Hi there, I'm Natalie. Welcome to Faith Over Fear: The Christian Pregnancy & Birth Podcast! If you're a Christian mama preparing for birth or navigating those early days of motherhood, I've created this podcast specifically with you in mind.

As a Christian birth doula, childbirth educator, wife, and mama, I believe the Lord has called me to come alongside you through this beautiful but challenging season. When I gave birth for the first time it ignited my passion for birth, and gave me a life-altering experience of God’s faithfulness.

In each episode, you’ll hear a mix of Scripture-rooted encouragement, real birth stories, and practical wisdom for your pregnancy, birth, and beyond. 

This podcast is intentionally Christ-centered and counter-cultural. While the world pushes you to control every detail and rely on your own strength, I'm inviting you to a more God-honoring mindset. Together, we'll acknowledge the birth and motherhood fears we all face, then turn toward the hope found only in Jesus and His presence.

I'll speak honestly about the anxieties that creep in, but more importantly, I'll remind you how to rest in God's perfect plan for your birth story. The truth is, you don't need to have it all figured out—God already does, and His faithfulness never wavers.

I genuinely believe birth isn't about control—it's about God's glory. The goal isn't a "perfect" birth by worldly standards, but a surrendered experience that showcases God's strength, love, and faithfulness. When we release our tight grip on our plans and invite God fully into our story, transformation happens—fear dissolves into faith, and anxiety yields to His perfect peace.
