Black, Brown, & Unsolved
Soft voice, Hard Truth.đź’”
Black, Brown, & Unsolved is a true crime podcast that centers the stories of Black, Brown, and Indigenous people who’ve gone missing or been murdered—and never got the attention they deserved.
Hosted by Amberly, this isn’t just storytelling. It’s real work.
She speaks with families, sits down with law enforcement, reviews 911 calls, police records, and autopsy reports. She breaks down timelines, exposes inconsistencies, and asks the hard questions when no one else will.
Every episode is about more than what happened—it’s about who it happened to, why it was ignored, and what still needs to be done.
Because these cases aren’t cold. They’ve just been buried.
And someone out there still knows something.

🎄 Day 4 of 12 Days of Christmas: Adriana Smith
In Day 4 of the 12 Days of Christmas, I cover the tragic case of Adriana Smith, a 30-year-old nurse, mother, and daughter from Georgia.
Adriana sought medical care for severe headaches while nine weeks pregnant. Days later, she was declared brain dead. Instead of being allowed dignity in death, her body was kept on life support for months… against her family’s wishes, due to legal confusion surrounding Georgia’s abortion and fetal personhood laws.
Her son, Chance, was born prematurely at just 1 lb 13 oz and remains in the NICU, facing serious medical challenges while growing up without his mother.
This case raises urgent questions about bodily autonomy, medical neglect, and the continued failure of systems meant to protect Black women and their families.
Because Adriana Smith deserved better.
And this should never have happened.
