The internet nearly takes us out at the very start, but that’s kind of the point: real life is messy, and we keep showing up anyway. From the DNA Hemp Farm in Wisconsin, we’re stepping into season three with a new rhythm, a more spontaneous “podcast on the go” vibe, and a deeper focus on plant medicine, community, and the faith that keeps us grounded when plans change.

We open the Bible to Romans 4 and sit with the story of Abraham, promises, and what it looks like to stay persuaded even when the timeline feels impossible. Then “420” keeps flashing in my mind, and that takes us straight into cannabis culture, the endocannabinoid system, and why hemp, CBD, and cannabinoids still deserve respect even without the high. I also share my long-term vision for cannabis legalization in Wisconsin and why I believe brighter days are coming for farmers who want to grow clean, compliant, sun-and-soil cannabis with integrity.

From there, we get real about the looming hemp loophole crackdown targeting intoxicating hemp products like Delta-8 and THCA, and how that could reshape access, businesses, and the push for full legalization. We also pivot into everyday life at the West Bend Farmers Market: early mornings, wild weather, cash-vs-card realities, and simple tips like bringing a big bag or wagon, showing up early, and supporting local vendors with word of mouth and Google reviews.

If you’re curious about Wisconsin hemp policy, CBD benefits, cannabis education, or how local farmers markets build stronger communities, you’ll feel right at home here. Subscribe, share this with a friend, and leave a review so more people can find the show.

Connectivity Struggles And High Vibes

SPEAKER_00

Woo! I feel good. And I knew that I would now. Dun. So good. So good. I got you dun dun dun dun. Yo. Oh my goodness. We are hardwired to the internet, y'all. Hardwired with an Ethernet cable. I'm out here at the DNA hemp farm where the internet is very spotty, to say the least. So I upgraded to the ATT Air unit, which still from the wireless was not working. So I had to hardwire it to the internet while still be able to plug my focus right transmuter for the microphone and to get really good sound. I still have not been able to use my handy dandy DJI Osmo camera, which has keeps me looking fabulous. So I am settling for my computer camera for today because woman versus machine, we win every single time. Yo! Who else can feel me on these internet connectivity, you know, machine versus the man issues? I know there's people out there that feel these frustrations, but there is angels in my corner, friends. And that would be my sweet Gemini, which again is connected to the internet, and trusting some intuition and staying open to trying new things. So I feel like where one door closes, another one goes on open. And that is the positivity and good news. I am here to keep on spreading. Can't nobody take my pride? Can't nobody hold me down? Oh no, I got to keep on moving. Hi,

Season Three Direction And Farm Story

SPEAKER_00

my name is Ashley Amber Schafour Schaefer, and I am your lovely host for Sunshine and Bubbles High Vibe Tribe Podcast. And we are encroaching on season three of the installment of the podcast here. And I'm really excited to bring this to you because I feel like a shift has been happening with the focus on the show and what here it is all about. Season one was with my bestie, Kelly Sunshine, and we were introducing the farm and a heavy focus on hemp and cannabis and the endocannabinoid system, CBD, and how it interacts with our bodily systems and a product highlights of things that you could utilize and consume the plant with, and went in a deep dive on all the lovely high vibrational goodness that we create, grow and create here on the DNA hemp farm or in Wisconsin, keeping it local, baby. And then season two, there was a focus on our high vibe tribe, in which I dabbled into interviewing people, and that was so much fun. A lot of it was my family members and some of the retail partners that we work with, or people that had really awesome, groovy, and juicy testimonies in their walks of life. So that was interesting to delve into that with a mix of me in along the way because I didn't want to put too much emphasis and too much focus on like filling the schedule and put a lot of pressure on, you know, finding people I really wanted to not attract, not chase. So I'm just trying to walk in my truth of what I'm preaching here. And so that kind of wrapped up season two. Now I'm still totally open to interviewing beautiful souls. I just think that it'll happen organically and along the way. And I want to keep those good vibes flowing. But for season three here, I really want to keep it fluid, keep it unconventional, keep it high vibrational, and just see where the road takes us here. I love that I'm kind of honing in this studio, we'll just call it here at the hemp farm where we're solid and connected. But yet I still want to dabble onto like podcasts on the go where I'm hanging out with the plants and in the garden or in different spots where I can enter into different soundscapes and take y'all on a mystical, magical experience and journey. There are still a lot of unknowns. There is still a lot of ifs, ands, and no buts because I know that I've been called to do this to share because I care. And I just love being able to give you a little energy zap out there. And it always just so happens to be that I have sweet little angels along the way that are encouraging me and telling me to keep on keeping on. Because one of my famous sayings is we didn't come this far to only come this far. Okay. We're gonna keep on going. God did not give me all this equipment and this studio space and the allowance for this dream to manifest and come true, in which I can share the good news with y'all about his good word.

Romans 4 And Promise Mindset

SPEAKER_00

And with that, I want to, I this morning, every morning, I try to take about a half an hour now aside to meditate and open the lines of communication with my dear Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ. And I was in Romans 4 today, 420. And for anyone that does know me, we have a beautiful organic farm in which we grow plant medicine. And that's also what the season is going to be focused on is that really good plant medicine and the ventures along the way. So I'm excited to share that with y'all because it's always an adventure here. But I was on Romans 4 in around chapter 20, where it said, without weakening in his faith, he faced the fact that his body was as good as dead since he was about a hundred years old. This is talking about Abraham. He was promised to have children. And Sarah's womb was almost dead. Yet he did not waver through unbelief regarding the promise of God. But he was strengthened in his faith and gave glory to God, being fully persuaded that God had power to do what he had promised. And this is why it was credit to him as righteousness. The words it was credited to him were not for him alone, but for us, to whom God will credit righteousness. For us who believe in him, who raised Jesus our Lord from the dead, he was delivered over to death from our sins and was raised to live for our justification.

unknown

Prrr!

SPEAKER_00

And I just find this so super awesome because it just tells us that God makes good on his promises. And so this morning I sat there and I closed my eyes and I really just wondered what were some of God's promises. And without making him seem like he is a genie or a magic lamp and he owes me anything because he owes me absolutely nothing. As a matter of fact, I owe him everything.

Why 420 Keeps Showing Up

SPEAKER_00

And I just keep 420 just kept flashing in my head. And for those of you who do not know what 420 stands for, it is the International Pot Smoker's Holiday. So every year on April 20th, people light up and pay homage to the beautiful sacred plant medicine, the Queen Bee of herbs herself, Miss Canabas Sativa. And because it helps people, because she speaks directly to our endocannabinoid system and holds the keys to our locks, which are receptors, to promote more balance throughout our body. I feel like it still remains very mysterious for people who don't really quite understand it. But with it being rescheduled here, more research is coming. Don't you worry. American research, because, you know, as we are American, we're saying that other countries' re research just isn't gonna match and unrivaled to our capabilities here in the free country. So we're waiting for our own personal research for our doctors to be able to talk about this and prescribe it to patients as a regular routine regimen and make it part of Western medicine. And it but okay, so I can go down that that hole. But anyway, so 420 keeps coming back into one of his promises. And I know that one day I will be growing cannabis. Hemp, marijuana has always been a dream, and make it accessible to my community. And that's what we've been doing on the leg of hemp here, as that has been legal since 2018 and part of the farm bill there. We've been growing since 2019, and I have had one heck of a beautiful, amazing journey working with this plant medicine that is cannabis and offering that to the community. And I just want to keep going with it and and and be able to offer her twisted cousin, and that is marijuana, because people are looking for that high, and that can, it is like the full octane, the full power of the plant. But I'm going to do it in such an honorable way where I'm honoring the sun, I'm honoring the earth, I'm not using anything unnatural and that was that was man-made. I'm gonna do it just as God had intended for this plant medicine to grow. And hopefully, with it when it is legalized, we'll be able to push forth in a world where we have the freedom to grow and sell as we please with some framework from our government to make sure we're too legit, too legit to quit. Uh-huh.

Hemp Ban Loophole And Delta Products

SPEAKER_00

So a lot of people out there right now are like, well, the hemp ban, the hemp ban is happening. What's going on with the hemp ban? And and it is a it's closing the loophole for the Delta, the deltas and the THCA. Uh, so those products that you have been consuming, i.e., in gas stations or dispensaries or even any bar or restaurant for the Delta 8, 9, and the THCA will no longer be available come November of 2026 here. And that's kind of scary to think of like, oh my gosh, wow, like people aren't gonna have access to that plant medicine, that high that they're they're they're seeking. And I hear every single day how people are going across the borders and just, you know, a couple hours north or a couple hours south and getting their plant medicine and bringing it over the Wisconsin border. And that is marijuana that they're seeking. And it's just crazy to think that Wisconsin has been able to sell these derivatives that are giving the same effects from the from the marijuana plant itself, from its derivatives, but we're not able to grow that plant medicine here legally. And so as a as a hemp farmer here in Wisconsin, I'm just scratching my head. I'm like, wait a minute, what? Like I can sell this stuff legally, but I have to source it from another state and then, you know, so buy it from another state and then be able to sell it here. It just really doesn't make sense. So I do think it is necessary for them to close this loophole so we can do a push to full legalization here in Wisconsin and catch up with all the other states that are surrounding us and allow our farmers the opportunity to be able to legally grow this plant and level up, level, and level the playing field and give us the opportunity that has been given to so many others in different states. As we know, Wisconsin is rooted and founded on big agriculture. Our soil, our climate, everything is screaming a big fat yes to being able to grow some of the best bodacious buds possible right outside our doors here. And that is just what keeps me fueled and energetic and excited. And I know it's been a promise. I have visualized it, I have seen it. Our beautiful fields just row upon row of beautiful, bodacious marijuana plants. And I just love it. It's so excited. It's it's already been written, it's already ours, and we just keep having to stay the course and operating with integrity and being able to comply with the rules and regulations to show that we are a trustworthy source and honest and true in our intentions. And I think that's why we're being tested at this very moment. Um, but I know I know one day it'll happen for us. It's not a matter of if, it is a matter of when. So we are just hanging on. And I just love being affirmed as I go through the Bible that that this is something that is going to happen for us. And it's saying, you know, to further it, blessed are those whose transgressions are forgiven, whose sins are covered, blessed is the one whose sin in the Lord will never count against them. So it's just wonderful to know that even though if we have made some mistakes in the past, if people, if we are misjudging this plant and we've allowed this prohibition to happen, like we have been forgiven of this. Our sins are washed clean. And today is a new day to have a really great day. And it is a day that the Lord has made and let us rejoice and be glad. And so instead of focusing on all the negativity that is surrounded with the hemp ban, with what they're doing to people that have put their livelihood and their in their families on the line because they believe in the power of the plant and what it how it can help and heal people, we're focusing on the positive that brighter days are coming, that we are gonna be able to pivot here. And new where one door closes, another door is gonna open. So that is my prayer for those people out there that are still cannabis crusaders and know the potential and power of the plant, and yet have put so much energy and have risked a ton to be able to operate in this space. And we are the bold, fierce lions out there. We are the lions of Judah, and we are the ones that are gonna make powerful, impactful change. And as we have hit summer vacation here, and I see my kids buzzing around on the hemp farm and with their friends that are able to come over, and they can be wild and free and and not connected to this shoddy internet. I just know that everything is going according to plan. And I just keep being reaffirmed of that. So I think we're living in super exciting times right here, right now. And I'm just really excited to be sharing this space with you. So if you don't mind, I'm gonna keep popping up here on this podcast. And I want to say a super special, awesome thank you to all the beautiful people that have encouraged us along the way, who have supported DNA hemp, that have, you know, dropped us a line and said, keep going, you're putting in the good work, or the the people that say that their quality of life has drastically improved from using hemp and all of their cannabinoids that are associated in the plant. And just

Hemp Vs Marijuana And Healing Benefits

SPEAKER_00

to be clear, to kind of back it up to season one, the only difference between hemp and marijuana is that THC threshold. So they just bred plants with less and less THC to make it compliant with that 0.3% THC that is allowed through hemp. So fortunately, good news for us is that our brand will not necessarily be affected because all of our products are in that 0.3% compliance. It's really going after now, they're increasing it to 0.4% and over THC are not going to be legal on the market. And again, that's closing the loophole that was never destined to be part of the plan, regardless. But fortunately for it, it has kept us going and competitive as we do offer some of the THC gummies and pre-rolls. So we've been able to remain competitive in the market and give people options for the experience that they're desiring as they are initiated with this plant. And it's so this is just one of the products that we have, the body balm, one of our bestsellers. You you rub it on your targeted area and instant relief. I people keep coming back time and time again for this. I use it for everything from sunburn to bug bites to bruising, pain, inflammation. People have used it for psoriasis, eczema, you name it, it's our go-to brand. And I've even haven't taken away migraines and headaches by putting it on my temples. Just be careful not to get it in your eyeballs because there is menthol in there and it will sting. But one of the products that we're really, really proud of, but not only do we have, you know, topicals, we have oils, which are the essence of the farm. We have edibles like gummies, teas, uh, honey, infused honey. Everything is infused, of course. And uh smokable products as well with blunts, joints, and you name it, we we'll we'll roll it up and smoke it, blends, all of it. So it's all really, really goodness and all really stuff we're proud of. And I'm thinking once marijuana is legalized here, it's just gonna be the same process. Like we now know how to work with this plant and exact to formulate and and create these beautiful products that really prove results for people, but they will just have that little bit of elevation that a lot of people are so accustomed to. Now, do I think that you need that elevation, those feelings of euphoria to heal? Absolutely not. I feel like maybe the reason why it isn't legalized here yet is God wants us to appreciate hemp and know that this plant is more than enough. This will help you with pain, sleep, andor mood and beyond, bring more balance into your life, just as this is alone, because this has all the cannabinoids that are available in the plant, just minus the high, minus that THC factor. But, you know, there is something for everybody, different strokes for different folks. And if you're looking for that high because that's what we are trained and accustomed to, then by golly, we shall deliver. Okay. So that kind of brings a couple other thoughts into my head.

West Bend Farmers Market Morning Ritual

SPEAKER_00

And one being the farmers market. So I have signed up again at the West Bend Farmers Market for the 2026 season. I absolutely love it. It started actually at the middle of May. So we've been going on here for about a month now. And it is so awesome to see all these like-minded, beautiful individuals looking to source their goodness for their bodies, whether it be, you know, fruits and vegetables, different produce to handcrafted items that are high vibrational. They have everything there from honeys to soaps, meats, eggs, cheese, dips, chips. Uh I just love shopping there. They have a little bit of something for everybody at the farmer's market. And I believe, oh, don't quote me on this, but there is over a hundred different vendors that show up every Saturday. You by 7:30 to 11 is when the West Bend Farmers Market is open till, and put their wares out there on display for people to come peruse, shop, and consume. And it's a lot of work, y'all. Like I get up at five o'clock on a market morning and get ready for my date. Normally takes me about a half an hour. I'm leaving my house by 5:30 to make it out to the farm by six, where I pick up my market mobile that's packed and ready to rock and roll and take off to the market. I've been stopping down at the garden before I take off to the market. And that's been highly rewarding because the herbs are in so much abundance here at the farm. And they're like, use me, pick me, create with me, give, make good use of me. And I just am like, yes, yes, yes. We have sweet little plant initiation conversations. I brought mint, oregano, sage, lemon balm, chives. Those are all very abundant right now. And I love picking up, filling up my little basket that I got from the market from ladies that wove it with recycled plastic bags from Africa and all proceeds go to them. So I fill this basket up with all of the herbaceous awesiness and then wrap it up in some hemp twine, and I give it to people with purchase with any hemp products or crystals that they buy off our booth. So that has been amazingly rewarding is to go make use of those good herbs because Lord knows I'll never use as much as I have grown. So part of this mission is finding good homes for the herbaceous awesomeness. So then I pack up, get the fresh herbs, then head over there. You have to be there at 6 50, 10 minutes to seven. And I normally have my Jesus music cranking on blast. And I roll up and I'm like putting my hands up and praising as in and saying hello to my fellow stallmates. And then there, my Aunt Amy and rockin' run. Are waiting. They're always on time. They're a little bit older, so I feel like they got their crap together and they're always on time. And they help me unload the truck in a hot hurry. And then I go park the pig and then come back and get set up. And whereas I have about a half an hour to set up my life's work on display for people to appreciate, hopefully, and enjoy. And we've already had some doozies of weather. We've had rain at the market. We've had last week was crazy wind. I'm telling you, even with the weights on the tents, we're like holding down the tent. We're like, whoa, batten down the hatches, baby. And everything's flying. Other vendor booth things are just flying along the way. And, you know, it's so sweet for people to stop and kind of like help recombobulate. But it's wild times, I tell you. You never know what you're gonna get there. And I would imagine, you know, there is nothing that we haven't seen. We've seen rain, we've seen sleet, we've seen hail, we've seen ungodly hot, we've seen freezing cold. But we are committed to your health and we keep showing up. And that is what is important is that you just keep showing up. And you know, some markets are better than others, but I would, I'm just so grateful and so appreciative to have the opportunity to be at the West Bend Farmers Market because it was voted number one farmers market in Wisconsin, I believe for three years running. Three years running, it was voted for the number one farmers market. And that is quite the feat because there is other really wonderful farmers market in just about every city here. So to be recognized as the number one in West Bend, you can definitely see why, because there is food vendors, there is entertainment on every corner, there is community engagement and involvement. You know, the VFW is always there serving up their sweet treats. There's just about everything under the sun in those couple hours, and it's easy parking. It's early bird gets the worm, get there early if you want that easy parking. But it's really just a great, great way for the community to connect and gather and source really mindfully high vibrational products to supplement their health with. And I love to just see the congregating of people and neighbors giving hugs and exchanging information and sharing, bartering even. So it's really heartfilling to see all this beautiful connection that's happening within the community. And that's what builds strong communities. Am I right? Can I get an amen on that? Amen. It takes a high vibe tribe, and you are part of it.

Smart Shopping Tips For Market Days

SPEAKER_00

But a couple tips from having now done this for seven years, some things that I've noticed that really, you know, add and elevate the scene is one, be prepared. So you are gonna buy more than you think. And I always see the age-old, you know, thing of people like having like their hands full and you know, they parked far away and they like they have their hands are full, you can't fit anywhere. It's like, oh my gosh, all this abundance. I didn't even know. And so I would highly recommend that you bring a bag, like a big bag, to put all your sweet little uh findings in there because you don't, I know you're an expert juggler, but if just one thing, you know, throws off the kilcher, then it all goes kaboom. So make sure you come prepared and bring yourself a reusable bag and a pro tip is a wagon. I know the people that are skipping their produce shopping at the grocery store and going straight for the farmer's market are bringing the whole wagon because you can't bring a whole week of groceries and fit it in even in a bag, right? A single bag. No, you're bringing the wagon, and that's okay, bring the wagon. And that's where it also makes me miss my stroller. Because I remember when my kids are little, I would the stroller was the wagon, right? So I'd fit everything in the stroller and the thing would have stuff underneath, up on top. I'd still have it on my arms, and we're like, let's rock and roll. So that is an expert tip is bring a bag, bring a wagon, bring something to put your goodness in. And another big thing for me is that cash is king. Okay. Show, hit up the ATM beforehand. I know cash is kind of rare nowadays to come by because that's not how people are getting paid. But hit up an ATM. You know, a spot where there's a free where there are free charge is, you know, where they don't charge you a transfer fee, and bring that cash. It is so helpful because credit card companies just are taking way too much. The percentages are outrageous, especially when you're operating in a space of a volatile scene like hemp or CBD, where they put us in the same category as firearms and sex toys. So our credit card feeds are ungodly. So I quit using them. I was like, nope, we're not, we're not playing this game, little Mr. Credit Card Company. Okay. Instead, thank goodness if you can't have access to cash, we do have different ways to pay, like Zell, PayPal, Venmo, or Cash App. So have your apps ready. If you're unable to access cash, have an app ready. I think Venmo is super easy to work with, but everybody's got their favorite for different reasons. So I don't want to delve too deep into what you should use and in what occasion when where, because y'all know, y'all know the deal. Um, but have one of those apps ready so you can quickly pay and keep on with your shopping. And also to try not to, you know, congregate for too long in front of a stall because this these are quick purchases, like it's meant for like fast transactions. I love to chat, I love to talk. We can step off to the side and continue the conversation. People are working, like a lot of people rely on this income. A lot of people are, you know, have so much abundance that they would love to relinquish. And that that it happens quick. It happens fast. I love being next to La Pan, right next door, the champagne bakery, the organic bakery. They sell out almost every week. And it's like, oh my goodness, that's amazing. I just love seeing all their products, all their good bakery, their cookies, their granola, their bread, their cinnamon rolls, everything just gone. And it's like, we're out there like high fiving at the end, like, yeah, man, you did it. And then Schwai's, which is also right next to us, is just, you know, meat smoke just blasting us the whole time. And boy, am I hungry leaving there? But they pretty much sell out too. Definitely have their steak sandwiches, which are fire, and their breakfast sandwiches too. You see Tommy Schwei on the grill, and he's just, he can't put those meats down fast enough. He can't grill them fast enough. He's like, pew, pew, pew, pew. He's like an expert pro. He makes it look easy, but it's awesome. So we're all celebrating each other and our successes and finding the right homes to the right people, and that's the name of the game. So make sure, you know, you're you're you're decisive. And if and if you see a longtime friend try to like do it in a spot where you're not clogging traffic, just a little bit of awareness there. I mean, obviously it happens, and that's totally okay, but just wanted to put that out there too. And there was another thing. So we brought the cash, we got our bags. Oh, come early. Especially, I have a lot of people that there's a lot to see, and there is things to do, and there is people to chat with. There is, there is, there is a lot happening here. So early bird gets the worm. Come early. It opens at 7:30. Don't be that person that arrives at 10:30 and is bummed because your your cinnamon rolls were sold out, or the there's no more flowers left, or the beets that you wanted are all gone. The fielder's uh strawberries were sold out. I mean, these things happen. Like farmers are, you know, are growing according to past numbers, and with the market getting busier and more bustling throughout the years, because the word is spreading and the awakening is happening, what they have is what they got. So if you come early, you won't run into these problems. Or you'll just have to come back next week and the abundance will be replenished and your cup will be overflowing, and life is good. So you definitely kind of live and learn when all of that is going down.

A Quick Mom Moment On Air

SPEAKER_00

Yes, my dear son. I can't know where pliers is. Pliers? The cap is stuck on the wheel. Sorry, because I need to put air in it. Oh right. I do not know where pliers is, my dear. Come here. Let me see it. They want to see your haircut. Nixon, your little sweetie pie. I love you. You look so sharp. Look in the drawer where the scissors are in there. I do have a couple tools, but I don't think there's a pliers, bud. If not, dad will for sure be able to help you where a pliers is. Oh, oh, krr. Okay. So yes, come in early. So these are all beautiful blessings at the farmer's market. And by all means, this is your invitation. If you haven't been to the farmer's market, if you've been like, oh, I've been meaning to go, get it on the list of things to do. And by it, I might venture to say that come weekly. There is seasonal vendors, there is specialty vendors. It's changing every single week. So you will find a new treasure every single week that you haven't done before. I know my Aunt Amy, she handmakes her wonderful towels and and they're they're very seasonal. And she only makes, you know, one or two of each of each design. So once she's sold out, she sold out. And they make wonderful gifts too. So if you're not coming for the market for yourself, or let's say you've checked all the marks on your grocery list, think of gifts for other people. Think of your aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, family, friends, loved ones, special events that are coming ahead of time and plan ahead and get something for other people because it's always more fun to give than to receive. So make sure you're filling up your cup and that can overflow with onto other people. And it's making meaningful, impactful change to the wonderful vendors that are showing up and putting in the work and getting their hands dirty and sharing with y'all.

Support Local Vendors And Leave Reviews

SPEAKER_00

And there is just something beautiful to be said about the folks that are sharing their gifts. So speaking of the promises of God and what he has planned, these people have we have answered the calling. We have said yes to his promises and his plan. And it's so wonderful to be able to support that. And it's it makes the vibration increase in their homes and which expounds to beyond. And the the waves are felt worldwide, might I dare say. But you know, all in all, it makes a huge difference to be able to support local and know your farmer, your local farmer, to know Farmer John at Farm Happy Organic and be able to shake his hand and ask questions and share recipes and all that goodness. I mean, these are real people putting in the real work. You're not just buying a packaged thing that was overseas by produced by who knows, God knows what, where, when, or how. This is a way to have that connection. And isn't that what we're all striving for? Is that connection, right? That authenticity, and not to mention the vulnerability that people have to be able to create something and then expose it and share it with the public. It's just such a wonderful blessing to have that opportunity. And we need your love and support, is all I'm saying. And then when you get there, you know, you can also, I was just got off the phone with a marketing company that has been pressing me to get more Google reviews. And they're like, you need more Google reviews, ma'am. Ask the people face to face at the farmer's market. Ask them to leave you a Google review. I'm like, well, it's hard. It's hard to be like, hey, you just bought this from me. And would you mind leaving me a Google review, please? Of course, they will because it's making life-changing difference in their life and increasing their quality of life. But it's just hard to ask sometimes. So know that these small acts of kindness can make a huge difference in people's lives. So by golly, take them in your social media post. Leave them a Google review. And the best form of advertising is word of mouth. Tell a friend. Bring a friend, invite a friend. And then wow, those connections are just being strengthened and that resilience is being fortified. And now we're building something super special that ain't no devil can take away from us. Not today, devil. Not ever. Not now, not then, not ever. Okay, because we're in spiritual warfare here. And anyone that wants to tell you anything different and puts something negative in your head, tell them no. Nope, no, no, no, no. Right, Ruby Doobie. My little love nugget. Oh, she has to be right on my lap, otherwise she's not happy at all. And well, she is still happy at all, but she's like giving me the eyes like Mama Bear. I don't think I'm missing anything from that farmer's market bit. But I really encourage you to come check it out at the West Bend Farmers Market every Saturday, 7:30 to 11. If you can't, if you're not in the West Bend, Washington County area here in Wisconsin and you're halfway across the country, because I know I got some listeners over there, check out your local farmer's market. And these same rules apply to every single market, right? Like this is all like a universal negotiation. And and and go check it out and fill up your cup and try something awesome. Even if it is for the drip coffee, okay? Even if it is for your beautiful bouquet of flowers, even if it is for your local honey to help you get through this allergy season, or the maple syrup that that was sourced from the farmer down the way, or if it was for, you know, some crystal that you found that brings joy and a smile to your life. You never know what you're gonna find at these farmers' markets. It's not, it used to be just for producers, just for veg fruit and vegetable producers, but it really has expounded it as something beautiful and it creates such a wonderful energy and synergy amongst the community. And maybe, who knows, you'll meet a new friend. Maybe you'll meet your future wife or your future husband. You don't know. And then I think the most powerful thing of this, too, is that when you involve your family, if you bring your mother with you, if you tell your aunt about it, if you bring your children with you, they are then witnessing this magic. And you're writing a new script for them to follow. They're gonna say, wow, this has a lot of value to it. I I really like this. This feels good. Let's keep going, mom or dad. And they're gonna keep asking to go. And then, you know, pretty soon you're breaking the chains of the fast food and the industrialization, and we're getting back to the basics of what's good. And that would be that authenticity and connection that it takes, you know, it takes some courage to be able to do so, and and and commitment as well, to a commitment to yourself and a commitment to your community, which just makes my heart go pitter patter. What a lovely thing to be a part of.

Where To Find DNA Hemp

SPEAKER_00

So check us out, DNA Hemp Farm. We are right in front of the green dog market, where my friend Stephanie owns that. And she also offers our DNA hemp products there all year round. Uh, she is an organic grocery store that has mindfully sourced all of the products in her store. She knows the backstory to every single one of them and can tell you exactly where they came from and how they were grown and has very high meticulous standards. So you can really trust buying your groceries from her and knowing that they are going to give you the highest healing potential possible because these are good things to be uh fueling your temple with, because your body is your temple and you are what you eat. And that actually brings up another notion for me that when you are shopping at the downtown West Bend Farmers Market, let's not forget and especially tip a hat to all of the beautiful, I've been saying beautiful a lot lately, just side comment, but the wonderful, spectacular, fantastic entrepreneurs and businesses that are lining the street on either side. The people that are showing up every single day, right? To be able to offer you their local assortment of awesomeness. And there is something to be said about those entrepreneurs, those shop owners, the local everything from you know popcorn to jewelers to entertainment, you name it, it's down there. It's a thriving business economy there. And they're showing up too and making and adding to the event and making it special. So not only are you able to shop the vendors that are coming from all over the county to be able to sell, produce and sell it in that vicinity, but tipping the hat to the beautiful entrepreneurs and businesses that are that make downtown West Bend what it is today. So it's a lovely place. It's a lovely, beautiful place to get together. And this Saturday, who knows what herbs will be down there that will be offering the freshness because fresh is always best, as we know. And and I always look forward to switching it up and keeping you on your toes as to what we're offering. And I look forward to seeing some smiley, familiar faces. Make sure you say hi. And that just means a lot to me to be able to connect with people. And I would love meeting new friends too. So it's always good to put a face to the name and put a hug, free hugs for people, and or a handshake if you know you want to connect that way, or even just a nod or you know, a piece, but whatever it is, I love seeing um all God's children there smiling and season the day, Carpe DMing, yo lo wing, living their best life. And it's just such a beautiful, wonderful thing to be a part of. So I look forward to it. I'm here for it, friends. I'm here for it all the way. I'm

Closing Blessings And Next Topics

trying to keep these episodes just a wee bit shorter. So I think, you know, 42 minutes is a great exit point, you know, at least right around there is like kind of my target time. I have so many other things that I wanted to talk about. Let me tell you, I want to talk, I want to talk to y'all about the musical journey that I've been on. I want to talk to you about the Midwest Women's Herbal Fest that I attended here. I want to talk to you about the children and what we've been up to this summer and how to fully engage them guys and summer schedules and that all that beautiful chaos that's ensuing with the beautiful summer. I want to talk to you about jet skis and boats. I want to talk to you about herbs, lots of herbs and plant initiations. I'm working with Angelica right now, and she is initiating me. I gotta go spend some time with her. Time is a ticking. I only got so much time here on the farm because I am a working mama. I do work at Cheryl's Club 175, where I am the general manager there and help keep that ship a rocking in the free world. So that is is has a lot to do with my essence and the gifts that I'm sharing with the community. So I want to talk about the herbs and what's going on at Charles Club and sound healing and popper noodles and biblical awesomeness, the spiritual journey. I want to talk about everything that sets my soul on fire because I know it is setting your soul on fire too. And I know that we are connecting in such a beautiful, special way. So I'm gonna have to put a pin in it for today because we've about hit that time. And to be honest, I don't know if this is posting on my social Facebook live feed. I don't even know if this episode is gonna save. So I can share it and upload it to BuzzSprout so you can stream it. I'm just going on faith in a prayer here that I got the internet connected. And you know what? That is a big win for me here today. Much love to my beautiful high vibe tribe. It wasn't if it wasn't for you, I wouldn't be here. So from the bottom of my heart, I am so grateful that I have people downloading these podcasts. And even if you get one little juicy nugget from it, I'm winning. All right. That's what I'm saying. If even if I made one person smile, I know that I am winning, and that is what I'm called to do because I don't know what I'm practicing, I don't know what he has me practicing for, of why I'm getting used to speaking in this microphone and working with all this different equipment and connectivity. I I'm not sure why, but I know his promise is that I am chosen and I have a seat at his throne, and it is my mission to share the goodness of God. And if I've done that, my work is done here, and I'm just gonna keep on going, friends. Who's coming with me? Feel free to like, comment, share if you care, and I know you do, and it means the world to me. Thank you so much. I'm gonna hoapono this and be out. I love you. I'm sorry. Please forgive me. Thank you. One love, one heart. Let's get together. Until next time.
