was about her period, the anatomy and how that all works and what to expect. I was so thankful for that too, because it just kind of really sets them up for success and being able to accept your natural bodily functions when they might not understand what's really going on.
Speaker 2:Yeah.
Speaker 1:So to see the world through a child's eyes right, everything's so new and so interesting and lots of questions, all good questions. No question is a bad question.
Speaker 2:No.
Speaker 1:Right.
Speaker 2:Yeah.
Speaker 1:I never wanted to poo-p poo them asking questions and asking for help when you need it like this is what youtube is for. You're like, if all else fails, alexa, what is s-e-x? It was just cute. He wouldn't even say it like sex he would just just had to spell it out.
Speaker 2:I was like oh, baby well, there's so much like, you know, taboo around it, like it's made out to be a way bigger thing I mean it is a beautiful thing, right but like it's very misconstrued out there. So I'm glad that he is comfortable even asking me. You know, like just go on with what the kid on the bus told him. I think you gotta talk closer in there.
Speaker 1:There you go. Yes, Seriously, Because I'm like you know. Can you hear it in here? Your voice you can.
Speaker 1:But I think it's me yeah well, yeah, this is what I'm talking about. We're looking at the, the podcast recording down below. Hello, hello, hello. Let's talk about sex, baby. Let's talk about you and me. Let's talk about all the good things. Love you, danny. I know this is exactly what you had in mind. Well, I think with Nixon, I really made it about love. I think it's when two people are in Nixon, I really made it about love.
Speaker 1:I was like it's when two people are in love and sex is for people in love and just kind of bringing it to that special connection, and maybe that's what he thinks it is honestly. Maybe he thinks sex is something that happens when two people are in love, and I feel like that was the foundation I was trying to create. Yeah, of like, no matter what it is, because there's all different kinds of ways to be doing it nowadays Just know it is an expression of love and touch is important and getting tapped in and tuned on with that is all good and definitely something to be talked about.
Speaker 2:Anybody touches you right or you don't hit that home too. That's a good segue.
Speaker 1:Yes, that was last week in school. It was all about appropriate touching and that energy, because I feel like as kids, they're just so excited.
Speaker 2:They are full of energy. Yes, all the feelings. Don't know what to do.
Speaker 1:They're just like ah living their best life in the moment. Tap into that inner child. That's what we're doing. Wait till we get these kids on this podcast and unleash them this summer oh my gosh, I could only imagine. And hopefully they take it, you know, with a great opportunity to be able to share their sweet little mindset, because sometimes, you know, their pure sense of self is just really refreshing.
Speaker 2:It's refreshing to be innocent and curious.
Speaker 1:First of all, we are mamas right Like mamas at heart, always and forever taking care of the future generation.
Speaker 2:All the babies.
Speaker 1:All God's children, all God's children and creatures and plants yes and that's our gift, why we've come here, just to you know. Circle it back to the podcast and herbs, herbs, the word give them all voices.
Speaker 1:Oh, that's good. Yes, yes, because they do. We were just learning about plant voices and plants talking to you and nature talking to you and the energy and I was listening on to. I forget what it was called. It was like Natural Awakenings, where they were broadcasting it, with this super cool lady that spoke to plants and that was her special gift. But she started from. She didn't. She started from somewhere and ended up where she is now and and sharing her gifts is at the center of it all.
Speaker 2:I love that Cause. Why would you want to take all that knowledge like a lifelong journey of knowledge with you and not share it with everybody?
Speaker 1:Yes.
Speaker 2:Right.
Speaker 1:Yes, and that's why we're here, because we have been on such a lovely journey of information sharing and co-creation and abundance and tons of gratitude, and it's really brought us to our spiritual level too and that kind of growth has been really awesome. Something very unexpected when I first started this journey, I never thought I would have this kind of spiritual oh, it's mama, mama Cheryl herself. She's probably like are you live? Are you live on Cheryl's call right now? Do you know this? I, yes, mom, I'll call you later. Trust me, trust the process, yeah, trust the process. We want to use all the networks, all the people that were able to be of service and tap, tap into that and information share. And that's why our podcast is called sunshine and bubbles and the high vibe Tribe, because we want to bring on our friends and family and allow them to share their gifts, their story, their experiences in a raw, invulnerable, unedited, uncut way, because that is a beautiful thing, that's life right yes.
Speaker 1:Yes, and some people are out there watching, so maybe we help one person, yeah, uh, that would be a beautiful thing, and maybe they help us in a way that you know only down the the winding path will be revealed. It's we're all, we're all connected, we are all one, and I have so much love for being here today and sharing energy with everybody that is picking up, uh, something to listen yeah, yeah, yeah.
Speaker 2:Well, speaking of Cheryl's, it kind of brought up a couple of things. Two things for sure. One about the pre-Wana, pre-wana.
Speaker 1:Pre-Wana.
Speaker 2:So we know what we're doing for Easter, but what?
Speaker 1:are you?
Speaker 2:doing, for I can't say the day because no 419. Thank you.
Speaker 1:419 is the pre-party, the pre-wanna wanna party. Did it, oh genius. Oh, the mothership. Yeah, how did that happen? Because that was absolutely amazing, does that, whoa?
Speaker 2:I hope you guys saw that too.
Speaker 1:It's just like a party in the background. Reenact it. Wow, we got to activate that again. That was awesome, that was amazing.
Speaker 1:No, it is such a party at Cheryl's every day of the week. I mean Cheryl's Club 175 in Slinger, wisconsin, for those of you who don't know has been open since 1999. And my mother is Cheryl. She is one of the most badass boss ladies that I highly love and endure and respect. I've had the privilege of her being my mentor well, my boss pretty much for going on 20 years here at Cheryl's Club that I've put a little piece of my heart and soul since I was 18 years old working there.
Speaker 1:So, of course, working with hemp and growing the plant medicine. I've found a way to vertically integrate that into the business at Sheryl's, where my mom is my biggest supporter, my biggest fan, and we sell all of our products at Sheryl's and incorporate it into the food and the drink programs there too. So a great introductory way for people to experience cannabinoids in a really fun, light, safe atmosphere. It really just has everything jiving for it and I couldn't be more excited of where the service industry is going today with the cannabinoids and all the different ways to consume, because it means edibles. It's one of the fastest growing segments and so easy for people to be able to dose and experience it, and something so easy as eating a gummy, eating a chocolate, eating a burger. The shrooms, oh, we have deep fried fungi fungus mushrooms, deep fried mushrooms and garlic aioli, infused CBD sauce with 20 milligrams of the hemp in there.
Speaker 1:And now, mind you guys, I feel like there is a lot of different products out there. There's a lot of different options. We do have THC drinks there as well, don't you know Wisconsin here? That's allowed, that is allowed. So I feel like responsible serving is a big part of that.
Speaker 2:Yeah, yeah, much like alcohol, right, yeah.
Speaker 1:Exactly like alcohol. I feel like this is alcohol all over again, with ending the prohibition and then incorporating it into the lives of free the weed, free the flower, free the flower. Well, we've been putting in the, the good work. I feel like we've been doing it now. Uh, for six years that we've started the food drink program at cheryl's club, because even before we had dna products, we sourced it from another local grower and used his tincture. Do you remember that?
Speaker 2:and so the first that I've ever so there for real.
Speaker 1:So we've been having a cocktail culture dvd, cocktail culture program for six years and created so many different concoctions all across the board. I have a poster of the mixology recipes. We have the, the. We should bust that out again. You created that with a mixologist book with all the different cocktail recipes.
Speaker 1:Oh, and I think I jiggled her too hard. Oh, she puked, ruby, to be threw up, was that? That was? Oh, my gosh, please, and thank you. You're a doll, goodness, goodness, oh, she's going to do it again, ruby, are you okay, sweetie? I'm jostling her around too much. That poor little girl. I'm rocking her world, goodness, gracious. Aw, thank you honey. Aw, you go lay down for a second sweetie pie. I'm sorry. I love you. She's all right, she's just been. But, yeah, cocktail culture at Cheryl's Club. I feel like the coolest one. I feel like when we first started, we partnered with Red Bull. Do you remember that? Yeah, and Red Bull actually sponsored our first batch of tincture that we used in the cocktails and it was so awesome. Yeah, I remember that. We used in the cocktails and it was so awesome.
Speaker 2:Yeah, I remember that was that the one when the cops came what which one 420 party, where the cops came um, tell me about it.
Speaker 1:Tell me about it. I forget.
Speaker 2:My memory is not so great well, word got out and everybody was really excited. I want to say it was the first one maybe the second, I don't know, but I remember the cops because they were like what? Is that the year we had the blaster, the can of blaster it was the first year, honestly, because it was so new Word got out and the cops came because they heard there was going to be a bunch of drugs. I don't know what they heard. They didn't find anything, I think they enjoyed themselves.
Speaker 1:Okay, and they didn't find anything and I think they enjoyed themselves. I actually weren't they super cool? Yeah, like, I feel like they wanted some. They were like hey, we have questions and we need samples. Thank you, we'll come again.
Speaker 2:No, nothing happened. It was beautiful, but I remember like just because it was so new and nobody else was doing it, Sorry, I know I've been sitting on the edge of the chair, so I'm kind of like sitting up straight.
Speaker 1:But yeah, there you go. You really got to talk into it because it sounds different. Okay, round two. We'll get this right. We're practicing One step every day. One day at a time. Yeah, that was wild and yeah, totally legal DNA Hemp. We're licensed and insured. We're held accountable for all of the products that we're putting out into our community, and we couldn't be more proud to do so. We say we're too legit, too legit to quit. Too legit, too legit to quit.
Speaker 2:True, we even have cards.
Speaker 1:We do. We have business cards With the 2018 Farm Bill rules and regulations. Just in case you did find yourself in a hairy spot. It could be a little helpful. You know things? Things are a lot more lax about it right now. It's kind of like those gambling machines too right. It's like you talk about it but you don't talk about. Is it legal, is it not legal? We're just gonna.
Speaker 1:As long as it's taxed, friends, as long as uncle sam gets his cut, we're dotting all the i's and crossing the t's, you gotta to play, and that's what we've been doing the farmer's always first getting bent over and backwards. Goodness, did you think we first started farming hemp, we would be here? And so many obstacles, so many trials and tribulations and just growing and knowing the whole way through, just blazing trails.
Speaker 2:Yeah, learning so much and just learning to pivot and find better different solutions, solutions.
Speaker 1:You see a problem, I give you solutions. Thank you, john Taffer from Bar Rescue. Love him so much. I don't embrace problems, I embrace solutions. As he's like screaming, I don't want to scream.
Speaker 2:Yeah, and they're like, so that really stuck with me.
Speaker 1:It's like screaming.
Speaker 2:I don't want to scream yeah and they're like.
Speaker 1:so that really stuck with me. It's like a way of life. You can either dwell on the problem and make big problems out of small problems, or you can just keep showing up and coming up with solutions in different creative ways. Maybe they're going to fail, Maybe it's not always going to work.
Speaker 2:You don't know if you don't try.
Speaker 1:Amen sister.
Speaker 2:Yeah, and part of the problem is the solution.
Speaker 1:Yeah, that's good stuff, yes.
Speaker 2:So, 419.
Speaker 1:So, getting onto Cheryl's and how you know she's been canna-friendly, how she's been canna-friendly, my A1, since day one. We have menu items currently on the menu the Funky Fungus with the infused garlic aioli. We have the Disco Clubhouse, which is a super fire deli meat sandwich. It's stacked, it's like a triple-decker, so it's so good, like hand-stacked guys. I mean like to order right, like Jacinto and Jose are back there, can't stack in this and and ray ray, he makes quite a few too. Um, so anyways, hand stacked, and they're using that garlic aioli mayo as a different application. And then, of course, you're going to add it to any cocktail. So if you had, you know, like a malibu pineapple, you could bleep, blop that right in there and I would say I would call it good.
Speaker 1:And then you know, you know you're getting your 20 milligrams of cannabinoids in with your drink. It does have to go through your digestive system, so it might take a little, you know, 30 minutes. So you start feeling some effects and the effects aren't going to be like knock you upside the head. You're stoned, like when you're, especially when we use a broad spectrum hemp in there which is 0.0% THC, so there's not a trace of it. They take that undesired cannabinoid out of the equation. So anyone can really drink these cocktails or, you know, eat this food or use this plant medicine without any you know any repercussions or fear involved. But yeah, we put that in the cocktail and you digest it and you'll be feeling good. Oh, you're not going to feel stoned, no, you're just going to feel maybe more at ease, maybe more present, kind of take the edge off.
Speaker 2:That's how I feel right.
Speaker 1:Yes, exactly it's what you don't feel with hemp. That's a beautiful thing.
Speaker 2:Yes, just a little less and a lot more good vibration.
Speaker 1:Yes, and we're raising that vibration because the synergy that this plant has to offer you know, especially stuff sourced from our hemp farm, where it all starts from a seed, that's a good segue. Huh, Sunshine Hit it.
Speaker 2:What do you got there, sunshine? These are beautiful seeds from the UW Madison. They're all part of the.
Speaker 1:I don't know what the actual name of it is the UW Extension Program for Hemp Research. Yeah, cannabinoid Research.
Speaker 2:We're researching different strains and different qualities. Such an honor to be part of that. Take one out. Our journey started at the UW, or part of it, at that extension program.
Speaker 1:When we went to the conference, the Green Bay remember that, yes, with Michael, and we all had matching sweatshirts and we were like we're going to do this and it's going to be awesome and it has, but I love these different.
Speaker 2:Oh, it's funny, this is a hot blonde. I didn't even know.
Speaker 1:Hey girl Sunshine. Like it always beans, it all starts with a seed friends, hot blonde cultivar. That's the genetic. And who is the geneticist?
Speaker 1:blue forest farms blue forest farms from blue forest farms. So it's really cool to kind of see how different geneticists you know, how regionalized these genetics are, how you know they're going to do here in wisconsin with our climate and our soil. That's really interesting to and that's where kind of the research comes into play, because we send in samples to the UW Extension and they document all the cannabinoid profiles, the terpene profiles and the growth and diversity amongst different soil types here in Wisconsin.
Speaker 2:So we can really work with the best genetics, the best seeds, the best beans possible so we can have max output for our inputs, hopefully for fiber and grains soon, in addition to the flower growing for flowers oh yeah, seeds even growing for flowers, oh yeah, seeds. Even growing for seeds would be amazing. I put hemp seeds in my smoothie every day, every day.
Speaker 1:Which are rich in omegas, nutritious and delicious, so good for you. All those seeds are, and you know, hemp seeds is just another seed right, Just like flax or chia or chai. Is it chia or chai Chai seeds? I don't know One of the two. You know what I mean Chia chia, chia Chia.
Speaker 2:That's what I thought. Yeah, I think that is the thing for the chia pet.
Speaker 1:I think so Honestly. They're like microgreens on a head a pet. So maybe it is chia, that would be chia. Let's go with chia, because I don't think it's chai. I think of the tea yeah, chai tea, yeah, and which is not the same. Not the same. We're gonna have to reference that for sure. But look at all these different ones. I think there's over 200 or maybe even 300 different seeds here, supplied from Mr L Birdie from the UW Extension. Much love to him and the good work that him and his crew are doing. They have really amazing field days throughout the summer and I'd love to be able to share those with you guys and invite you and everyone's more than welcome to come and join and witness kind of what they're doing on the extension level. It's just really cool to see how they organize it, how they grow it. They're doing some companion planting, but bet you believe that we're going to be doing a lot of our own experimentation and research here on the DNA Hemp Farm. That's what we're gearing up for here in these early springtime season.
Speaker 2:Yeah, we couldn't be more excited. We've been itching. Like is it time yet? Yes, but we got water, dan. And like is it time yet?
Speaker 1:yes, but we got water, dan hooked the water, so we're that much closer to go time. Yep, yep, you just turn on the water in the hoop house. So now he's like let her rip tater chips. Girls, that's on you. Set it up however you want it. We got lots of soil down there. Um, different ways, different trays to start it in, but I liked what you were saying earlier, like with the seed, like how it all starts with a seed.
Speaker 2:It just starts with a seed right. We just take those seeds and put them in dirt and give them love and watch them grow and give them the proper nutrients, light, humidity and circulation, yeah. And then we transfer them to their fur hover home in the back 40 once they get to about a nice good root system going.
Speaker 2:Harden them off, yep, harden them off All outdoor the whole time, like starting in the hoop house. It's outdoor, sun grown, yeah, until their time to harvest, which is so bittersweet because they're so beautiful. At that point you're like, oh, thought of chopping these babies down.
Speaker 1:But then that's where the fun starts, because that's just the beginning, right, yeah yeah, I was just thinking of, like, how we've so much evolved from the when we started growing hemp to where, where we're at now with growing hemp, and how we continue to evolve and, and you know, adapt and pivot where needs, where need be, on the farm. And that's what makes the farm so exciting, because, um, that's what makes it so exciting, because it's really it's an adventure every day, and as long as you're in the flow and in the moment and rocking and rolling with the mother nature's groovy ways, I feel like it's going to be success. And I feel like our super, super awesome secret for the plants is that, you know, we're nurturing them. We're using, like our motherhood tendencies and ways, which are ingrained in all females and even in males too, into their own divine right, um, but we're nurturing them. We sing with them, we dance with them, we like to touch them, um, we do sound bowls with them. We, you know, we pray over them the kids are around them.
Speaker 2:They're just like part of the family they are, they are like and I feel like they have.
Speaker 1:Actually there is studies out there with you know even love lingo, you know the vibration that kind words can say and it gets actually affects the plant growth and the plant structure. And they tested this with water, that where we speak to water and kindly, and what a beautiful snowflake it produces. And then if you say bad, negative things to it, the, the snowflake is all disjointed and it's not nearly, as you know, geometric. Yeah, yeah. So I mean, just apply that same principle to plants and all god's living creatures and it's a beautiful thing, because you know your intention, your energy goes where your intention flows. Yes, and we and our highest and best intentions is to curate, cultivate and nourish the best plant medicine for our community, because we want everybody to be as high-vibing as we feel when we're working with this plant.
Speaker 1:Yeah, glory be to the glory be to god yeah, absolutely well said everything is energy, and I think that's why we're so drawn to him, because she is so high vibrational. I feel like talk about a weed and controversial. I feel like I could totally vibe with her. Our energy is like the helix. Our energy is like it's all just interconnected.
Speaker 1:I really do vibe with her hardcore yeah in all forms right, and that's what I'd love to be able to. On other shows talk about the different forms, different modes of consumption. Yeah, you know it's a whole big, great, wide world out there. I was talking about this book today on my social media and I just love it so much. She just writes so funny and light and easy to understand and so it's a really quick read. But I opened it up to this page that says smoking cannabis is healthier than eating a cheeseburger. I mean I feel like let that sink in.
Speaker 2:Yeah, I'd have to agree.
Speaker 1:And like, oh yeah, like what? I mean? I feel it's just I, I know cannabis. You know it's kind of taboo with all of the controversy and everything going around with it, but honestly, there's no reason for it. All the signs are pointing to yes, and I know in our world. I think we're so immersed into this cannabis world I mean we're in deep, we've been. I mean we eat, breathe like live, talk, this stuff.
Speaker 1:I would say we are experts in our field. We definitely have the experience and knowledge and a lot to learn. I'm not saying that I'm the best. No way, joseose. I am just a peasant here just trying to put in the good word, but we do know a lot.
Speaker 1:When you step outside of the bubble, when you're like wait a minute. No, like wait, you're, but then you meet the people that are and you're like that's the high five job. Those are people, but we feel like all people could be, are the one. Love people, complete the heart.
Speaker 1:Right though, like it's accessible, it's it's bam, it's accessible, it's out there, it's it's, you know, a seed away where you could plant one and grow it for yourself and experience this magic for yourself. And I feel like, if anything, hopefully we can inspire people to plant those seeds, plant those beans and work. You know? If you're not, I feel like with. For me it started with hemp and then it was like all the other, like plant magic came underneath. It was like whoa, like it was just a gateway to holistic healing. Healing, holistic medicine and alternative options that people have to feel better. And I was like my eyes are like we were just talking about this, right, whoa, like stuff that I never knew before and I'm learning now and I'm like, wow, all this ancient wisdom that was lost things that are along the way and it was always been there and it's just so new and awesome and so, from that plant medicine.
Speaker 1:But I feel like you know, realistically, maybe you start with a mint plant yeah, you know, very approachable, right, like it doesn't, I feel like we really like unraveling this one. It's been awesome, but like you did that, I think, even putting your hands in the dirt, planting a seed, watching anything grow, whatever is attracted, that is attracted to you. When you go into a nursery or a grow house, or a friend maybe gifts you one, or however, you get a hold of a living plant, and I know a lot of people are like, oh, I feel like it's a lot. Don't be so hard on yourself. You are forgiven. If you killed 100 plants in your past, you are forgiven. Just keep showing up, right.
Speaker 2:Just keep showing up and they're so hardy Like plants. Even when you think maybe they're gone, they're still there. Give them a little more time.
Speaker 1:I learned that from you. Chopping the plant clearance. What did you call it? The section in Steins.
Speaker 2:Death Row.
Speaker 1:She was like save the plants, let's go shop. Death Row at Steins. We're going to bring these together. We're going to bring these back. Yes, first I looked at you like you were crazy. Really, this one right here, grab the lot, grab the pallet they're backer up, yeah, yeah check it out.
Speaker 2:They're backer, they're cheaper, they just need to be repotted and just a little extra.
Speaker 1:Love, amen amen, and I feel like with everything, that's all the resources out there that people have to be able to grow with the book I mean, I mean books might be considered old school now. Well, google, you know, and the images there and the youtube videos, and or call up your, call up your friend, call up your plant, the, the green witch that you know in your life. She would love to dog plants with you.
Speaker 1:I feel like almost everybody has that lady right that yes plant lady because I feel like not only does a plant offer a beautiful relationship with you, but it's something that's meant to be shared right and and I feel like that's what you can build strong relationships with other people with you based on their interests. And you know, quick thought, like, even if plants don't interest you that great, maybe you connect with someone that plants do interest them and maybe you could connect based on that plant level and maybe learn something new yeah, oh, absolutely.
Speaker 2:I feel like I've learned so much from you.
Speaker 1:I've learned so much from you.
Speaker 2:I've learned so much from you and I keep learning. There's always so much to learn is really the basis of it. So don't be afraid, I like that. I think everybody needs to be reminded that it's okay if it doesn't go as planned.
Speaker 1:It's not, it's just a plant. And good news is like there's like a trillion zillion more, yeah, like a trillion zillion more, yeah, yeah. And also so wait, just another side quest. Uh, if plants don't interest you, maybe plant, maybe green, maybe the green witch isn't your vibe, maybe you're a fungi, maybe you want to grow mushrooms instead, and then you can trade with your plant friend. Let them use her, let them do their plant, the plant gifts or a little bit of your own, and then you can trade with your plant friend. Let them use her, let them do their plant, the plant gifts or a little bit of your own, and then you grow the mushrooms, then you can trade, and then you can combine that in your tea and enjoy a cup together and I. The insights that y'all would download from that tea time session could be supersonic, of epic proportions whoa, that's awesome.
Speaker 2:Yes we have to figure out which mushrooms are inactive.
Speaker 1:Yeah, from field and forest. We've got to find the catalog. I misplaced it somewhere along the trail. But I know they've got a lot of new stuff this year A little tabletop farms, different plogs spawn, but we're doubling down on our bucket spawn. This year I feel like we had like eight buckets of oyster, different kinds of oyster varietals, and this year we'll maybe have 20, maybe 24, two, four it sounds perfect.
Speaker 1:Who knows Cause? We have a ton of buckets pickle buckets from Cheryl's club Love you, cheryl's club, where they compost for us. And we get about a bucket of compost every week from Cheryl's Club to add to our compost pile. So shout out to the good people in the back of the house putting that good work and passing that love on. We go and throw that compost on our pile here out at the farm and then we're going to re-give back to the earth and using that in our flower gardens. This year and we have so many different gardens this year Our herb garden has grown a huge ton. Thank you to the dear lady, lady Jane, from Four Elements, that have hooked us up with our herb master starter kit. Pretty much right.
Speaker 2:Pretty much one of everything. Yes.
Speaker 1:But everything. Her connection to the plants is just awe-inspiring and I love her so much. But she's down there. That's all going to rebirth and come back.
Speaker 1:Flower garden up top here, where we saved so many seeds last year, from the cosmos to the zinnias, to the sunflowers, to the asters, to the you name it. We're planting it. We're going to start with the quadrant mania out there, bulbs that we have still yet to plant, that we planted, all the different spring bulbs that we planted. Yo, it's going to be magic, oh my gosh. And the UW research program which we're going to do an experimental plot up front here close to the house, where we can go and check on, love on them and water them and make them feel right at home, so excited to see how those different terpene profiles and colas, the different colas, are going to look and how they're beautifully expressed in a bud. It's going to be amazing. So we're already planning for our Harvest Fest coming up here and that'll be in September, probably early September. We're going to work with Cheryl's Club. We don't want it on Cheryl's Club anniversary party because I think it's 25 years or 26 years 26.
Speaker 1:26 years this year Celebrating at Cheryl's Club. So we always got to show love over there. And then I got something really interesting coming up this you know coming up soon and that is the quantum hemp healing smoke ritual with dr phoebe yes, yes, I have not experienced that.
Speaker 2:Could you please tell me just a little bit, and the fine folks that are listening to us, what you experienced?
Speaker 1:all right, yes, I would love. I would love to talk about it. I mean, it was such an amazing experience and how this transpired is just been truly written in the stars, and I couldn't be more excited to share it and experience it again for myself, because I want to meet another spirit guide like of mine. I just it's I, spirit guides are new to me. Yeah, are you really familiar? Have you met any of your spirit guides? Everyone has like five or six, five or five plus, we'll just say, spirit guides. They're with you all the time. They're always by you. Um, that's why are these insights you know apart, you know, of course, from our god almighty, um spirits are with you.
Speaker 2:So like guardian angels.
Speaker 1:Guardian angels? Okay, Thank you. Yes, Spirits, angels, whatever you want to call it, they're attached to you, they're with you and you can always call and ask for help at any time. And this is kind of tapping in and tuning on to those different energies. It's a little out there, but I feel like if you're in the right state of mind, a whole new world can really open up to you. And that's where this meditation comes in.
Speaker 1:So it's like I don't want to say hypnosis, because I feel like that scares a lot of people off. It's not something like you. You are totally like you're sitting there normal, You're regular, You're not like passed out. If I came up, you wouldn't, you would know You're very much aware of your surroundings, but you're in a hypnotic state of mind that is being guided to you using different techniques of quantum physics. So it's the vibration that's kind of in the room.
Speaker 1:At our event, we are going to be using plant medicine hemp pre-rolls or chocolates or tea or not tea oils to kind of get you into a receiving mode where you're able to kind of tap into your higher, your energy centers, your higher chakras, to download this information from you, from the divine spirit source, God, whatever, however you want to relate to that. But yeah, from Dolores Cannon, if you Google her, she's absolutely amazing. She's like this sweet lady who is late, she has passed, but she has written books and so many videos and lectures and changed people's lives by being able to subconsciously heal yourself and work through some trauma and some things that are going on. Or me, I'm playful, I'm like what is this all about? Here I have an open mind. I know I'm letting go. I'm letting go. I'm open to receiving. I'm abundantly open to receiving.
Speaker 2:Do you like set an intention first.
Speaker 1:I think the intention is to she'll guide you. So she will, very clearly, yes, she. So. In my experience I had met Dr Phoebe at the Spirit Fair that was hosted by Alter Metaphysical Shop in Milwaukee and she held the quantum physics guided meditation there and I went in. I didn't really know what to expect, but I was like I'm level 10 because I had just gotten the acupuncture for the very first time there and the massage with the dna hemp body balm that was rubbed on my neck and I was like seriously like vibrating on a very high level. I was like let's go. So I was already in a great state of mind, you know, and I'm, and I was really open to it all and ruby's back, she's back um and so yeah.
Speaker 1:So she sits down and I feel like I remember. You write it down because you remember it more clearly then. But through this guided meditation process I had met one of my spirit guides that just so happened to be my inner child. It was me. I love that. I was like hey, you, I know you.
Speaker 1:We were instructed to ask her. She had a special gift for me inside of a box and when I opened the box it was a giant plump juicy seed. And she's like and then we were supposed to ask, like if you had any, like, even if you know exactly what it is, you're supposed to ask it'd be very clear like what is that? And she's like it's a seed, sally. And then we were supposed to ask the spirit guy what are we supposed to do with it? And she's like plant it duh.
Speaker 1:And I was like ew, and it was really cool to do it in a group experience because then, after we came out of the meditation, we were able to share our experiences. So it was so interesting to listen to other people's experiences and know that like they're completely different, everyone's was completely different. You cannot make this stuff up, but it was also. It was very similar, right Like it was. It was similar but different. So I feel like that's what made it really special and impactful for me is that I was good experience with other people. Know that I'm not alone. We can kind of process it Like when I was kind of like a little embarrassed to say it was me, like my, my, yeah, super I was like it's my inner child.
Speaker 1:I'm like and she's like, oh my gosh, no, it would be. It would be like you're, that's like you know, being playful and and fearless and out there, like that's what I'm trying to channel over here. So and so, take it for what it is. I feel like I don't want to, like read too deep into it, like no, what was the?
Speaker 1:seed, you know, the seed of life. Yeah, yeah, but it was a really unique experience and that's what we're offering there using the plant medicine, creating that high vibrational, safe environment to kind of tap in into these extra awesome insights that are out there and that they're readily available to download. That's why we meditate right. I feel like any like astral, um, you know, like surfing the ether waves, or like seeing like you, like it's kind of like a whole. I don't know if Akashic Records is any part of this at all, but I know that's tapping into a different part of your brain, into a different part of your consciousness.
Speaker 1:So yeah something really interesting and, you know, before I had met Dr Phoebe, I'd never experienced anything like this, and for her to share it was super amazing, because she's very passionate, very knowledgeable and attuned to this type of guided meditation.
Speaker 2:And she's such a doll.
Speaker 1:She is. So for her to connect the dots and want to infuse the plant medicine and for me to hold space in that kind of capacity to be a part of it was really cool.
Speaker 2:Oh for sure she saw the value in it. We appreciate it Absolutely. Do we see the value in her?
Speaker 1:Quantum physics? Yeah, quantum physics. There's books on quantum physics and how everything is energy and law of attraction. Get in the vortex Once you're in.
Speaker 2:You're never going to get out. Please don't. No, Please stay in there and, law of attraction get in the vortex Once you're in, you're never going to get out.
Speaker 1:Please, don't. No, please, stay in there. It's the sweet spot, like once you're in the vortex. Yeah, the third eye, eye, eye, eye. But sometimes it can get stuck and sometimes we need to keep clearing. Can we hit the chimes? Maybe a little gong action?
Speaker 2:You are worthy, you are loved, you are enough, you are vulnerable I am vulnerable.
Speaker 1:I am also a little scared. I'm just gonna, I'm just gonna like. What does this all mean? We can't be sure, but we're gonna keep on keeping on. So that was. And also the, the, and shortly after the dare to be aware fair is also happening out here. Shout out to Patricia, who is organizing this beast of a fair.
Speaker 2:It's one of the biggest not the biggest, but one of the bigger of that event.
Speaker 1:Of the metaphysical and spiritual events.
Speaker 2:Yeah, it's a lot of fun. What is this like? Our third year there?
Speaker 1:At this location.
Speaker 1:I think she's been doing it for a really long time now and this is our third dna hems, third year here, and every year I learned so much and I meet so many cool new people and the keynotes that they have speaking and the information share there is really, really awesome um, and it's high vibe and next level ascension um, if you really for people that are looking for alternative ways for healing and that's why we tap in and tune on to and healing, I feel like really could be could be mind, body or spirit.
Speaker 2:Yeah.
Speaker 1:I think nobody's perfect. We all have some things that we want to work on, and this is kind of building up your tool belt and make sure you're equipped to handle such times.
Speaker 2:Yes, come with an open mind is what I do, and just learn. There's so much out there and these people are really passionate about it too. They've dedicated many hours of their lives to learn and teach others and share their gifts. That's so important. Yeah, and Love Lingo is going to be there too, I'm really excited about gifts.
Speaker 1:It's so important yeah.
Speaker 2:And Love Lingo is going to be there too. I'm really excited about that.
Speaker 1:Dave Anderson. Yes, he is putting in the good work. That was, who did the vibrations of the water? Yes, do you want to tell them about Love Lingo?
Speaker 2:Love Lingo. Dave, he's amazing. He's got this print Well, I think a few print that he puts on sweatshirts, t-shirts, tank tops. I know he's got a lot of options, maybe even coffee cups, but yeah, all the the lovely, yes, there it is. Gratitude, truth, faith, hope, laugh, empathy, believe, compassion, respect just amazing words that just make everybody feel good. So I love wearing it. It's almost like wearing it, obviously for myself because I love it, but also everybody else that can read it when they're like standing next to me or behind me you know like I read people's shirts, so I know they're reading it too, and you gifted me that sweatshirt, thank you.
Speaker 1:Oh, I love that you always think about everyone else. Yeah, I feel like she is so selfless and that's such a beautiful quality about you sunshine. A lot of people. I don't always think I'll say myself, I don't always think that way, and then it's a beautiful thing that you do. Yes, different uh ways to share right or love language, and that's why this love lingo does everything Because everybody's language.
Speaker 1:Well, it's in the precent too that it's with. These words have a positive vibration. So when you wear these words or, you know, wrap it around you or use them and you're kind of channeling that vibration of those words to turn you into the beautiful snowflake that you are, it's like a hug For real. With the vibrations that you're sending off. So, it's a little reminder to give yourself grace, give yourself a lot of mercy. You are so, so loved.
Speaker 2:And everyone else.
Speaker 1:Make great gifts.
Speaker 2:Make great gifts. I'm going to stack, stack up, dave.
Speaker 1:I hope you bring all your goodies all of them for everybody, because it is such a beautiful way to say I love you. So he'll be there, and I know a lot of copper, the energy, a lot of crystals are going to be there, um, and a lot of card readers. There's just something for everybody. They're even doing like a feng shui, no, like tai chi yeah, the other time it was like yeah, to center your mind.
Speaker 1:So with the smudge kits and everything is just very intentional and it's all by creators. Yeah, I feel like it's all by people, that this is what they do, this is what they offer and they're like the true blue right.
Speaker 1:Like they're. They're people with big hearts and they're willing to share, so I feel like it's a great place to meet people, to chat with people, exchange ideas, ask for help, ask questions, and we our DNA hemp will be there with a booth where we'll be offering our plant magic that we grown right here on the DNA hemp farm and our crystals and some other creations that we came up with along the way.
Speaker 2:Keep it keep it elevated.
Speaker 1:Yes, yes. So that was happening and we got to talk a little. I know we're coming up on our marker, but who's who's paying attention to how long we're talking, so excited for this?
Speaker 2:Yes, nice, we're coming at you, we're going to elevate some nice meat market in Slinger Wisconsin. Burgers with the CBD?
Speaker 1:We're not sure what kind of sweet treats Quite, yet Whatever you can use butter in. We're not sure what kind of sweet treats Quite, yet Whatever you can use butter in. Yeah, so we're headed there tomorrow. We're super excited to be offering. They wanted the unleaded, which is the CBD, the unleaded flour and the leaded flour, so we're going to infuse. They're going to put the unleaded in their burgers and make bud butter burgers, bud burgers. So you really you can use, you put anything on your burger that you want. But how amazing to have the, the flour, right in your burger and you'll you'll feel it. You'll feel you'll feel calm and at ease and it tastes good, it tastes really good so good, it's just like a regular like oregano, but it's
Speaker 1:another herb, Just another herb that I'll season it in there and then we'll be using the leaded version to infuse the butter, and Alicia back there, who is their head baker, is going to come up with some super tasty, delicious creations. I recommended Canna Crispies. I thought that sounded really, really good. The brownies are like a go-to. I also told them about Sunshine's muffins. Sunshine's muffs that she makes are super amazing. Right, you made those muffins quite a few times for a lot of our events and people just gobbled them up and loved them and said they felt super amazing after eating them. So they're gearing up for 420, getting ready to be ready and wanting to hop on the train and offer something awesome for their community and beyond to share the love and the good vibrations. So that's a beautiful thing. I think we gotta get tuned up here, Guys. This is the heart chakra tuning fork. I need a little extra awesome energy boost. Hey y'all oh, those guys too, Speaking of all those seeds.
Speaker 2:The rosemary. That's the tea we're drinking right now Chamomile.
Speaker 1:Right here.
Speaker 2:Calendula Borax, Sunflower, chamomile, calendula borage sunflowers, St John's wort, lavender, basil, green-coloured earth.
Speaker 1:That's a wonderful collection from the Se savers. Yeah, they're open pollinated. Yes, not heirloom.
Speaker 2:Right, that's perfect well, non-gmo, so that's good. Yeah, I totally trust them. They may be heirloom that would be great.
Speaker 1:Yeah, I'm sure they are seed savers. Does it right yeah, very trustworthy.
Speaker 1:I'm excited for those our intention with these seeds is to plant them and bring them to the farmer's market where we can share with our buds. It's going to be amazing. Nothing like having live living things to sell. Yeah, right, like the product. The dna products are amazing because they're high vibrational and then offers a lot of healing in a compact little bottle. But having the herbs is going to be super awesome. I'm really excited to kind of step into that space this grow season and see what we can grow.
Speaker 2:Yeah, me too Well, because cannabis is just another herb, so it makes sense to have them all together, yes, just like we do on the farm. So, yeah, if we can sell them as plants, even if we could sell them, offer them as dry, I know we offered bundles to people. We make flower crowns out of them, bouquets.
Speaker 1:we've offered a lot of things, oh yeah, yeah. Well, what we do with the herbs? Yeah yeah, but I want to like sell them, like, sell them as like the herb to take home and plant yourself.
Speaker 2:Yeah, like as a plant, yeah, live living, live living.
Speaker 1:Get it in your soil, get it on your porch, get it in your backyard, get it in your garden. Talk to it, love it.
Speaker 2:Use it in your teas, in your cooking, your culinary. Some of them are even smokable.
Speaker 1:Spiritual.
Speaker 2:They all are very energetic.
Speaker 1:That's exciting because that's what we do with hemp. They became buds with all these different herbs. We've had so much fun companion planting and creating the thrillers, spillers and shellers. What is it Like landscaping with the hemp and other herbs? Oh, it's been so much fun. We got to get out there sunshine. I know the sun is shining. Life is good.
Speaker 1:I think this has been a great epic session. Did we hit all of the things that we wanted to talk about? Because there is a lot, there's a lot to share, and these weeks just roll by so fast. Since we are in the vortex, things are at hyper speed. Because there is a lot, there's a lot to share, and these weeks just roll by so fast. We're in like. Since we are in the vortex, things are at hyper speed and we're kind of like and that's why we didn't want to take this time to really slow down kind of document the times share with our buds.
Speaker 1:Invite you along on the journey because you are more than welcome to live, love and learn with us on our, on our trail. Oh, do we have time for this? I'd like to just touch on this fasting so part of the spiritual journey. My darling neighbor, angel friend Nan. She is so one of your spirit guides. Yeah, I mean, I've got to channel my inner Nan. She shared this from Kettlebrook Church in West Bend Fasting from people, giving yourself a day of solitude and silence.
Speaker 1:So it talks about picking a quiet place, bringing a journal, leaving away your phone, no distractions, no computer, smartwatch, nothing, no technology and just kind of getting lost out in nature is how I'm going to practice this fasting. But it's really giving yourself a space to take inventory, both physically, mentally, emotionally, spiritually and with the intention of inviting him to join you. God, please come. God, help me to receive your goodness and love today. God, thank you for your love. Help me to quiet my mind, body and soul from all worries, stresses, responsibilities and decisions that pull me away from you that pull me away from you.
Speaker 2:Help me be attuned to you and your voice so that I might experience your presence. God, help me to find peace in you and experience the rest and enjoyment of your presence.
Speaker 1:Really. I mean, it's so important.
Speaker 2:I'm in.
Speaker 1:I don't remember the last day I've spent by myself, like completely by myself, like no interaction, like skipping the store, or a full day, like hours, maybe, right, like maybe when I'm in my car on my way home from gymnastics practice. Pretty much right, right. But as a mom, and as a working mom especially you know being entrepreneurs of sorts and just you know having the constant demands that this fast moving society does, I think it's so important to allow yourself that solitude and the time to yourself so you can connect with them. That's why meditating, right, I feel like for me this is like taking meditation to like a whole nother. Level of committing to that solitude for the day, so I'm going to challenge myself to it. Level of committing to that solitude for the day, so I'm going to challenge myself to it. They're meeting on April 24th to kind of like be as a community and talk about the experience. So I think we have until then to try to do it, and my challenge would be for you to do the same through listening to that, let's say I don't want to put an hour limit on it, but
Speaker 2:a better part of your day More than, not More of your day than not of your day.
Speaker 1:I feel like it's a big day, a day that you donate to solitude and connecting with the divine insights that are always readily available to you. I feel like once you get into those habits and you strengthen that connection, these downloads are going to happen more and more frequently and you're going to be like pew, pew, pew, pew, pew, and then you're going to be like kind of giving me some sunshine and bubbles that are like and we must and then and and then next.
Speaker 2:And for our next trick stay tuned.
Speaker 1:I don't know if we want to go into the purpose driven life, but I feel like this has really been groundbreaking, like it says it right on the back a groundbreaking manifesto on the meaning of life. I've indulged in this. This book came across my path and I've shared it with my best friend, sunshine, and we've been kind of on this journey together because I feel like God has given me you as a partner here, because Lord knows.
Speaker 1:Danny's out there building houses. Love you, danny. Love you, danny. He's got a sacrifice, the sacrifices that are made, but you know we're made for a mission. But I really think that everything's been leading up to here sharing on this podcast and on this live video link, you know, showing that we are weak Good luck. Oh, and there is a beautiful ladybug crawling on on this book, and I would venture to say that was not a Nancy. No it's one of the spirit guys Not a Nancy's, for sure. One of my spirit guides up there.
Speaker 2:My sweet angel book, of course.
Speaker 1:Hmm, well, she's the one that I found the power of now and that a whole, but that all transp.
Speaker 1:Well, she's the one that I found the power of now and that whole. But that whole transpired to be these books. I'm telling you, just get into his word, get into his good book. This is just all. It's all positive, it's all good things. That's what I love about it. It's like you train your brain.
Speaker 1:Your mind is so powerful and too often we are so hard on ourselves as Christians. We're our own worst critic or criticizing others, and that vibration, that energy is, is serving your ego and nobody else. You're not living your true divine purpose. You're not activating your potential, you know, and that's not focused on all the things we're not doing let's we're going to focus on the positive things and all the things that you can do to change that mindset. Because, as being forgiven, every day, every day is a new day to have a great day. And every moment, as you get deeper into the vortex, you'll live moment by moment, because you're that tapped in and tune on to those insights. And that's by channeling and keeping an open mind and letting go Can we show you how to own it Just real quick. I love you.
Speaker 2:I'm sorry.
Speaker 1:I forgive you, thank you, and that's clearing energy to make sure that we can live by those, those four phrases.
Speaker 2:So you say that to your.
Speaker 1:Yes, dear, I love you too.
Speaker 2:I don't want to wipe her off. No, I know I don't want to either, and she's gone.
Speaker 1:Love you, thank you, I love you too.
Speaker 2:How I want to own it. So you're saying that. How about, bona Ono? You're saying that to yourself and others, right? Yes, clearing all the air for everyone. Yes, to start afresh.
Speaker 1:It's beautiful People have been telling me about when people share something with you, whether it be good, bad or ugly, I am constantly in my head saying I love you, I'm sorry, I forgive you, thank you, I love you, I'm sorry, I forgive you, thank you, I love you, I'm sorry, I forgive you, thank you, because I'm responsible for my reality, a hundred percent of it, and I'm just trying to manifest super awesomeness, you know. And so just clearing that energy, just keep letting it go, just keep surrendering. Surrendering and letting go. It's not mine, it's really not mine. So I'm responsible for my own universe, but knowing full well, no control, let go, not our plan.
Speaker 2:It's a delicate balance.
Speaker 1:But right though, that's the power of the mind. It's the power of the mind, and so if you feed your mind these beautiful things that are in his written word, in books, in different resources, and share them with our friends, now we're lifting up our community. And who knows what's going to happen? We're going to be like in the celestial prophecy another humding and book Shout out.
Speaker 2:If you've ever read it.
Speaker 1:It's pretty awesome. Shout out if you've ever read it. It's pretty awesome. But you know we're only human.
Speaker 2:Christians, like snowflakes, are frail, but when they stick together, they can stop traffic.
Speaker 1:Whoa, the father of those who have faith. Whenever you feel weak, god is reminding you to depend on him. I kind of felt honestly this morning, knowing that we were going to podcast. I was like, oh Lord, you know everything. All my thoughts were telling me to pull away. No, I'm not, you know, it's just natural. But then I started being like, oh no, no, no, we're doing it, it's all happening. We have not come this far. To come this far, it's all a divine purpose.
Speaker 2:Can you show the server one? I feel like that really hit what the server the servant Didn't. You was it yesterday? The servant one? Or the one that we really connected with.
Speaker 1:Yes.
Speaker 2:You just said it and I didn't get it but then you said it.
Speaker 1:Well, this one today was talking about vulnerability, weaknesses, and we are so weak and that's why every day that I've been reading this book because it's a 40-day adventure and you read one chapter every day every day I spend like, oh, like you can't make this up, you just can't. God specializes in turning weaknesses into strengths. Vulnerability is emotionally liberating. The more honest you are, the more God's grace you can get. We are naturally drawn to humble people. Be honest, glory in your weaknesses. Our strengths create competition, but our weaknesses create community, and every time it has a point to ponder, god works. When I admit my weakness, my grace is sufficient for you. My power is made in perfect weakness. So, just here, admitting I'm weak, but it's here, together, that we strengthen each other, and that's the vibration I want to put out into the universe and what I hope we can do on our podcast.
Speaker 1:I know that we will do in our podcast.
Speaker 1:That's what we're doing on our podcast. That's what we're doing, thank you, yes, queen, yes, goddess, we're so stronger together. Yes, yes. And with hemp and everything else, there is enough seats at the table for all of us. So, spreading the good vibes one moment at a time, it's such a beautiful thing. So stay tuned, buds. We are going to make this a commitment and, at least once a week, sit down for an hour and go live raw, uncut sunshine and bubbles, and we want to invite you to join us on this adventure. We are going to try to stream it on as many places as mechanically possible.
Speaker 2:Wish us luck.
Speaker 1:Yeah, we're learning as we go, but I know, with the grace and the mercy that we're going to give ourselves, and knowing that we are so forgiven and that we are living our true purpose and we've been very called to share this journey, we want to say we love you so much.
Speaker 2:I love you sunshine. I love you bubbles.
Speaker 1:Thank you for for doing this together yeah, blades, and doing this together yes, Blades and trails. Oh, my goodness, this is just the beginning. So vulnerable, so vulnerable.
Speaker 2:But we are only human. I wouldn't have it any other way, mm-hmm.
