You can tell a lot about a wrestler by what they did before the ring ever paid them. Ravion joins us to talk about bouncing between careers and callings: earning degrees in mechanical engineering and graphic design, taking on opportunities outside wrestling, then choosing to bet on the grind when the timing finally felt like “now or never.” If you care about the real path of an independent wrestler, this conversation gets specific about consistency, momentum, and the hard truth that taking time off can cost you spots.

We also go deep on wrestling fandom and identity, from watching old tapes with family to getting hooked during the Monday Night Wars. Ravion explains why Booker T mattered to him, how being a “WCW kid” shaped his taste, and why representation can be the difference between watching wrestling and believing you could do it. From there we jump into the messy fun of growing up on wrestling: backyard matches, toy cages, and the kind of stories that make you laugh now but teach you respect for the craft.

Then we get nerdy with match concepts and booking. We debate why battle royals often fall flat on the indies, why a big ring changes everything, and what makes the classic Elimination Chamber feel like a career-defining test. Ravion breaks down his own character work too, including his Big Roger persona, plus a run of “only in indie wrestling” stories that sound unreal until you remember how wild the road can get.

Introductions And Guest Welcome

SPEAKER_01

Welcome to another episode of the Big Brothers of Destruction podcast. It's your host who likes the post, the Masoku. And it's your boy, Swai Switcher in the building. And we have a guest with us here today. And I'll allow him to introduce himself. Ladies and gentlemen, boys and girls, Cast and Dolph Rash and Rotion. It is Zai, the Champagne Don, Ray Zion, always revering the house of space. See, I see everybody has their own great intro. And I'm just like, damn, you know, I had to come up with mine. But also, you are a talent, so that makes sense. You have to have your own like catchphrase or intro. Come on. I mean, this is one of those things that come natural. I mean, I say I know y'all get it all the time. Once you feel it, you feel it. And once you know, you know. Absolutely, absolutely. I'm gonna be honest, when it comes to yours, like I feel like, granted, the host who likes to post is it is straight.

SPEAKER_00

It's straight. However, it's also it's not actually you. Okay. But the only reason why, but the only issue is is the fact that like the actual you Yeah, no, we so it's like, I don't like it.

SPEAKER_02

We can't do that.

SPEAKER_01

We can't do that. Well, it's just because okay, so so so so so we we we have to have a conversation about that, but today's episode is not about my catchphrase. It's about the world getting the chance to see Ravion and just be able to tell us more

Getting Serious About The Grind

SPEAKER_01

about you, man. So uh first and foremost, how long have you been in the business? Honestly, man, I've been in and out since like 09. But I've been real consistent since about like 2017, 2018, just steady on the grind, a bunch of tag partners, and right now, like I said, me and Bobby Crono not only trying to take over Florida, but we're trying to take over the nation bit by bit, chomp by chop, everything that we can. Absolutely. Shout out Cronoff. Shout out Crono, okay, okay. Please give us uh, cause yeah, yeah. Shout out to Bobby Crono. Yeah, his little thing that he's got. Top 10 in Florida, by the way. Top 10 in Florida. Which is Curry. I know, right? Baby. What was what was it before the last year? He was like 60s, something like that. Mm-hmm. So to go from the 60s to top 10? I'm talking about you bypass in a year. B, you bypass, you know, other tag teams, you bypass, you know, guys like Better Together. I mean, he done blew up. And I, to be honest, like real talk, he has improved. He's improved greatly over the last few years. But the last year especially, yeah, he's coming to his own. I'm proud of that boy. Yeah, don't worry. Uh Colonel, you're next. But uh, real quick, because I know because I've been around you, I actually do believe from what I've come to understand, I've been around you probably about since you got onto your your second string of getting back into wrestling, which was around uh too late 16 going into 17.

SPEAKER_02

Right.

SPEAKER_01

And so I want to hear, because I've never asked you, I've just heard it secondhand. I need to hear your uh give us your uh your your origin stories. And if you don't mind me asking you pulling the

Education, Travel, Then Wrestling Calling

SPEAKER_01

mic closer to you so that way it can't make your audience get you, you feel me? Can you hear me now? Yeah, there we go. All right, so as far as origin stories, I mean, my whole thing was, or at least what I was told to do, was I gotta graduate before I do anything. So I came out of Famue, you know, double bachelor's in science, mechanical engineering, and graphic design. Of course, somehow not using none of that and wound up doing this. Like I've even taught at Morehouse in the AMCRI program. I've done Moto GP, being one of their tents riders. Like, I've done a lot. But somehow everything just came out of wrestling. So go figure it. But um started uh training up there at WWA for, you know, Mr. Hughes, old boy used to always bodyguard Jericho. And I'm talking about up there where, you know, some monsters like might know, like, you know, A.R. Fox, Jonathan Gresham, Uha Nation. Apollo girls for y'all that don't know. You know, like that. No, yeah, a real one. It took me a minute because I remember like one time I was watching some videos, somebody was telling who he was, and I was like, oh shit. Oh, that is Apollo Girl. Yeah, like immediately, yeah. But yeah, I was training with monsters like that. And of course, you know, life got in the way, started getting curious. Like I said, with the Morehouse and the Moto GP thing. I mean, let's be real. Team Red Bull was right, some big checks, especially with Team Yamaha. I'm like, I'm not gonna turn that down. But when it all came back around full circle, it was like, I gotta get this wrestling thing one more try. And so moved back down to Florida, got my stuff together, tried to go to FCW, and uh, Norman Smiley of all people is the one that told me, oh, we're about to move to Orlando, so you might as well go on and train with Team 3D. Came my butt here, and uh, really, once I hit Orlando, you know, feet on the ground, it was the rest is history because around here, it's so much competition now, especially with NXT and everything else being here. And then, of course, you know, those guys up in Duval AEW, you gotta stay on it. Like you have to stay on it around here because if you take any time off, you'll get left to the dust real quick.

unknown

Gosh.

SPEAKER_01

So, I mean, that's kind of well known in the business. You have to keep going. There's no days off. Yeah. So for you to kind of shift gears into doing from graphic design to everything else, like what shift that gear to you to say wrestling is what it needs to be for you right now? To me, it was always one of those days to where if I'm gonna take that shot, I might as well take it. Like I've done college football or radio football, I've done mixed martial arts. It was one of those things to where it's either now or never, because if I don't come back to it, it's gonna leave me behind. I'm gonna leave it behind. So while the passion was still there, that's when I decided to go on ahead and take the chance. And that's when I decided to come back to Florida and actually plunge back into it full time. Gotcha, got you. Okay, so that's so it kind of was a chain of events, you would say. Chain of events. And, you know, as you finally started getting back into wrestling, I think, what was your first like ever connection

First Wrestling Memories And WCW Loyalty

SPEAKER_01

to wrestling? Because we all we we talked about this too. Like, what was our first moment we were introduced to wrestling? And me, it was a friend of mine, I was at his house, and I saw the rock hit the rock bottom of Undertaker. Like, this was like, I think corporate rock, I can't remember. But I was like, oh, snap, this is dope. So I would love to hear that. Okay, I feel I see what you say. I see what you put down. Um, well, my original connection to wrestling was AWA, me, mom, grandma, love you. I know you recover right now because of the stuff yesterday, but you know, I get on you about that. I'll get that phone call. But my grandma in Dallas, she loved watching wrestling back in the day. So she had all these old tapes, and it was like one of those things to where you constantly just sit there and you just sit and watch it. It's like, you know, the pageantry. You know, you got guys like, you know, Freddie Blassie and all of them. Of course, you know, everybody in Texas with Devon Airs, you're watching all of those old tapes. So it's just one of those things to where, you know, you're just stuck there. You're just watching. It's almost like Saturday morning cartoons. These guys are larger than life. But then as I grew up, I kind of got out of it. But then middle school. Now, at this point, you know, Attitude Air, Monday Night Awards, everything is full blow. But what really got me to thinking, man, maybe I should really try this random Monday Nitro. I can't even tell you which one.

SPEAKER_00

Oh boy, night nitrous.

SPEAKER_01

It was random Monday Nitro. And I'm talking about like, this is like around those Halloween Havoc days, Booger T, Eddie Guerrero, and the United States Championship. Okay. I'm talking about Eddie pushed him back, Booger hit the ropes, came back, quick Lariat, off to the races. From then I was like, okay, I see a black man doing this representation. It matters. Okay, okay. Now I feel like maybe I can do this, maybe I can try to do this. And from then, it was just trying to figure out how, where to go to. Like back then, I'm young. I don't know what wrestling schools and all of this stuff are. So I'm like, this is let me just sit up here and play every sport I can. And then eventually, once I had information to try, go on ahead and take that plunge. Gotcha. Okay. That's funny, because the fact that it being Booker T, and I know you yourself are a Texas man yourself. Right. And so that I guess I can see how that really also brings it to home because I think Booker T is Houston, right? Yeah. And you are. But yeah, coming from Dallas to Houston, you think it's that rivalry there, but no, it's all camaraderie. It's all about it. Like pretty much, you know, it could be Houston, Dallas, Austin, San Antonio. Like, yeah, we might argue, but at the end of the day, we all want to see each other succeed. So what you're telling me is you're a WCW kid? Uh, probably more WCW than WF alone solely because of Booker T. That's crazy. This is the first time I think I've ever been in front of anybody who is a WCW kid. Because, you know, me and you, WWE, but I branched off into ECW, and that was my home. So it's like for once in a situation, you literally have all three brands in this room. That's true. That is rare. That's rare. That is rare. It's been like I even myself, I do not know anyone who was like, I literally personally do not know anyone who was a WCW man. Yeah. Everyone else. Yeah, everyone's nobody, bro. Like in our, I know like in our super chat. Steve favorites, not even Google's favorites. But I mean when we say like a WCW main, like that was the product you watched. You did not watch WWE because you know that the war going on, but somebody primarily watched it more than WWE. Like Okay, I see your point. I watched both, but yeah, so the Book of T came on now the TWJ. Yeah, yeah, yeah. It's for an example. When I was growing up, WCW didn't exist in my mind. Really? Yeah. Because like I and I'll never forget, and I've said this story before where I'm on the playground and one of my friends, his name was Paul. And it's like, he was like, uh, I said something about wrestling. And he's like, Oh, you watch wrestling too? I was like, Yeah, yeah. He's like, Who's your favorite? I was like, Oh, my uh, my favorite is uh I like Undertaker, and I think and it's Stone Cole. And he's like, Who are they? I'm like, Oh, so he had no couple. No, he was like, And I was like, What do you mean who are they? They're they're wrestlers. He's like, I was like, Who are your favorites? He's like, Well, my favorite is Sting and Goldberg. And I'm like, And you're like, those aren't those aren't wrestlers. Yeah, like, who the fuck y'all are? You're not those aren't real big. Okay, so maybe maybe I was spoiled because I had access to both, and I had access to ECW. I mean, I would watch a Jerry Limass to this day. Oh my god, I had access to all three. So like it's weird to me when people literally are like, okay, I watched this or I watched this. I'm like, you ain't never flipped the channels up. So that's the thing. That's the thing. We I never flipped, but like as we got into like, I want to say, what was it? I'm almost almost getting towards the Alliance era, I was starting to take a step back and see certain things. Because like when Goldberg started to rise, and then everybody tried to compare Stone Cold to Goldberg, and then we got Gilbert, that's what made me turn to the channel to see who is Goldberg, because everybody keeps saying Gilbert is the adaptation of Goldberg and WWE. So then that introduced me to him, Sting and Booger Teen. And I was like, oh, that's The Rock. You know, like a comparison. Yeah. It was funny because I remember when I like after I had that conversation with my Fred Ball, and it almost completely destroyed our friendship for a moment. Because I completely denounced like his wrestlers of choice, and I'm like, man, I don't think you could take that guy, and blah, blah, blah. Like it was like, God. I wish we had that prime on the TV last hour. Oh, yeah. Yeah. I remember I went to and searched, like, I actually like found the channel where that came on. Because though I I had an older brother who who he watched both of them, but like by the time that like I was really getting into that, like he was like, he had like kind of like moved out the house and all this other stuff. So it was like I didn't know from him. And whenever we would watch wrestling as a family, it was all of us, me, my mom, my brother, sometimes my grandmother and my grandfather at the time. We was always watching it just WWE. And so it was like, I remember watching, like, oh, I this the other wrestling they're talking about.

SPEAKER_00

And I remember I'm watching it, and I'm like, man, that shit's boring, man.

SPEAKER_01

No way, no ways, no ways. He didn't witness like none of the Dennis Robinson madness and all. Oh, I'm not sure.

SPEAKER_00

So I think it was like I think he was in there, and I did. I remember I remember recognizing him.

SPEAKER_01

I I remember seeing Hulk Hogan doing his Hollywood shtick at the time. The who better than K. And then uh, but it was like now granted, I was a kid back then. So it was like I gave it like maybe about maybe 20 minutes tops, because this is also while regular wrestling is on, true, and so it's like, and RTVs weren't as easy to click back and forth from.

SPEAKER_00

So it was like, yeah, these aren't, and I think I remember I was like, I thought Sting looked cool, but he wasn't as cool as Undertaker.

SPEAKER_01

So it was like, yeah, wait, wait, wait, wait, wait, wait, wait, wait, wait. The pro Sting when he used to come down and clip off, it was cold.

SPEAKER_00

Yeah, but but but did he shoot lightning from his hands? No. Did he turn the lights on and off? No, he did actually. No, he didn't turn the lights on. He did turn the lights on and off.

SPEAKER_01

Oh, he turned the lights on, and I guess I missed that part. Yeah, because he because he but the cool part is he will be in the rapture just Yeah, like that shit was cold for like an hour just out there, spooky folk.

SPEAKER_00

Like, I would see, I remember seeing that, and I was like, Sting, yeah, there's a part of me that wanted to really like Sting, but because he was always compared to Undertaker, in my mind, I'm like, he's not better than Undertaker. Yeah, no, like Under Have you seen this that Undertaker has done? Tombstone? Who cares about a reverse DDT?

SPEAKER_01

I ain't gonna lie, I will I will give WWE WWF did one thing, though. They had Kane. WCW did not have a cane destroyed. WCW did not have a cane. No, they tried to do a shock master. I'll take about the pump over shockman at the end of the day. I'll take about Badwell over that. You saw he's trying to get back at the wrestler, right? Huh? Yeah, he's in TNA. I see.

SPEAKER_00

I thought he liked lose a leg.

SPEAKER_01

Yeah, he's trying to make an attempt to wrestle. Well, I thought they'll have Zach Owl at some. Yeah. That is fair. One less limb doesn't make you any lesser. Also, you got TNA uh, was it Chris Melendez? Didn't he have one of the like the old orange veteran type? Oh, yeah. They did do a situation with that too. Yeah. I got the name wrong, my back up. Yeah. But um, but knowing still that you you primarily watch WCW. Now, I'm always curious because I know we had moments like this when we were growing up. Did you have your

Backyard Matches And Toy Cage Chaos

SPEAKER_01

own makeshift wrestling matches with your relatives? All right. So yes. Around those times where, you know, you had grandma's house, or you and all the cousins over, you got both TVs stacked up on each other. Yes, we had those matches. Now, the problem is always covering up whatever you destroyed in the process. So even recently, and now I can tell this story because dad finally found a home.

SPEAKER_00

But yeah. It took how many years from the night?

SPEAKER_01

Let's see, we talking about Red Mysterio 619-ish. So we're talking about what? Like when he first started, when he first started introducing it? When he first started doing the 619. That's like 2008. Oh, that's 8? Like, that's okay. It might have been my own. Nah, nah. I know I was still in middle school when it was happening, G. Who's that jumping out of the sky when he first did it? That was that was E. Yeah, that was E in 2006. I remember the C D. I remember having the C D. That's too crap. Okay, this is Mighty Right. So yes. Hold on, wait a second. That's 16 years then. No, that's that's longer than that. Because if this was where you had the C D, because like you were still here in Florida when that happened. So then 2006, 2007. This is because like, well, 2006, that was when we were going into high school. So you got that up. Oh, yeah, you right. Yeah, that's probably like 2006. Maybe even 2004, really. Yeah, because I remember I used to travel, whenever I used to travel from uh from Florida to North Carolina, I used to have my CD and I'd be in my car, my grandpa. In college in college, and you have all three CDs and you just rotate them shit, bro. Okay. Oh my God. All right, so we're gonna put it there. Early 99, 2000s, High Boys era. Please, I knew you. Oh my god. Uh word of mouth era. You had a tip already. You had to say though I had a tip. So we're gonna put it in that room. But I'm talking about like it's me, my brother, my sister, my cousin David, Kenny, TJ, whoever else was in the neighborhood. I'm talking about we all wildin' in the labor. All the cushions, all the cushions off the couch, everything on the floor. So we all just getting that dude. My cousin says, Oh, I can pull off a 619. I'm like, how? He goes, and my sister goes, she's standing on the couch. He literally goes through the liver roll, grips the wall, and actually hits the 619. No, I'm just left here like, no, in the process. It's too late. She does his knees go through the wall. And I'm like, oh crap, we're screwed. That is the day I learned what plaster and a boxy was. And I'm talking about like the old pink one you got out of Walmart, and then you had to let it dry in a way. You became a handyman in there. That cool. Bro, the whole was like thinking in my head. And then I'm talking about like, I'm literally just going over it, going over it, going over it for like a good 30, 45 minutes. Putting the fans in front of it, let it dry, and then the paint was in the dang garage. So I repainted the wall. I'm talking about legendary back. Apparently. I'm talking about what, three years ago? He might have found that hole. And I'm talking about like he just laying back on the new sofas with the little automatic uh reclimbing. Yeah, yeah, yeah. And I hear crick, crick, crick. I'm like, oh dad, no. And he popped the hole. He's thinking he did it this entire time.

SPEAKER_00

So he done lay back here.

SPEAKER_01

I'm like, no, I've told him like within the last year, but it's the fact that he found it, and I'm like, oh yeah, we did do that. I'm talking about it's been so long. I forgot. My man forgot about the first time he had his first match, he forgot. I remember, I remember my brother won because he tapped out my cousin in the uh ankle log. I remember the finish that lady. I remember the finish. Jeez, I don't think I've ever had something like that happen where I think it was kept that tight niche of a secret where no one I don't know. Yeah, no. I mean, the only thing is, like I said, that time we actually busted each other. We busted me open with this the plastic steel cage. Oh yeah, there wasn't. See that with the cage? So, so okay, so what happened was back in the day when we had the steel cage pieces. So I used to have a bunk bed uh futur bed. Oh. And we were wrestling and then we had uh we was using items to hit each other with, and one hit me with the forehead, and I guess it cut or slashed me, and I started busting open. I was like, oh shit, I'll bust it open. No, keep going. Keep going. The hell of the same cage one. Yes. It was the regular steel cage one, I thought. Yeah, so there was the gray one. The gray one. It was like a gray one. So like uh the with the WWE toys, there was, because I ended up getting two different ones. And we got the original one. It's like it was modeled like the what the blue ones were like. Oh. But it was but it was all gray, kind of thing. Like I think it might it was supposed to be more akin to the cage that they have with Soko, Steve Austin. Yeah. And so it was it was one of those kinds. And then a couple years later, when they came out with like the steel cage where it has kind of like the the area where they can kind of like hold on, like where they can kind of stand on, like when they kind of have those uh like where it's like it's like cage, but then there's kind of like a little bit of space where they can't. Oh, yeah, yeah, yeah. That was like the newer steel cage. And so then what we used to do is we would set that one up, and then we would put the old steel cage on top to make it uh our own makeshift hell in a cell.

SPEAKER_00

Because I think to this day, at least I've never seen one. They've never made that as a toy. Like the Hell in a Cell has never been an advertised wrestling toy to my novel. It has. They have. It has. Oh, okay. I've never seen, at least back in between, like uh in between '98.

SPEAKER_01

I remember that red one being a 121 point. That was a mistake. Oh, they all know that that we all know that's a mistake. But then they were in the early 2000s. Like they did that, like for a very long time, there was no hell in a cell like cage that they had. And then by the time they came out with one, Kramer, it was like, it was like, it was real expensive. And I was just like, I don't need it. I made my own. So it was cool. But like it was those other ones, because they were like a more harder plastic that we were using as weapons. That's kind of thing. And then you split them up with me. And then I even twine, we were twin mean, we were twining my bump bag as if we were classic. Now that's gone. I was like, oh, I'm bossing off because kidding off. That that's one of our speaking of cages, that is funny enough. That is the one match I ever done. A cage match? That is the one match I ever done. I've done all the stupid death match. How many ladder matches have you seen me do? I know you've done plenty, but I've only seen two. Okay, okay, okay, okay. So now that you're

Dream Matches And Why Battle Royals Suck

SPEAKER_01

telling me you've never done a cage match, you said you've done death matches, you've done ladder matches. What is the one match if you had an opportunity to do in your career, what would it be? Oh, I mean, we're just gonna go the extreme version of the cage, so it's gotta be chamber. You want to get a chamber? Oh, okay. I don't want the new chamber. I want the old Eric Bishop chamber. I want that one. I want the I want the lyrics, Triple H R off the top chamber on that one. Y'all see that? There is a difference. I want that one. The Eric Bishoff Elimination Challenge. I want that one where I'ma get paid. I'm gonna feel it. But trust me, we get paid. That's funny you say that because to me, mine would be the Royal Rumble match. I would I would love to be in a rumble match. Because it just looks like it's fun to just be like, yo, what's up, John? Not much. Hey, yo, we just wait for Star Right, right, yeah. The funny thing is, the whole little secret in the indies, a lot of us hate the Royal Rumble. Really? Like, like, I mean, if it was Royal Rumble, be one thing, but like traditional regular battle. A lot of us do not like it. I feel like to me, a lot of people don't have big enough rings to do it. Like, you need a 20 by 20 to have a good Rumble. A lot of people run around with these 18s or worse, these 16s or somehow smaller. You can't fit that many people in there. It get cosmophobic real quick. Real quick. So I could. If it was a bigger ring, I could see the funnel, but a lot of us are funny enough. We hate battle role play masters. That's interesting. I see a lot of them in the endies. So you telling me I hate them? Do them to feel talent. Because think about it. Unless it's for a title or a number one contendership, what are we doing it for? That's fair. It is, which yeah, it is uh ultimately, especially in an enemy setting, is a filler match to get as many people on the card as possible. As possible. Oh, you mean so like what Tony Khan did with the blackjack guy? Uh he did it for you. He made sure the boys ate. That's the thing. It was like, it was really there was no need. But if we was on TV, I get it. Yeah. But if we're not on TV and we're eating the same amount, anyways. I just say I'm talking about this. So every time I ordered, I already did a match and you want to end the show with a uh battle royal that don't amount to nothing. Like, come on, bro. We said it means something. That part. So if you if you're saying the elimination chamber is the number one, the old chamber bottom. The old chamber would be the ideal match that you would have. Can you give me some other five that you would have in there? It could be indie, it could be current, who would be people you'd be. Alright, so I want to challenge myself. So for the sake of argument for this one, who's gonna be Florida? Who's gonna know? I'm gonna do it. I'm gonna do a double pin at the end. Oh, all right, so let's so if I have to do a King of Florida man chamber style, it gotta be me and Bobby in there. Just for the drama suspicious that well, they want they. Well they want that yoga that have that. I'm gonna put Noah in there. I'm gonna put Sterling, sorry, Starling in there. Um I need something dynamic and exciting. So just uh is people off. I could I would put Dirty Diaz to be a dick. Okay. Dirty Devin. And then probably baby Keith, because I because you need that, you need that bouncy Javonna or this type of kid. You need somebody that's gonna go high flying that people expect it versus where you know Bobby pulls something out of his ass. So you need that, you know, guarantee versus, oh, what kind of car crash we're gonna get today kind of thing. So now, and then since I would literally probably pull the triple How Michael's double pin crowd with me and Bobby at the end. Okay. Literally knock each other out on top of each other. That would be that would be an interesting story because then you can build a storyline if it was a mania situation. Right. But now we're tag teams, we're going to mania. Title. So they automatically got to go through a triple story. Well, so okay, so you're doing you're doing the old chamber, but you're going with the format of current. Because the old chambers used to have the title online in the match. Yeah, they didn't. Yeah, because I I feel like I could I could build longer to that. Because what chambers normally were like February, January. Yeah, and then I got like a month and a half, you know, to play around with building it up. Hear me out. I felt like if somebody was going in for the title, like say it could have been dirty, you know, DNA, it could be anybody else, but they lost because now it's just you two, right? Because you get the double pin, and now they're fucking mania based off the fact that there is no champion because there was a right. So either way, to me, that still goes back to a truth because you have the guy that lost it versus the two people who won. Well, no, no, no. But what happens is since he got pinned, he he's no longer champion. Well, remember, in WWE, what is there always? There's always one get back. Oh, because you're saying so you're saying like somebody who's using their rematch compete class. Okay. There you go. I was, I would, I would hope that in that situation, if it just uh speculate, that because he lost, he's no longer champion. And now, because there's there will be a vacant title, so the vacant title will be the match you guys haven't made. No, I would hope and think that as well. Uh-huh. But I know that I see what you're saying. You're like, this is what I want for them. Like, I know, I know that isn't the truth. Like, I know no matter how we try to justify it, this dude that's been carrying the belt the whole time, they're gonna get him in there somehow. Gotcha, gotcha. Okay, okay, okay. So that's why you gotta do it in AEW. Oh, so much licensing agreements gotta be. Oh man. That's why you gotta do it in AEW. Man, it's a good idea. Because we can sweep the other guy under the rug because the death riders are gonna show up. Oh, boy. Jump him for some fucking reason. Yeah, we need death riders, boy. I'm telling you. He got wrong, because I'm like, he was like, oh, how do we solve the situation? Oh, it's gonna take you out for co. Just have someone in the death riders coming, jumping. Let's have her back in here and take a break. Take a break, just mystery man. Oh man. Uh is it is it a loot of basket or a shice fitness time? I mean, no, it's the shice. Like the me and my sister. Did he show you that meme? Yes. Okay. So yeah, look at me that it's funny. We just saw New Japan. Listen. And it's crazy because New Japan don't know. They got all other syndicals to do. But that 2026. 2026 is the year to shysties, baby. Apparently. But I feel like definitely we could talk about stuff that's going on with New Japan in a different light. But actually, just because of the fact I brought up shisies, that actually does lead me to something with you. Because outside of your normal persona, there is that shisy wearing

SPEAKER_01

character that you got. I mean my toy uh big Roger the Outstopper, well, at least down here, because of no North Little Raga. Okay, tell me a little bit about that. Because I've seen Mr. Ranga himself a couple of times. And uh he's a little more rougher around the edges, but I'm sure you know him more well. So could you shed some light? Give us a little bit about this Ron. I mean, he's a little bit more grommy, you know, a little bit more out of the other, always see with guys like, you know, Rockin the third and all of them. No shout-out Money and T, all that. But uh, he's just one of those guys to where you don't really want to call him unless you have to. And of course, when you do, I hope you got a bunny. It's just one of those type of guys. It's just one of them types. He's one of them type of guys. Don't get me wrong. I mean, we're about to say we're both big, but I wouldn't want to see him in the alley. Fair enough. Is he kind of like an AJ Francis kind of big? He could put AJ Francis on his shoulders while another dude is holding him on his back. So I'm just saying, he's one of those guys to where I'd be scared of him and AJ, but I'd be more scared because the AJ might be up front with you versus Rock is all sneaky. I promise you, Rock is all sneaky. Hey, but Roger might sneak you while AJ looking there at you. You never know. It's like messing around with uh Jurassic Park. Yeah, I just be looking at one person, and then next thing you know, you done got a guy. Damn. But but he is loyal to the call. So long as you got his money, he got too bad. So with that in mind, then can you tell me like uh kind of things you would expect from wrestlers and aims? So about getting too detailed and probably putting yourself in a position, what are some of the craziest stories, man, you've had uh I mean, let's see, by far, most of the craziest stuff, at least the absolute top out of the top 10, top five easy to go to Saucer's Castle. That Saucer Castle Wrestling, you know. Uh was an ad. Okay, so you got some you got some connections. You see that. Let me put it this way. I I have only lived vicariously through him when it comes to the stuff that happens there. I've been invited. And in hindsight, it was probably a good thing I did not go. More so just because I was, you know, he being the family man that I am now, and and the things that happen at the castle are almost equal. It I I'll let you know.

SPEAKER_00

Yeah, you just he was there. Yeah, you know, I've only seen videos.

SPEAKER_01

When you have little people's trippers running around putting fireworks where they should not be on other people, yeah, you start questioning things. He starts questioning life. Then you have, you know, these same people playing uh stilted volleyball with a flaming volleyball. Stuff like that is going on. Nigga, when you had a circus, I mean you kind of built like the circus.

SPEAKER_00

I'm not sure what's a jungle wrestling. What the fuck?

SPEAKER_01

If jungle wrestling had that kind of money, I would not be surprised. That one grand tasty doesn't. Well, put it like this. You had to sign an NDA just to step onto property. Everybody? Everybody. Even the police department and the fire department are not allowed to come onto the property without permission. So that was your number five. That's like top five. Oh, that's the that's number one in the top five situation. That's why I like number three. Okay, so you started off with you videos where they like, uh, uh, uh-huh. That's why I like that. That's why I like the the the the little people with the fireworks in there was easily number. So Dorse.

Building The Big Roger Persona

SPEAKER_01

You're seeing Dorsey in there just coming off everywhere with the sparklers and uh rumble candles just everywhere. Goodness. Well, it's uh from the small things. Remember that one there was that this one wrestling company that we saw and heard of that like I think like uh I know like Nikki James came from that wrestling company where it was like it was almost like a it was almost like it was like a it was almost like it was like a corn slash regular wrestling company. You talking like XPW? Is that what it was called? XPW used to produce corn, yeah.

SPEAKER_00

Okay, I said it's so yeah, it's like they would literally have like strippers trying to wrestle and yeah, that's not like yeah, that it was like wrong. It was like take that level sph, it turned up then turn turn up to max, and that's just what I was able to see.

SPEAKER_01

Look, man, I've seen people being hooked in the ring, and I can't remember his name, but he's a deathmatch legend. Uh why he's just the he's the guy that doesn't. Jesus Christ! Um no, but you know what I'm talking about. Uh but uh he he was hooked, literally, shoulder hooked. No, not not Man Amando, no. It starts with a Z. I'm so bad. Yeah, I'm not gonna be back. No, because I watched Death Mass Wrestling. So I'm he's a legend. He's a good legend. Is he one or one of the part-time owners of like CZW 1.0? Yeah, I think he's more so uh yeah, CZW. Yeah. So I got his face. I just remember the name right. But he was hooked in the middle of the room. Yeah. What's going on here? But I've seen some crazy stuff. So that's your number three. One of the. And give me the rank, this of the police. Number five, I saw a dude almost get drowned in a hot tub by like three BBLs. Like a little different like a little Jewish dude. We told him, I'm like, look, I don't know if this is gonna be safe for you, cuz you know, these are like those, these are like those dominatrix type of Latinas, but like they're the Doms. And then next thing I know, I go get a drink and I come back, and he's like, help me, and I'm like, what just happened? And they're all like just donking on his head. I'm talking about the most silicone you've seen in your life. On some An queen legs. I'm like, I'm like, somebody. Dark side of the ring, I need you to replicate this, please. I can use a vegan toss pit. I'm talking about are you tuners, cheers, tuners, judges. Dark side of the ring. You hear this now. We can replicate this. I I need this. As long as they use the hydropunk sound effects, I'm feeling bubble. That's the hydropunk. You told me that's five. That's five. Uh what was another random one? Oh, somehow we were doing a match with of all people, Alex Misery was in this match. And somehow Pickle Pixie got in the ring. What the fuck? So for a moment, you was when you said Pinkle Pixie, I was like, whose wrestling name is that? I mean, we got Cheeseburger. Oh, it's not a pertinent. It was an item that was dropped in the ring. Heck, during the stripper moment that came after that, these girls are like seducing each other with the jar of Pig feet. I'm like, when did it get in the ring? We're in the middle of a match, and I just smell that smell, and I'm like, oh no. That's a very noticeable smell. And I'm talking about old? No, but that's the thing. They let one of them, it was one of those fans ring the weapons type of hardcore matches. Security, security, why did you let them bring it in? These are the same people or the same security that let somebody bring a whole cafeteria bitch, not like a picnic table. A whole cafeteria bitch was launched into

Saucer’s Castle Stories Get Unreal

SPEAKER_01

the ring. How the fuck was that? How am I supposed to use that? No, the bench, the bench itself, are we talking about where you can sit down? A longboard. It took like six of them to throw it in the ring. Like two had to hold on a rope. The other four were struggling to carry it. By the time I see them, I grab it, I pull it in the ring, and then I'm like, how am I supposed to use it? Couldn't do it. You had to put them through.

SPEAKER_00

That person is put up. Maybe that's what they thought. Maybe that's what they thought.

SPEAKER_01

Misery did a frog splash from like 50 feet, easily 15 feet up out the rafters. That wouldn't have broken. Let's see, you would consider Jack would be listening off putting the table through the person. Thank you. Like I can't, I can't put it in the corner because it's still like an extra 10 feet over here, just daily. So I put in the middle of the ring, and now it's crossing the whole ring. So now the ring is literally cut in half. I pray to God somebody has this on tape. What the fuck are you talking about, bro? And this is number four. And remember, Sauce's Castle has the old WrestleMania 3 ring. Again, this is number four. This is four. So we've gone from the rings of that bull rope. We've gone from confirm also. The ones that you have said.

SPEAKER_00

Did all of these happen at the castle?

SPEAKER_01

These all happen at the castle. And different nights. There's a different names are different. And apparently the castle is not somewhere to get that out of the shit. You gotta come in there prepared for crazy shit. Don't get me wrong. You can't go upstairs unless one of the women escorts you upstairs. But you will and need to be prepared to see some of the craziest shit that you've never seen before. I can't really say that much because of what I do in my uh free time. Uh, I do see some wild shit, and I don't know. You have possum races? First of all, who's training and taking these possums? Have they been cared for rabies? Oh no. I just know everybody started pulling out money and five possums got lined up. We are still not covering the rest of this. This is what I'm telling you. Slow buddy, somebody put down a G on a possum race and lost. Lost. And he's trying to tell myself run it back. Bro, you lost. What is your number? That was two. So so okay, so you you said number three was the circuit situation, number four was the uh the table, the number five was the BBLs, and number two is the postcards. Yeah. Okay. It's all happened on separate nights. This is all separate nights. So at the same location. Yes. Got the castle, like the main castle, not the little campground, the little circle jerk, and not the actual arena and the game room and the tennis courts, basketball courts, football fields. None of that. I need to stand out processing this shit, right? That is number two. I'll have you never been. Ow. What? Not even once in castle? No, even the old one that could see me before not burnt down. You never been to that one? No. Because that one messed that on fire. No. And I wonder why not surprise. Now, I was also saying, because this was like circuit like in between like 20 like 17 and 19, right? Yeah, this was like before COVID, like right before COVID, everything was cracking. And so this was what. So for all intents and purposes, there were membership fees, apparently, for this time. Because there was this was before your extracurriculars really started like taking off, taking off. Or even like this was when you were still training. Okay. And in your in your field. Okay. I know during this time, the reasons why I've I almost went is because I was, I had just started my process of training for wrestling. Oh, it was around that time. When I was when I was in uh MFW. Oh wrestling. That's not what they were called. They're like me for the wrestling, but MFW motherfucker wrestling. That's what I always call. Oh. RP the wrestling. Motherfucker wrestler? Yeah. Yeah, motherfucker wrestler. Oh yeah, RP Tom Dance. He was a good guy. Yeah, he was he was the good guy. I I mean to hear this number one. So what is number one? Uh well, I guess I could talk about it now, because I'm already still. And just make sure if you got a sense of certain things, just. Corn is the word for the extracurricular actin. No, it was a it was a C media outbreak. Oh wait, this is like you're talking about before pandemic. Like right before. Okay, so it was talking about like the New Year's party happened. So we didn't go, even though we're invited to uh Francis. And apparently he didn't go because he had, you know, other parties to go to. So it was a whole New Year's bad situation. So wait, so just confirm. Are we talking about the STI or are we talking about the actual pandemic breakout? No, we're talking about the STI breakout. Oh right before the pandemic breakout. And apparently that group chat got leaked and everybody was pointing fingers. And I mean everybody was pointing fingers. So yeah, it got real bad. So was there a a uh decent zero? No, not that. But more so, was it just a one big cuddle pile if I like to say? Apparently it was a cuddle power weekend. And so there were breaks in between. Oh shit. Yeah, those breaks, refreshments, half times. I'm pretty sure the band while these related time. I mean, look, I I'm not privy to code powers, if that's what we're gonna call it. But uh that just sounds like it's crazy that it was a whole weekend and that it led to an outbreak. So that means somebody had got it the first day and was like, oh, I wonder what this feeling I'm feeling is. It don't matter, we keep going. Right. And it didn't say nothing until about a week or two after. Bruh. So then that means other people also caught him, by the way. They felt it, were aware, and still kept going. Correct. Ladies and gentlemen, uh I don't know what the fuck tell you thought that was, but that's I don't know if it was the land of the game or the love of the money. It had to be the babe. A lot of these people had to go back to work. They had to go back to LaPause, they had to go back to Rachel's and all this stuff like that. Yeah.

SPEAKER_02

So things happened.

SPEAKER_01

I'm not gonna say if anybody yay or may got fired. But once they found pace with zero, they no longer talk about that personal. Last two questions. Because I feel like yeah, and Delve, you've had an interesting situation. But with your current status in Russell, do you have any major goals that you would want to accomplish, whether it's going to WWE, weather events, going to AW, going to New Japan? Like, do you have any major goals for yourself at the time? I mean, but sign that case? I mean, honestly, I'll find anywhere. I'll sign the AAA. I don't care. I just want to make that one big splash to get that one big contrast I can approve myself after that's whatever. Okay, so you don't have any like particular uh major goals for yourself. It's just you want that one. That's masters at all. I mean, yeah, I'm I'm figure you have dream masters, but like, you know, everybody's like, hey, I want to be able to be WWE champion, you know, or I want to be able to aggressive in Tokyo now. You know, just certain things like that. I didn't know if you had a particular moment for yourself that man, I want to accomplish that. Oh no. Just that first big contract. Give me that big contract. Give me money, let me show up. I don't care who I got in fire. I don't care what buffs I give, what ankle days I give. Let me show up. Okay. Three to five years. Trust me, you won't regret it. I'm gonna do something. I'm gonna make my sludge. Okay. Well, if you're shouting out to any promotions, feel free to let AO, we'll give us AW WWE, NXT, Reality Adresse, um, Hog, uh, and who else? It could be Rev Pro. Like I said before, CMLL, triple A. I know y'all hate each other. I don't care. Well, find me up first. I'm gonna do whatever you need, and we're gonna get it out of the church. Okay, bet, bet, bet. And knowing that you just want to have that big moment for yourself, who is he round rush for? I round who is we had this conversation. Uh I think you know what I do.

SPEAKER_02

All right, so it's not you won't do.

SPEAKER_01

I gotta do my guilty. So he didn't quite have. I gotta do my simmons. Run the truth killings. Oh truth. Run the truth killings. Right. And write it all out just because I'm gonna say Monty Brown, because he really did leave an impact on T. Yeah. So I'm gonna do that. I'm gonna leave it down. So you picked brothers as in your brothers. That's like I always anybody who's ever asked me a question, they know it. So can I need honorary mentions if you had to choose between C1 and keep it within that same? Now, if I'm gonna do my honorary, I got you. So even on the easier, I'm gonna make it my show. He's yeah, he's damn black. He damn near black. Like my show, I'm gonna put in there RVD. I'm gonna put in Nakamura, and I'm gonna put in AJ. AJ made me care again without stopping caring about wrestling. Like it was right, you know, coming out, I'll give a concentration, doing college, all that stuff. Like, AJ made me care. Uh Nakamura, main reason why I saw that he wants it out of distrustful. I'm like, who is this Michael Jackson? He didn't know, but at the end of the day, he was the Michael Jackson of like. He has all the boring, all the high. Yeah. If you want to talk about reforming, yeah. That's our myself, we know it's fun to more. And then who else I said? Uh, you said RDD, RVD and then AJ Styles. RVD just cuz once again. I didn't know what LCW was, but I saw this dude flipped like I'm like, oh, who that wanna be that guy? Now, I was aware that he existed, like yo, can't be in the stuff year out of here. RVD RVD? Like a two-meer run RVD? Or can I go untouched? Can I can I give him some wrong competition? Because of the Van Dam, at first I thought it was John Clark Van Dam starting to rest. To be fair, I bought those cousin first. Okay, so okay, okay, chat. My wrong, not wrong. All right, cool. But then I realized they have no relationship. Because you were keeping it to the brothers before, I just wanted to ask for the honorary mentionable to asking for my sisters. If you were going to put that in the category of my sisters or my sisters, who would you probably be now?

SPEAKER_02

Jackie's first jaquent? Yeah. Okay.

SPEAKER_01

Jackie, definitely for her.

SPEAKER_00

Very, very no, you got to. Well, not just that, but she's she's also a tensor. Huh? No, you're right, you're right.

SPEAKER_01

Obviously. And even

Big Contract Goals And Wrestling Mount Rushmore

SPEAKER_01

not regressive, it's just a presence and the passion. It's still helping.

unknown

Yeah.

SPEAKER_01

People don't buy that. That's like managing matters to me. I'm real upset with myself right now because her name is freaking escaping me when she does Ronda Texas and also a Ronnie back. I cannot remember her name right now. Not Jazz. Not Jazz, right? Oh, thank you. But Jazz is in the PC now. Oh, she's in PC? Yeah, she's in the PC. Oh, I think I'm not sure. Like literally doesn't have to be. Well, I know she was like that. They were running an air promotion over in Texas, so we say that Jazz and then for a fork around it out. Just because she did help out a lot just with everybody's journal, especially with these curved wrestlers and a lot of current men and women. I'm giving her the honorary and giving that. She's been pushing. She's been pushing. I mean, she was always good, but like her stuff she's doing now with the students that she's working with and the 12 or two that she's working with now. So early lady? Yes. Yeah. Yeah, I'm gonna get it right on. Okay, okay. Okay. I appreciate that. I appreciate it. Because you know, we had the conversation of what our uh, you know, our rush boards are, and we kind of back and forth with it as well. And I know that was my two questions, but I I wanted to ask you one last question. I just thought about this. If there was anything that you wanted to just say to the audience, say to your fans or whatever, and then what your current journey in wrestling is, just any of the last things you like to say? At the end of the day, thank you. Because when I'm the fans, we do what inability to do none of this. So thank you for your support, thank you for watching, thank you for watching this, thank you for coming to the show, thank you for buying merchants. Thank you for everything. Thank y'all for being y'all for the weekend of us. Beautiful, beautiful. Well, first off, I want to say thank you for being here. I mean, y'all two are honestly connected to each other. He's your social media. We'll be a hassle now. Well, we definitely appreciate you having here. And then basically, at this point with swag, as he's mentioned before, you were now part of the family. Because once you make it one episode, you're part of the family. You know what fridge is. Well, it's like the way that it goes is like the first episode is your energy. The second episode is part of the show. Okay, nice. Now we work. Now you work. Oh, yeah. Yeah.

Thanks To Fans And Closing Words

SPEAKER_01

I mean, I feel like if you give uh swag alcohol as a sponsor, this is gonna be a wild show. We need like two of that. He's a drink, he's a drinking thing. You know, RVD is one. But yeah, yeah, so we do appreciate you being here. And uh, as we kind of wrap things up, guys, you know, as always here at the Big Brothers of Destruction podcast, the ring is sacred, the questions are real, but destruction is guaranteed. We will see you guys here in the next episode. It's the host who likes to post, probably gonna be changing that for the next episode, but we'll find out. Uh the Lazica and your boy. So I suppose you're in the building. And last but not least, the channel Razer, always rebellious, the house of Spanish. And we will see you guys next time. Thanks so much.
