Two seasoned classifiers, Cy Letter and John Steinhoff, can share endless stories about life on the road and their thoughts on some famous Registered Holstein cows. From early mornings and memorable herds to the people who make the work special, they share candid stories and reflections on what makes classification more like a lifestyle than a job. As they prepare to close this chapter and look forward toward retirement, we celebrate their years of commitment and service to the industry.
