Ready for a season of bold visibility? We dive into a heartfelt transformation from private preparation to public action—anchored in faith, grounded in family, and powered by practices you can actually do this week. I share the messy middle of showing up: late nights mentoring at Cheryl’s Club, early mornings with the kids, and the steady decision to speak with courage even when confidence flickers.

We get practical about momentum. I walk through a simple audio-video setup that finally removed creative friction, a short breathwork reset that calms nerves before hitting record, and the quiet wins of consistent training with Body Pump and Body Combat. We talk food choices that support strength, realistic fasting goals, and the mindset shift that turns “my body is my temple” into daily action. No hacks—just habits that stack.

Then we go unexpectedly deep on self-care: scalp health. A head spa session awakened a new routine—scalp oiling as pre-wash, a true double shampoo to break down buildup and then cleanse, and conditioner for protection. With rosemary for growth and regular massage to stimulate circulation, the method blends science, sensation, and presence. It’s a small ritual that delivers outsized results, mirroring how steady care changes everything.

Threaded through it all is a spiritual reframe: moving from the “snake” season of shedding and hidden work to the “horse” season of fire, speed, and public purpose. Think pruning to fruit, kneeling to running, whisper to witness. If you’ve felt the nudge to stop hiding your gifts, this is your permission slip. Let preparation catch fire. Speak with love. Move with endurance. The race is already set—your step is the one that counts.

If this resonates, tap follow, share with a friend who needs courage today, and leave a quick review to help more people find the show. Your voice matters—what bold step will you take next?

We are dreaming. Dreaming. We are live and living.

SPEAKER_00:

Not quite sure where this live video will all land. But if everything goes according to plan, it'll go on my personal Facebook profile page. And it'll also be streamed on Sunshine and Bubbles Business Page, Cheryl's Cub Business Page, and DNA Head Business Page, who is our true and gracious sponsor that has allowed me the opportunity and flexibility of good old entrepreneurship to be here with you in this very moment. So thank you to our lovely sponsors who are making this production all possible. Yes, I feel like I have arrived today. And I don't know if it's just because we're coming up on the new moon here and we're kind of going, stepping into that newness and letting go of what no longer serves us, the past narratives. If I can't do it, it's too hard. What are they gonna think about me? Am I on the right path? What is all the answers? And now we're just stepping into yes, like this is what's happening. Bold and courageous, unapologetically, Ashley. Here am and I love it, I love it, I love it. And I am here divinely sent to you to deliver this message.

SPEAKER_01:

And that is you are so, so loved. Yes, that you are worthy. Believe that you are capable. You are wrong, you are mighty, you are divinely protected, you are creative, you are imaginative, you can be your own worst critic.

SPEAKER_00:

So I urge you to let that go and just step into your own fire of your true authentic self. And that is just how God made you. No more hiding, no more pretending, no more wearing masks, and just rip it off and just you do you boo-boo. It's hard, it's tough. I know, I know, you know. It really is because here I am. I mean, I've probably talked myself out of this a million times, but I just can't help but really truly believe that I am here for a resentment of all everything that I have done in my past has led me to this very moment here with you. And I am so grateful for that. Seriously, every single like piece of the puzzle here of getting this podcast set up has led me to this very moment and to be able to share with sincerity, authenticity, vulnerability, and I just love it. And I feel like I'm just getting started, I'm just stepping into this sunshine and bubbles, I'm doing you proud. And I am just gonna smudge the scene and clear out any old stagnant energy of me not feeling worthy enough, not feeling ready, not feeling capable, not feeling able, and I'm letting that go and throwing caution to the wind because I love what I'm doing here and I'm super passionate about it because I just feel like I have a ton to share. I have had blessings on blessings on blessings in my life, and I feel like even to be in this moment where I can recognize that and see that and then want to share it, it's a beautiful thing. And that's what I just feel so called to do. And I want to thank you to all the beautiful people out there that have loved me unconditionally, encouraged me to keep on going, push forward, and told me that I am beautiful inside and out. So thank you, thank you, thank you. It be the absolute girl for me.

SPEAKER_01:

And uh I just it's just that that even knowing and remembering that I need to step into my own power and I'm my own unique individual, and so are you.

SPEAKER_00:

And that's what I really would like to encourage and motivate people, anyone that's watching, watching, anyone that's willing to listen to know and realize that everyone is so unique and so beautiful and so bright and child, a child of God. And you're born with your own special skill set and unique talent and longings and urges and things that you want to share. And let's step into that together. So I am forging onto this podcast action, and I feel like I'm just and now I shouldn't say this because Murray lives in rules, but with faith over fair, I feel like I'm really building my confidence in the equipment in the initial setup. So now I have my mono interface hooked up, and that's gonna give me the best audio possible with this beautiful microphone here and my handy dande headphones. And also, I am using my DJI Mimo camera that my husband got for me for Christmas a couple of couple years ago, ensuring that I looked my best as I project it out there into the ether waves. And so I feel like all these elements are coming together. And it took me a bit, honestly, because I feel like for a moment there I just wasn't really confident in in the equipment, but it takes it takes time and dedication and research to kind of really know and hone in on what this equipment is. And then once you got it, it's like pshone. Like, yeah, what took me so long? I don't know. I'm but you know, being here now and the spirit of being present, here we are.

SPEAKER_01:

So I'm gonna take a deep breath. And I invite you to join me in on this breath where we take a deep breath in. All that gratitude and insight, confidence, coldness, keep it on, cape and on.

SPEAKER_00:

And as I've said on the news before, we did not come this far and only come this far. Yay, we are on Sunshine and Bubbles season two, episode 10, where we are getting to witness unapologetically Ashley coming and stepping into her two true power and wanting to share those awesome moments. I've had a hum danger of a week, let me tell you. I absolutely love it. There's so many adventures. It's like every day living in an on-wonder end of new, and just like I'm on four hours of sleep, y'all. Four hours of sleep. I was at Cheryl's Club 175 training a beautiful soul that has had some bartending experience, but stepping into Cheryl's Club is a whole nother base. So I'm so thankful for the opportunity to be able to train with her and spend that one-on-one time with her and show her some of the secrets. As I have almost 20 years of experience in the service industry. And I feel like that's where the heart, a lot of my service comes from, is from Cheryl's Club because my mama Cheryl, she runs a tight ship over there. So she really instilled the groundwork and the good foundation for me to be able to serve and come come to people with something heart-centered and aligned to offer. So thank you, Mama Cheryl, for that. She is so amazing. She asked me last minute, she's like, hey, could you close by chance? You know, nine to close tonight. And I'm like, can I? Can I close? Well, you know what? The kids are gonna be in bed, and I'll have ran them already from Little Mermaid Play Practice to snowboarding practice. No, that wasn't yesterday. What did Else Nevea have? Oh, pick him up from Good News Club. Nixon joins an after-school Bible study offered at Alice Addison Elementary in Slinger. So picked him up from that, got Nevi off to where she needed to go, fed them dinner, made sure they showered and they were pretty much in bed while I was on my way out to work. And I get to Cheryl's and it's like a whole nother scene there. I absolutely love it. Like people just celebrating and connecting and sharing information. It's just really awesome. And to yesterday was karaoke with our host, Big Sixy. And he does such a nice job. I love the energy that he brings on the scene. He's just kind of like this larger than life dude. He always kind of has different getups. You know, he likes, you could tell he like dresses up for the occasion. And he's really like the life of the party. So I feel like he said that we had 17 singers last night, which is pretty good. I did not sing, and that made me, I kind of was like, man, why didn't I sing? And I just didn't want to take anything away from the guests that are there, that are counting on singing, that want to sing their songs, get those in. Plus, I was training. So I felt like I had to set a good example for my trainee. She did wonderful. She was super attentive. I didn't have to do a dish all night. That girl was on it. She was like, dishes out the door, done, done, and done. And she was super speedy and fast and smiley, and they had a great attitude and a great student mentality. So that's what I like to see when I am training uh new people because, you know, time is so valuable. Time is so precious. You know, not only like her energy and time being there and, you know, wanting to learn this new skill at Cheryl's, uh, but also my time and being a mentor and kind of instilling her a little bit of knowledge, whether she asked for it or not. I should have maybe, I guess I did get permission from her, but it went really well yesterday. And I feel like Cheryl's Club just always reminds me of my roots, my humble beginnings and where I learned so much and grew so much. And I just have so much to thank for that establishment. It I mean, Cheryl's has been open since 1999. I was 12 years old when my mom opened Cheryl's Club. And to see also my mom grow grow through what she went through has been such a beautiful thing to witness. So, and we still have a lot of work to do over there. I mean, to be able to hold space for people for all different kinds of gatherings and celebrations and maybe uh, you know, uh different community events, it's just such an honor to be able to do that. Anyways, I feel like I talked about that a lot because it is just so deeply rooted. Those are my roots. These are my roots. This is my song. Shout out to Charles Cub. But needless to say, I did not get home until three o'clock in the morning, which I haven't done that for a hot minute. It kind of felt good. I was like, oh yeah, I still got it. I still got it. Because I got up and I got the kids off to school. Lunch is packed, made sure their teeth were brushed, breakfast is made. Danny did stick around and help as well this morning, which was also such a blessing because it's been super cold in the morning. So before he gets his buns into overdrive and construction, he's able to, you know, not rush out the door like he normally does in the spring, summer, fall time. So winter, he's wintering too, which is sweet to see because I'll take every ounce of his goodness that I can get. He is such a help, uh, honestly. It takes two sometimes. Shout out to all the single parents out there that are doing it on their own. And I know that they have little angels helping them along the way. At least that's a my prayer would be for them because it takes a tribe, yo. It really does. It really does. Even, you know, to the grandmas, aunts, uncles, and neighbors, everyone checking in on making sure we're on schedule and we're exactly where we need to be. So it was a smooth morning. I just needed a cup of coffee. I was like, give me the coffee. I still am using a Keurig, but I feel super awesome because I have a uh reusable cake up that I fill with this high vibrational coffee grounds that I sourced from the Monomine Falls Farmers Market this past summer. It's this sweet guy that uses an old German technique to roast his beans and he's just really passionate about it. He does it with his family, and I just love it. So, anyways, whoa, that cup of coffee was just like much needed. And as much as I wanted to go lay back down into bed and just curl up after getting, you know, four hours of sleep, I did it. Nope. I got ready for my day and set myself up for success. And uh went out to the YMCA and shout out to my warrior goddess Zina for setting me up in my station for Les Mills Body Pump. Who's ever done that? Give me a like or a heart or a share of your experience for the Les Mills programs. I do body combat and body pump. And if you're wondering what that is, I know it's kind of a little side quest here, but if you're wondering what body pump is, it's pretty much one track or one song per muscle group. So of course you have your warm-up, and then you have, you know, your quads as one track. And boy, they really they got me today, man. Some of those pulsing. Woo! It was a new release, I think 135, and which the whole nation releases it together. And it was, it was a it was a butt burner, that's for sure. Yeah, and then it's quads, and then biceps, triceps. I think it went to the back. We do some lunging in there, abs, cool down the whole bit. So pretty much 10 tracks for focusing on different muscle groups, and you use a bar bell for the most part, and then you also have like free weights, too, that you can work with. So super versatile, and I just love it. And being around those women there, it's so inspiring because it's just all different ages of people that are really pouring into themselves and pouring into their health. And you know what? You gotta show up. They say that it is at 90% what you eat and 10% exercise. But boy, that toning and that that training, you feel so strong. I feel on top of my game right now, honestly. And I know I still got some work to do, but I just feel way committed and in a good headspace to be able to make the changes that I want to see in myself. And that is just to be like really strong and capable and able to do all this work on the farm here. My goodness, for the pain of heart, you know, you never know what you're gonna encounter out there in the wild. So I want to be able to not use, I'm not strong enough, or I can't do it, or I'm too weak, or I need a man. I want to be able to do it myself because we had a woman. Yes, shout out to all the body pumpers. And a lot of those ladies out there have been at this for a hot minute. Like they have been body pumping since I've been body pumping and maybe probably even way, yes, definitely before. And I've been body pumping, I don't know, for like six years now, I want to say. Seven years, with the exception of COVID. I did have to take a break when COVID came around because the YMTA was just shut down. But definitely like the body combat too, where you know, you're doing a one-track for you're doing like one track for boxing, one track for geez, I don't even know what all the tracks are. But Zina, the warrior princess that is the instructor, she keeps calling me to be instructor. Give me some hearts like stars if you think that I should pursue this path. I was like, ma'am, I can't even get here on time. Like, I don't know how I would commit my time to being an instructor, but I do feel called to be able to hone in on the timing and the measurement and then share that because I'm just such a sharer. I do I would want to do it. Maybe like a body combat out on the farm, out in nature after we, and then post uh combat, we could do an epic forest bathing uh situation there with the sound bowls. Oh, that just sounds like heaven. You know, you get your get your uh your heart pumping, your blood working, and then go let it all out of the forest to an ultimate ground down. We could do that. We could do those things. Anything is possible, even the impossible. I'm with it, with it, with it. Here we go. Blessings on blessings, but I'm trusting the process. So this time I did not uh was not able to train and do the body pump. I guess they had to offer something down in Milwaukee to do a weekend training. Uh, but right now it's all about the babies, man. Like I gotta get the babies going. But honestly, I do have fitness goals, and it's so crazy to wrap my head around the resolutions and the new year and kind of like clearing out like what the old patterns and and habits that I formed that really aren't serving my highest and best, and then kind of reconnecting with what is gonna propel me to the next level where I want to be at in my fitness journey. And I just realized if I wanna lose a couple pounds and really tighten in town, I'm gonna have to eat less and make different choices. And that is really hard that I have to like rewire my brain because so much, you know, is like all about balance. So it's like you can have those treats, but not every day and not even a couple times a day, like I was doing. Like I have a sweet tooth. So don't smoke, don't drink, don't have a ton of vices right now. But I like gandi. I like chocolate. Yes, yes, I do. But no, no sweets till Sunday. And I've been sticking to it, I've been pretty good. But I know it's a it's a slow and steady win the race and that consistency. So geez, I just it just the fact that I have to give up sweets and eat less. It's like, man, oh man, I'm worth it. Maybe I'm worth it. Because honestly, it's like a mental shift for me that my body is my temple. Like God gave it's a God given the right to be so able to no no no, I don't know. I'm sorry. It is a God-given blessing to be so able bodied and to be able to move so freely and without restrictions. And I will thank God every day for a Hundred times over a day and bless up for this body that I'm in that I'm able to do the things that I'm able to do to fulfill my divine purpose. But I want to like not take that for granted. So my body's my temple, I am what I eat. So there is some sacrifice along with that. And that isn't what it's all about when we're serving God as sacrifice. All right. Now I haven't worked my way up to the fasting. I have dabbled with one-day fast, but they say that humans really don't need to eat, just drink for three days. So I I it is my goal to, within this winterization, to be able to fast for three days straight. And maybe it will make a super delicious yummy broth because it is broth season, baby, and allow myself to drink that broth and tea. So like liquid, like a liquid, a liquid diet for three days. And then there's also the calendar that you can align with your astrological sign, your zodiac sign, and then you can get like Christ secretion, they call it. Might be a whole other podcast. I think I talked about it a little bit before with my friend Ro, who sent me the calendar. Well, actually, he didn't send me he posts on Facebook. And I just happen to see it every time. And so then he's planting the seed. I'm like, oh yeah, Ro. Never heard of that before, but I'm gonna put that on the radar. So, anyways, a lot in the back corner of you know where what even happened today of how I got here. Oh, and then I got to see my fabulous niece, Sammy Lee, who does my hair every Thursday. And she just loves on my locks. And I couldn't be so more appreciated to have that time with her. What a gift! It's so special to be able to connect with her, with my niece, because I know she is just a young adult and she's you know a new homeowner and she's in a relationship and she's an entrepreneur, she has her own business, so it's just wonderful to kind of like lock her in, like kind of vibe nectar with some of that sweet little Sammy Lee energy. Oh, I love you, Sam, and you keep on shining, you make my day every single Thursday, or when I have the chance, I sit in your chair. Thank you so much for uh that energy exchange. And speaking of energy exchange, y'all, y'all, oh my goodness, I had the divine opportunity to uh have a scalp spa treatment. Uh thumbs up, like hearts if you've ever experienced a scalp spa treatment. Now I know there's spa treatments, and normally we think of like our body, right? Like the massage and your face, but your scalp gets seriously neglected. And I learned so much just in this class. That was yesterday, okay? And my mind is like blown. I talked, I was able to talk about Sam about it, and she confirmed everything that Anna had taught me, but I uh booked in with Illumitive Hair and Healing in Whitefish Bay, Wisconsin. She has a sweet little uh studio spa space there where she does head spas. And I was, I felt leaving there like I was levitating. I honestly like went, it was like a more, it was yeah, I went there for like scalp therapy, but I left there with like like healing of some sort. As I felt like I was like astral planing or like in this meditation, I was like surfing the ether waves. I was really like kind of an out-of-body experience, honestly. And what that was all like triggering with her like massaging my scalp. It was such a treat, y'all. Like, and I guess I never really thought about scalp health before this offering before she planted a seed, but scalp health is a real thing, and you know, that's where a lot of people will have dandruff or dry, itchy scalps, or you know, their hair growth is prohibited. So I feel like it all kind of plays a hand into that self-care and taking that time out for yourself. She said that we you should do it, you know, once or twice a year. And I am in. Like, I don't think I'll go a year without getting this, but she started the session out by she has this little unit that you can look and see. She has something that she puts on your scalp, and you can see like all of the backup and buildup from, you know, shampoos, dirt, and prime that is like existing in your scalp. And I was like, oh gross, like man, oh man, like what's I thought I wash my hair pretty good. I use rock and oil, it's a good shampoo. I only wash my hair two times a week. So Sam does it on Thursdays, then on Mondays after my Epic Sauna session at the YMCA, in which I do facial blasting. I'll talk about that another time. But so I and then I wash it there too in a cold shower. So I know that like overwashing your scalp can really dry it out. So I I got down to two and I'm really happy with the results of my hair. I feel like it's very like it still feels shiny and silky and it does it, you know, it looks healthy from only washing it a couple times a week, but I guess like I thought I was doing all the right things, but I was like, no, no, no. Okay, so first of all, yeah, scalp oiling. I want to know by some likes hands or or you know, some reactions here about who oils their scalp on a regular basis. And by regular basis, it could be once a week, it could be once a month, it could be a couple times a week if you're working up to that. And you know, in dry winter season, I would recommend it. But scalp oiling is like a pre-shampoo. So for those of you that don't know what scalp oiling is, is the goal is to treat the skin and scalp rather than just the hair strands. So you want to, you know, use the oil that and put it on your scalp to actually treat like what's underneath the hair strands. And the benefits of scalp oiling is it really can help stimulate growth of your hair follicles. It's uh the mechanical action of massaging oil into the scalp increases blood circulation and delivering more oxygen and nutrients to the hair follicle. So just by like using like your scalp brush or your scalp comb or you know, using your fingers or your nails, it can stimulate that growth. And then it also balances your oil production on your scalp by putting the oil on it, because it tells your scalp to stop overproducing the oil, and it protects your hair by creating a hydrophobic barrier. And it protects your hair from hydral fatigue, damage caused by hair swelling and contracting when wet, and harsh surfaces that like that are in surfacants that are in shampoo. So it'll protect your hair that's oil. Makes sense. That's what oils do. They protect the barrier of your skin. And it hydrates dry flaky skin and can reduce dandruff, especially when antifungal oil like tea tree are using. So I mean, I feel like there's all different kinds of oils. It depends on what kind of hair you have, the oil that you would select. But she, Anna actually had a beautiful oil uh that she used on me. And I was like, told, yes, that's the one. Give it to me. It's smelled like peppermint, it's kind of light, and it kind of works with my stealth type. So I actually am going to work that into my regimen. But Sammy Lee said to lay on your bed and kind of put your head over your bed and then, you know, use where you normally part your hair and start there, and just kind of drip the oil and let it drip down and run with like your hair follicle lines and how it grows. And then just kind of, you know, that's what Anna did too. She kind of just dropped it, dripped it in the front and let it like kind of grip its way down, and then using your hands or a scalp massager to kind of work that in. And you want to do that about five to eight hours before your shampoo or before you're getting into the shower. So it's something that you could do before bed and then sleep with it overnight and then rinse it out with your morning shower. Uh, so I didn't, I've never scalped oil. I can't believe oiled my scalp. I can't believe I am 38 years old and just hearing about this now. And that's what makes me wonder like, who else have not heard about this? And is this something you're really supposed to be doing? Like, why is this level of self-care not more received? Because I told my daughter about it and and I showed her scalp. She's like, oh yeah, I'm glad you got some, Mom. Can I use some? And I'm like, oh wow, like you know about this? Like, what? We've got hook a mama up. Like, tell me these things. And then, yeah, my my niece too, she knew all about it. She had done it, she found products that work for her. And then, of course, Anna, who's putting in the good work at Illuminative Care and Healing, was like, Yes, babe, like this is what needs to happen. I'm like, okay, on it, sold, let's go. I'm gonna take this level of subscribers to the next level. Because, you know, I do I definitely think as we're aging, and you know, I I I don't think I'm close to menopause, but what I am is kind of preventative measure to make sure I'm stimulating all of my roots and follicles so I can keep this goddess, luscious hair that I've been so blessed with. So oh, there's that. But then you got you guys, you got it. Now some ladies have heard about it, but I feel like a lot have not, or maybe I'll just think for myself. I have not heard about this before. I maybe I've heard about it, but I get didn't give much thought to it, and that would be double shampooing. Okay, and I feel like this this goes for men too. I mean, I don't see why it wouldn't. Like men, women, brothers and sisters, like y'all, we all need to be double shampooing. And why you might ask? I so I feel like the first time that you shampoo your hair, you're actually like loosening up all the dirt in the grime in your head. You're just like kind of working it, loosening it up, and then you rinse that out, and then you shampoo again. And that's what actually cleans your scalp. So the first wash is the remover. It breaks down surface level dirt, pollution, product buildup, you know, shampoo, hairspray, and the oil treatment that you just applied. And you will notice that this wash often produces very little lather. So, yeah, I get that sometimes. I'm like, oh, my hair is not like super sussy. Like, what's going on? Well, that's because you need a second wash. That's the cleanser. And since the barrier of grime is gone, the wash actually cleanses the scalp and follicles, like what you want it to do. And this round will produce rich, fluffy lather and allow the shampoo's ingredients like carotene or hydration to work. So it can actually penetrate in the scalp after you remove the dirt in the ground. And, you know, by removing all residue at the root, hair naturally has more lift and more volume. Yes, yes, yes. And we all want more lift and some volume, and we'll double shampoo that cheese. Okay, okay, and then don't forget to conditioner, because conditioner is better. Yes. So I feel like everybody is needed, and it's highly recommended if you use scalp oils, if you only wash your hair one or two times a week, if you use a lot of styling products, or have an oily scalp, or you sweat a lot, you know, double wash.

SPEAKER_01:

It's kind of like courtesy blush your hair.

SPEAKER_00:

Oh, so I just feel like it's awesome. Like you got your pre-shower, oil your scalp, and then you rinse, do the shampoo round two round one, round two, and then bam! Like you'll be feeling good, and you'll have your scalp help, and you'll have a thick, less, beautiful lack glove. And that's just like a total natural way, right? To like have great hair growth, and then add some rosemore rosemary essential oil to whatever scalp oil that you have, and bam regenerative growth right there. You have some luscious lock. I love that. I love that for us guys. Can we do it? Yes, we can. I my goal is to do it once a week. That's my goal. If I land on once a month, hey, that'll be better than no times a month. Like I so mind blown. But on top of the wonderful shampooing and cleansing and oiling that Anna did, she also incorporated some beautiful and intentional energy work into her practice and where she used gongs and chimes and the crystal energy, and she had beautiful plants in the room. Just the energy was on point on top of like that heated bed. And I, like I said, I felt like I was just on a whole nother vibration. I definitely leveled up there in that level of self-care and feel so called to share it with you. So hit me up if you have any questions, if you want any further resources, if you want the website to illuminate up hair and healing, Anna's got it going on. And she is uh in the mode of expansion and and and growth as as we're coming into uh the next thing that I wanted to talk about here today while being mindful of time, and that is letting go and starting fires. And so I want to know who out there is in tune or you know has some practical knowledge about the Chinese Zodiac and their their Chinese New Year's, Chinese astrology. And I wanted to kind of partner that with Christianity. So I just feel like such big energy with the year of the snake that we're leaving behind us here in 2025 and coming into February of 2026. We're letting go of everything that does not serve us. This the snake is moving from the season of a secret place, which is the snake, to a season of proclamation, which is the year of the horse. And that is going to start, I believe, February 17th. So that's when the Chinese New Year is, and that's kind of how they go on the Zodiac calendar here. But it's the energetic themes of the year that I want to look through a biblical lens. So if we view the characteristics of a snake and of the horse's metaphors for spiritual lessons and seasons, the transition you're making takes on a very powerful meaning. And whether you like it or not, whether you believe it or not, it's it's all happening here, folks. Okay. So we are just keep keep an open mind, but don't poo-poo it, don't debunk it right away because this is ancient. This is ancient healing and it's backed up by biblical verses. So stick with me here, friends. I want to share with you this knowledge that I feel so called to learn more about. So in the Bible, the serpent has dual imagery. It's often associated with Paul. Jesus also commanded his disciples to be wise as serpents, as innocent as doves. And that's Matthew 10, 16. The snake represents prudence, wisdom, and hiding. So in the wilderness season of 2025, the snake was likely a year of wilderness, wilderness or cave work, you know, that shadow work that within. And much like David hiding in the caves before he became a king, or Jesus in the wilderness, there's a time when God wanted to work on your character in private. And this, you a lot of times we think of snakes and we think of the shedding of our skin or the molting. And that's the shedding of the old you. And this aligns with Ephesians 4, 22, 24, numerology right there. Put off your old self and put on your new self. Ah, you have likely spent the last year identifying sinful patterns, old wounds, or dead skin that needed to be recognized and removed before God could take you to the next level. So I feel like the snake is also, you know, in Chinese astrology, it's a it's a wood sign. So we think of like root system. Since it's a wood year, think of Psalm 1.3. You are being planted. The growth wasn't necessarily visible fruit yet, but it has deep root work. Ah, I love that. But when you pray, go into your room and shut the door and pray to your father who is in secret. And that's Matthew 6, 6. So I feel like that's so much like that snake energy, right? He's private. He's kind of he's like in the in, you know, in the underworkings. And it's kind of like that that deep, that inner, that inner thing of identifying that and letting it go, what doesn't serve you. And that is what the snake is best known for. And so that's what we were experiencing in 2025. And we're still in the year of the snake because in Chinese astrology, it doesn't switch over till February 17th, and that is in the year of the horse. So, what do we think about when we think of horses, right? We think of agility. They're they're so fast, they they're ruled by a fire sign. So I feel like they have they they kind of think of the the dark horse, and he's kind of gonna well save the night or be the you know the the the knight in shining armor. It's always associated with battle strength and swift movement. So that's very true. Combined with fire element of 2026, it strongly parallels the imagery of the Holy Spirit and evangelism. Evangelism. Oh my gosh. Evangelism. Evangelism. Thank you for your grace. So the horse very much represents running with endurance. I love this. It's really kind of like the perfect metaphor for Hebrews 12:1. Let us run with endurance. The race is set before us. So I just feel like that's super cool because the race is already set, right? Like the race is like these things, it's already written. The destiny is already out there, and it's up to the horse's agility and strength to be able to see us through here in 2026. And that's where God is shifting us from a season of sitting and learning, like the year of the snake, to a season of running and doing. And I love that. I love that for us right now. Like it now is the time. Time is now. Let's go. Get on that horse. If it fucks you off, you get right back on that thing and you keep on going with fire, fire in your soul and the spirit. We are entering a fire year. And in Acts 2, the Holy Spirit descended as tongues of fire, emboldening the disciples to speak publicly. And this year is about boldness. Yes. Yes. It's time to stop hiding your faith and your gifts. Whoa. Whoa. That I mean, that resonates with me a ton because I feel like so often, like, people don't want to talk about faith, especially, you know, we talk about different settings that we're in. It's like, shh, we don't talk about that. We don't want to upset anyone. We don't want anyone to get their feathers ruffled. We don't know what that person believes. And it's like, mm-mm, God is telling us to throw that out the window. Let that go with the year of the snake. So we are getting on that horse and we are riding on on to our destiny unapologically, unapologetically yourself, and claim, and claim what is already yours, friend. Brothers and sisters, it is time. The time is now. Tongues of fire, war for where warfare and action. They say there's spiritual warfare happening all the time. That's why we're like, shh, don't talk about can't. No, no, in Job 39, 1925, God describes. The horse is fearless. Fearless. Laughing at fear and ready for the trumpet call. Charge. This suggests 2026 is the year to put on. Put on the full armor of God. Okay? And actively engage in your calling. Because you are called. You are chosen. You are one of the chosen ones, baby. Yes. Take that to the bank. Rather than passively analyzing it. For God gave us spirit, not of fear, but of power and love and self-control. 2 Timothy 1.7. The horse does not operate in fear. No, no. She just rides on out unapologetically, bold and fast and with a fire under her ass. Ha ha. As her donkey uh uh cousin. The pivot. There's a big shift happening here, and it's gonna be happening within the next couple weeks. I mean, we're talking about a month time, like four weeks. I want you to really harness on focusing on what is and what it is that doesn't serve you, and then calling in your highest advanced, and what does that look like? So from the upper room to Pentecost, stick with me here, okay? The most potent parallel from the specific transition would snake to fire horse is a shift from the upper room to Pentagon. 2025 snake was the upper room, the disciples were hidden away, praying, awaiting, and preparing eternally. It was quiet, private, and preparatory needed to happen, okay? But 2026, the horse is the Pentagon, the doors burst open, and the fire comes down, and the disciples rush out to the streets to speak. And the private prepar preparation, the private preparation becomes public demonstration. The private preparation becomes public demonstration. Whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa. And if I thought I wasn't on the right path, it's right here, right now, baby. Here I am, sitting in the chair podcasting and projecting the public demonstration out to you of my love for Jesus and let that spill onto your life and change your life, friends. This is life-changing notes and information and energy that we can harness. Okay, so summary of what the spiritual shift all means for us, okay? The action. We are pruning, we are cutting away dead branches, John 15, 2. And we are entering into a fruit-bearing stage, producing visible works, okay? Our posture, our our spiritual posture. When we were when we were leaving the snake, we were kneeling in prayer in intercession. And now we're standing and running in service and on a mission base. Okay? You are called. Remember that. You are called, you are chosen. It's already yours. Okay. It's already written. You can't mess this up. All right. And then visibility. You know, the snake, it was hidden. We're under the shadow of his wing. Like a phoenix. But now like a phoenix, we're rising into light, and a city set on a hill cannot be hidden. Oh no, baby. No, no. There ain't no putting out this flame. Okay. That's the holy spirit in our soul. And, you know, just to, you know, put it up with scripture, the echolastes. I don't know if I'm saying that right, please forgive me. Three seven, a time to keep silent. Silence. And then three seven, a time to speak. So there's a time to be silent and the time to speak. And coming up to the year of the horse, it is that time to speak. So speak your truth, speak your inner knowing, share your wisdom, share your love, one love, one heart. Let's get together and feel all right. Because it says 365 times in a Bible in the Bible, do not be afraid. All right. He is so with you. And if you feel this as this resonates with you on any kind of level, I know that you are going to change your life and you're going to change the lives around you by setting fires of this and kicking out spiritual warfare and bringing on spiritual jubilation. Okay. I love this. As you come to the threshold on February 17th, a fitting prayer would be You want to close your eyes and really take this in. Lord, I thank you for the season of hiding and healing, the season of the snake. I have shed the old ways. Now give me strength of the war horse to run the race you have set before me. Let the wood of my preparation catch the fire of your spirit. Help me to be bold, visible, and unashamed this year. I want you to think about the specific areas of your life, career, family, ministry, where you feel you've been hiding or preparing that you suspect God is calling you. What do you suspect that God is calling you to run to this year? And really just like sit with that, meditate on that, think it, mull it over, and and his divine insights will come to you and fill in all the gaps. So good, friends. I love being able to show parallel and that even though it's a different theory of thought with the Chinese astrology and Chinese zodiac, it really speaks to the energy that is is amongst us, and it's supported by the Bible, which fully resonates with my soul because of the Holy Spirit inside of me. And that, you know, it's all about just all about really love and loving yourself and loving yourself enough to know that you are worthy, you are enough, you are capable, and it's already written. What a beautiful thing. Okay, I'm gonna wrap this up. I don't want to be too lengthy here and beat the dead horse. And I'm gonna pray her out. So we can put our hands together and bow our head and say, Dear Lord Jesus, thank you for these wonderful signs. As we continue to live in awe and wonder of your work, you are so, so good. And and and I am so grateful and feel so worthy under your wings and under your care and protection protection of our spirit. May you continue to guide us, lead us into our highest and best so we can further your kingdom work. Let's hope on it.
