Thankful to be at church here this morning. You know, sometimes we uh I'll say I take things for granted and we get what we call spiritual amnesia where we forget what God's done for our lives. And if you've been in church long enough, it can sometimes you can find yourself going through the motions, not because you don't believe in God, but sometimes we need to look down memory lane and remember how good God's been to me. I found myself several months ago um hospitalized for the first time in my life, and uh doctors uh credited it to a virus they said that probably got in my system and hospitalized for six days, oxygen levels down to 88%. Uh and uh as I was laying in the hospital bed, I remember struggling to just inhale and exhale. And sometimes we take our breath for granted, not realizing our breath was borrowed by his breath. And so I'm here this morning, and I was sitting here as Pastor Shaw was sharing that testimony, just humbled the fact that I woke up on the side of the living this morning, that I can inhale and I can exhale. It's a testimony that I can say, God's been really good to me. My Lord, my Lord, my Lord. You can stand with me for the reading of the word, my Lord. I give honor to your pastor, Pastor Shaw, good friend of mine and his wife, Sister Shaw. It was his birth her birthday yesterday. We wish her happy birthday, and uh I'm not gonna sing happy birthday because it would ruin the birthday celebration. But, anyways, me and God are still working on my vocal cords and singing, and uh just a gift he did not want to give me. Anyways, I honor your bishop in his absence. Uh, happen to see my good friend Brother Delis in the house, honor him as well. Genesis 3 verse 15 says, And I will put enmity between you and the woman. This is God speaking uh to a serpent the Bible would know it as the devil, and between your seed and her seed, he shall bruise your head and you shall bruise his heel. Verse 16. To the woman he said, This is God speaking, uh I will greatly multiply your sorrow and your conception. In pain you shall bring forth children, your desire shall be for your husband, and he shall rule over you. Verse 17. Then to Adam he said, Because you have heeded the voice of your wife and have eaten from the tree of which I commanded you, saying, You shall not eat of it. Cursed is the ground for your sake, in toil you shall eat of it all the days of your life. Man, this is a great way to start a Sunday morning service. And before the thistles it shall bring forth for you, and you shall eat the herb of the field, in the sweat of your face you shall eat bread till you return to the ground. For out of it you are taken. For dust you are man, and to dust, and after God speaks to Adam says this in verse 20, Moses, who theologians credit with writing the book of Genesis, he decides to make this detail here. He said, and Adam called his wife's name because she was the mother of all. Could you help me for a moment this morning and look at the person beside you and uh shake their hand and say hello? I know that's odd to tell someone. I don't know why it's odd, but it's okay. Just say hello. Go look to nobody else, shake their hand and say hello. This is good. We're greeting each other, and you didn't even tell them your name. How unpolite. Wow, you're just saying hello, that's weird. But then I'm having too much fun. But now I want you to look at someone else and just say this word to them. And when you say this word, I don't want you to just say it. I want you to process what you're saying, just tell them live. Can you look at someone else and just say live? Oh my god, could you look at some you don't know what you may be speaking to in their life, but could you find a few people? Could you walk around and just say, neighbor, hello, nice to meet you. Do me a favor, live. Huh? Live. Live. Live. And with that, I'd like to speak to you on my title today. Speak it. Speak it. You may be seated. Speak it. I was glad to hear that there's a baptism here this morning. I that's something to celebrate about. I think it's very important to make sure to lay a foundation to the main idea of scripture. The Bible says in Romans chapter 3, verse 23 that all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God. Everybody's a sinner. Everybody. Doesn't matter your background, how good your family was, or how bad it was. One thing the Bible tells that all humans have in common is we're sinners. We're imperfect and we fall short of God's glory. We're imperfect and he is perfection. And so because of this, 2,000 years ago, God became a human being. It's the greatest story ever told. That the creator came chasing after creation, that perfection decided to manifest himself in imperfection. That's what God did 2,000 years ago. And when he walked this earth, he healed the sick, he raised the dead, he was able to open up blinded eyes and deaf ears, and he caused the mute to be able to speak. He healed lepers, people who were untouchable in their society. That's my Jesus. That's what he did. He was not just a man. Now he was a man. Sometimes people seem to struggle with this concept, but scripture makes it very clear. Like you and I. Man enough to die, but God enough to resurrect his own body. Man enough to cry, but God enough to wipe every tear from your eye. That's Jesus. But when he died, he died for the punishment of sin. Because the wages of sin, that's Romans 6, 23 now, is death. That's not just physical death, it's eternal separation, a place called hell. And so he died for the punishment of my sins and everybody in this room. But on the third day, he got up out of that grave. And when he got out of the grave, it was death's final sentence. That death has lost its victory. So we don't weep like other people weep when we die because we know it's just a transition from this life to that life. So if you're here this morning and you've never put your faith in the gospel, that's what I just described, the good news of Jesus Christ, his death, burial, and resurrection, you can do that here this morning. It's a free gift of salvation, and all you have to do is believe what he did for you on the cross and that he rose again, and you respond by repenting of your sins and being baptized in Jesus' name and receiving the gift of the Holy Ghost with the initial sign of speaking in tongues as the Spirit gives utterance. It's very important I mentioned that because that's the most important thing in this service. If you've never been born again of the water and the spirit, the way they did it in the Bible, it's a good day to get baptized in Jesus' name this morning. If you've never received the gift of the Holy Ghost, we can pray for you this morning, and God will fill you with his spirit today. We live in a time where people don't really want to know the truth. They want to voice their opinion, but not know the truth. The problem with this is now when it comes to being a Christian, it now seems like our culture has taken a bit of a shift in its perspective. Everybody's a Christian now. Everybody's saved, and everybody's going to heaven. All you have to say is Jesus in an interview, and people call you a Christian. Don't matter about your lifestyle, just say Jesus and say, I thank God. Everybody gets excited. Oh, did you hear he said he thanks God? They don't know which God he may be talking about. But it's because we live in a time where people don't really want to get in this book. It's the difference between biblical Christianity and what some have called historical Christianity. But the Bible, what makes it different than just tradition is it's God inspired and God breathed. I'm not here to bash anybody's church perspective, but I'm here to tell you here this morning that our belief system doesn't shape the word. The word should shape our belief system. And there's a very big difference between the two. The problem is, is we like to be in the majority, and the majority is not really interested in searching this book and dividing it properly and understanding its context because you can read the Bible out of context and manipulate it for your own needs. It's called witchcraft. That's a message for a whole nother day. But you can make the Bible say whatever you want it to say based on the day you woke up. Jesus walked in water, so I'm gonna walk on water. Well, have fun. Please don't actually do that. But the Bible should be the source of truth, and I gotta investigate what the book says in its proper context. And so what's happened over time is there's certain topics that are a bit unpopular in church. But the problem is, my problem is if it's in the word, I don't care if it's popular or not. Because contrary to our Western perspective, God did not ordain a democracy. He doesn't need an election to be true, he doesn't need the popular vote, he doesn't need to know what the polls are saying, he's God and he's gone all by himself. He doesn't need my election to be God, he's just God and God alone. Some people say, Well, before God, what the what was there? That's someone who maybe struggles to understand the biblical God of the Bible because the God of the Bible has no beginning and no ending, he's just God all by himself. He don't need my worship, he don't need my preaching, he's God and God alone. Sometimes after living for God long enough, you can get a bit of an entitled mentality. Like, God, I'm doing God a favor by praying, I'm doing God a favor by reading my word, I'm doing God a favor by serving or attending a service. God, you should be faithful. I showed up here this morning, and I think we gotta open up the pages of this book and recognize the God I'm preaching about here this morning. He has no equal, there's no money in comparison of him, he's God all by himself. He doesn't need me to show up here this morning when I'm gonna preach this morning or don't preach. Heaven's gonna have a panic meeting. Only gonna do if the money leaves the faith. No, he's God all by himself, he was God before I was born, he'll be God when I leave this woman. God's kingdom's not a democracy, it's a monarchy, and there's one king in the kingdom, Jesus. I'm going somewhere, and so the problem is there's certain things that are in the Bible that people have perverted. And so what happens is naturally there's a reaction in a generation to be afraid of certain topics that are in scripture because it may be controversial, or somebody may have had a bad experience with it, and I'm not here to make light of anybody's bad experience, but let God be true, and every man a liar. One topic that's a bit unpopular in my generation that no one really wants to talk about a lot is the topic of giving. I've ready to become enemy number one. Because Pastor Saw says talk, okay. I'll talk. But because of our maybe personal experiences or maybe news stories we see online, and because of that, there's an uncomfortable conversation about our finances and God's kingdom. And so, because of that, some people just we just it become a bit of an elephant in the room. We talk about it, but it's a bit uncomfortable because we've seen people preach messages like uh God's biggest goal for your life is you can be a millionaire. That if you give in this offering, you'll be on the Fortune 500, and you you'll be on the Forbes list. And and and if you get up on the Forbes list, listen, remember me, please. But because of that, they call it a prosperity gospel that people have perverted God's biggest goal is you can be a millionaire, you gotta do, you gotta just say what you want, and God will give it to you. And so, because of that, now people get a bit uncomfortable when it comes to money and the kingdom of God. But let me clarify here today to tell you yes, some people have perverted the meaning of financially giving in the kingdom of God. I know that, and it's true and it's wrong, and it should be called out. But the other extreme is to go completely away from what the book says just because of what history has shown us. No, I better stay connected to the word of God, and the Bible says God is not mocked, whatsoever a man soweth, that shall he also reap. That's not a man's theology, that's Bible. I just gave you the Bible says it's more blessed to give than it is to receive. I've learned when you give, when you learn again, God is so good, he says the silver is mine and the gold is mine. I don't account, I don't God does not need my money. He don't, he's not broke, he's God, but when you learn how to give, give in the church, give to those who are poor, give to those who are not as fortunate, you you get to learn a biblical principle. God says, Okay, I can trust you with a harvest, I can trust you because you learn to trust me with your I remember once I was in high school and I 12th grade at the time, and then I had a hundred bucks to my name, and uh and one day, and I don't think I've ever shared this, but I walked up and I felt God put on my heart to give a hundred dollars to a cause in the kingdom, and I thought, well, you know, my mom always taught me about giving, so I thought, well, you know what? I I'm 17, I'm broke anyway, so I said I said, I guess let's try this out. And so it was the first time I remember I gave, and and uh it really hurt a bit, but I I I I want to say I gave with a cheerful heart. I I wish I could say it like that, but I don't know. But but but when I gave, and then a week later I walked to church, and a woman came up to me that I never really had a conversation with. She said, Hey, I said, hey, she said, uh, God told me to give you this. And I thought, oh wow, God is good. And I I I opened up what she gave me, and it was the exact same amount I had given. And God was just teaching me a little lesson in kingdom economics of how the kingdom economics work is when you sow, you think you're losing, but when you're giving into God's kingdom, you gotta hear me. You don't give so you can receive, but God takes care of his kids when you learn to sow in faith. God takes care of you. Giving. Another topic that's a bit a little difficult to talk about sometimes now is, and it's because of what's happened, and I understand, is this phrase God told me. My Lord, Lord, give me wisdom with the next words I'm about to say. That phrase is very complicated in 2026 because if you've lived long enough, you've heard a lot of people say God told them stuff, God had no idea what they were talking about. But people have abused that phrase, God told me, for too long. God told me this, and some people got they have an immediate line of God every two seconds. God's telling them everything. God told them which sports team's gonna win. God, God like, really? God told me this, and God told me that, and God told me that, and God told me this, and and uh and and and so so what happens, and and and when someone has a philosophy of God only speaks to them and nobody else, what then happens is you can't really have a conversation with somebody like that because they'll just use the God card. God told me. But the problem is this here's now what's happened is because people historically have abused that terminology, now what happens is the natural reaction of humanity is to go the other extreme. God must not be speaking because many. Have abused it, that must mean God's not talking anymore. He's not talking anymore. But the problem with that theology is this Jesus said, My sheep know my voice. For 4,000 years of human history, that's what this Bible covers. God's always talking. So you cannot tell me he stopped talking in 2026. But nothing he says will ever conflict his previous revelation in the written word of God. But I promise you, God is still speaking today. God is still speaking, he's talking to people all over, and he's using scriptures, he's using other people, whatever it is. But I can promise you, if you eliminate the reality of God speaking, you will be very religious, but you'll have no relationship and you'll have no power in your life. Let me tell you here, this is why John in the book of Revelation it said, Let he that hath an ear let him hear what the Spirit is saying to the church. God is speaking. If it's spoken out of the mouth of God, that word is prophetic. Because God said it. But because some have abused that terminology of being prophetic, now people get a little nervous when they hear that word. The prophetic. It's because some people have tried to build their own name with the prophetic, which is very scary because if you read the word, it says that the testimony of Jesus Christ is the spirit of prophecy. So how are you trying to rob God of his own testimony? But that's what some people have done. They may have a prophetic gifting, and people make a lot of money off this. They get a name or a reputation and they say, Oh, that's so prophet soon. You know how you know someone's in a very dangerous place is if they're trying to bring glory to themselves by using a gift that doesn't belong to them, it belongs to God. And no gift that God gives should be about turning attention to you. Noah, you may be a prayer warrior, but please be a humble prayer warrior. You may be an intercessor, and I pray you intercede, but please don't make you think you're better than anybody else. The kingdom needs to operate with humility, and it must always point back to the king. But a word of prophecy is when God speaks over a situation. God says it. This is why the problem we have today is some people get up and preach with messages. Have you ever been in a service before when somebody preached and you thought to yourself, man, what is going on this Sunday? Hopefully you're not thinking that today. But you know what the problem is? Is people come up and they have a good speech, but there's no power there. And the problem is this, it's because people get up and they treat it like a bit of just it's all just a nice good performance, and they have it all prepared, and they can be eloquent. Now, some aren't, but some are, and they get up and they're so eloquent and so good in how they speak. Don't be confused. You can go on YouTube and find great speeches from politicians and presidents, and you'll make your your good people. For some reason, we think that the Holy Ghost only manifests itself as goosebumps. Please don't be confused. You can go on YouTube and listen to music and listen to speakers, and you say, Ooh, I feel something. That must mean God's here. Please don't be deceived, Noah. There's a difference between a good sermon and a word from God. There's a difference between a good speech and a rhema from heaven spoken to. Because in my text this morning in Genesis, everything God did, He did with His Word. It was a word. That's all it was. Can you imagine that? He spoke it, and it was. He said, Let there be light. And there was light. There was no negotiation. There was no conversation. He just said it. And it happened. Exactly as He said it. He looked again and spoke this and it happened. Exactly as He said it. Is a word from the room of God that powerful? Is it that insightful and prophetic that God can just say it? And it happens exactly as He says it. Really? God left creation to testify to us the power of His spoken word. That when I see the sun come up in the morning, wow, God said that. And it happened. When I see the rain come down, God said that. And it happened. Man has tried to recreate God's creation for thousands of years, and they don't know how. You know why? Because you need a word. You can have all your education and your science and all the other stuff. And I'm not here to minimize education or science, none of that stuff, Noah. But I'm here to tell you it's the word of God that holds the universe together. Every time you see a bird fly, and it may be annoying. Just remember that was a word from God. Testify every time you see a dog bark in the bottom. Listen, I I my parents are from Tanzania. And in Tanzania, dogs are not in the house, they're outside. And so while I was born here, there's some things that have been passed on from my parents because I'm very proud of where I'm from. I am now one of the things that don't really make sense is I'm afraid of dogs. Why? Because my mom was afraid of dogs. She'd see a dog. Oh Jesus. So I walk, I see a dog. Praise the Lord. Amen. And then they say, don't worry, he doesn't bite. And I and I've never been bitten, but because of my mom, I just believe the day's coming, so I walk the other way. God is a confession this morning. But when I see a dog bark, remember God spoke that. Forever, forever, forever. I'm here this morning preaching to people who may be in a difficult season in your life and things may be stressful. Maybe you're going through a warfare of your lifetime. Maybe there's battles all around you and you don't know how you're gonna make it through. You don't know how you're gonna survive. It's important you keep coming on Sunday morning to this church. It is, but it's also important every morning you open up this book and begin to read it and pray and talk to God because I can promise you I'm here to talk to someone and pull you out of a pit this morning to tell you that a word from God can pull you out of that depression and bring life into you. Hear me, I don't care how many years it's been, one word from the throne room of God can take years of addiction away. One word, one word, one spoken rhythm from heaven's corporate can change your destiny forever. I'm preaching it after the Holy Ghost helping me right now. People in the morning this morning came here suicidal, came here cutting yourself secretly, came here struggling with disorders of the mind, came here with trouble in your family, trouble in your mind, trouble, trouble, trouble everywhere. I came to preach to you that it takes a word from heaven's throne room, it can it can pull you up a word from God, Brother Daniel can reorder your mind if it created the sun and the sun still stays still when he says it. How big is your anxiety? If he can cause the snow to come down and come when he says it to come down, how big's the problem in your life right now, Noah. One word from God, a word from God can change everything. Some of you came in here hopeless, but a word from God is gonna pull you out of that hopeless spit you've been living on for too many years. You gotta hear me today. Everything, everything that holds the world into existence is held by his word. But we understand that. I hope. I don't think we have a problem believing that. But I do think we have a problem with participating in God's assignment of speaking it. That's what I came to talk about in these last few moments, and the whole point of this message. What you say matters. You know it's interesting. David walks up to a big giant, he doesn't just take a sword and fight him. No, no, before he fought him, he made a declaration. And some of us gotta learn how to make declarations, not declarations off our own human will, declarations based on heaven's report or written in the word of God for our lives and our situations. He said, You come here with sword and spear, but I come here in the name of the Lord. He wasn't just talking to have a bit of trash talk, no, he understood. I gotta speak this thing out loud so I understand it, but let hell know that the word of God is greater than any giant you can throw against me. Goliath, you may be strong, but I want you to know I serve a God, speak it. He brought him to a valley, it's Ezekiel 37, a valley of dry bones. We're going somewhere. I feel the Holy Ghost, my Lord, help me, help me, help me. And he asked Ezekiel a simple question. He said, Ezekiel, uh son of man, he said, Can these bones can they live again? God could have just spoken to the bones, and it was fine, but he wanted man to understand that I made you in my image and I gave you the ability to repeat what I said in heaven on earth, and I want you to understand that you can pray and please you keep praying, but there's another level in prayer when you begin to declare and prophesy over your mind. You've been dealing with battles, battles in your mind, battles in your spirit. Someone gotta learn you come for prayer. Yes, lift up your hand, but someone gotta learn that the weapons of my warfare are not carnal, but they're mighty through God through the point. We wrestle not against flesh and blood. I gotta speak it. I don't doubt you believe it, but I came to ask someone, could you learn how to speak it? Could you speak it? God's come to challenge somebody's faith this morning. Could you learn how to speak over dead situations and dry wastelands over here? Could you learn to stop taking the devil's report over your mind? Could you learn to ignore the voices of the enemy and open, you know what the devil wants to do? He wants you to live in your mind and make you question your identity and question your existence. But I've come here on an assignment from the Holy Ghost to tell someone you better learn how to open up your mouth and say, No weapon formed against me shall prosper.

He that has begun a good work in me, he shall complete it until the day of Jesus Christ.

There's power in what you say. The wisest man ever to live wrote this in Proverbs. He said, Death and life is in the power. Someone needs to understand what that verse is. God gave me the power aligned with his word, not aligned to whatever I want to say, aligned with his word to speak a lie. Could you look at someone now and tell them live? And so Genesis. God gives a simple command to Adam. He says, Adam, don't eat of the tree of the good knowledge of good and evil. Unfortunately, Adam and his wife, they sin. So that picks up Genesis 3:15. The Bible says, if you put it up there, that God makes a pronouncement on man, but he starts by making a pronouncement on the devil. It's the first prophecy in the entire Bible. It was a prophecy to the Messiah that's to come. Because, again, the testimony of Jesus is the spirit of prophecy. So anytime you see prophecy in the word of God, remember it's pointing you to Jesus. If you don't understand that, that's why I get confused when people say, Oh, you just believe that Jesus is the only God. Yeah, I do believe Jesus is the only God. I believe all throughout Genesis to Revelation, there's one Lord, there's one Lord, there's one person in the Godhead, and his name is Jesus Christ. That God don't he don't need anybody else on his counsel. He's God, and he's God all by himself. There's not a plurality of gods, there's not a committee of gods, there's only one God, he's God all by himself. And when he looked at man, the Bible says in Genesis 1, he said, uh, let us make man in our own image. And people get confused and say, It seems like God, there must be more than one God, because he said, Let us. But I asked people, do you see what ended up happening? I said, How many men did he create? Was there three men? Was there two men? No, there was one man to reflect the image of God because there's only one in the Godhead. So when he made himself in his image, he could only reflect one because there's one God, there's one faith, there's one. Imagine if you said so-and-so has multiple personalities. Uh, people would look at you and say, We call that a disorder if you're having multiple persons, that don't make sense, uh, but people sometimes look at God and they think, Well, he must be different in the New Testament. No, no, no, you're missing the story. It's the same God in the Old Testament, wrapped himself in flesh, in the new, the fullness of the Godhead. But as he was pronouncing judgment, it was the lowest point in the entire story so far. He curses the serpent, he curses the woman, he curses the man. It's full of shame. It doesn't look so good. But Moses, when he's writing the book, tells us a little detail in Genesis 3, verse 20. If you can put it up there. Remember, judgment, judgment, judgment. Adam. The first prophecy by a man in scripture that sometimes gets overlooked. The Bible said he called his wife's name because she was the mother of all living. Now make sure you look at this carefully. At this point in the text, they don't have any kids yet. Death had just entered into the world. Adam could have looked at his wife and said, You were the deceived one. Could have named him the deceived one. Because you were the one who just got deceived by the serpent first. Your fault. He could have, I mean, that's what he could, because if you look earlier on, he was blaming his wife for why he did it. He could have named her the wife of my sorrow. He could have. He was in a very low moment. But in the lowest moment of his life, he made up his mind that he wasn't going to declare based off the past. But in God, somewhere in his spirit, Adam looked down into the future and said, Her name is His. Even though death just entered into the world, because by the sin of one man, we were all made sinners. Adam looked down. He looked down by the inspiration of the Holy Ghost. And said, one day there's gonna be a man born in Bethlehem, and he's gonna be, he's gonna say, I am the way.

But I'm speaking.

Adam is evidence that in your lowest season the devil still don't win. Adam is evidence that in the midst of depression you can still speak life over the thing of turmoil. I've come to preach to somebody at new life, Pentecostal church to tell you, speak. Could you stand with me today? I've come to talk to somebody. It ain't over. Could you close your eyes with me? Could you lift your hands towards heaven? Mama. Could somebody now by faith right now begin to speak? Could you begin to speak? Could you open up your mouth? You don't need someone to come pray for you, but could you speak life right now? Could you speak life? Could you speak life? Could you speak life? Could you speak life? Could you could you speak life? Come on, I'm here. I I know we're waiting for a certain protocol, but I'm asking you, could you lift up your voice across this room right now this morning? I've come to declare life in this house. I've come to declare life over people's minds. I've come to declare life over people's marriages. I've come to declare life over people's ministries and families and callings. I've come to speak life over people's destinies. I've come to tell somebody that you will not die, but you will live, you will not die, that diagnosis will not kill you. If you have a promise, prophecy, or word from God that you're saying it's time for me to speak over it, I'm inviting you to come up front right now this morning. I'm inviting you to come walk up to this altar. I want you to come up if you're gonna help me speak this thing. I'm inviting you, could you come up? Can you come up? You're saying I want to speak over it under the inspiration of the Holy Ghost. I'm gonna speak it today. I'm inviting you. Could you come up? Could you come up? Could you come up here? Could you come up here? God's gonna breathe over some dead promises. God's gonna breathe over some dead situations. Could you now lift your hands towards heaven with expectation right now? With expectation, without the help of music for just one moment. Could you lift up your vo? We need voices in this room right now. Could you lift up your voice and make up your mind that from this service forward you're gonna speak life, you're gonna speak life by the authority of the word of God, by the power of the name of Jesus? I decree and declare life life, could you pray in the Holy Ghost? Could we pray in the Holy Ghost? Listen, I don't want us to miss this moment. Could we pray in the Holy Ghost together? Could you pray in the Holy Ghost right now? I'm asking us to pray together. Could we speak life all across this house? Could we speak life? Could we speak life? Could we speak life? There's a wind of the Holy Ghost in this room. Could we speak life? I've come to talk to some dry bones.

I'm not gonna interrupt anybody praying, but I want everybody to hear me. I want everybody to hear me. Jesus says in his word, he says, where two or three are gathered together in his name. He'll be there. Could you do me this last assignment here this morning? And I'll put the mic down. If it's appropriate, could you find someone to put your arm around? Even in the audience, could you could you pray with someone beside you if it's appropriate? Could you put your hand around them? Could you could you could you do me this favor?
