Full Moons, Hemp Bans, And Why My Sauna Bag Looks Like A Hardware Store
Use Left/Right to seek, Home/End to jump to start or end. Hold shift to jump forward or backward.
The world feels loud and restless right now, but there’s a steadier way to move through it. We open with a Lent-season reset—choosing faith over fear, casting our worries at the cross, and reclaiming peace in a time of rapid change. From the blood moon to a Virgo eclipse, we use clear, grounded metaphors to explore why letting go of control can be the most productive thing we do, and how discernment grows when we pause, pray, and listen. No crystal ball needed—just honest reflection, simple practices, and the courage to keep showing up.
We shift into health and policy with a plain-English tour of the endocannabinoid system and the real impact hemp can have on pain, sleep, and mood. After seven years in the field, I share on-the-ground stories and a candid look at the proposed hemp ban’s “total THC per container” rule—what it might mean for farmers, patients, and access in states without legal cannabis. There’s nuance here: regulation can help, but blanket limits risk erasing full-spectrum options people rely on. We also widen the lens to herbalism, highlighting everyday allies like ginger and turmeric that support circulation, inflammation, and calm.
Finally, we bring it all back to the body with a practical, step-by-step fascia blasting and sauna routine that supports lymph flow, reduces puffiness, and restores your glow. You’ll learn what fascia is, why heat matters, how to use gentle, up-and-out strokes, and why hydration is non-negotiable. Think of it as a weekly ritual that clears static—from your face, your schedule, and your spirit—so you can meet the week with clarity and lift.
If this conversation gives you steadier ground, share it with a friend, tap follow, and leave a quick review. Tell us: what are you ready to release this week, and which ritual will you try first?

Choosing Faith Amid Global Turmoil
SPEAKER_01And that's how I gotta live. Just t just passing that little bit of knowledge on to our youth and telling them to keep on shining no matter what. I was thinking today that, man, we are living in some wild times. I know some people per people purposely do not turn on the news because they don't want to hear what's going on out there, but between Mexico and Iran and Minneapolis, and shoot, probably even my backyard, there is crazy energy that's happening out there. Big shifts that are moving. And I am so happy that I have Jesus in my life. I will tell you what, because he tells me to cast all my worries and fears at the foot of the cross. And I got nothing left to do but to pray. Because I refuse. I absolutely refuse to live in fear of the unknown or of what could be, what could happen. That's not how I was designed. That's not how I was created. I am the chosen one. I have a seat at the throne. And so do you, my friends. And he tells us 365 times in the Bible do not be afraid, do not worry. And so I guess I gotta practice what I preach. But I've been keeping my head in the Bible, doing some extra morning meditation to get my mind right, to keep it right. And, you know, listening to a lot of two different apps for the Lent season, which have been blessings in my life. Hearing other people's trials, tribulations, reconciliations. It's been really powerful to be able to listen in and tune into something positive, something good, something motivating, and knowing that there is a plan way bigger than myself and more beautiful than I could ever dream or imagine. So that's my story, and I'm sticking to it. Give me a thumbs up and a like if you are with me on that good energy. Come on along, come along. It's what it's all about. And I can't help to say to throw up my hands and praise him again and again with this full moon that's happening. Maybe that is a big attribute to these wild and radical shifts. You know, not only are we coming off of the year of the snake and into the year of the horse, where we're galloping at full speed ahead for the new adventures that are to come, and that is aligned with what's going on up above. Uh, but also now we're we're just came from a blood moon. And I posted on my social media story earlier this week the connection that I was making between the blood moon, which is your shadow work and you know, working with things that aren't seen or out into the public, the things that are kind of lingering deep beneath the surface, that energy that needs to that to come to the surface. And also the blood at the cross that our our Lord gave for us and in is salvation as we're in Lent season right now. Coincidence? I think not. I think all of this is happening for a reason. And I I can't help but to take it there to go there. I mean, the whole the whole Lent season is about sacrifice and about redefining how you want to live your life and and where you are putting your best intentions. And for me, that's gonna be in in his love and give him all the glory. And so, yes, I related it to the blood moon, of course. Just he gave the ultimate sacrifice in with with his blood at the cross and for the promise for us that we are forgiven, knowing that we're sin nature and that we'll never we'll never get it wrong, we'll never get it right, but know that with his grace and mercy, we're exactly where we need to be. So just living with a higher purpose and keeping my mind a focus, my my eye on the prize, and that is making Fisher's men and spreading peace, love, and light. And that's my why. That's why I'm here. That's why I keep showing up week after week. And it even though it says that in my my sun sign of uh Leo, that I'm supposed to be leaning into that shadow work and stepping out of the spotlight, I know that consistency always pays off. And I know I'm only gonna get better and better the more that I do this. So that's why I keep showing up here in the Lego Leo. But the the blood moon actually fell in the Virgo sun sign, which is really interesting to me because Virgos have a lot of discernment and healing and the need for releasing total control. So Virgos like to have a lot of control. They they they want everything to go according to the plan. Uh, unbeknownst to them, that we gotta throw our hands up and surrender. And so I feel like with this blood moon and giving it a total eclipse that happened on 3:33 a.m., the same day as the blood moon, wild energy? Of course. I think it's all meant to be to kind of be a catalyst for change, kind of lending a hand to the year of the horse and and and that that rapid transformation that we'll be experiencing in this year to come. It's the Virgo is kind of known as the cosmic gardener, urging you with this eclipse and in the blood moon to pull out any weeds that are in your life, that things that no longer serve you, any crazy full schedules, any bad habits, any toxic thoughts that are flooding your mind. Let that go. And this blood moon with the eclipse is giving you total permission to do just that. Wild times. Not that you needed permission, but here it is if you're speaking for it. And I think with all this crazy energy, I've heard a lot of people saying that they've had headaches or like physically feeling this kind of shedding, this letting go and the feeling this shift, and know that it does align with the cosmos and that it plays a big part of it. So totally normal. Uh, I just would really urge you to ground down and be in a lot of prayer and get into his word so you can really focus on what's important in your life and listen to your body and trust your intuition because it will always guide you, especially when we're going through these radical shifts and transformations. It's really important to kind of be in tune with what's going on in the world around you. And for that being said, you know, the people that don't watch the news, I myself don't like to watch the news. I'm I'm gonna be honest. It's it it gets, you know, it seems kind of the viewpoints and perspectives can be really tainted depending on what party or what news channel that you're watching. Uh so you just really don't know what to believe. But I do feel like there needs to be some kind of awareness of your surroundings and what is happening out there. So you can pray for for that, and you can you can kind of keep that in in your heart and and work through it in your mind. So you can then cast, internalize that and and let it go. Know that it's not yours, know that it's exactly where you need to be, but people are affected and being sensitive to that information is really important, so we can be empathetic to those that are experiencing all these these hardships, emotions, and loss to some. And it's affecting people right in in your town, in your hometown, in your city. So I feel like that awareness is really important, and and that's why the awareness of what's going on in the universe is also important too, because this all plays a hand in the different energies that are surrounding us. So that's why I'm here. Someone told me, my neighbor told me to create an app. She's like, Ashley, I'm not on social media. Can you create an app? I'm like, wait a minute, you're not on social media, but an app? Okay. I don't think I'm ready for the app yet, but this is how I know best to disseminate the information that I do know, and that is going live here and and spreading the spreading the good word that, hey, it's all it's already written in the stars. And one of my favorite sayings actually is when I when I talk about dreaming bag, kind of off topic, but reach for the moon, shoot for the moon, and you'll land somewhere amongst the stars. And so I'm just really interested in astrology, and I feel like it's all connected to his word and and God's plan, because he created the universe. So if he didn't want these things to happen with just, you know, my merely speaking it into existence, he would would want us to get educated and no one understand how it all is connected, how we are all connected, how we are all weaving this beautiful life experience together. And isn't that why we're on social media too? To be able to stay connected, to catch a vibe, to experience other people's energy in the best way that they know how. And so I feel important to kind of talk about it on here. And I'm just in awe and wonder of how many people don't know about full moon energy, new moon energy, eclipses that are happening, happening, even numerology. I feel like the 333 that the eclipse happened is just wild because if you look up angel number numerology, it will say that the 333 angel number is for growth and transformation. And so when you couple that with that, with the the cosmic event of an eclipse, which is saying, ready or not, the transformation is coming, and and double down with the blood moon in Virgo doing a cosmic reset, pulling out all the weeds and things that no longer serve you, like what? This is crazy. Come on, you can't make this stuff up. It's already out there and it's already happening. I mean, and that's I feel like I'm so fascinated and want to learn more because once you really start aligning the stars and connecting the dots, it's kind of like whoa, like we serve a God that is so, so good that He is making this all happen. He's the master conductor of the of the beautiful orchestra call we call life. And that's just such a beautiful thing. And again, another testament as to why I live in On Wonder. Speaking of master conductors, I have to throw this in there. It's just kind of happening organically here, as what I do on my farm. Is the master conductor is your endocannabinoid system? Speaking of how many people don't know about full moon energy, cosmic alignment, or angel numbers, which is just a Google search away, so is your endocannabinoid system. And I feel like that is something that God has put on my heart is spreading the good word about cannabis and the health benefits that is being attributed to this plant that is God given. And without man messing it up and, you know, putting all different kinds of inputs that are unwarranted, it is the number one painkiller out there. That's all natural, that grows from the ground and speaks to your main operating system called the master conductor in your body, promoting balance. And isn't that what we want from Jesus? Is balance, is harmony, is peace? That's what your endocannabinoid system does. And it just blows my mind right now that hemp is being banned. Like what? I'm just so confused. 2018 Farm Bill made hemp legal in all 50 states. Okay, that was how many years ago? Seriously, eight years ago, hemp was made legal in all 50 states. Now, mind you, the program was a little willy-nilly. It was an experiment, and we're still figuring it out. But for them to sneak in the government, but is who I'm referring to as them, to sneak in a hemp band during the government reopening when we're experiencing that shutdown, saying that all products, all products can no longer have more than 0.3% total THC per container, is just bogus to me. When you got more than half of our states that are full have a legalization program that are either fully recreational and medical legal, or at least a medicinal program for people to have access to this plant medicine. And hemp was kind of like the amazing cousin that was like, hey, wait a minute. Actually, we're gonna pull off some more red tape. Anyone can use hemp because it has all the healing benefits of marijuana, just minus the euphoric effects. And that made this plant medicine acceptable. Of course, it was not understood. I've spent the last seven years of my life educating, trying to educate in the best way I know how of what cannabis is, how hemp is related to it, and the health benefits that it can help me and in you giving a direct testimony. And just today I had a sister come up to me and say that they got, they gifted the balm to one of their loved ones. It was the only, it is the only thing that is helping them get to sleep at night. A balm, a topical that they're putting on their knee and is helping with the pain and inflammation that she's experiencing on her knee. And then the plant medicine is so powerful. It is actually relieving her of that pain and helping her get a full night's rest. A topical. Could you imagine if she started ingesting this hemp? I don't know for how many people this hemp is helping. I just can't believe taking 10 steps backward and banning it. Like, come on. Tony Evers just went on record this week saying, oh, we're gonna lose all these jobs, we're gonna lose all this revenue. Farmers gotta make a hemp plan and to see what they're what they're gonna use in their fields because we need to plan what we're gonna plant. That is people's livelihoods here. We're talking about. But at first, when the hemp ban came to be, I'm like, all right, this is okay. Like, we're just closing the loophole for the THC. In Wisconsin, it really chaps my ass because we're hosting the biggest party with allowing people to consume THC, but yet we're not able to cater it, right? Farmers cannot legally grow THC here, but we can grow hemp, which uh which we have been rocking at DNA hemp on the funny farm. Sorry, I'm going down a rabbit hole, but I'm really passionate about it, as you can see. The hemp ban I thought was going to be positive in the effect that it was gonna push towards legalization for our state. So if we're not allowing the THC loophole, then people are going to demand these natural options and speak to our local legislatures and government to push for legalization, free the plant, flower to the people. Finally, so I'm like, wow, this is something that's happening that's gonna be a push towards legalization, so we can just get on with it already, as we're in an island of prohibition. But then I read upon further research, and it's kind of crazy because there's so many different kinds of bills that are being proposed right now, a lot of different legal jargon and politics as usual. But then I read that, you know, and I'm like, most of my hemp products are gonna be okay, right? Like all of my products are fully compliant, they have 0.3% THC or less. That is per serving. This is total T, but now they're moving it to 0.4% total THC per container, which is really scary for me because outside of isolates, which are just CBD, no full spectrum, whole plant material, all the products that are on the market right now are going to become illegal. So I was, I to be honest, I was against I'm like Delta 8, Delta 9, it's Delta 10, even THCA. It's kind of sketchy right now, it's not really regulated, like who really knows? You know, people are greening out and getting bad experiencing experiences from the cannabis plant, and that's not what we want. But after seeing that the the hemp ban is for per total container, that wipes out all of the hemp industry here in Wisconsin with no legalization plan in sight. And it's just scary to think that that's what we're doing to people here. For the states that are legalized and do have a medicinal recreational program for cannabis, this is gonna be good for them. They can have a more regulated market and people can still have access to the medicine through the appropriate channels where things are regulated. Yay! This is good news. But for us in Wisconsin, I feel like we're left in the ice age, just kind of like the trail here where it's like, let's get with it already. And we can't seem to all come together and work from a level playing ground and be able to build something that is not only gonna benefit our local agriculture, but our constituents, our community most importantly. People need these natural options. Pills are not working, doctors are not, they're not the no, the end-all know-all. And that's why I urge people to tap into your body and trust your intuition and figure out what is working for you. And now I must say, going down the path of hemp and it speaking to our endocannabinoid system, our master operating system, has led me into a ton of different alternative healing modalities, including getting my master's degree in herbalism, in which there's so many different herbs that can help with pain, sleep, and mood. So you talk to some OG herbalists that won't even look twice at hemp, that won't even think about marijuana, because they're like, wait a minute, I know a hundred other herbs out there that can help with the same things that people are using hemp for. And which is really eye-opening to think that how disconnected we've become from natural healing. And and and that's where kind of sharing your gifts comes into play too. Of you know, natural healing can get kind of daunting because for some people, it's like, oh, well, I can't start a farm and make all my own products. I mean, you certainly could if you were really dedicated and that was your dream. I mean, make it come true. Please, please do. Use you, you're your soul fire. It's my soul fire. Let's go. But it's also, you know, lends a hand into knowing your place and sharing your gifts and utilizing what you can and and really meaning yourself where you're at, too. I feel like a lot of times we want to dream big and we want to reach for the stars and reach for the moon and land somewhere amongst the stars. Uh, but just really knowing what's feasible here today in this present moment, right? Like I feel like sometimes we can come up with this master plan and it might sound wonderful and beautiful, and that's great to have those goals. But I feel like also making choosing different in this very moment of how you can best serve yourself and more importantly, others is a huge step into raising your vibration and becoming part of the collective consciousness, in which is the awakening is happening. I feel like people are opening their eyes to the natural healing and the alternative modalities that are out there and the practitioners that are put their heart on their sleeve and are an open book and want nothing more but to help people. I feel like that is just heartwarming in and of itself. And I feel like these people, my the counter, my counterparts, my and fellow disciples are right there with me and we're fighting the good fight. And I urge you to keep on rocking in the free world. That's why we were born right here in America, where we can fight for our freedom and have that freedom of speech and be able to have access to these different alternatives and where we have endless options available to us and never take that for granted. Never take the fact that we most, you know, we have running water and shoes on our feet and have organic options out there, or even food that's readily and accessibly available to us. I feel like we got to bless up every single day for living in this great country and you know, keeping the people that are fighting for it and not only in service, but are sacrificing it all for us, keep them in our in our hearts and our thoughts and prayers. And because they're out there, they're out there putting in the good work, and that's a beautiful blessing. And I absolutely am so thankful for it. The fact that we can even be here in this connection and being able to share these thoughts and ideas together, and you know, letting them be received how they will. It's just a wonderful. Thing and I couldn't be more thankful. So then I went off on that tangent again and again and again. I'll keep doing it because I'm keeping the faith, okay? I have nothing but faith that this plan is happening for a reason and that everything's going according to plan. And speaking of numerology, I've been seeing 42 everywhere. And for those of you who might not be sure, 420 is a whole thing. It is like the national cannabis day and 2-4 being national hemp day. And I've seen so many 42s everywhere. It's been crazy. So I feel like honestly, when I see 42, I just really smile. And I think that it's Jesus nudging me and being like, be patient, Ashley. Like it is coming. Times are coming. Get buckle up, get ready, buttercup, because you will be have the freedom to grow on your farm one day. And that's what I'm actively manifesting. And I've in a lot of my meditations, I can actually like see myself going through this beautiful, lush, sun-grown organic field of cannabis and and and having these big budacious beauties and big buds just be surrounding me and being able to soak up all of that high vibrational goodness. And then working with that plant medicine and sharing them with my loved ones, friends, community, fellow disciples, and beyond is going to be such a blessing. And I feel so called. And I don't think I've come this far to only come this far. I do think it's going to happen in some capacity. But as I know and I have no doubt, no worries, no qualms, no anxieties, that my plan is going to be just one single flower from the big, beautiful, bountiful bouquet that Jesus is going to offer me. I cannot dream what He is going to provide for me. I just know that I have to stay the course and keep stick to the plan, be consistent, provide, meet myself where I'm at, and know that I'm going to keep fighting for hemp. And with this hemp ban, even though it's politically draining, I don't speak all that jargon. And I really, you know, it's hard to kind of keep up with it all, especially with this information on social media and in the news without talking to these legislators face to face. And even then, what do you believe? Who's in their pocket? You know, is it monetarily motivated? What's the holdup here? I'm I'm running out, I don't embrace excuses, I embrace solutions, as our sweet John Taffer has said from Bar Rescue. I absolutely love that guy. But hey, can I balance this? I think I can. Ayo. Giving me a lot of peace. So I just, you know, I gotta just kind of lean into it and do what I can and keep just joining that collective voice about the injustice that is going to be done here if this hemp band does indeed go through come November. I just, I was talking with my brother about it. I know we said it on past episodes, but I just can't imagine, you know, someone building their entire livelihood on the hope of this plant and proud to offer it to their community in a retail location, someone who has to get up every day and face the music, talk to people, answer questions, be that source of light for so many, and people have been since 2018 here in Wisconsin when the farm bill was passed. And then all of a sudden, for like no apparent reason, besides wanting to close a loophole that is clearly not understood based on, you know, the the 0.3% THC per container, which is not fully conducive to what a whole plant hemp material has without stabilized genetics here. You know, it's gonna be over a 0.4% threshold per container. So maybe even a 1% would keep a lot more incompliant. Anywho, I don't write the bills. I'm just here to spread some information, spread some light on the subject, give my own personal opinion, and be able to connect with you and get the conversation going. I never, you know, I as much as I want to say that I'm the authority when it comes to hemp, since I've been doing it for seven years and working with the plant with these hands and growing it with these hands and with my friends and with my family, with my dear husband who has the foresight and vision and the in the gusto to keep on going. God bless his heart. For real, God bless Danny Schaefer. He's such a good man. He's so solid to have that vision like he does, and and to be able to support me in this journey of the packaging and the marketing and the promotion and the sales. It's been a lot. It's been a lot. And I wouldn't trade it for anything in the world. I don't regret it for nothing. I really love what I'm doing and I'm super passionate about it, and I'm still gonna ride that horse in the ear of the horse here and keep on galloping full sleep ahead. Because, like I said, I know that everything's going according to plan. And I know one day, brothers and sisters, we are gonna wake up and we are gonna have access to this plant medicine. We are gonna be able to go out into our little bunning garden and pick some tomatoes and clip some buds and use that plant medicine to help heal ourselves and our loved ones. And that is the freedom that I am seeking here in America. God bless it, we should be able to do it just like 30 other states that are allowing it here right now, maybe one day in Wisconsin. It's not a matter of if, it's a matter of when.
SPEAKER_00So that is that. That's that's all I gotta say about that.

SPEAKER_01Oh, can I get a hallelujah and an amen. Amen. Amen. Amen. You guys, I was started this live podcast session wanting to talk about facial blasting. Does anyone know what facial blasting is? I'm looking at the time here though, and I'm like, bro, like I don't know if I got time to talk about facial blasting. Do I? Can I get another like or a thumbs up if y'all want to know what it is? Does this someone does anyone out there know what facial blasting is? I know someone does. Come on now. Facial blasting is all right, let's just get into it. I'm gonna do it. I'm sorry I went off on the head tangent. It was not planned, but I am just a conduit of what he wants me to say, and you know, hopefully saying exactly what you need to hear. And just have a lot of grace, hope, and peace and mercy that everything is gonna be all right. You all have access to this plant medicine. And if you don't, if you do not have access to plant medicine, come see me. I will hook it up, I will help you, or at least guide you into some other herbs, alternative healing to make you live your best life and improve your quality of life because you got options, baby. And that's the great, the great uh nation that we live in. But fascia blasting. Woo! I I want to just start talking about it by saying that it started out at the sauna at the YMCA. I love me a good sauna, and that is partially because of my bestie, Miss Kelly Sunshine, that introduced me to the healing powers of a sauna. And that was right around the same time where we went to the Midwest Women's Herbal Conference and they had a mobile sauna there, and we really learned about the amazing health benefits and the detoxification that can happen in a sauna. Not to mention the sisterhood that we are experiencing there at the Midwest Women Herbal Conference, where we were just kind of being super vulnerable. I mean, you're sitting there naked and you're letting it all lay out there. You're taught, you're singing songs, you're talking about hard subjects, you know, you're you're really being empathetic to people's stories, people are listening, you're sharing. It's just a great overall experience. But sauna actually, you're sweating out, you're detoxifying all of that ickiness in your body through your pores. And I feel like, especially with a lot of the fabrics that we're living in right now, that we're sleeping in, from even from our underwear, our probably yes, your underwear and bras, boxers, briefs to our first, our base layer to our outerwear. I we're restricting our pores because it's made with low vibrational materials that are probably made in sweatshops. Let's get serious. So, anyways, it closes down your pores and it's causing you a hard time to be able to let that stuff out unless you go into a sauna or a heat sack or what are those where you go into oh, it's on the tip of my tongue. The the natives will use it. It's the sweat launch, and that's why they do it. It's actually to detoxify, to release, to let go. And it's very important to work that into your normal regimen for everybody, honestly, unless you're running around naked half the time, which we know that ain't happening here, especially in the great state of Wisconsin. So the sauna was huge. But then when I was in the sauna at the YMCA, which is fabulous, by the way, it was great. It was met with that sisterhood too, and a lot of women there. And we were talking about the Bible and Jesus and transformation and progressions, and it was all that. So all that yummy goodness that was increasing your vibration on top of releasing the toxins and letting, you know, have helping your lymph to flow was fascia blasting. There was ladies in the sauna that was were was using fascia blasting. And I'm like, looking at them, like, what's going on here? Like, what are you doing? What are you using? And they're like, oh my gosh. So it is a whole subculture out there of people that do know about fascia blasting. If you haven't heard about it, please, I am not the authority on it. I am just gonna, I'm here to introduce you to it, maybe for beginners, and maybe urge you to experience it for yourself as it can really help move your lymph, your lymphatic system. It's like the the drainage, it's how we and it works with your kidneys to help filter out any of the toxins which we're consuming every day, not only through our pores and what we wear, but also what we're consuming, what we're eating. So we need to get that out, okay? And fascia blast blasting and help you do that. And I have brought with me my handy dandy fascia blasting kit. I'm all over this. I fascia blast at least once. Well, I shouldn't say at least, I really try once a week to do this fascia blasting in the sauna. Um, because you gotta be hot. Now you can do fascia blasting in the shower as well. So it's when your body temperature is increased, and that's when your blood and your circulation is really flowing, and that's gonna help things clear out of your system is through the fascia blasting. So I just kind of wanted to show you these tools, and they were made by this whole fascia blasting is backed by science and research by a lady of Ashley Black, who worked with some universities to kind of figure out, you know, exactly how this is helping and backing by science from it. But I just these tools are kind of crazy, they look a little wild, but they're out there. And this is your body fascia blaster here, the the OMG blaster, and then we got the face blaster, which is a small claw-like tool for the forehead, cheeks, and neck. And so these are the tools that you're using and actually like using on your entire body. The the what of fascia blasting is it's the it's the fascia that's on your skin, it is your body's saran wrap, if you will. Or if you have ever seen a whole chicken and you tore off that that layer of skin, and then underneath it is kind of that that like the skin under the skin, like that that clear like substance. It's like looks like saran wrap, that's what your fascia is on your body. And it's a continuous web of connective tissue, which is made up of collagen and elastin that wraps around every muscle and organ in your body. And the adhesions or the knots or the sticky spots is where the fascia gets bunched up. And this causes skin to look crinkled, saggy, or dimpled, which we know as celluloite. That's why I started fascia blasting because as I'm getting older, I'm getting cellulite and I'm just not having it. I'm not I'm a natural gal. I gotta do natural healing. So this fascia blasting is something that I can do and take control of and be able to do it in my own time, and that'll help with celluloite. And I've seen a difference since I've used it. Absolutely. On my legs, especially, that's where I have the most of my cellulite, but it's also like the natural Botox, too, because you're using this on your face, and that's helping with fine lines and wrinkles and kind of helping things move and clear and not get bunched up in your face. So it helps your lymphatic system or your body's sewage system, and it carries your fluids or your lymph and the waste away from tissues. It has no pump, so it requires movement or a massage to drain. So you're never using these in like circular motions for a massage. It's always no circles, it's always like up and down or over and out. And Miss Kelly Sunshine taught me that she's been an OG fashion blaster herself, and she said, you want to work from your extremities in, everything in towards your heart. So a lot of times I start like from my head and then to kind of my heart, and then I'll start from my feet and work it up to my heart, and then kind of end in this center space here, because you know, as you're doing this, your circulation is going to increase and things are moving. So everything, you know, kind of towards your heart to kind of get the max effect there. And I showed you the utensils that you can use. But the important thing with fascia blasting, when I first started doing fascia blasting, I was doing it too hard. I was getting all these strange and mysterious bruises on my legs and on my arms, and they were noticeable. People were like, oh my gosh, actually, like, what is that? What happened to you? And I'm like, I don't know, like what? And then I'm scratching and I'm like, oh my goodness, it's the fascia blasting. So I was kind of like the I thought when I first started, like, oh, the harder I do it, the more celluloid I'm gonna work out. And so I was really motivated to do it hard and get this moving, but that's not the case. It's still gonna let the tool, as with any utensil that you're using, whether in the kitchen or in the sauna, let the utensil do its work, right? Like it is built and designed like this to move your lymph and even with some light pressure. You don't have to be we're working it out here because that is just gonna end up bruising you, which some people say bruising is good. I don't, I don't personally think it is the best thing. I feel like that's your body's letting you letting you know that it's too hard. So don't do that. But we are definitely gonna make sure that you got the heat. You're warming your whole body with the steamer, the hot towel, or in the sh in the shower. Fascia is fix tropic, fixotropic, and it turns from a solidish gel to a liquidish state when heated. So that's why we want to get into a sauna or in a warm spot so we can get that gel-like material into more of a liquid and can move in with everything else. And we are going to lightly run the skin over over the tool over your skin to feel the grit or the gristle or the gravel. And these are the adhesions that you want to move out. So when you feel kind of that grittiness, then that's a spot that you can work extra good right there. A lot of that's gonna be in the places where you have cellulite. And so a lot of people like when you do your face, though, like they say your neck and your collarbone is where it's stored, and you almost gotta like open the valve. So when you're doing before I do my face, I actually kind of just gently rub this on my neck because that's where your lymph nodes are, and kind of just open up the drainage here. So it's just kind of like a little tip before you work on your face. But mind you, I am using the our our my DNA hemp infused MCT coconut oil, is what this is. And I also got some vitamin E in there because this is what I'm using on my face. It's a lighter oil that I like to put on my face. Otherwise, for the rest of my body, I am using a regular standard like cooking or body coconut oil that I infused with hemp. So it is canna oil. It's always fun when I bust it out in the sun. Or people are like, what's that smell? I'm like, that's the that's the good stuff right there. But I just love doing it. Everything's gotta have hemp in it because that's also really good for your skin. And I'm absorbing that hemp, good, that balance in through my pores as well. So why not get a why not absorb it when all my pores are nice and opened up? And you can find this stuff online, my infused body beauty line at dnahemplc.com, and where you can get all of my Canada infusions to help you live your best life. But I digress. So we're opening up the valves down from our neck and our collarbone, and then we're slathering on the uh the facial serum, the oil, and then I like to use this, this little like gosha, and that'll get a around my cheeks and kind of always start from like the in out. In out. We're not pushing it down, we're not using gravity because they say that helps that hurts, and it's you know, things start sagging and the gravity pushes it down. So it's always in and out and pushing up, and that'll help actually with your sinuses as well. It can kind of clear your sinus cavities and kind of move everything out. But again, if you don't open up, open up the valve here, it has nowhere to go and you'll still be looking puffy. So when you use this, this can actually help with inflammation and puffiness and those fine lines and wrinkles, but make sure you're going in and out and up, in, out, and into out, and then up. That's a mouthful. But I just so I'm using that kind of in those areas. I'll do it like a once over with this tool, and then I'll use this tool here too, and kind of work it in and out and all around my face, and it really seems to help. I feel I look snatched when I get out of the sauna, and I'm not puffy, I don't have any of that inflammation, and it kind of just works it all out and drains down to where it needs to go and to be processed throughout my system. Um, I also will use this straight up on my scalp too. They say that it will actually help with hair growth because it's stimulating your hair follicles and what I talked about last time with scalp oiling, which is also very important. So we're working the lymphatic system, we're moving that stagnant fluent out of the face to reveal the draw line, and it's kind of like nature's uh natural Botox, if you will. And with we're getting a glow about us because we're helping with our circulation and the brisk scrubbing brings fresh, fresh, oxygenated blood to the surface, which really helps. And with your fascia too, we're breaking up any tight nets of tissue so the fat doesn't poke through. And the lift, ladies and gentlemen, this is for guys too. Okay, let's talk about the lift and it's structural. Um, we're releasing the fascia that pulls down on the brows or the jowls and kind of just letting it spring right back on up. So, I mean, we're talking, we're getting, we're working on a lot of systems here and helping you look and feel your best. But don't overdo it. The face is thinner than the thighs, okay? So excessive force can cause broken capillaries or bursting. So, really, like I said before, it's not how hard you can do, let the tensile do it work. Are you really kind of just putting enough pressure where you can kind of do what it needs to be done, but you're not like grinding it down on your face. It's not, that's not gonna work. But doing it more often and repeatedly is what's gonna help. And you know, you're getting a really great detox here, friends. You're moving the limb can make you feel slightly fluish, actually, if you don't hydrate. Some of the times in my epic sauna sessions, I had like a massive headache, and that was just straight up I did not drink enough water or and I spent too much time in the sauna. I became like a shriveled up little raisin because I didn't rehydrate myself because you're letting all those toxins out, you're flushing out your system. You gotta rehydrate and put it back in. And I really love to rehydrate with a super delicious tea. So a lot of the times I'll have a tea in my car or in hand while I drink it on the go. I'm obsessed with ginger and turmeric tea because that also helps the circumstances. Circulation, especially in these winter months, and chug on that because it's made with water and mixed with herbs, and it's super good for me. And I'll intuitively select the herbs that I use in my tea each day as to what my body needs. So I get in touch and tune with what nature has to offer. I'm gonna take a sit down because I've been talking a whole heck of a lot.
SPEAKER_00Mm-hmm. Mm-hmm. Mm-hmm.
SPEAKER_01But hydration is key, folks. Don't do the sauna, don't do the fascia blasting. Because if you don't wanna hydrate, if you don't wanna, if you don't wanna retox before the detox, okay? The large glass of water immediately after a session to help the kidneys process and release the fluids. And then you're giving it somewhere to go. You're flushing it out. So muy importante, make sure you hydrate yourself. I was cutting I came up with an analogy here, and it was it's it's a silk suit. Imagine your fascia layer as a silk suit over your body, it's like a silk bodysuit under your skin. If there's a snag in the leg, it pulls on the shoulder. And when we're fascia blasting, it's like we're ironing out the snags. Okay. Iron it out. And the stagnant pond is another good analogy where puffiness is like a stagnant pond. Blasting is the pump that gets the water moving again, so the pond stays clear and fresh. So that's just a really good way to think of it. So those that is what fashion blasting is. I'd be happy to share it. There's a lot of little tools that go along with it. Ashley Black has a whole website that you can go and visit, and she's got all the tools. Otherwise, I mean, Amazon has some tools as well. But Ashley Black does guarantee and warranty her products. So it's kind of like a lifetime commitment there. You pay a little bit more up front, but it'll last you your whole entire life. And then you've got these tools in your kit, so you can feel really, really good. I know people are just asking me, you know, what I do. And I this is something I do religiously every Monday, except maybe in the summertime it gets a little squirrely with the kids being off school. So I give myself grace during that time. But I enjoy it and I look forward to it. It's almost like kind of like my smoothies where like my body craves it. It's the same with the fascia blasting. And and I know that the more preventative maintenance that I'm doing right now at this age, the better that I'm gonna age down the road. So it's something that I really would highly recommend to anybody who's looking for some natural options to look and feel your best. So the Gosha, we got the blasters, and then while I'm in the sauna too, um, when I don't have a bunch of beautiful women to talk to and and share and exchange and discover and explore with, it's by myself. So I'll treat it as a wonderful time for meditation to kind of tap in. And so I love to bring crystals with it too. And the one that's in my bag right now is a hematite crystal, and this is really grounding and also speaks to your heart chakra. So it's a root and heart chakra opener, and it's just super wonderful to be able to tap into the earthen energy while I'm in the sauna as well. So I don't get too airy and be floating around and never come back down, and then I stay in the sauna too long, and then that's when all hell breaks loose. So I'm really happy to share Fascia Blasting with you. But thank you so much for listening and to being open to it. I know a lot of people, when some people, I shouldn't say a lot, when I bring it up, they have never even heard of this before. So it's just a little nugget that I'm downloading. Um, maybe it resonates with you. Maybe you're like, whoa, this that is crazy. And I don't even have access to a sauna, but you could do it in the shower too. So, and a lot with the body oils that we're using in the shower, it's something that's really easy and accessible to do there too. In the shower, I also like to use a bamboo uh bristle, bristle brush when I'm in the shower to kind of work my lymph as well. And it's really good for my skin and the dry skin and exfoliation along with lymph. And another uh like little pro tip that I'm just gonna drop in there, you know, with the sauna, if you're using the sauna, is to also when you're getting a little hot and you need to cool down, catch your breath, go take a cold shower. I just, it's what it's like addicting at the YMCA when I'm in the sauna and I'm like, I have like a whole regimen that I do, as you can probably imagine. I'll spend like my first 10 minutes in there drinking like my super amazing mushroom smoothie, and then I'll know when I'm done drinking that, then it's time, and then I'm normally like sweating. It's I can feel the sweat beating up. Then I'll go and take a cold little shower rinse, and then I'll come back in and start my fascia blasting with opening up my valves, my face, and then I'll do my start with my feet, which feels so good, and then work that all the way up to my root chakra, and then I'll go take another cold shower rinse, and then when I come back, I'll do my my hands to my arms, my shoulders, and then my my chest and my stomach area, all with, you know, if you look up like how fascia is and what it's kind of like your muscle striations, you can that's what you kind of want to go with. And so then I'll end right here at my core, and then of course, when I'm all done, I'll take another cold rinse and take a nice cold shower. It's the only day of the week that I do a full cold shower. And does my never matter? I think just warm, happy thoughts. It was tough at first, but you like I said, you almost get like addicted to it. You're like, oh, I'm gonna keep doing that again. That felt so good. You feel just energized and alive and lifted. I don't know how else to explain it. I said to really urge you to experience it for yourself. Saunas are everywhere. Maybe your friend's got a sauna, maybe your mom's got a sauna, maybe you want to go to your local club and you know, like the YEMCA and experience their sauna. Don't be shy. I do wear my swimsuit right in there. There are some people that, you know, let it all hang out. There's some people that wear their full workout thing and just pop in there for a couple of minutes. But really, I'm in the sauna for about an hour nowadays because I've worked my way up there. But when you first start out, really listen to your body. I mean, it could be even five minutes that your body says, I've had enough. Get out of here. Okay, then honor that. Do that. And then the next time you go, maybe you'll be in there for 10 minutes. But whatever you do, stay hydrated, my friends. All right, I am gonna prayer out of this. And I would just like to thanks be to God here today that He gave me the confidence, courage, and vulnerability to keep showing up, to be consistent, to share my gifts and spark something in people that maybe they didn't even know about, or maybe I don't even know about, and by talking about it, I'm just gonna be about it. Such a beautiful thing, Lord Jesus. I want to give you all the glory as you give me all the grace. I I just want to live on fire for you, and may you keep this fire stoked in me so I'm not lukewarm in your love, but just feel it all around me, living in on wonder every day of your goodness. Because you are so, so good. You are love, and through your love, I am love and I know that I am chosen. Thank you, thank you, thank you. I will shout it to the mountaintops until my very last breath. You are so so good. Thank you, God. In Jesus' name. I love you. I'm sorry. Please forgive me. Thank you. Five higher buds, one love, one heart.
